omg you guys really liked the funger oc post so here's the first one 😁😁 his name is mateo because i didnt want to come up with a fake spanish name

Born around the 1560's, Mateo is a (funger equivalent) Mexican Vaquero. Being raised to br a woman, only a few years before his expedition did he realize that he was not a woman. Trying to change your identity in a place where everyone knows you is hard. That's why he immediately fled when he heard the rumors. Rumors of an extremely valuable artifact, stolen by the leader of an infamous mercenary group, had begun plaguing his town. They said both the artifact and leader resided in the Dungeons of Fear and Hunger, in the kingdom of Rondon. They said they bringing either the artifact or the leader out from the dungeon would bring you infinite amounts of wealth. Mateo knew that this wealth would give him what he needs to start anew. He joined the first expedition to Rondon he could find, putting on facial hair made of makeup and changing his name to Mateo Madraso.

And so he makes it to the Dungeons, all those on the expedition had left to their destinations, and he was all alone. The dungeons greeted him with a sickening feeling... Who knows what lies agead on his journey....

His automatically equipped weapon is an arquebus (pretend the gun on his belt is one i forgot to properly research 1500's guns when i was drawing him🤦) and he works well with shooting weapons (his gun as well as bows, if he can get rope he works well with that as well) he cannot equip blunt weapons

i'm sure i'll add more later on lol

who should i post next, his farmer boyfriend or a vampire :)?

(it should be noted this is all for fun, obviously historically being trans wasn't something he could just get away with like that but who knows!! it's for fun. the funger lore might not work directly with this and to that i say shhhh i'm having a blast)
