Bubblegum was eliminated from the competition

"Future Cats" photoshoot judging panel, Cat Top Model

Bubblegum, we were asking for more from you during this shoot but we felt you weren’t putting enough energy forward and at times you even looked bored. The belly flop you did to lie down with the sprites –which we affectionately call the 'Pickles flop' after the Season One 3rd-place finalist—was a nice idea but wasn’t quite executed as well as Pickles. We chose this one as your best shot, as you looked present and happy here.

Being in the bottom two with Evergreen, unfortunately you lost the viewers' saving vote to keep you in the competition, and sadly we have to say goodbye.

Please give Bubblegum some love! She will be available for download very soon.

Evergreen, there weren’t nearly enough photos in this set for a sufficient and successful shoot. We feel that you need to learn to work more with the photographer and to show a greater variety of poses. This is not the first time you have been in the bottom two. You were saved from being eliminated the last time by the viewers' vote -- and this time you have also been SAVED! Congratulations Evergreen, you are still in the running to become Canada's Next Cat Top Model.

Royal you showed us some good poses here and there were lots to choose from, for your best pic. You showed the bot well, but unfortunately you drowned a bit in relation to the size of bot. We really liked the movement of this pic though, and we liked your 'scared' attitude. "Bots – invention of the future … or a menace to society??" Congratulations Royal, you’re still in the running to become Canada’s Next Cat Top Model.

Scarlett, there’s still a bit of an issue of you being “too cute” and therefore too commercial but even so, there was an adequate selection of photos to choose from here. You looked bright and sweet, with a lovely curiosity about the product you were showing. Congratulations Scarlett, you’re still in the running to become Canada’s Next Cat Top Model.

Who is your favorite kitty?

For our most recent Cat Top Model shoot, our top model simans went to the future! The name of the photo shoot was "Future Cats" and the premise in going to the future was to bring back some cool future gadgets for the cats to model with for a commercial product campaign.

Among many innovative gadgets and some sprites, we brought back a real bot, Renfield, who we quite liked because he matched Tyra. However, we're not sure how Tyra is going to get along with him...

Second called was Buttercup!

Buttercup, you did very well in this shoot and we had a lot of good photos. You showed a consistently proud and cool vibe, like a rockstar guitarist! You had some great ideas with playing the instrument you were modelling with. Your interaction with the product shows that it not only looks cool but plays well. We didn’t use the playing shots, but we chose this photo, which puts both the product and yourself at a great angle and shows the full beauty of both. Congratulations Buttercup, you’re still in the running to become Canada’s Next Cat Top Model.
