You guys! DS graduated high school this weekend! He’s our third oldest, but first to graduate from a brick and motor high school which happens to be the high school that both myself and my parents graduated from.

My mom graciously offered to allow us to have the party at her house which is beautiful! My college roommate drove with her family from MN and made all of the sub sandwiches. I made all of the desserts. DH created the fruit and veggie tray from my Pinterest board.

It was smallish and simple and really nice. DH was so happy. I have so many feelings and thoughts, but for now I’ll just say that he made it through with honors and is heading to college. I don’t know what college will bring, but I wasn’t sure we would get here so many years ago. I’m proud, glad, and relieved all at once.

CaKing represented Shouma making positive memories with Sachika, and it doesn't die upon use because while the cake itself will be gone, the memories won't.

Chocolate chip cookie dough cake and cupcakes went out today. Been awhile since I’ve done a cake for someone. I was making the same cake for Ms. 6, and someone asked me yesterday for a last minute order so here we are. I baked off the last of the batter as cupcakes because I thought they would sell. They did! Glad to have everything picked up by my customers and the rest of the afternoon to pack for our drive to spend the weekend with Ms. 6.
