It's wild that some ship Chrisbecca romantically. Didn't he call her "kid" in the remake of RE1? And I saw no ounce of romance b/t them in Vendetta. I just figured he adores Becca as a sister since she's pretty much the same age as Claire?

Pretty sure he called her kid in 1, yeah (so did Billy in 0 but my feelings about Billy and Rebecca are for another time) and I do think he thinks of Becky as a little sister since she’s about Claire’s age, she’s younger than him and sweet and he wants to protect her, similar to Claire. His care for her in Vendetta is genuine and doesn’t feel romantic at all, just a guy genuinely looking out for his friend. Also ik barely anyone has seen Stage but he is so caring for her there too, he’s incredibly protective of her and they make a great team aaaa I love these two so much
