Billy Hargrove- I hate you pt7
(18+!!)
Never in a million years did you think you’d be going on a date with Billy Hargrove. The arrogant, egotistical, fuck boy of Hawkins was somehow making his way into your heart.
Thankfully Billy had basketball practice tonight so you could take your time getting ready. You threw your bag on your bed and stripped off your school clothes heading to the bathroom in your room. You washed your makeup off while you let the shower water get hot. You turned on the little radio you had in the bathroom and brushed your long hair out before stepping in the shower and letting the hot water consume you. You really took your time pampering yourself. Using your favorite body wash and deep conditioning your hair. You made sure to double cleanse your face. Something your mother had always taught you to do to prevent breakouts. When you were finally done you wrapped one towel around your body and the other in your hair. You stepped out into your room and grabbed your body oil and lotion. Another little trick you learned from your mother was to moisturize right after your shower so your skin will be extra hydrated. The coconut oil was supposed to really help with that. Usually you’d never take quite this many steps but you wanted your skin to feel so soft and perfect. As you spreading the lotion up your legs you thought about Billys hands touching you. How badly your body was craving him. It wasn’t much secret around school that you were a virgin. Your grades were always more important than some guy and you weren’t one for pointless hookups, but you knew if things went well with Billy, it wouldn’t last long. Now you weren’t planning on loosing your virginity on your first date with him, but you were definitely hoping a little something would happed. You remembered feeling how hard he was pressed up against you earlier. You needed him to touch you tonight. So you opted for a nice short low-cut sundress. It showed your boobs off perfectly. Low enough to definitely catch attention but not low enough to be deemed slutty. It hugged your waist tightly and flowed out at the bottom. Cute and sexy in one, it was perfect for a first date. Of course it is the beginning of October so its definitely been getting cold out. Especially at night, so you paired it with some ankle boots and a jean jacket. Should you have worn some tights, probably, but you didn’t want them in the way between Billys hands and your skin. Besides you’d be inside most of the night anyway. You did your makeup as your hair dried. Although you didn’t do it a whole lot for school, you loved doing your makeup. You grew up watching your mom sit in front of the mirror getting ready for date nights with your dad. Shed always blot a little lipstick on your lips as well and tell you how beautiful you looked. Now here you were in front of the mirror getting ready for your own date. You patted on a deep red color with your fingers to give your lips a more natural kiss me look and topped it with some lipgloss. Your eyeshadow was pretty light but it really made your big eyes pop. When you were satisfied you moved onto curling your hair into very loose curls and putting it up in a high ponytail with a ribbon. You left a few pieces out to frame your face. You really felt beautiful. You sprayed your favorite vanilla perfume and put on very simple dainty jewelry. The necklace sat perfectly on your chest drawing in more attention to your boobs. You checked the time 6:55 perfect. You did a small twirl in the mirror to double check everything before grabbing your purse. The doorbell rang right on time. “I’ll get it.” You yelled. “My my don’t you look beautiful.” Your mother said when you walked down the steps. “Whats the occasion?” “Oh I forgot to tell you, I’m going on a date with Billy.” With that you opened the door. Billy’s breath caught in his throat when he saw you. Holy shit he thought. You looked perfect. “Wow you look stunning.” He said still staring at you. “Well thank you, so do you.” He gave you that beautiful smile you loved. “Oh um these are for you. I know your dad got you some yesterday but I don’t think you can ever have too many flowers.” He said handing you the bouquet. “Billy these are beautiful! Thank you, let me go put them in water.” You kissed him on the cheek before taking the flowers. He stepped inside after you. “Hi Mrs.(L/n)” “Hello Billy. Don’t you look dashing tonight.” He laughed, “Thank you.” You walked back in the room and grabbed his hand. “Okay lets go. Bye mom!” “Bye sweetie, you kids have fun and be safe!” “We will.” You said shutting the door. “So what do you want for dinner Princess?” He said opening the car door for you. “I’m in the mood for pasta.” “Pasta it is.” He shut your door and made his way over to the drivers seat. “You really do look beautiful (Y/n)” You blushed. “Thank you Billy. You look really handsome yourself.” He smiled at you again and turned on the radio. More rock music flooded your ears. You didn’t mind at all. He grabbed your hand and interlocked your fingers. The action was small but it left the biggest smile on your face.
You two stayed like that the whole ride. You didn’t talk the rest of the ride, but it was a comfortable silence. His thumb rubbed soothing circles on the back of your hand. You arrived at the restaurant and Billy let go of your hand to get out and open your door for you. You felt stupid but you missed the feeling of his hand in yours. Of course that feeling didn’t last too long because as soon as he opened your door he stuck his hand out for you to take again. You sat in a small booth in the corner. You ordered Alfredo and Billy got a small pizza. It surprised you just how easy he was to talk too. You spent the whole dinner talking and laughing. He asked you so many questions about yourself really trying to know you. A lot of times when you’d ask him something more personal he’d change the subject back to you. Especially when you asked about his family. You made a small mental note about that. “Alright Hargrove enough about me for a minute I wanna know more about you too.” “Alright fine. Shoot your question.” “Tell me a secret no one else knows.” He thought about it for a second. “Okay, um- this is the first real date I’ve ever been on. I’ve only ever done hookups before I’ve never sat down to know a girl and I’m a little nervous.” That response shocked you. Now of course you knew his reputation for hookups that was no surprise, but you being his first ever date too. You being special enough he actually wants to be seen with you and get to know you, not just sleep with you. It made you fall for him even more. “You’re my first date too, Billy.” “Really?” “Yep.” “I just would’ve thought, I mean you’re fucking gorgeous. No ones ever asked you out before?” “Nope, never.” “I wasn’t your first kiss, was I?” “No no, I played 7 minutes in heaven this one time freshman year, and I’ve played spin the bottle a few times before but that’s all it ever was. Just a drunken kissing game.” He paused for a second taking in what you said. “So- you’ve never done anything else with a guy before?” “Nope, never. I know what a sad little virgin compared to you.” You let out a laugh as you said it. “Huh.” Was all he said before changing the subject. The rest of dinner was perfect. He had you laughing so hard you were almost in tears. “We better get going soon if we’re gonna make it to the movie princess.” “Oh that’s right. Time to see terminator and gag at all the fake blood.” He chuckled and got cash out to pay the bill. He grabbed your hand again to lead you out to the car. This time as he drove off his big hand found themselves on your thigh. He lightly squeezed the gentle skin. You felt on fire. He was hardly even touching you and your panties were already getting wet. Your breathing hitched slightly as you silently prayed he’d move his hand up. He didn’t. It stayed right in place until he was paying admission for the drive in. This definitely wasn’t what you expected from his reputation, but you also couldn’t complain. He wasn’t treating you like a hookup, which is good obviously you don’t wanna be a hookup, but you couldn’t help how bad you wanted him. He parked the car and you decided now would be a good time to take off your jacket. Billy didn’t even try to hide that he was staring at your chest. He licked his lips and glanced into your eyes then back down to your chest. “I uh, I didn’t know what kind you liked so I just got a bunch of random stuff.” He said still staring at your boobs. “What?” “Candy.” He said finally looking away and reaching into the back seat to pull out a bag filled with different sweets and snacks. “Ya know, for the movie.” “Billy that’s so sweet, Thank you.” You looked around in the bag before settling on a cherry tootsie-pop. Perfect. You kicked your boots off and moved to drape your legs across Billys lap, slightly moving your dress up even further and giving him a better view of your breasts. Then you started sucking on the lollipop aimlessly, looking at the big screen ahead.
