that’s not how it works. not every system can control alters, not every system has gatekeepers that can always stop things, and not every system is able to even communicate enough to control things

amnesia barriers and dissociative barriers make it harder to control what people do

do you think people don’t try? we personally have written out full agreements on what alters can and can’t do. they still get broken because breaking news you can’t always control your alters

our host deals with a lot of guilt on not being able to control alters.

you’re a privileged asshole if you think everyone should be able to control their fucking disorder

yes, systems should take accountability. we personally have done so every single time an alter has hurt someone. but expecting everyone to be able to control every alter is so fucking unrealistic

If your alters can't be trusted to not post something that will get you in trouble, make you lose friends, get you banned from your platform, etc.

They should not be allowed to post.

If they do and get your ass in trouble, it's up to the entire system to take responsibility. Just because they're not the same person as you doesn't mean you can use that as an excuse to be a complete and utter dick.
