My fav headcanons and things I'd like to see Cafae Latte Edition:

• JC and Nicole foster parents. Maybe just for a little bit, kinda. In a "I won't let the world hurt you like it hurt me" way.

● Bob and Kelcy friendship. They'd bond over fashion and stuff. I just wanna see more female friendship. And I think it'd be a good chance for Bob to be more than the "mom" and "boss" friend.

● The Old Spice Trio being more kiss kiss love love

● JC having fae or magical blood. Like, their mother cheated on their dad in a night one stand with a magical creature and just never told anyone. The café staff finds out after JC eats fae food in its raw state, and get no side effects, they actually enjoy it quite a bit and feel physically better. I have a lot of ideas for fae JC

● Husnya after leaving her job at the CIA, tries to decide what to do with her new "free time". She feels guilty if she's not working, but also feels guilty if she's not with her kids. I feel like it'd be really interesting to see her face uncertainty. She's usually very cool and collected, seems to have all the answers. So, her going through that struggle would be really interesting.

● The Stoughton Street Witches having an adventure where they take down a bad guy that thinks humans are useless. And Nicole gets a witch nickname from the people she saves. Like Lindsey's nickname is The 4th Street Witch or The Kitchen Witch, Nicole would get a nickname like that.

● Drek learns to sword fight. And he's actually pretty good at it. He starts getting buff and gains confidence in himself. Husnya and Bob are proud of him.

● The Cafae Gang goes to another realm, chaos ensues.

●Cyrus and Bob have a garnet-Steven relationship. Cool but diligent mom and irresponsibly responsible son.

Ok ok so y’all know my Siren!Lindsey (and Siren!Nancy) hc but I have decided to share my other heritage hcs bc why not!

- Fae!Nicole specifically a relative of Bob OR The Lady of The Lake

- Fae!Yarn Granny, I feel like she’s similar to Nicole where it’s very very distant

- THIS ONE IS COURTESY OF @pinkyshy10 WHO MENTIONED THIS IN THE COMMENTS OF ONE OF MY POSTS, SERAPHIM!JC IS NOW A HC I FUCK WITH VERY SEVERELY. I imagine that one of the first Seraphim traits to get lost when it comes to hybrids is the wings but that Seraphim bone density is reflective of birds so JC and their family are all REALLY light for regular humans. Also I like to think that light manipulation is very muddled in seraphim hybrids however they’re much more photosensitive and abke to detect even the smallest changes in lighting (which helps Kelly find the absolute perfect lighting in every situation)

- I like to think that Patrick’s family tree is a nightmare of hybridization amongst various dog or canine related species. Bro’s got a little wulver, a little wolf walker (don’t know the actual name but y’know the irish one), possibly some inugami, etc. Infact I think this is SUPER COMMON amongst werewolves (and also vampires but to a lesser extent, I think for vampires it’s more of a “well we gotta keep the blood line pure but you’re close enough to a vampire so we just wont tell anyone you’re actually something slightly different” whereas for werewolves it was a sort of “you understand the struggle and also we’re similar enough to where we can help each other and understand each other better” type deal) 99% of werewolves packs have like very little werewolf in them overall (it’s like being Irish in America almost. It’s the ethnicity you KNOW you have the rest is a mystery) type deal

Summary: John is more than a little bit concussed. Herla takes John to the hospital and sits with him while he recovers from his injuries.

I cannot draw however I wanted to describe what I think Lindsey looks like bc tee hee Siren Lindsey go brr so woe Lindsey appearance hc be upon ye

- About 5ft 2

- Freckles!! Lots of them!!

- Somewhere between pale and tan (def has cool undertones tho)

- Curly brown hair (when unglamored I imagine an almost Barbie: mermaid tail situation where she gets some teal I picture it as either highlights, a streak, or an underdye) I also imagine her with long hair like halfway down her back long and I see her often braiding it or wearing bandanna type things

- Hazel eyes

- Often dresses very cozily, very cortage core

- Purple mark tattoo on her wrist reflecting the marks that showed up when she was helping people while cursed

- I like to think that she doesn’t usually wear a whole lot of jewelry and what she does wear is very sentimental (I think she has a natural pearl necklace and Nancy has a matching one. It’s just a gold chain and a single pearl but she treasures it) (ALSO I FEEL LIKE SHE’S A SILVER GIRLY)

- I think when she’s unglamored she has gills on her neck, slit pupils, siren like teeth (the like sharp thin ones), slightly webbed fingers (I also think the tips of her fingers would be slightly purple), slightly sharper fingernails, those fin ear things (I imagine that hers are a gradient of purple to teal), and patches of scales (I imagine that her scales are iridescent fading from teal to purple (I actually imagine that the shade of purple is very similar to that of the marks from the curse and the iridescense is actually a leftover effect from Bob’s curse (it’s symbolism for her redemption bc like color shifting y’know?))