You felt his eyes burning into you and his dick twitch a little against his jeans. You tried to hide your smile as you felt him start rubbing his hand slowly up and down your leg, going slightly higher each time. “Your skin is so fucking soft.” He mumbled. “Thank you.” His rough fingers reached a little higher this time, dancing right under the edge of you dress. He squeezed your thigh again. This time the effect had your wet pussy clenching around nothing. You weren’t sure if he was able to tell, but he did have that stupid smirk on his face while he kept his eyes on the movie screen. I can play this game too, you thought. You stretched your legs just a little bit, making sure to rub across his dick ever so slightly. His grip on your thigh tightened even more. He turned to look at you, you glanced back holding eye contact as you swirled your tongue around the red sucker and took it out of your mouth with a slight ‘pop’. His chest was rising and falling much heavier now. “Princess…” His voice was much deeper now. “You’re making this really difficult for me.” “Making what difficult Billy.” He knew exactly what you were doing, but you wanted to hear the words come out of his mouth. “Don’t play dumb with me baby girl. You know what you’re doing, now I’m trying really hard to be a gentleman here. Don’t go starting something you can’t finish.” You just smiled innocently back at him and removed your legs from his lap. You leaned in close to his ear. “Maybe I don’t want you to be a gentlemen.” He took a sharp breath in before pulling you into his lap so you were straddling him. You gasped as you felt his rock hard cock against your wet core. You instinctively grinned harder against it whimpering his name. “Fuck your so sexy princess” He said before he crashed his lips against yours. It was sloppy and rough and hot. He grabbed your ass making you moan into his mouth. You weren’t sure how long you were kissing. You only pulled away to catch your breath. He dug your hips down onto his. “Billy please.” “Please what baby.” “Please touch me. I need it please. I need you Billy.” You begged. His eyes turned even darker than before. He leaned you back slightly and tore your dress down enough to expose your boobs. “This okay?” He asked. “Yes, yes it’s okay Billy please touch me.” That second clarification was all he needed. He grabbed your right breast in his hand and rolled your nipple between his fingers as he kissed down your neck. Thank god the only cars around were pretty far away being a Tuesday night, no one was here. You were a moaning mess. His mouth continued down your neck until he attached his lips to your other nipple. “Billy oh my god.” You could feel him smirking against you. He never expected to have this happen tonight. He really did plan on being a perfect gentlemen tonight. He thought maybe at most a small takeout session in the car sure, but here you are on top of him, moaning like a perfect slut while you grind on his dick. He removed his hand from your breast and snuck it slowly up your thigh. He lightly ran his fingertip along your panties to feel how wet you were. Holy shit he wasn’t expecting you to be this soaked. He was aching to be inside you, but he wasn’t going to let that happen just yet. Not tonight. In fact the minute you told him you were a virgin he swore to himself he wouldn’t fuck you until you were his girlfriend, but he was definitely gonna make you cum. He stopped attaching your nipple so he could see your face as he slipped his fingers past your panties, collecting your wetness, and bringing it up to your clit. He made small slow circled at first. You laced your fingers into his long golden curls and let out a gasp. He felt 100x better than you could’ve ever imagined. “Oh Billy… more, please more.” He removed his fingers from your clit and dipped one slowly inside you. He found your g spot in a matter of seconds. You knew it would only be a matter of minutes before you were cumming. Without warning he added a second finger. You started clenching around them as he continued pounding them into your G spot. He used his other thumb to start rubbing faster circles in your clit and he attached his mouth to your nipple again. It was all so much at once. You let out one last loud moan of his name before you came all over his fingers. He slowed them down to help you ride out your high. When you finally opened your eyes again he slowly pulled them out and put them in his mouth. It was the hottest thing you’ve ever seen. He looked back into your glossy eyes. “You taste so fucking good princess.” You kissed him again, deeply, so you could taste yourself on his mouth. You moaned again and reached your hand down to palm him through his jeans. He bit your lip then pulled away removing your hand. “Wha-“ “Not yet baby. I just wanted to make you feel good.” “But I wanna make you feel good too, Billy.” “Oh princess I promise you will, but if I let you keep going now I’m not sure I’ll be able to stop myself.” You pouted and were about to protest again but he kissed you gently. “Besides, movie just ended. I gotta get you home before your parents kill me.” He helped you fix your dress and gave you another kiss before letting you crawl back to your seat. You leaned your head on his arm and interlocked your fingers the whole way home. Neither of you could stop smiling. He kissed you at every stop light. He drove slower than he ever had before trying to make the moment last as long as he could. Still you arrived outside your house too quickly. He let you out and walked you to your front door. “So, how was it for your first ever date?” He asked. “Better than I could’ve ever imagined.” He smiled as he leaned in to give you one last kiss that took your breath away. “I’ll pick you up for school in the morning?” “I can’t wait.” “Goodnight princess.” “Goodnight Billy.” You stepped inside and saw your mother waiting up for you with a smile on her face. “So how was it?” “Perfect.” She kissed you on your head goodnight before you both headed upstairs. You never thought you could be this happy. Neither did Billy. Thankfully when he got home everyone had already gone to bed. Max peaked her head out of her room when she heard him come in. “How’d it go?” She whispered. “Amazing.” He whispered back. She smiled brightly at him before going back to sleep. Billy shut the door behind him and stripped down to his boxers. He claimed in bed before letting his hand grip his still Simi-hard dick. His mind flooded with the sounds of your moans and how you begged for his touch. He came in no time. He cleaned himself up with a dirty T-shirt before quickly falling asleep.

18+ Minors DNI
You run your finger over the condensation of your empty drink, drawing shapes (or what you thought to be shapes, you couldn’t tell at this point) waiting for your dear friend, Makki to bring you a refill of your cocktail.
“Here ya go.” Makki said as he returned with your beloved Malibu Sunset. The smooth coconut rum bringing you back to your first and favorite drink that you ever got drunk on in high school. You smiling at the memory
“Thanks.” you say. Your reply being mumbled by the liquid already in your mouth.
This all started with Iwaizumi calling Mattsun up, you and Makki hearing “You wanna get wasted?” on the other side of the phone. And with pleasure, you two were already packing your stuff up, shoving yalls “pregame” bottles back in the bag. The three of you made your happy way there climbing through the fence of the abandoned skate park you were in. Needles to say it was abandoned for a reason, but what’s life without a little danger.
You three and the rest of the third years have been friends since high school, meeting in freshman year, and now including Oikawa’s girlfriend. You actually didn’t like Oikawa at first, his “pretty boy” demeanor making you internally cringe. But his personality grew quickly on you, being the perfect target to tease you and Iwa clowning him over everything.
Now back to you on your nth drink, complaining about your previous job that fired you because u got injured, even though you know you wouldn’t have lasted long there anyways because you weren’t that academically inclined. Bright? Whatever you wanted to call it.
And as-usual it wasn’t long before your crybaby ass immediately called Makki and Issei and “tried” your best to tell them what happed with your dramatic self-induced tears running down you race, while Makki urged to you to try to calm down and Issei straight up laughing at the state your were in, snot running out of your nose. You recoiling at the thought, hoping they forgot. (Spoiler, they didn’t)
But now you nanny for a rich couple and you get payed good to play with cute babies all day, sounds good to you! Luckily, you had the week off due to them going on a vacation, you think it was France, no, the south of France. Must be nice.
Cue to now, Mattsun chuckling and leaning on you and Iwaizumi; both of you, especially Iwa, being visibly done with his shit. Him reminding you about the times you bought him some random shit, which you went out of your way for since he always payed for you, like that chopper keychain because you said it reminder you of him.
He didn’t know what compelled you to say his 6’2, tattooed built self looked like a tiny reindeer but okay. It still meant a lot to him, hooking it onto his motorcycle keys. But you knew he appreciated it, despite his appearance he’s a softie.
“You wanna try this’” He says gaining his composure offering you one of the shots he got.
You took one of the mini glasses, not being the type to back down and promptly swung the drink to the back of your mouth, quickly coughing before it even reached your throat.
“This shit is fucking gross.” You coughed out bringing the glass down from your lips.
“Imagine being sober. Can’t relate.” He said taking another shot.
“I guess I should do that but ive passed the point of giving a fuck” You said sending yall into a giggling fit while somehow Makki was thrown in to support yall from falling over. You two carry on laughing ignoring everyone’s stares at you thinking about how much yall fit perfectly together.
Makki rearranges himself to sit back in his chair, far away, from the both of you, whispering “Damn. I’m really third wheeling.” under his breath. Getting a snicker out of Oikawa sitting next to him.
“When your best friends are ignoring you. Sad times.” He continues bringing his bottle to his mouth getting no response.
Issei chuckles and gets up shoving his hands in his pocket reaching for the cigarettes. Pulling them out while failing to find his lighter
“Fuck.” He muttered
“Any’all got a light?”
No one responds so you sacrifice yourself “Yeah” you say reaching into your pocket grabbing out your prized possession of a hot pink, bedazzled lighter that you did yourself, reaching out to hand it to him.
“Don’t lose it” you stated seriously trying not to break a smile.
“K’ sweet cheeks.” He said smirking into the butt between his lips as he walked away. Your face now burning up, hoping that everyone would think it was because of the alcohol.
You mind wanders, thinking about the “dates” you two go on, from watching shows you “forcing” him to watch some romantic anime, to going to the skatepark, to playing video games with the rest of the 3rd years (which you don’t really like but you’ll play for him) and him surprising you with takeout, you bringing out candles trying your best to make it cute with him telling u everything you everything about his day.
And you always tried to remain calm, even though sometimes he deserved to get his ass beat, like that one time he broke one of your favorite pair of heels. It honestly hurt him even more, he wanted you to get mad at him but no, you just acted like nothing happened. Making the guilt rise in him. Let’s just say didn’t have to lift a finger for the next few weeks.
You basically babied him, taking care of all his “chores”, mainly making him food when you were at his place knowing he hated doing it. Makki teasing you for acting like his housewife, leading to you slapping the shit outta him while trying to cover your now red cheeks.
You’ve never been so grateful for your attire at the moment, blessing yourself for not wearing your usual outfits of short skirts and cute tops, defending yourself saying what housewife dresses in beat up vans and baggy clothes. You definitely not imaging yourself in that position for the rest of the day.
You expressed that you just liked to take care of people, which was true. You always looked out for them, bringing an extra umbrella, to bringing cookies you made at 2 in the morning to school, always carrying band-aids (yes, the paw patrol ones you took from the kids you babysit).
You checked the time on your phone seeing it was late since the sun at last went down, your lock screen being your dogs to their complaint since they have a group photos of you all from high school as theirs. To which you replied “They’re my babies” getting a groan and huff out of them.
Seeing the notifications of your group chat you grinned at the contact name you and Issei gave each other; yall jokingly call each other pet names, his contact being honeybun and yours being pumpkin, even including Makki in your contacts as pudding bc then it wasn’t weird, right? no.
“What’re you smiling at y/n?” Oikawa cheekily asks teasing you. You turn to him giving him a dirty look, not having enough energy to deal him right now.
“Don’t listen to his bullshit.” Oikawa’s girlfriend says. You’re thankful for her. She was always on your side, being the only other girl in your friend group. To be honest you just wanted her and you to hang out most of the time, but of course to your disapproval her boyfriend and his friends had to join in.
“Fuck this. Fuck you. I’m sleeping.” You say getting up to her objection, the only thing on your mind wanting to retire for the night.
“You sure you’ll be fine? Let us at least walk you home.” She said already grabbing her boyfriend’s arm.
