I totally forgot, but Noelle and I ordered sandwiches last night (it was too hot to cook in our kitchen that does not have AC) from a new place she found and damn but I'm into the "theme" of this otherwise weed-free spot:

I don't know, I'm just tickled by how thoughtful and detailed everything about their food and their whole vibe is. I love it.

FWIW their food is pretty good, and those pretzel nuggets might be a new go-to in general for me.

Anyway, support your local, weird establishments when you can because not everything has to be corporatized or without true character and personality.

Urgh I've rly been wanting a pair of workout shoes and new casual shoes bc I don't rly have either rn (I been wearing my fancy platforms for a while ever since my regular ones wore through) but I barely have the money for it and idk when my dad will have the money to pay me for the past 2 weeks of work

I wanted to answer that it is in fact pretty good, though I'd recommend being at least a little high if you go. It's mostly sandwiches (pretty ordinary variety of toasted subs) with good ingredients, flavor. Very filling, some a bit heavy. Kinda pricey but the smallest option is pretty affordable and filling. They also have sides like Doritos nachos (and similar combinations to cater to the munchied mind) that are pretty solid, and very sugary mixed kool aid type drinks that honestly I tend to avoid so I can't tell you if they're good. Worth a try if you like corny over the top "stoner culture" theming, or toasted sandwiches

honestly the fact that you found a reply I left on a post nearly 3 years ago and came to my blog to give this in depth reply is awesome and I appreciate it. I’ll keep all this information in mind if I ever find one of these restaurants in the wild thank you anon

Majdalā had never been out onto Hugo's property before, but finding his information and driving out there with the dog wasn't hard, especially when Dasher hadn't been out and about in a hot minute.

And besides - what better way to check on Hugo than with the dog as a buffer? She knew he hadn't a handful of his own, and it was the perfect way to say hello.

Well, that and her home cooking. Majdalā wasn't above bribery, certainly not when it came to him.

When her car finally pulls to a stop outside the house, long legs step out first, clas in jeans, then the rest of her follows: good boots, a flannel around her waist if she gets cold, and her favorite old 'cowboy up' shirt ( one she could never remember where she'd gotten, but knew it hadn't always been hers ), hair in a bunch at the back of her head.

Dasher hops out after her, barking his blocky little head off as he goes to sniff at the flowerbeds. She leans against her car, waiting for the man to come out and see what the commotion was with a smile on her face.
