riiese asked: this isn't what it looks like. â Ingvar, for Dean talking yourself out of something memes : : OPEN
The forest floor deep in the ravine nestled into the base of a mountain ridge was coated in thick moss and other foliage. He listened to the sounds of the streams and trees groan and twist together with each step he took along the muddy earth. Letting his mind wander, Dean chose to imagine entire civilizations once existing within it all. In all actuality, he was out there lost on the tail end of a hunt that didn't seem worth his time.
He came across a small clearing and forcefully shoved himself through the brush and bushes, batting away spiders and moths that latched to his coat collar and buttons. He took a deep breath, shouldering himself through the remaining vines, tumbling forward across slime laden rocks. Instead of instant frustration it was instant awe... shock maybe when his eyes locked onto the form of a massive creature in front of him. His jaw drops slightly at the sound of their voice and his eyes widen- then almost sarcastically narrow. "Really?" he raises a brow and manages to fold his arms across his chest. "Because it looks exactly like... like it looks, to me." he stumbles over his attempt at wit. "You're not uh... you're not like that guy from the whole.. Jack and the Beanstalk story are you- you don't uh, don't grind my bones, make me into your bread type thing?" he's surprisingly calm for literally encountering a giant.
#riiese#c; ingvar (the giant)#c; dean (there ain't no other men like me)#thank you so much for this ask!#i hope this reply works but if not lemme know and I can definitely change it up!

(I couldn't pick just one!!)
đđđđđđđđđđ đđđđđđđđ | đđđđđđđđđ
You really went out and chose almost EVERY one of them..literally just not the Z and B..more too? I'll actually Go over 'em.
I'm happy that you love seein' me on your dash. There are gonna be days you're just gonna have to give me the keys to your dash because that's when I'll just spam out drafts whenever I'm in that mode.
My writing style, I'm glad you like it. Though, I do need to get a little better. Being descriptive is something of a weakness for me but I'll get better. Though I'm still grateful to hear you comment that you like it, it means a lot, trust.
My weakness is that the muse' canon is something I'll always want to expand on. For instance Yusuke's food truck and secret private detective work? Took that off the books where his job as a food vendor was really a front for him handling supernatural work. Then everything else beyond that stems between all the yakuza games I played, just the ones that would make sense for him. I'd say 90% of my headcanons can be traced back to the original yyh manga.
My creativity with my plots really just come from the games I play and the movies and shows I've seen. I mean I don't mind the simple 'interaction' between muses where they just stand and talk. But I also love to keep things moving.
Super happy you appreciate the interactions. Ingvar is something of an older brother to Yusuke, or at least it's how he sees him and not only because he's incredibly small XD
My aesthetics. Hoo boy I've seen some impressive things on this site, but I do appreciate your compliments AND your kindness.
I've inspired you?? MORE THAN ONCE?! Man I dunno how I did that, but I really hope you've got some good stuff written out because of it, because your writing is just top-notch.
Respect is what keeps this world spinning. I'm also glad to hear you feel safe on this lil blog of mine, so you damn well know I'll do my best to keep it going.
IF i made you wanna write more and more, then I hope ya do it. You're a terrific writer, so I'd love to see more of oyur stuff over my dash thank you very much.
I'll definitely support you in everyway I can for sure. If there's a way I can do more to help feel free to look me up in the dms. Granted my replies on there are VERY slow.
As for heavy topics, I wonder if I have thrown out heavy roleplays here and there. I pretty much tag whatever I feel would sound triggering that's for sure.
Haha whatever humorous post I've ever made is basically cause I've got me some great writing partners to bounce ideas off of.
I love it too, Yusuke being the isekai person in a fantasy world and he's pretty much doing what he can to learn about the world while befriending his friendly giant.
You have my sincerest gratitude for that kind of honor. To be one of someone's favorites on here?? Nah that's not something I take lightly, not in the slightest. Thank you soo much.
Been around here for a while, glad we've got someone as great as you in the community too.
My dedication, Oh man, I adore this guy soo much from day one all those years ago.
People have lives outside of roleplaying not to mention because of my hundreds of queues (no exaggeration) my replies always tend to be soo soo late.
I'm glad because you're one of the best writers I've met on here.
When it comes to talking, you really can find me mostly on discord.