“Nah, im good. I live right down the road.” You try to say not slurring. The last thing you want is him teasing you even more, especially in this state, knowing you, you’d probably start crying at the slightest irritation when youre this drunk.
You started to “walk” towards your house resting your hand against the brick walls to not lose your balance, leading you to run into Issei. You stopped to watch him lean against the alley holding a cigarette between his index and middle finger.
“I’m hiding like a bitch” He says noticing you, resting his weight against the wall.
“Wanna be a bitch with me? He grinned blowing out the smoke out with his words.
You didn’t reply, just walking over to him, just being around him made you feel warm.
"Fuck its windy.” He says trying to light a new cig.
“C’you make me a house?” He asks.
You go up and put your hands around his cigarette, this not being your first time. Your hands wrap a little tighter to prevent the wind from burning out his flame. He joins you with his free hand helping, finally getting his cig to light.
“Thanks doll” He smirks.
“No problem princess.” You reply earning a laugh out of him.
He takes his first hit with his and your hands still wrapped around it. He gets an up-close look at your hands, noticing how tiny they were, seeing all the scars that he never noticed, making a mental note to ask you how you got them later.
His head gets close to yours for the first time in a while due to his height. You glance at his face, noticing his features seeing some stubble growing on his face.
“You ain’t shave?” You ask, never seeing it in the past, while he was moving back up, blowing the smoke away from you.
“What, you don’t like my majestic beard? “He jokes. Making you giggle almost losing your balance before catching yourself on the wall.
“s’too much work.” He starts. “You wanna shave it for me?” he says slightly leaning towards you. Handing you back your lighter knowing you didn’t need him to carry it because your pants actually had pockets in them for once.
You let out a soft laugh not responding again. He catches on, you got quiet when you were tired and he made out that you were walking towards your house.
“You going home?” he asks already knowing the answer.
“Yeah.” You respond more than happy to have him walk you back, him already moving to walk next to you.
He walks you home, you two talking about random shit, both of you forgetting about your skateboards leaving Makki to deal with them. And even though you’re drunk as fuck you’re still in the right state of mind, carrying a normal conversation with him. But just because you’ve built a tolerance doesn’t mean you can do basic tasks, like walk correctly.
When he reaches your house, he types in the keycode, your first dogs birthday, being glad that you, him and Makki have each other’s memorized.
He leads you into you house setting you on the couch, petting your dogs that ran up to him.
“Mommy’s not feeling too good” He said giving them the affection they deserved.
“Yes I am.” You slurred getting them attention on you now.
He walked over to your counter putting on the playlist that you two made together on shuffle, High fashion being the first to play. You didn’t like when it was quiet because too many thoughts would run though your head. You were in no way sad, singing the lyrics while you were laughing barely being able to hold yourself up as proof.
Remembering you were tired, he takes you off the couch and borderline carries you to your room, , setting you on your plush blankets that you had so many of because it was warm and comfy.
“Easy, there. Try to sit up.”He said, trying to ask you what draws your pj’s were in because he didn’t want to snoop around; neither of you being bothered that you were half naked, what’s the difference between panties and a bikini, he thought remembering the times you’ve been to the beach together.
Well it was maybe the fact that you were clinging onto him because u stumbled into him and he was closest stable thing around and you wouldn’t let go because it was cold and you couldn’t stop shaking.
He ignores his thoughts and grabs the shirt he got out figuring you don’t need to change your bra because you told him and Makki that it was normal to keep it on for a few days after they were in awe as you were explaining how expensive they were. You calling Oikawa’s girlfriend to prove your point as she immediately agreed with you…Sometimes you might have got a little too comfortable with them.
You hear the song in the background change to Love Songs, you humming along, “Hope you smile when you listen.”
You were still holding on to him, your boobs squeezing against him, him only being able to put a t-shirt on you, while you looked up at him with your red glossy eyes making him burn up.
You fidget timidly with your face now in his chest while gripping his sweater. Trying to build up the little courage you had. He tilts your head up making you look at him, wondering what you were thinking about.
You try to express yourself, but you can’t get the words out him having no idea what is going on in your head at the moment.
“It’s okay to be nervous sometimes. Tell me” He gently says reading your body language. He was intuitive, so there was no way you could hide your feelings from him.
But you knew you could trust him, him having full self-control, always staying collected and following through on what he said he’d do. He went out of his way to avoid any friction coming between you two, him never raising his voice or starting an argument.
“We need to talk.” You started. “About something important.”
“Ok…What is it?” He questioned rubbing his hands on your back. You were so nervous, were you really about to say this? Confess your feelings that you’ve pushed to the back of your heart for so long?
“I… I l… I love your face. And the stuff in it. and around it.” You spoke, being surprised you did it stutter.
He stood there, hands stopped moving trying to process what you just said.
“Just you, in general…” You finally confess trying to state three things at once barely getting your words out.
But he understood exactly what you meant, or maybe he was warping what you said to fit what he wanted.
"I don’t even know when I started liking you, but this shit won't go away." You restated
Nope. He clearly just heard you say that.
He doesn’t understand what’s so different about today. Yall have been in this scenario multiple times taking care of each other, sometimes including another into the mix.
You didn’t understand either. You just felt like the time was right, even though you know it wasn’t the best idea to confess while you were drunk off your ass.
But you couldn’t help it, your feelings overflowing, which you never until this day let get the best of you, being vulnerable and trusting is not your usual . Youve never even had a crush on anyone, him being to only in your whole life to make you blush.
Who you been vibin' wit and why I can't make you mine?
You should have seen the signs that you feel for him when he helped that lady that lives down the street from him set up her Christmas lights or when he first met your dog that wasn’t fond of men, but it instantly liked him. And you loved his selflessness it was something you admired and applauded.
“y/n” He tries talking you down, making sure you weren’t just saying this because of alcohol, deep down knowing he felt the same, you always being in the back of his mind.
You were generous with your time too, always being there for him. You knew he was softer than he appeared, he was tender, sensitive and vulnerable. He tried his hardest to not get into situations where anyone would get hurt, like breakups, arguments, and so on.
Which is why he won’t make the first move. He pushes his feelings to the back of his head. He values your friendship more than anything, but he can see what develops. If love is meant to be, it will happen.
I told you I am down for the worse or the better. But I keep sticking to you cause them four stupid letters
“You make me so happy. And I’ll always care about you. Okay? He says breaking the silence, trying to reassure you.
“You mean so much to me—something I can’t even put into words because nothing can compare- I’ve wanted you since that day you tripped and bust your ass in the school hallway I still want you even though you drive me insane.”
“Iss-“ You tried to get out only to have him continue talking over you.
"I love that you can’t leave the house without a jacket. I love the wrinkles that appear on your forehead after you call me crazy. I love that it takes you hours to get ready. I love that you always know how to make me feel better. I love that even when you don’t agree with my decisions you always trust me to make them. I love that when I spend a day with you, I can still smell you on my clothes; and I love that you are the last person I think of before I go to sleep at night."
You stood there awestruck for what feels like eternity until you mustered the bravery to speak “I didn’t expect you to feel the same way-” You said, being dumbfounded because from what you’ve seen treats everyone “nice”, were you really getting special treatment?
He tilts your chin up, locking his dark eyes with yours. “Baby I don’t know if your notice but you and Makki are my only people that aren’t my family that call me my first name.”
He has a point. You think pushing yourself more into him, trying to fuse your bodies together to hide, not relaxing what you were doing to him. He tries to nudge your legs to the side but you won’t let go still clinging onto him.
“fuck” He groans. You pulling back wondering why until you looked down and noticed. A smirk appeared on your face as you reattached your self to him like velcro. You were feeling bold, the liquid courage still in your system driving you to slide your fingers down his chest, looking him in the eyes before stopping at his waistband.
He knows what you’re doing, him being in this position multiple times. Does he really want to ruin your friendship like this? He hasn’t even asked you to be his girlfriend. He tries to push you off him already knowing you were gonna complain. But what he didn’t expect was for you to whimper out his name in that pretty voice of yours.
He tried to keep his calm, blood already rushing down. “You know what you’re doing”
“yeah” You start.
“y’don’t want me?” Giving him your pouty face that you know he’s weak for, hoping that’ll work, insecurity piling up. Was it because your boobs weren’t that big or that fact that you were dressed like man? Was he not attracted to you right now, only liking you when you were dolled up?
“Fuck” You think. You should have worn something cute instead of dressing like a whole ass man even with your makeup fully done. Its not like you were supposed to know you were gonna get fucked today.
His were burning holes into you now, thinking of how to say “No, I would be more that happy to fuck you!” to his best friend, soon regaining his consciousness finally speaking.
“Fuck no doll, ive wanted you for a minute. You know me better than I know myself. How did you not notice my feelings?”
You got me singing love songs, love songs, love songs
“You’re really hard to read” You replied trying to maintain your seductive act, resting your hands back on his chest.
“So are you.” He said lowering his head, you still looking up at him, taking in your gleaming eyes.
Sex ain't the only thing that's on my mind But you get me so excited, whoa
Your heart was beating so wildly that you could only take little sips of breath. His hands running down your waist stopping at your hips.
“Can I kiss you?" He asks "...yeah” you attempted to say as confidently as you could, nodding your head along with it.
His face bent down, hot mouth breathing over you. His lips slowly moved, brushing over yours, the liquor on his lips that you hated; only choosing fruity drinks even though you got relentlessly teased you for it. You pushed further into the kiss desperately wanting more. Your teeth clicking his from being impatient, wanting to suck him in. Your hands sliding under his shirt subconscious desires reaching out.
