as a chorby and the replichorbies idea i like to imagine that the replicas also survived beyond the end and they all went their own ways living the lives and identities they carved out for themselves, but also keep a groupchat (including og chorby) where they keep each other updated about what theyre doin. i just think its such a cool trope when 'clones' gain personhood beyond the being they were a copy of. god i miss blaseball

i know there was probably going to be some continuation of the barista/redaction plotline, but i like to think chorbii either gets to leave the gamer cave whenever they want or just left entirely

the group chat idea is fun! i think chorby likes keeping tabs on what the other "versions" of themself are doing after blaseball ended :3c

for as much as the replicas were the most "played straight" version of multiple clones of a player, i really like how the chorby replicas kind of developed their own "personalities" just by virtue of what the sim did with them - fourby getting the soul patches, chorbv going on an umpire killing spree, chorbii in the gamer cave, etc.

we're coming up on the anniversary of coin death so i do want to remind everyone chorbiii was in the hall when everyone got turned loose >:)

CHORBY SOUL V: Replica of Chorby Soul that played for the Georgias during the Season β21 Endseason, but what an Endseason it was! ChorbV's short-lived career on the Georgias was a memorable one, taking us to Cactus Land to find the 8-blood Blagonball and killing five umpires on the way, the most of any single player. Five for five!

ANKLE HALIFAX: Georgias player from Season β12 to Season β20. Was unfortunately never that good on the Georgias, being cursed with high star counts with awful stat distribution. Has received a new wave of appreciation in the Coronation Era, where they play for the Charleston Shoe Thieves, and are one of their star batters. I mean, have you seen Quail's art? Just plain adorable.

JELLY BURGERTOES: Georgias player from Season β22 to Season β23. Never left our Shadows, and quickly got Gachapon'd by the LA Unlimited Tacos, which was a shame because they were one of our best shadow prospects. Currently plays for the Yellowstone Magic, where Jelly is a star hitter that clowned on us repeatedly during the Season 2 postseason. We raised a monster.

okay i know chorbv didn't incinerate the coin because they were in the vault

but it's about the vibes here

also chorbiii was in the hall and definitely did incinerate the coin, so i count that as a kill for chorby soul and chorby soul replicas everywhere

yeah okay so a lot happened in blaseball with the library and whatnot one year ago but also: it is the anniversary of the day chorby "ump slayer" soul v killed five umpires. that's not a replica number by their name. that's a kill count.