#â mail ââ when i rush make your butt pucker the fuck up.#riiese#took my time with this one cause it hits in the feels

How Technology Is Changing How We Treat business names for sale
1. Use aconyms
Utilizing a set of initials is a preferred method for calling your company. A great deal of primary companies utilize phrases instead of their total names-- it's much easier to bear in mind.
2. Create mash-ups
One of the very most creative techniques to produce fantastic organization name concepts is actually to make use of a mash-up. A title like "SaladGo" quickly illustrates that you are actually managing a restaurant that concentrates in salads-to-go ... all in only 3 syllables.
3. Pull inspiration from folklore as well as literature
Nike is actually one of one of the most famous brands and also in Greek mythology, she's the goddess of triumph. Various other popular companies like Oracle, HermĂŠs and also Mars possess mythical titles, also. If you are actually thinking about just how to name an organization making use of mythology, our company highly recommend performing some investigation to find if there is actually a mythological figure that is actually pertinent to your provider.
Maybe you operate a white wine store -exists one thing you can possibly do along with 'Bacchus' to call your brand name? Or even, allow's state you're getting all set to introduce a makeup label -maybe you can easily transport Aphrodite, the siren of beauty.
4. Use foreign terms
Another creative means to follow up with business label ideas is to incorporate a non-native language. This can easily create your company seem exotic as well as amazing, along with unforgettable for potential customers. Possibly it's a beauty parlor along with a French label or even a herbal tea outlet along with an Oriental one.
Usage acronyms, 2. Usage international terms
5. Use your own name
It's your service ... why certainly not combine your own title? Numerous well-known companies use the designer's name-- like Ben & Jerry's ice cream (named after BenCohen and Chamber Pot Greenfield), or Boeing (named after owner William Boeing).
6. Look at a chart
Acquire motivated due to the planet-- we're reckoning you've come across Amazon.com, the Net retail giant. It happens to be named after the biggest waterway on earth.
7. Mix factors up
Try mixing tips 5 and 6-- can you mix portion of your label with portion of an urban area, like IKEA creator Ingvar Kamprad? He combined his label with his neighborhood, Elmtaryd Agunnaryd.
8. Companion with an additional provider
Whether you are actually partnering with an additional entrepreneur or even combining with one more firm, combination pieces coming from both titles to generate a brand-new one. When Twentieth Century Photo as well as Fox Film Firm combined, they just came to be 20th Century Fox.
Graphic of organization cards: 5. Use your own title, 6.
9. Take advantage of labels.
Possess you gone through 'Ali' your whole life? Use this as your provider's name for an individual contact. Or even, use your kid's label or label for a nostalgic (and impactful) brand. Besides, Mercedes was called after the founder's child.
10. Use an icon.
One more method to find upwith a business label is to attract inspiration from an icon or essential factor of your work. A title like Naturol corresponds your business as well as is easy to don't forget. (Small company win-win!).
11. Make it definitive.
When you business names for sale assume concerning your company, whatare words that define it ideal? Jot down every one of your alternatives, and also picture how these phrases can easily match your brand-new logo design or even advertisement. Take into consideration 7-Eleven: the label immediately informs you what's exclusive regarding their organization (they level from 7AM-11PM every day).
12. Make use of latin.
Maybe you assumed Latin class in school was a rubbish of time ... however what happens if you could utilize your learnings to craft a title for your business? This language is a great source for service title tips, like Volvo (" I roll") and also Acer (" sharp," "capable"). Decide on a phrase in Latin that represents your company, like Luxus for a luxury retail company or Sanus for a health-food establishment.
Make use of a symbolic representation, 11. Usage latin.
13. Examine your item from another slant.
If it tells you of just about anything else, take an action back coming from your product and find. Maybe you're starting a cosmetics provider, and also notification that your make-up palettes resemble blossoms. Why not utilize that in the brand name?
14. Abbreviate.

@onennian
âNay, it was not I will was attacking of you,â Ingvar admitted with a slight stammer or stutter. The voice was too deep. The volume, were it not painfully obvious that it was a voice deliberately hushed, could have been, but was not, far too loud. The face from which the words came was too far away, as, indeed, so too was the body.