Irreplaceable Tattoos from your neck that drop down to your ankles
“You’re drunk…” he says snapping you out of your trance.
“So are you.”
He dove in for another kiss much more passionate than the previous one, arguably needy, pusing you on the bed to which you more than happily comply. He tugs back not letting his mind get the best of him, disconnecting your spit trial leaving you panting. “You sure this alright?” He says deep down hoping you still say yes.
You pull him back for your answer, your grabby little hands working their way back up his shirt. He gets the hint and pauses your lips rendezvous, taking off the turtleneck that he looked oh so good in, before seeing his unclothed body. You’re admiring his body in a new way, before just complimenting him whenever he got a new tattoo, now up under him tracing them like a lovestruck teenager.
“When did you get this one?” You quietly ask, his ears closer to you than they’ve ever been.
“I got it that day you faked sick”
“What! You said were gonna take me!” You sulked, turning your head away from his as much as you could, crossing your arms.
He let out a slight laugh before gently taking your face in his hands, guiding you back into the kiss.
This is not really what he imagined for your first time. He’s an old-fashioned romantic who likes to take one step at a time. But then again nothing was ever normal with you. That said, when he falls in love, he falls deep.
“You’ve done this before?” You uttered.
“Hmm?” He mumbles, unmoving his lips from you kissing you, moving towards your neck.
“You still with that other girl?”
“No. I broke it off her, everything that came out of her mouth was bullshit, and no she wasn’t my girlfriend.”
“You didn’t trust her? You added. Trying to distract him until you could think of a way you could say “hey in my 21 years of life I’ve never got passed kissing a guy.”
“Our relationship was purely built on lies, I’d second guess everything she said. He replied, wondering if you were interrogating him.
“Why’d you wanna know?” He asked bringing his face up from your skin.
“…No one’s ever touched me like this, fuck.” You bashfully admitted, thoughts racing through your head that he didn’t want you anymore because you weren’t experienced.
But he knew what was running through that pretty head of yours, his fingers reaching out to with your hair trying to comfort you.
“You’re a virgin?” He curiously asked dragging his hand to your cheek, you leaning into it.
“y-yeah” you muttered trying to move your eyes away from his looking down at his body.
“I thought you had a boyfriend before” he said, softly turning your jaw to make you look at him. Your eyes diverted from his arms back to his eyes.
“We weren’t actually dating” You quickly say trying to clear up the misunderstanding. “He was my friend and seatmate that pretended to be my fake boyfriend to get me out of some trouble” you spewed out “and I guess I forgot to tell everyone that it was fake.”
“Even if we were that doesn’t mean we fucked.” You sheepishly replied.
“So… what trouble did your fake boyfriend get you out of.” He questioned knowing how much trouble it must have been for you, miss independent, to go to such lengths.
“Umm, well…this guy wouldn’t stop flirting with me even after I told him I don’t like him, even following me to my other classes.”
He wasn’t surprised, you were definitely a sight for sore eyes, in fact the prettiest thing he’s laid his eyes on, your beaming eyes, your dimple when you smiled, your pretty face, your “ugly” laugh, he could go on for days.
“Why are we talking about this” You whined, reaching your hand back out to him.
He took a hint and continued kissing you, bringing you closer to him while you attempted to take you shirt off. His hands helping you seeing as that you were struggling, being lost in his touch, finishing by moving you up more on you bed, pushing your plushies out of the way, to your protested because “they had feelings too.”
He ignored you, bending down to pull your panties off stopping once he saw the slick coming through them.
“Fuck baby you’re wet” He breathed dragging his fingers across your clothed slit earing a whimper from you, leaving his fingers drenched.
Shawty, you wanna feel good, I wanna feel good too Don't I make you feel good?
“M’always wet.” you responded.
From what? He questions taking off your soaked cotton panties, tossing them to the side.
“From me?” He smirks bringing his hand back towards your heat. You not even comprehending what he just said, just knowing that you’re ashamed of how worked up you were getting.
You were in awe. You’ve always known his hands were big, but in this situation your mind wondered. His fingers were so much bigger than yours knowing you can barely fit two inside your with out it hurting, and not in a good way.
“Do you know how pretty you are? It’s honestly distracting.”. He says kissing down your whole body, stopping at your breasts, licking lazily around and coming back to the nub. The attention on your nipples making you squirm and he finally lets go, you grateful that he stopped or you would have almost cum, how embarrassing.
“I thought you said were gonna get them pierced” He remembered, you going on a whole rant about how cute they were.
“You said u were gnna get em with me” You looked back on, reminding yourself making him promise to get them with you because you were too scared of the pain.
“That was the same day you played sick and I got that tattoo.” He stated lightening the mood, hoping you can calm yourself down before you actually embarrass yourself.
He picks back up and continues kissing all the way down your body, you playing with his hair while biting your lip to muffle your moans and whine until he reaches your entrance.
He parted your legs, your pussy laid out before him, believing you no have reason to be shy about it either. He paused, admiring your swollen cunt and puffy clit, you were beautiful.
The feeling that he didn't want anyone else ever in his position overtook him. He let out a little breath on your clit and you thrashed around. He wasn't going to play. “I’ll take care of you.”
His lips travel over your skin, light and heated before settling himself between your legs, grabbing you by your thighs and dragging you closer. “That tickles.” you giggle, nerves making you kick your legs, almost hitting him in the face before he grabs them. He puts them down locking your legs with his arms, lowering himself until he’s on the ground facing you.
“Does it make you nervous when I stare?” he teases while your covering your face trying to hide the blush he caused. He puts his mouth on you, quickly gripping your thighs, his hands leaving imprints in your skin dragging you even more into him, deprived kisses taking over your body.
“yer so pretty” You purred seeing the sight of his big build between your legs, your fingers grabbing onto his curly dark locks, tugging them.
Issei moans, his voice radiating through your body, forcing out a cry, blessing him with your pretty voice. “I-Issei!” You cry, never feeling like this before, your vibrator and hands doing it no justice.
“Shh, just look at me, doll.”
You can barely make out what he says, so drunk on pleasure. You try your best, doing anything to see the pretty man beneath you. But you get interrupted by your pleasure, your back arching not being able to control your body, grinding down to meet his lips, heat rising in you.
He kisses through your wetness playing with your bud. You choking on your spit, back arching again your body tensing up. “Issei,” You beg, grabbing him knowing what you want but not being able to express it. Luckily he can read you like an open book, knowing what you want, driving you over the edge as he makes you see stars. “Good girl,” he sighs when he feels you let go of his wrist letting him bring you your first orgasm.
“Look at your thighs shaking so much.” He teasingly cooed, wrapping his hands around them, bringing you out of your daze.
Shawty, your body is so exciting
Arching your back into the blankets, letting out a whine “Want your fingers.”.
He lets out a condescending laugh. “You need to learn to be patient. You just came and you’re already so eager for more?”
But by the time he finished your body went limp, you were totally weak, body loose-limbed and pliant. Your mind clouded by lust and deep in your own world. You gasped out a little sob, unable to comprehend anything beyond the discomfort and the need to have it gone. You can’t think straight all you can do is take action, grabbing his arm him easing his fingers into to you.
It’s not too tight, is it?” you ask clenching around his fingers.
“Just relax… let yourself feel it” He says barely being able to move in you. Fuck so were so tight.
“I love the way you look with my fingers inside you.” He added starting to thrust them inside you, making you let out a string of moans.
“Look how good you take it.”
“Fuck, you’re so messy.” He groaned feeling the slick running down his hands, before taking them out.
“Issei-i,” You cried when he pulled away, pleasure leaving you, tears coming back.
He shushes you easily, his fingers wiping your tears. You were so precious to him, your moans music to his ears. He slows down repositioning his fingers, making you let out a whimper squeezing around them. Your brains so crowded you can’t focus, can’t gather the strength to speak when he thrust them faster inside you.
Your eyes rolled to the back of your head as you fell back, fingers curling inside you, chanting his name over and over, incoherent words coming out of your mouth begging for more.
You pussy tightens as you cum, unable to breath, letting out gasps and whines. Him still fucking you, fingers not stopping, pushing them in and out relentlessly feeling both pain and pleasure. You lay there, wet in your own cum not giving yourself a break before you went and got what you really wanted, his cock.
His eyes followed the movement of your hands as they pushed down his boxers, revealing the length of his cock, that jutted proudly from his hips. He was so pretty, so virile and handsome. Wondering how lucky you were to be in such a position with him.
You pushed away those thoughts and focused on him, pulling him forward gently, but he followed his encouragement. One of his hands tilted his cock down toward your lips. “Open your mouth for me, baby.”
You parted them instantly, tongue sliding slightly outward, and then you whimpered as the warm weight of his cock slid into your mouth. You let your eyes flutter closed and swirled your tongue around the tip of his cock not knowing exactly what you were doing, but it was working, tasting the salty tang of the precum that wept from his leaking slit. You moved your tongue as the he put his hand into your hair, gripping the strands and pushing deeper into his mouth.
“You look so good on your knees like that. “He says meeting your eyes once again, almost cumming from the picture below him.
“Slowly, baby, I’m not going anywhere.” He says slowing you down by grabbing your hair, making a pace that you follow.
“Yeah, that’s it, baby, just like that.” Seeing that sinful look in your eyes with your redden swollen lips.
You moan feeling yourself drip down your thighs, getting even wetter giving him head. Trying to ease the discomfort by closing your legs, griding them together, trying to find some friction. Your ears hearing “That’s so fucking hot.” watching the scene unfold beneath him.
