My partner has become quite the chef these days! He hybridized these two recipes to make this lotus root and potato kebabs. They were very flavorful and held together well, like ground meat patties, but all vegetarian. Finished it off with some mint chutney. I did need to pair it with a starch as the flavors were intense.

Instructions to make Chanay ki biryani:
Soak rice according to instructions..
Prepare all vegetables.
Boil water for rice with salt, illichi, bay leaf and cloves and star anice, add rice and cook.
When rice are cooked 3/4th, I kanni reh jae to strain karen..
In another pan heat oil add garam masala, brown onions, ginger garlic paste and fry it.
Then add dahi and mix, tomatoes add karen cook till soft, achi tarha bhun lein thora pani dal ke.
Add chanay and green chillies, mix and bhunai karen achi tarha jab oil uper aa jae..
Now make layers for biryani, In same pot used for boiling rice put 1tsp oil and 2tbsp water and then half rice, than chana masala..
Green chillies aur Podina add karen, phir baqi rice spread karen, orange colour aur kewra dal ke cover and dum.
Tawa raken phir flame tez karen 5 mins phir low kar dein dum pe rakhen for 15mins..
Delicious biryani is ready serve with raita and salad.

Before going to a dental clinic, I went to a Pakistani cuisine restaurant.  I tried to have chana murg because I had liked combination of beans and meat since I had had dal gosht at this restaurant.  But chana beans were big, and tight, then beans were difficult to get extracted components of meats.  Then murg chana was quite different from dal gosht.  Of course, murg chana was delicious, but I guess I don’t try it again.  Even though, I enjoyed this lunch very much especially combination of this curry and roti was excellent.

How to Make Madata Khaja recipes super suvai tamil
1.Combine, flour baking powder, salt and ghee, rubbing the ghee in by short crust method to form a crumb sort of texture, use water as required lightly, and knead into a stiff dough like a biscuit.
2.Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
3.Roll out and divide the dough in 12 small round balls.
4.Further divide each dough in to 3 parts.
5.Now roll out each small dough like a puri, apply ghee and stack the three puris one top of another.
6.Roll out the stacks like a kathi roll, cut in to two and flatten.
7.Once flattened , they are ready to be fried in oil till golden.
8.Immerse the fried madata’s in the sugar syrup, sprinkle cardamom powder.

Pre-Preparation:
1.Measure out all the ingredients separately for the stuffing, pooris and Raseele Aloo and keep it aside.
2.Chop some green chilies and ginger for the poori stuffing.
3.Chop the tomatoes and onions for the Raseele Aloo
4.Soak the urad dal in water for 2-3 hours. Drain the excess water and keep aside.
5.Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters. Parboil the potatoes with little salt and turmeric powder and keep it aside.
Prepare bedmi stuffing:
1.Grind the whole urad dal to a coarse paste using 2-3 tablespoons of water. Ensure that you don’t make a smooth fine paste of it.
2.Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, add asafetida. Add the ground urad dal and mix it well. Avoid the dal from sticking to the pan.
3.After 3-4 minutes of cooking the urad dal, add the chopped ginger and green chilies and sauté.
4.Add all the powdered spices- red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, aamchur powder and garam masala powder and cook till raw flavour of masalas have gone.
5.Once the mixture appears loose and crumbly in texture, add the chopped coriander.

How to Make Arbi Gosht recipes super suvai tamil
1.Wash and peel the arbi. After removing the skin cut in to halves and wash.
2.In a pan take little oil and deep fry the arbi until they are golden in colour as fried potatoes.
3.Heat oil and add cinnamon stick, black cardamom and finely chopped onions, fry onions till golden brown.
4.Add the meat and sauté for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a few minutes.
5.Add coriander, turmeric and red chilli powder and salt and cook on a low flame. By adding few sprinkles of water in between shall prevent it from burning.
6.Add finely chopped tomatoes and let it cook until tomatoes are soft.
7.Add water to the mutton and mix.
8.Once the water comes to a boil, reduce heat to low and cover lid to and let it cook until mutton is cooked.
9.Add fried arbi pieces and green chillies and simmer for about 5 minutes.
10.Now add water depending on how thin you want the gravy. Mix well and bring to boil, until the Arbi become soft.

Pre-Preparation:

2.Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, add asafetida. Add the ground urad dal and mix it well. Avoid the dal from sticking to the pan.
3.After 3-4 minutes of cooking the urad dal, add the chopped ginger and green chilies and sauté.
4.Add all the powdered spices- red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, aamchur powder and garam masala powder and cook till raw flavour of masalas have gone.
5.Once the mixture appears loose and crumbly in texture, add the chopped coriander.

1.In a stainless-steel bowl take the measured quantity of atta, semolina, salt and the prepared stuffing and bind the ingredients into a dough. Add water to make a tight dough

5.Cook till the spices are well fried. Add the boiled potatoes and cook for 15-20 min until the potatoes have cooked completely.
6.Adjust the seasoning with salt and garnish with chopped coriander.
7.Serve hot with the pooris.
8.Garnish the hot Raseele Aloo with potato salli and freshly chopped coriander and serve with fried Bedmi Puris, accompanied with Kachumber.

1.Wash and peel the arbi. After removing the skin cut in to halves and wash.
2.In a pan take little oil and deep fry the arbi until they are golden in colour as fried potatoes.
3.Heat oil and add cinnamon stick, black cardamom and finely chopped onions, fry onions till golden brown.
4.Add the meat and sauté for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a few minutes.
5.Add coriander, turmeric and red chilli powder and salt and cook on a low flame. By adding few sprinkles of water in between shall prevent it from burning.
6.Add finely chopped tomatoes and let it cook until tomatoes are soft.
7.Add water to the mutton and mix.
8.Once the water comes to a boil, reduce heat to low and cover lid to and let it cook until mutton is cooked.
9.Add fried arbi pieces and green chillies and simmer for about 5 minutes.
10.Now add water depending on how thin you want the gravy. Mix well and bring to boil, until the Arbi become soft.