Nay, the body was too close. And yet, so too was it also too far. Because the body, his and the till-recently-unconscious travelerâs, were touching; the halflingâs body was stood not on hard earth, but upon malleable flesh and bone and muscle. It was upon a great hand. And that great hand was attached to a great arm, and that great arm was attached to a great chest, and that great chest had attached to it great shoulders, and from those great shoulders came a great neck, and that neck had atop it a great head and hair and beard and staring eyes, and that great body a great beating heart and soft soulâ though the body looked quite weathered and unfriendly, this body of the giant Ingvar.
He would have scrambled to kneel and put the humanâ wait, not human. Something else, then? Goddess, he was never good at distinguishing the little folk, for no matter what sort they were he inadvertently frightened them as his reputation and appearance proceeded him, and how was a giant meant to learn what different sorts of people looked like if his only interaction with any of them was a shriek and a fleeingâ back upon the ground. But he did not. For the little fellow was standing now, and the last thing the giant wanted to do was move and risk him falling and being harmed, or, worseâŚ!!
Had Magnolion not been in such a rush to get up, perhaps he would have realized where he was. Perhaps he would have noticed the ground below his feet was much softer than it should be. It was only when he hears a voice that his situation come rushing to him like a current in a river. His aventurine eyes are blown wide with a mix of awe and horror. A giant. A true, real giant. Magnolionâs legs feel like jelly under him and he falls to his knees, not baring to look down and see just how high above the ground he is.
âC-Can you please put me-- please put me down.â Magnolion managed to squeak out, hopefully loud enough to be heard by the towering man holding him like a pebble in the palm of his hand. âSlowly-- please put me down slowly.â

@thoseofonenâ asked:Â âTell me, shall I be making it through the night, still drawing breath in morning? Or... shall you be going home and ordering of my death?" (modified from a meme, from Ingvar for Princess!Cat?)
THE QUESTIONS FORCED HER TO PAUSE, myriad of thoughts banging around in her head coming to a halt within a second of registering the giantâs words. They were far from what she had expected upon the chance encounter, and hands stilled from where they had been about to grab for her knives hidden away ( Cat really didnât know if they would be of any use, but they were something? ). After the ordeals her PREVIOUS adventure had led her to, one would think she would keep close to the castle. To the safety of familiar grounds and guards and frustrated parents... but something within the young princess was now beyond tame, and she ventured out still, though perhaps with a greater sense of c a u t i o n and distrust.
His size, understandably, had her heart racing, and body was tense with the readiness to flee. The fact she most likely bore no chance to outrun him was a sudden flicker within her mind, but she wouldnât accept it without at least trying. Were this to be her death, she would draw blood before doing so. Luckily the brunette had pulled on more appropriate clothing for moving through the dense trees... though perhaps the thickness between trunks had weened if his presence revealed as much. She couldnât see how else he could move about the forest if there wasnât r o o m to squeeze through. Her own inquiries were popping up, but the tales she had heard of giants reminded her she ought to be careful instead of humoring her curiosity.
At least until he presented his own first. Or, perhaps, his concern was the proper term.
âWhat?â She stumbled over the word at first, staring with brows knitting together. Confusion and frustration there along her features. Why did his behavior make her stomach CHURN, as though she were the one at fault? Amusingly enough, she might be. At least a greater fault than he. The dirt and blood on her hands was thicker than the otherâs before her, even despite the fact her palms couldnât even wrap about his pinky toe.
A heartbeat or two of silence followed, seeming to ease.  âI take it thaâ... that means youâre not going to... eat me?â Why would he ask about her next plan of action if he wasnât going to allow it?
#thoseofonen#&&. verse ( fair enough for flowers )#let me know if i'm too aesthetic-y with my posts i can remove/tone down or whatever !!!#i just always start off with my usual stuff#and adapt as needed !!#also lmk if you have any questions about cat i know i don't have#a heck ton of info for her in this verse#mostly because i don't use it super often and then also#it usually just varies depending on my partner bUT#it's all up in my head lol#also apologies for slowness because life but !!!#i'm excited to interact !!

a soft smile spread on Deanâs lips when the ground shook with a force enough to shoulder him slightly off balance on the stump he was seated on. âSir Dean, huh?â He repeated the giants words with a fond expression. âYou know, I could get used to that.â He laughed softly and got up to make his way a hair closer to the massive frame before him.