Your jaw hurts, trying got make him cum faster using your hands and lips together hollowing your cheeks. “Oh fuck, oh, Jesus, fuck yes, there, just like that, fucking Christ" he groans out, his voice sounded beautiful to your ears, knowing he was about to cum.
He finally lets go cumming in your mouth, you swallowing it all, trying not to wince at the taste. “Did I do good” You ask waiting for his reply. Your doll eyes, so red and worn out looking up at him for approval. Fuck he was whipped.
“Yeah…fuck baby”
I love when you get on top and you ride it
You get back under him, his cock resting on you, drenched and clenching around nothing, resting in your cum. You working yourself up against him.
“What makes you think I’m going to fuck you?” He says to your complaint.
“You’re not ready yet.” he mumbles against your whining. Spreading your legs, slapping your clit a few times before letting his cock rest on your folds. Finally getting “seated” he picks up your legs and puts them both on one of his shoulders your thighs warming his cock, your knees touching his cheek not moving, getting a kick out of how desperate your were for him.
“s-stop being mean” You cried reaching out for him to come closer, needing affection after all you’ve been though.
“Aww, poor baby, you want me to take care of it for you? He says leaning into you, reaching your kiss, tasting the remnants of the cum in your mouth.
He plundered your mouth and slowly teased his cock over your entrance, catching it against your clit and making you whimper into the kiss, clearly wanting to be fucked. Your kiss turned you sucking on Issei’s tongue and lips, biting the swollen pout until his lips were red and puffy. He pulled back and looked down at you, a beautiful mess under him.
His fat cock head pushed between your folds. The moan escaping both of your lips was primal. You were turned on beyond imagination and the way he was thrusting forward, spreading his leaking precum on your wet clit was almost too much. He quickly picked up his pace fucking your folds, his warm head brushing against your clit with every movement, but your greedy self wanted more.
The fact that he made you cum so easily made you proud. Just because you’ve never gone this far with someone else doesn’t mean you’ve never cum, you’ve had a lot of practice over the years, being insatiable, the sheets soaked underneath you from your previous orgasms being proof.
“Keep your eyes open, look at me, baby.” He moans getting your attention him.
You tried, you really tried, but the way he was stroking you, imagining what it’d be like to actually sit on his cock, the lewd sounds echoing in the background leaving you unable to focus.
He taps on your cheek eventually getting you look at him, keeping your mind on him by placing his fingers in your mouth you letting him, hazily sucking on them, not being able to close your mouth.
“Oh, baby, you’re drooling everywhere.” He grumbles. Your spit dripping onto his fingers, the friction of your thighs making him feral, moving at an even faster pace. Your body bouncing with every thrust.
“You gonna cum after I cum on your little clit? Come one more time for me, I know you’ve got it in you.” You sob feeling the puddle beneath you, time slowing, fire pooling in your tummy. Listening to his words you let yourself go. You come with a silent scream as the pleasure ripped through your body, your nails scratching his soft skin. Your vison fading to black feeling him lose his rhythm and moaning a mixture of curse words along with your name, feeling him cum on your tummy before resting his head in your neck while letting your legs go.
“So good for me, look at how much you came.” He says breaking the static. You whining into his shoulder, emotions high, never doing this before.
“I know, baby, I know. I’m right here, just breathe.” He says. You two laying in silence for an unclear amount of time, him rubbing your back while you rest in his chest almost dozing off.
“Are we still…friends?” You croak out trying to hold back your sobs already knowing the answer that you two were defiantly not friends now and never would be just friends again.
“Friends don’t do this type of shit” He maintained grabbing your shoulders to sit you and him up. You were worried, did he only do this with you because he was drunk? You were anxious that you scared him away because you just poured your heart out to him and pushed yourself on him. You left your head down, tears already coming out to your dismay. You moved your hand up to wipe them but he beat you to it.
“Look at me… I love you.” He says holding your cheeks in his palm. You in awe, hoping that you weren’t imagining it, that this was real life.
“R-really” You question making him worry too, preferring to forgive and forget rather than letting this a divide between the two of you in case you went back on your feelings. You were so overwhelmed, never feeling love until this moment, so happy that the person you longed for liked you back. Yours tears running once again.
“Shh, shh, it’s alright...Don’t cry.”
You don’t even know why you were crying, the hangover already getting to you making you get a headache. You groaning in his arms complaining that your head and throat hurt.
“Ill be back” he says detaching himself from you, letting you know he was coming right back.
He walks to your fridge opening it to see every drink but water, having too dig through all of them, especially the absurd amount of apple juice guessing it was your “once a year craving for it”. He finally got you some cold water, putting It in a cup and waked back to your room.
“Issei” you whined not picking your head up from the pillow.
“Shh baby im right here.”
He sat down beside you on your bed lifting your head up. “Here drink this” he reassured, to which you ignored not wanting anything to go in your mouth, just wanting the day, or night as it was now, to end.
“It’s just water, honey, look.” You sat yourself up with his help seeing him in just his boxers, you remembering your still naked, not caring enough to cover yourself. He held to glass to your mouth, babying you, tilting it far back enough to where you could drink it. The water hit the back of your mouth feeling like a shot making you cough.
“I know, it hurts. I’m sorry but we have to” He stated. You continued to drink it, feeling the stinging in the back of your throat, him comforting you, calling you “good girl” which was unsurprisingly working.
He put the cup on your dresser when you finished, climbing back into bed with you leaning your body into his. “Have you ever thought about...us? Y’know, as an...item?” he said causing you to look at him with wide eyes.
“Call me selfish, but I don’t ever want anyone else to touch you.” He insisted making you cheeks flush. You try to think of a way to respond, not wanting to keep him waiting.
“You’re the best thing that has, and ever will, happen to me. Not only am I deeply in love with you, you’re my best friend.” You stammer out, your shaky hands somehow made there way to his neck, letting them fall slowly before he grabs them dragging you in for a kiss before you got to even see his face.
“Everybody has always thought we’re a couple.” He continued taking his time kissing you all over your face. “Then I guess we should be.” You retort, kissing him back before you could see his reaction, not wanted to be embarrassed anymore today. But he caught you, holding you still “Really “y/n? Like deadass?” He asked.
“Yes dummy, I want to be your girlfriend” You say causing him to grin swearing you’ve never seen him smile that big, before he gives you one last kiss.
“I always kiss you on the cheek, why are you blushing now? He teases laying back down, you following along. You just snuggle into him mumbling something along the lines of “m’tired”, he understanding and speaking to you in a soft, gentle voice while helping you to bed, so he doesn’t make it harder for you to sleep by being loud. “I’m here love, I’m not going anywhere.” He whispers into your ear mkanig your heart swoon one last time before you pass out.
“I l-love you issei.” You sleepily mumble.
“Tell me this when you’re sober.” He says stroking your head.
“Just relax, close your eyes...”He murmurs, your heart beating slower every second. Both of you together, lazy, slow presses. Limbs pressed together, chests heaving, fingers trailing down backs, tracing lazy patterns.
“Oh!…” He remembers. “If you really wanna get them pierced, we could get matching ones.”

Silly Little Domestic Things
Bakugou never saw him as the type that would ever be in a relationship, yeah he had crushes when he was a teenager, but none of the goals he set for , seemed to allow him to be in a relationship, and h e was fine with that, until he met her.
She was sweet, and cute and very kind. He saw her for about 3 secconds and she imprinted on his mind. And he hated the fact that he couldn’t stop thinking about her. He couldn’t stop thinking about her hair and her bouncing ponytail, and the fact that her hair smelled like strawberry and coconuts, and it bothered him with the way that she looked at him.
She worked in the enginneering department, designig tech for most of the heros. Only 20 and worked hand in hand with the pro’s. She was good, good at her jib, good at being cute, good at drawing him in like he was a moth and she was the only light in the room.
To him, she was.
She looked at him like she would light the world on fire and watch it burn from outer space. She had so much passion, in one glance.
He hated it.
He hated her.
He hated evrything about her, exept for that smile that could light up a room. And he hated the fact that he found himself trying to be around her, and trying to get her to laugh at him dumb jokes that he found on the internet. Just to see that smile, and hear that laugh.
It didn’t matter how bad his day was, if he heard that laugh it would make it so much better. And when they started dating that laugh brought him home. And when he became a pro, and they moved in together, that smile and her laugh gave him a reason to come home.
It gave him a reason to train harder, to get stronger, to fight harder. Everyday so he could come home, to his girlfreind, which he was pretty sure that she was the love of his life, and he couldn’t even admit it to himself.
He never saw himself as the type of guy who would be domestic, when he was a kid and watched movies, he never saw himself as the type to do bathe with someone, or wash clothes that weren’t his, or pack someone’s lunch.
But when they moved in together, he found himslef doing all the things that he saw in movies and hated.
He hated packing her lunch . and had to cut jumbo grapes in half, because if he didn’t she would probaby choke on them from eating too fast.,and he hated the fact that he had to close the toilet seat after he took a piss and he hated the fact that he was picking out long hair that was in the drain, and he hated the fact that he was washing clothes that wasn’t his own. And he hated the fact that he now had to cook for two.
And he hated that little silly domestic stuff that he promised that he would never do. He nevr thought of cutting a apple before eating it, but he did it for her because she prefrered her apples in slices not in chunks. And cutting up her grapes because she sometimes forgot to chew and always would choke on them.
He hated it. All of it.
At least that was what he said to himself, every time it happed. Because he really loved it. He didn’t mind cutting up her fruit and he didn’t mind doing things. And he found himself putting all her mugs on the top shelf, way out of her reach so she can ask him from help, becayuse she loves it when they ask for help, because she almost never does.
