There are sensitive, soft parts under the tail where it joins to the body, a spot almost always hidden and protected. The smaller scales where they shift into human skin get slightly bigger reactions when he licks around them - small nerve bundles, maybe?

my personal stance is that they're both switches in both position and power dynamic but GENERALLY Lukey leans toward a (loosely) dom bottom and Pangi a sub top <3 I say Loosely dom for Lukey cause I do think there's a lot of times he prefers to not fall into that role and would rather just be neutral but he'll take it when it comes up.