âwell listen, buddy.â Dean patted his leg; although he wasnât entirely sure it would be felt; given the vast difference in size. âPeople who try to do good, people who try to help; even if they may not feel it or think it; theyâre deserving of being thanked. And recognized too; but I get what youâre saying. We donât help people with an ulterior motive; that sorta negates the point of being good. It canât be easy for you to have to⌠bear witness to so many humans final moments.â He took a slow inhale in and tilted his head back to gaze up at the being once more.
âHowâd you get all those scars, Ingvar?â Dean asked, leaning down to pick up a stick and poke at a muddy puddle near his boots. âDo people; I mean, humans like meâ do they find you and⌠do that to you?â He asked, feeling awfully protective for a speck compared to the giant. âBecause, I mean if they do; you couldâ I donât know.â He trailed off, knowing the man wasnât one for violence, unlike himself. He worried how this literal gentle giant would view him if he knew half the things Dean had done or was capable of. âYou gotta favorite spot to wander around here?â He asked while he ran a hand through his hair. âHey, whatâs it like to be able to see above some of these trees; are you tall enough to taste the clouds?â Dean asked, his curiosity piquing a bit into unabashed childish nature. âI used to think my brother was a tall giant.â He laughed gently with a shrug.
Ingvar nodded solemnly. To bury or to leave be â it was a quandary; and yet, there was something oddly comforting to hear that he was not the only one who knew not which were best to do.
"O... I have not been counting of the time."
Following the man's lead, the giant knelt, then sat cross-legged upon the ground, and heaved a sigh like he'd just set down the weight of the very world itself â for just a moment, simply to take a rest. The immediate ground shook with the great weight placed suddenly upon it for just a moment, then all was still once again.
"I... am not normally... being given thanks," he admitted. He wasn't looking at the man whose name he now knew was Dean, but at his own hands, which held one another, one scarred thumb rubbing the back of a scarred palm absent-mindedly. "But... such is being all-right. I am not doing of it for praise. I am doing of it... because I am wanting to cease needless suffering, how-ever I can... even... even if I am being frightening to them, I... I am wishing to be helping. If... if I may be saving even one life, then... that is being enough thanks in it-self. Surely, you are understanding, Sir Dean?"

"Ingvar, huh?" Dean repeated the name and raised his brows looking up once more at the towering being above him. "My name's Dean, I'd tell you my last name, but I'm not so sure that's too important." he added on softly. He found himself a bit in awe that he was talking to a giant who didn't want to end his life immediately-- he figured he'd be seen in the type of way spiders or other creepy things that crawled around were seen by humans.
At the giant's gesture Dean nodded with a soft smile, glancing around to take the wreckage remains in again. "Yeah," he exhaled. "Yeah most people'll call 'em cars. I guess in other places maybe they call them somethin' else." he shrugged slightly and looked back over his shoulder, up where Ingvar pointed.
Dean whistles in thought, taking in everything the giant tells him. A part of him felt thankful he never had a fate like some of the crushed up vehicles around him had. But then again the idea of being caught mid careening off the road by a massive... earthbound creature was something he didn't think he'd handle that well either. "So..." he chewed on a dry patch of his lip for a second and continued. "You've saved a good amount of humans then... Do you ever- do they ever get out and, i don't know, thank you? Do they even realize what's happened or do they just speed off-- I mean, drive away?" he asked, picking up on some of the man's confusions over cars and the roads.
Dean felt his intrigue grow when he finally took notice of all the scattered markings. It looked like the giant could nearly blend into his surroundings just as easily as he could stand out. He had so many questions, but no idea where to start.
"It's good- that you save them, it must..." he blinked a few times and tried to settle on the right words so as to not offend the man again. "It must be difficult when you can't catch them in time, but, I'm sure somehow, wherever they are I'm sure they'd appreciate your efforts." he took a seat on a big tree truck and rested his arms forward on them. "Wrecks like these, it's hard to tell if burial is the right choice or not... sometimes leaving them where they rest is an honorable way to stay too." he shrugged again. "How long have you been here, Ingvar?" he asked curiously.