And he kind of liked it in the morining when they were in the bathroom getting ready in the morning at the same time, and he liked kissing her on the cheek because of the way he blushed.
After 4 years of dating she still blushed when they were together, and that made him smile. She made him smile, she made all those silly little domestic things worth it.So he didn’t mind mating socks that weren’t his and he didn’t mind cooking for two sometimes instead of one.
Because she made all those silly little domestic things worth it.

She's Just Resting
AO3 Link! this is sad, there is a character death! this is based on a scenario I wrote last month when I couldn't sleep and I should've definitely kept it to myself. but if I have to go through the pain then so do y'all, if you can handle it, of course! but uh, let me know what you think and apologies for any grammatical errors! no tag list!
-----
“You were so brave tonight, Ali. My beautiful brave girl.” You say as you press a kiss to her cheek. Alcina hummed. “Shh, my love. I know how exhausted you must be.” You ran your hands down her arms.
“Darling?” Alcina questioned, her voice soft. “I… Tha-thank you.”
You gave her a small smile. “Anytime, my love. Anytime. Now, let’s get you ready for bed, yes? A nice bath should help soothe your muscles and I’ll have Camille bring up some tea. Does that sound good, Ali?” Alcina nodded her head, her eyes drooping. “Hey, hey, stay with me. Stay with me.” You say as you help her undress.
“I’m… I’m with y-you, dear.” Alcina replied after a beat. You pressed a kiss to the palm of her hand. “Te iubesc.”
“Te iubesc, Ali.” You said back. “Work with me, alright? You’re practically boneless, my love.” You chuckle a bit as you lead Alcina to the bathtub. “Shit. I didn’t turn the bath on.” You groaned.
“Sit?” Alcina asked, pointing at the stool. “I’ll sit. Feel di-dizzy.” You nodded your head as you helped her over to the stool and watched as she slowly leaned her head against the wall.
You pressed a kiss to her shoulder. “I’d be lost without you.” You go over to the cabinet to pull out the rose and coconut oils before turning on the water to fill up the bathtub. “And now we wait.” You say looking over at Alcina who was leaning back against the wall. “You’re not falling asleep over there, are you?”
Alcina grunts. “No.” You hummed. “Almost done?” Alcina asked.
“Almost done, Ali.” You replied as you made sure the water temperature was just right. “Alright, come on. We’ll make this a quick bath and then in the morning, you can take a longer one. One that you can properly enjoy, doesn’t that sound nice?” You asked.
“Mhmm, sounds lo-lovely.” Alcina said with a shiver as you helped her into the bath. “Cold. So c-cold.” She murmured.
You frowned. The water was scalding hot. You made quick work of washing the blood and dirt off of Alcina before helping her out of the tub. You went into her wardrobe to find her something to wear while she sat on her bad. When you came back out, her eyes were closed.
“No, no, Alci. Open your eyes for me, okay baby?” You patted her cheek causing her eyes to flutter open. You gave her a small smile as she looked at you through half lidded eyes. “Camille’ll be up soon with your tea. I’ll add a little blood to it to help you sleep.”
“Sleep? Now?” Alcina asked, She sounded so tired.
You sighed. “Tea first and then sleep.” You replied. “I, um, I checked on the girls. They’re going to be fine. Miranda said you might have a concussion from your, um, your, your fall.” You said. “So you have to stay awake for just a little longer.”
“Head.” Alcina said. “W-what hap-happened?” Alcina asked.
You cleared your throat. “There was... a fight, Alcina.” You replied. “I won’t go into the, uh, the details. But w-we won. Because of you. Yo-you were so brave, so so brave tonight. There was a moment where I thought...” You trailed.
Alcina didn’t say anything for a minute. “Thought what?” Alcina asked.
“I thought I... Alcina, I thought you di-died out there.” You said quietly. “You did die. You died. And then you, then you came back.” You leaned into her as you sniffled. “Don’t, don’t do that again. Okay? Promise?” Alcina just hummed a small promise out and you accepted it.
There was knock on the door. “Come in.” You called out and Camille walked in with the tea. “Thank you, Camille.” You told the woman with a smile. She simply smiled back before heading back out of the room. “Here, Ali. Drink your tea then we can rest.” You say as you get her tea together before you helped her drink it.
“Draga?” You hummed at her. “Sleep now? Vă rog?”
“Yes, yes. Sleep now.” You said as you helped her lay down. You pressed a kiss to her forehead. “Sleep well, my love.”
You watched her sleep for a few hours, just to make sure that she was still breathing. You figured that since her breathing was so strong for the first few hours, that it would be okay if you fell asleep for a little bit, no more than an hour. So you let yourself curl into Alcina’s side and let your breath even out as you went to sleep. You let out a small yawn as you woke up, the sun barely peeking into the room. You looked over at Alcina who was still sleeping, making you smile.
“Alci? It’s time to wake up, my love.” You said, pressing your hand against her cheek only for you to pull it back quickly. Her skin was ice cold. “Alci? Alci?” You asked, shaking her arm but she didn’t wake. “No, no, no, you promised.” You said with tears in your eyes. “Wake up, Alcina. Wake up right now.” You hit her cheek a few times to try and wake her up but it didn’t work.
You shook your head. “You promised. Please wake up. Please?” You asked, pressing your forehead to her cold one. “Someone help me. Please! Help, please!” You shouted as loud as you could as you continued to ask Alcina to wake up.
It took a while before someone came in, that someone being Mother Miranda. You looked up at her, your face red. “Please help. Sh-she won’t wake up. I can’t... Mir, she won’t wake up. Do some-something. Please.” You begged, your voice cracking.
Miranda walked over to you and Alcina. “Come here.” You shook your head as you held onto Alcina, still begging her to open her eyes. “Y/N, come here. Now.”
“No! I won’t. I can’t leave her. She’s just, she’s still sleeping. She was tired. She was fine. Miranda, she was fine. She is fine. Alci’s fine. Right? She’s just.... she’s just sleeping.” You rambled off as Miranda helped you off the bed. You were unaware of that fact until your feet hit the floor. “What are you- Miranda, don’t make me, I can’t leave her. She needs me. I- I have t-to be here when she wakes up. Sh-she needs h-help, Mir.”
Miranda shook her head. “She’s gone, Y/N.” You shook your head as you tried to pull away from Miranda.
“Mir, let me go. She’s gonna wake up soon. Let me go!” You sobbed as Miranda pulled you into a hug.
Miranda rubbed your back as you cried into her shoulder. “I’m sorry.” Miranda said. “I’m so terribly sorry.”
“Stop it. She’s not.... she’s not dead. She was fine. She was breathing fine. I just went to sleep for an hour, she was fine. Mir, what happened?” You asked. “You said she only had a concussion. She was fine.”
“I know, I know. I’m sor-” Miranda started but you cut her off.
“No! You lied to me. This is your fault. You said it was a concussion and now she’s dead. So tell me, Mir, what happened?” You asked.
Miranda shook her head. “Y/N, I checked her over. I swear all she had was a concussion, I didn’t lie to you.” Miranda said.
“So why is she dead, Mir? Why the hell is she dead?!” You backed away from her shaking your head. You turned away from her, grabbing Alcina’s hand. “She promised. She’ll come back like last time. She’s just... resting. That’s all, my love, you’re just resting.” You say to yourself as you cup Alcina’s cheek, pressing a kiss to her forehead.
Miranda stood there, awkwardly watching you with Alcina. “I’m going to go let her daughters know. They’d want a chance to say goodbye to their Mother.” Miranda said before leaving the room.
“You’re not gone. You promised. And you’re resting, you’re just resting. You promised you wouldn’t leave and you wouldn’t break a promise. You’re just resting. You’re just resting.” You repeated to yourself as your tears rolled down Alcina’s cheeks.

Of Oil and Eggs
It’s the first day of lunar new year, and what better way to celebrate than cooking something nice? [Written for day three of @aph-lunar-new-year.]
“Pour some oil into the pan.”
Harald picks up the bottle of canola oil and pauses. “How much?”
Leon snorts incredulously behind him. “It’s always ‘how much’ with you. Doesn’t matter, just add enough to coat the bottom of the pan.”
“Around two tablespoons, then.” He reaches into a drawer to pull out their ring of measuring spoons, ignoring his boyfriend’s groan. “I just don’t want our kitchen to go up in flames, okay?”
“It won’t, stupid.” Leon joins his side, a plate of sliced neen goh in his right hand and a bowl of whisked eggs in his left. “Yao, Vic, Ling and I have cooked our stuff like this since we were tiny.” Using chopsticks, he picks up a slice of pearly neen goh and dips it in the egg mixture, then drops it into the pan of bubbling oil.
Harald watches it sizzle, asking, “why do you have to dip it in egg?”
“To stop it from sticking to the pan.”
“I thought the oil already helps do that.”
Leon shrugs. “I don’t know, it’s just something we do. Some people use spring roll wrappers, if it makes a difference or not, I have no clue.”
The first batch of neen goh is done quickly, and Harald drops them onto a plate before Leon places five more slices into the frying pan. Not long after, they carry the steaming plate out into the dining room, placing it right next to a cheap plastic chuen hap.
The neen goh, sticky-sweet with sugared glutinous rice, sticks to Harald’s chopsticks as he eats. Leon finishes first, and once he clears his plate he takes a white rabbit sweet from the chuen hap and pops it in his mouth.
“So,” Leon says, chewing on his sweet, “what do you think?
