To often we are super busy, but not busy doing the right things that matter the most. . Thanks to my coach, I'm currently working on some new goals. #coachesneedcoaches . I can't lie...I know better, but I get tempted to keep stuff in my head and not write it down too. . The problem is we forget what's important. We forget to keep the main thing the main thing. . We spend our time and efforts on the wrong stuff. Then we don't get the result that we want and get tempted to give up before the manifestation. . If you want to manifest your vision then you need to write it down. . Many times if it's not written down it won't happen. . Tell someone with the spirit who will keep you accountable. . Set goals if you don't have them. Get clear about your goals. Why you want to achieve them? What difference it will make in your life. What daily, weekly, or monthly action steps must you take to see the goal come to past. . That way you know that you are busy doing the right things and why you must do them. . FOCUS ON THE BIG PICTURE: WHEN YOUR VISION MANIFESTS! How will it feel? What will it look like? How will you benefit? How will other's benefit? What freedom will it provide? What stress will it relief? . KEEP YOUR BIG PICTURE IN MIND When you don't feel like doing the work. When you want quite. When you feel like things are moving fast enough. When you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel. When you'd prefer to procrastinate on busy work that won't help you achieve your goals. . HALF OF 2019 IS GONE NOW and I don't want to have this face at the end🤦🏾‍♀️😫 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I didn't spend everyday as I should have, but the past is the past. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I've definitely become more serious and dedicated about how I spend my time each day and make sure that I have my priorities in place. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ~I'm being more mindful. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ~Making more deposits into myself before I give so much out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ~Having more moments of silence, prayer. deep breathing, and reflection. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ~I'm working out more to maintain my weight, strength, clear my head, increase my focus and gain more discipline. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I'm leaving the past in the past. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I'm seeking help when I need it and pray for the right people to help me manifest the vision that God has given me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ~I will be more dedicated, resilient, consistent, and persistent because my success matters to me, my family, and client's. .