Ingvar scratched his head. He didn't see what exactly was a joke about saying he surely wanted to maim and devour this fellow horribly. Nor did he entirely know what a buddy was â but he hoped it was a good title to have. "Oh, yes. I am having a name. It is... Ingvar. And what may I be calling of you, lost human?"
He averted his gaze a moment from Dean, and looked at the wrecks. The wind batted at his long hair â 'get on with it', it seemed to whisper, 'answer all of his questions no matter how confusing'.
"Cars," he murmured, then gestured with a hand to them. "These... are being called cars?"
He paused.
"There is road, up there," he pointed, up, up, up, way beyond even his own head if he were to stand, up the craggy cliffs, where the faintest edges of a broken guardrail could be seen sticking out into the open air where a car had broken through and fallen to its doom. "... human beings... are traveling inside of these cars upon dangerous road above, and some... are not making it through path, but... falling hither, and becoming destroyed. When ledge is not being so far up and car is falling, I am trying to be catching it if I am knowing of it, and placing them back upon their path, but... some, such as these, were not being so lucky."
His beard retreated inwards, and he sighed through his nostrils, crossing arms; hairy and scarred the limbs were, like old knifemarks on an ancient tree's bark, or indentations upon boulders from the process of erosion.
"With them, I am 'doing' no-thing. But... perhaps the human beings are owed proper burial, as their death rites are being conducted by themselves..."
#riiese#c; ingvar (the giant)#c; dean (there ain't no other men like me)#oh no way! that's so cool that he came to you before lotr!#ingvar gives very cool vibes I really enjoy him so much

The booming voice rumbled inside his chest like low, soft vibrations. To be honest, and he'd deny it if Sam ever found out or asked, but this guy was beginning to remind him of Treebeard the Ent from those old fantasy novels he'd read to pass the time on solo hunts.
When Dean saw how his words seemed to deeply trouble the giant he felt a momentary ping of guilt swell in his chest. "Oh, woah, hey... hey now- it's a joke, I was messin' with ya, buddy." he held his hands up, moving them slowly up and down as if to calm him. "I didn't mean to offend you, I--" he bit down on his lower lip, his eyes danced back and forth in thought for words. "I meant it more as a joke, I'm sorry." even though the giant seemed to be a literal gentle giant, Dean couldn't help but worry about being squished like a bug for a bad joke. "Even if you did make bread... sure aren't missin' out on ours." he murmured beneath his breath.
It was only when he breathed out and took in the surroundings that he noticed the massive amount of car parts and old vehicles strewn about the forest floor. His scrunched his brows together so deep they nearly met in the middle, turning from the crushed vehicles back up to the giant he mulled over his next course of action. "What is this place" He turned slowly around to see old wreckage. "Looks like a graveyard of lost car wrecks... do you, do you bury this stuff or- use it?" he leaned his head back to look up at him again. "Hey... d'you have a name or should I just... I don't know.. truth is I'm kinda lost out here. I didn't expect to come across this whole, giant in a forest of old beat down cars."
Oh. So the man, it seemed, didn't notice the dilapidated wreck of â well, whatever on earth human beings called these contraptions, the ones that they used to zip along their tar-colored roadways quicker than bees, or even rabbits â in front of him. The word he sought was 'automobile', and, perhaps ironically, he believed the things to be sentient, as they certainly growled like animals, and made yelps like them when the human inside was afraid. The human inside this one, however... they had deceased. It was not a pretty way to go, to fall from such a height and slam front-first a hundred feet below on the hard ground, and Ingvar had been mulling over whether he should give it a burial. Perhaps he ought leave the human being still inside it, undisturbed, and bury both together...
... No, he was too busy looking at and commenting on the giant. Up, up, up there, this giant's face contorted into a frown, with its eyes nevertheless wide in horror at the terribly frightening description of the giant in that tale.
He shook his head, long hair sweeping across shoulders broad enough that they probably rivaled Atlas', the Titan who supposedly, as said by peoples across the sea whom he overheard long ago, held up the very world.
"I shall be doing no such thing. I... I am not knowing how to be baking bread, but-! Even if I were... I would never be..."
He paused, shivered, and shook his head again. His voice was deep enough that it may as well have been the mountain talking. And yet it was quiet all the same, delicate enough to touch butterfly wings.
"I am not devouring humans. Iâ I am doing no such horrible thing. Notâ not to you. Not to any-one."