“This is nice,” is all Harald can say. “We don’t have much, but I’m happy. And — “ almost shyly, he looks over to Leon — “that’s all that matters, right?”
Leon kisses him. His lips taste of milk sweets and coconut milk. “That’s all we need.”
...
Cultural notes:
Neen goh is a sticky, sweetened rice cake, similar to Japanese mochi, that is fried and eaten during lunar new year. There are many flavours, such as black sugar, ginger and coconut milk — personally, I think the coconut milk-flavoured ones taste the best.
A chuen hap is a box filled with various treats that symbolizes togetherness. The white rabbit sweets that Leon eats are milk sweets wrapped in rice paper (they’re really good).

My taglist is a separate post. You can ask to be added or removed. I am trying to make sure if it is up to date so seriously please tell me if you want to be taken off! and actually if you wouldn’t mind I would love to hear that you still want to be on the list if you are right now. I don’t know that everyone is still reading anymore and I don’t want to be bugging you!
Anyway. Chapter.
Marvin’s house is full of nightmares, and the magician himself is not there to enchant his brothers to safer sleep. Together, the four of them are shadowed and haunted, fighting and falling, losing grips to cling to with every day that passes.
Jameson Jackson has always dreamed vividly.
He is not the only one.
Blood and the silver gleam of a knife become chemicals at the nape of the brain stem, and Henrik dreams.
He's been taken out of his little prison cell. His handcuffs were removed, the blood was wiped from his cheeks, and careful hands made swaddling of white bandages around his torn flesh and tired ribs. The bone of his left wrist protrudes from his skin, broken in a single motion by Anti's hands not two days before, but it, like everything else in the world, has ceased to hurt him.
Warm is the darkness, gone the cold light.
“Isn't this easier?” asks Anti, not angry, or cold, or even condescending. His voice has the same tone as the night sky, when the stars have escaped from the light and stand singing in the shadow of infinity. “Don't you want to stay with me?”
Henrik is entranced.
Henrik is lost, is found, is lying, exhausted, on Anti's chest, his bruised eyes closed and his mouth, blue as heliotrope, still and silent. He manages a slow nod. Tears leave dark wet patches on Anti's soft black shirt. The demon strokes his hair.
“Yeah, this is better,” Anti hums, burrowing closer to him under the covers of the bed and letting his chin rest on top of Henrik's head.
The doctor's flayed hands reach out to wrap around him, clutching at his sides, at his back, at his thin sharp spine, at his warmth. He is dazed, exhausted, collapsing, in love; he is consumed and adoring, and yes, Anti is right – this is better, this is easier, so much better, so much easier! The warmth is becoming heat and he is shaking, panting, weeping, ill, and for a second something bright and painful explodes through his awareness and he whimpers, but Anti is here to soothe it away with the same hands that have tortured him, tortured him, tortured him –
He wakes up.
Tears cling to his dark eyelashes. The moon has slid in beneath the blinds of his window, coating his blue blankets in recycled sunlight. There's something very warm wrapped around his waist.
Check that. Someone.
Jameson shivers in his sleep, clinging tight to Henrik's shirt and breathing low and slow against his shoulder. For a second, Henrik is repulsed so strongly that he gags, but his disgust is not directed at his little brother.
So fucking pathetic, his brain tells itself. So fucking pathetic. Still craving Anti?
He'd been in recovery, before Anti took him again. He'd been doing alright. He'd forgotten it was possible to hate himself this much – to hate himself so much it makes his chest burn and his heart stutter and his fingers curl up with a desperation that he can't even express in words.
He's sobbing, sobbing like his heart is broken, but he'll be damned if he wakes up his little brother, his little brother who trusts him and only him, his little brother who comes to him weeping and curls up in his arms like he isn't afraid or disgusted by him, who loves him in the simplest and most pure way, a way he doesn't deserve; no, he won't wake Jameson up. He won't wake Jameson up. He'll get up and have something to calm him down, and then he'll come back to bed before the cold wakes jumpy JJ up.
Inch by inch, wiping furiously at the tears in his eyes, Henrik slips out of his bed and limps to his drawer, pulling out his medicine.
“Two tablets before sleep,” prescribes the bottle helpfully. “Do not take more than six tablets in twenty-four hours.”
Henrik pours two pills into his hand and pops them both in his mouth together, swallowing them dry and pausing to breathe afterwards. He turns, for a moment, to glance at his friend. The moon colors an old cut at the bottom of Jameson's throat white and makes his dark bruises, still stagnant after a week of recovery, seem to glow through the cold night light.
How am I supposed to convince the little one that Anti is dangerous when I can't even convince myself? How am I supposed to keep him with me when Anti has that kind of power to offer and I have nothing? How long will he be here with me before Anti steals us both away again? If only he had never been taken. If only I had never been taken. If only I had never been created. God, God! Do I have to live through this shame again?
Death feels close and tastes like a sleeping tablet.
He takes a third pill.
Crawling back into bed, Jameson shifts and curls, digging his chin into his shoulder, and Henrik, breathing in the sweet coconut smell his little brother has adopted, goes back to sleep.
Marvin's house is the only place in the world he and his family are safe. It is no longer a comforting thought. He is tired.
Henrik von Schneeplestein has long been haunted.
He is not the only one.
“Where are you?” whispers Jackie, clutching at the torn remnants of a red cape. “Where are you? Please come home.”
The wind whips loud around him, striking blows against his flesh and tearing at his hair. He grits his teeth against the cutting air and steps forward, forward, farther along the beam of the crane.
Brighton is beautiful 100 meters in the air.
“Where are you?” he screams. “Where, where, where? Don't tell me you're gone, I can't take it! Please, please, come home!”
His boots slip against the metal of the beam, but he gasps and sways and steadies again, inching closer, closer to the edge.
He can't fly.
His body is so fucking shattered, he's so fucking weak, and his little brother will not be there to catch him, will not douse him in blue light and grab his hand, laughing as they rise together, twins and friends and brothers, hallowed by the moon while Jackie fills up with his own homemade sunshine, a hero, a star –
“Focus!” shouts Marvin, and Jackie lets out a scream as he finds his brother all too suddenly before him, his long hair blown wildly about by the wind. He hovers above him like a specter, glorious and beautiful and angrier than Jackie's ever seen him, teeth gritted. “Focus, Astrifer!”
“On what?” he demands, bewildered and terrified, retreating away from this ghost in the air before him, but Marvin follows without hesitation, setting his feet down on the beam of the crane and reaching out a white hand.
“I love you!” he cries. “But I need you to stop crying out! I need you to watch over them!”
“What are you talking about?” gasps Jackie. The wind drags tears from his eyes. “Where are you, please, tell me you're alive, come home, I can't bear this – ”
“Bear it,” says Marvin.
A dream of Marvin, anyway. Jackie's Marvin was never so cold.
“Bear it, protect them. There is all of time and no time at all.”
His hand points back towards the body of the crane. Panting like his heart will give out, Jackie turns his eyes away from Marvin and back towards the darkness.
“S-Seán?” he stammers, catching sight of a silhouette in the darkness.
And there, holding his creator over the edge of a crane tall enough to build skyscrapers, sits Jameson Jackson, staring back at him, one eye blue and one eyes black.
“Enemy or brother?” cries Marvin, over the howling of the wind, terrible and oppressive and endless, a constant, constant, constant enemy cutting close on every side.
“I don't know!” shouts Jackie. “I'm scared!”
“Choose,” answers Marvin. “It is Anti who taught you fear and you must be courageous again, or what you have left will not be yours for much longer.”
Jackie screams, falling to his knees, clinging to the beam beneath his feet. Somewhere far away, he thinks he can hear Chase and Henrik crying out in answer, but in the darkness he can catch no glimpse of them.
“Go back to them,” says Marvin, stepping away.
“Wait,” cries Jackie. “Wait, please.”
“Please, stop begging for me.”
“Why can't I go with you?” he howls. “Why won't you come home?”
Marvin calls an answer, but Jackie is no longer listening. He staggers back to his feet and turns away from Seán and Jameson, moving towards the end of the beam again, trembling and elated, terrified and desperate.
“I want to go with you,” he shouts, and he sees Marvin's mouth move in the shape of his name, and then he has reached the end of the crane and his foot reaches out over nothingness and still he is stepping towards him.
The fire alarm erupts into shrieking and Jackie comes awake screaming and covered in tears, shaking with fever and bleeding from the mouth. Falling, he had bitten his tongue hard enough for the blood to come.
He scrambles out of bed, covering his ears against the crying of the fire alarm, and groans as his chest and back light up with fire. Pausing, he tumbles against the bulletin boards on his wall, strings and pushpins holding together theories and clues, only to find himself staring at his missing persons board, not yet up to date, where Marvin and Jameson's screenshot faces smile back at him from the days when they were both healthy and whole and his.
And he is just the coward who could not save them, coated in a hundred scars and deserving of every one of them, crying so hard he cannot breathe, while his brothers are fighting fire in the next room over.
“You're drunk.”
“Shhh,” pleads Chase, as if Jameson's signing were a shout. “Shhh, I'm not, I'm not, don't say that – ”
“I can tell from the way you move.” Jameson ducks away from his soothing hands, vaguely irritated. “And you would never burn the sausage sober.”
The fire alarm has shut up, but only because they took the batteries out. The whole room is full of smoke. The sausage is very burned. Chase is drunk.
“Cut me some slack, Jamie, I've been having bad dreams and I just needed a break from them. Lately I feel like – ”
“Are you drunk?”
