⛓️🌀Captishifter/Fellshifter🧬⛓️ 🌕 Definition: A term for shapeshifters who have lost their ability to transform, whether entirely or partially. This may refer to physical, mental, metaphysical etc. transformation. 🌑 This was coined to describe my own experience as a werewolf, it's thus intended for alter/nonhumans and to be considered an alter/nonhuman term. However, it is not exclusive. Use with credit, ask before reposting to any wikis 🌙 Example usages: - Identifying physically as a shapshifter but not experiencing physical shifts - Identifying as a nonhuman who is in a constant state of or doesn't experience mental shifts, however feel as if they should be able to change their mental state. - Having a past life where one could transform and still viewing it as integral to one's identity, despite not possesing those abilities anymore.

🍂 Flag colour meaning: The colours from rainbow express the wide range of experiences and forms shapeshifters may have, they're desaturated to reflect how the identity describes a loss of these forms and the disconnect it may bring to one's internal/external identity. The fact it's a vauge gradient is also supposed to represent the transformation and fluidity. 🍁 Symbol meaning: The triangle/delta in the middle is meant to represent transformation, the dot within the triangle represents the nonhumanity within. The circle "around" it symbolizes how one's sense of self and identity is interlocked with transformation.
