I've been cooking a lot more this year and I want keep track of that a little better. Al the things that we are eating and what we are enjoying.

I had less photos on my phone than planned so that's enough for now. The pastries and rolls were just fun baked things I had a craving for. They have both been made multiple times, at this point. I've used the rolls for pulled pork sliders, ham and cheese sliders, turkey bacon sliders, just hot and covered in butter. So yummy and fluffy.
The cutlets were so good, and they are worth the effort, but at most monthly. The pizzas we do almost every other week. Our roomie is dairy free so it makes it very easy for everyone to get the pizza they want. The dough I use is basically a focaccia and the bottom gets very similar to pizza huts crunchy oily bottom. They are so good and I always look forward to it. Maybe someday I'll do a process post. I make the dough and the sauce and it is so easy for what you get out of it. It is the kind of meal I will be eating and daydreaming of the leftovers

500 grams minced chicken

Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Fresh Podina leaves, chopped
Fresh Ajawain leaves, chopped
Bread crumbs
3 Eggs
Oil for frying