Chase startles to see Henrik appeared halfway down the staircase, glaring across the room.
“N-no,” he answers, grinning flimsily. “Just, uh. Fucked up the sausage. Sorry for setting off the alarm.”
“Jamie,” says Henrik, frowning at him. “Is he drunk?”
Jameson glances between the two of them, considering. Survival is a game and even small decisions like this should be carefully weighed out.
He doesn't want to stress Schneep out, he decides. It's upsetting for the whole house, himself included.
“Don't think so,” he tells Henrik, relaxing against the kitchen counter and grinning. “Just a klutz.”
Henrik stares down at them for a long moment.
“I'm going back to bed,” he grumbles, retreating back up the stairs.
“Thanks, Jay,” sighs Chase, only feeling a little guilty. Better than getting caught, right?
“Why do you get drunk?”
“Shit, I don't know, cause I'm a fucking moron?” He sighs deep and rubs at his face, opening the door to air out some of the smoke he's created. “It helps me sleep, I guess. Been having bad dreams. And I just – I don't know, kind of anxious lately. You and Schneep are back but... no one else.”
Jameson blinks. Maybe he's just talking about Jack being asleep, but some part of him understands that that's not who he means.
A sixth brother.
Anti only ever spoke about him when he was in what Jameson considered a gentle mood. While the mask might be discussed over a good beating or a pool of blood, the cat was a bedtime horror story, a being whispered of when Anti's arms were around his stomach, his warnings more genuine than his affection.
“Why do they call him a magician?” asked Jameson once, his mouth trembling. “What can he do?”
“Everything,” Anti answered in a whisper. “I don't know the full extent of it.”
“I don't know” was no common phrase in their house.
“I don't know enough to be sure. And so you must assume, my little heart, that the answer is 'everything.'”
Anti leaned in close and kissed his cheek, and when he drew away, there was no one in the world who would have said the softness in his gaze was false.
“Be careful,” murmured Anti, touching his cheek. “If he ever finds a way past me, he will kill you, Dapper. Do you understand?”
“Yes, Anti.”
He buried his face in his brother's shoulder, stroking the hair at the back of his neck, trying to offer comfort.
“I understand.”
“Good boy.”
“C-H?” he asks now, turning up his gaze, still not sure what to name his brother. “I want to ask you something.”
“Okay, shoot.”
“Where's the cat?”
Down the hall, there is an empty room that still smells of incense and flowers.
“Oh!” Chase grins, turning to him with bright eyes. “You saw him wandering around, huh?”
So he is here! Jameson has been wondering all week where he lives, why he isn't with the others, what happened to him. He sits up straight in his seat, calculating quickly about the danger he might be in. Chase wouldn't let him get hurt, right? Anti warned him about Jackie, too, but Chase and Henrik have kept him safe so far.
“You want to meet him?”
“Is he... friendly?”
“Yeah, super friendly! That one is, anyway. Come on, let's go try to find him.”
“What – outside?”
“Yeah, he spends most of his time outside.”
Jameson's eyes widen. “You'll come outside with me?”
Chase laughs. “I swear you're like a dog when it comes to going on walks. You're a wild man, Jays. Yeah, let's go outside! Fresh air'll probably do my dumb ass some good.”
Jameson's face splits in a wide grin. For a second, he is little different from the man in the video last Halloween, bright and delighted, energetic and expressive, and it makes Chase laugh aloud, instantly cheered. Bolstered by his delight, Jameson jumps down from the kitchen stool and darts to the back door, yanking it open, finding it unlocked, and leaping into the snow.
“Dude!” Chase protests, but he's only laughing harder. “Shoes, you complete pantaloon! Shit, and a coat – can you wait two goddamn seconds?”
Jameson grins and steps down from a wood porch as Chase runs off to get him something to wear. Beneath the slushy spring-touched snow he can feel soft dead grass, and the air cuts like something cleaner and more beautiful than even the blade of a fresh knife across his skin and through his downy hair. Breathing in deep, he propels himself forward and leaps, cartwheeling across the white landscape, picking up snow and tossing it in the air, freed as Anti used to free him.
Days when he was allowed outside were his favorite days. They lived far from civilization – the closest highway was some miles away, not that he knew which direction – and what had once been farmland had become mires of old wheat fields and copses of heavy peaceful trees. The cold rarely stopped him, but then again there were days where he had feared it, like the day the door to the house had accidentally locked and he was stuck outside for hours, weeping as he froze, knocking and pounding for Anti to come save him, his fingers turning white, and then red, and then purple...
He still loved going outside, though. He just never thought anybody would want to come with him. He's not really worth spending time around.
“Here you go,” Chase says, coming up beside him and taking his hands in his own, shoving a pair of soft mittens over his fingers. Jameson blinks up at him, warmed.
“And the coat,” Chase adds, helping him stick his arms into it. Jameson pulls it tight around him and drags the fabric up to his nose, shivering and sighing contentedly into the warmth.
“Here, put my boots on too. We'll have to get you some clothes of your own soon! Maybe next week we can go, if Schneep's feeling safe about it.”
“New clothes for me?”
“Yeah, of course. And anything else you need. I think we could start making that spare room your room, you know? We'll get some decorations or books or something.”
Jameson stares up at him, tugging the second boot onto his foot.
“Everything okay?” asks Chase, frowning. He's wrapped up in a coat and a beanie, wet snow soaking into his sneakers.
Jameson swallows hard, a tsunami of guilt and shame, love and gratitude, uncertainty and caution welling up in his throat.
He wants to keep you, says something in the back of his head. He doesn't plan to throw you out at all. And you're just planning to leave.
Well, answers a darker, angrier part of him, the part of him that wants to tell Chase to fuck off and to run away into the forest and finds his way back to – to what? What's waiting for him? Anti told me the same, that he meant to keep me. That's why we're here. People lie, Jameson.
Chase slings an arm around him and JJ jumps. “Sorry,” Chase chuckles. “I'll warn you next time. Is this okay?”
Jameson reaches up to touch the hand set on his shoulder, turning his head to look into Chase's eyes. The weight of Chase's arm is the best kind of heaviness. He isn't afraid to touch him at all, and only a week ago Jameson had him at gunpoint, glaring down at him with hatred in his eyes.
He always loved Anti, but he would never have called him “good.” Even in his earliest days, he was cognizant of the reality that there was a great cruelty in his brother, and he saw very little goodness in Anti, in the house, in the world around him.
He thinks Chase is probably what goodness looks like.
“Yes,” he knocks. “It's okay.”
For a second, Chase smiles at him so soft that Jameson thinks he's probably what happiness looks like too.
“Sweet!” he says, squeezing his shoulder. “Let's go find that cat, man!”
Chase shoots Henrik a text to tell him they'll be out for a while and they set off into the forest, Jameson still hugged under his brother's arm. Chase can tell he's enjoying himself from the brightness of his eyes and the energy of his step as he wanders beside him, his gaze following the swift brown birds through the sky and the dripping of water from the the dark branches of the trees.
And Athanasius doesn't make himself hard to find. They've only been walking for about twenty minutes when he appears.
“Meow!” he greets them, sprinting up to Chase's side, pressing his head up against his calves, yowling noisily. He's a loud-mouthed cat and always has been. Chase always loved that. He laughs and scoops the little grey cat into his arms, scratching enthusiastically at his ears.
“Hey there, good boy,” he grins, pushing their foreheads together. “How you living, buddy? Ate the last of my fish yesterday, you know. I'll get you more, don't worry.”
He turns around with the cat in his arms, expecting a smile or maybe some tentative attempts to pet him from his little brother, but Jameson just looks confused.
Bewildered, really.
“Um, you good?” he asks, laughing uncertainly.
Jameson stares at Athanasius. “That's... the cat?”
“Yeah?” frowns Chase, double-checking the sign for cat in his head. “Oh! Maybe you were expecting Queenie, huh? You've seen her around, have you? This is Athanasius. Don't ask me why Marvin named him that. He told me once, but it was something about immortality and magic and names he found funny – anyway, this is the cat.”
Jameson bursts into laughter.
“What?” stammers Chase, taking his turn at complete confusion. “What's so funny? Jameson?”
“Holy shit,” says Jameson. He never takes the time to sign curse words, but this – holy fuck. “Anti used to tell me all these stories about how dangerous he is and what a threat and a monster and then you tell me we're going to meet him and you turn around holding – ”
He doubles in on himself, his chest shaking hard. Chase can't help but join him in laughter, setting Athanasius down. “What the hell are you talking about?”
“The cat,” Jameson repeats, as if it's obvious, and very funny to boot. “The cat – what was that name you just said? I didn't know his name, the three of you don't talk about him. The magician.”
Chase stills, staring. Athanasius sits down beside him, his head tilted up at Jameson. In the trees, the birds have fallen into respectful silence.
Like a vigil.
“Marvin?” whispers Chase.
His voice breaks down the middle of the word. Jameson stops laughing.
“Yes,” he says softly. “That name. Are you okay?”
“I,” says Chase.
Marvin. Marvin. Marvin.
“I'm fine,” he whispers.
Anti used to tell him stories.
Used to tell him he was dangerous.
Used to call him a threat.
“Anti warned you about him?”
Chase can taste his heart in his mouth. It is difficult to breathe. A euphoria is beginning in his chest.
“Anti warned you about Marvin?”
Jameson stares at him. Looks down at his hands.
Knocks “yes,” gently.
“Yes, he warned me.”
Chase wonders that the whole forest does not sing. His heart does.
“Alive!” he screams, so loudly even Athanasius goes scrambling away from him, and then he takes off at a sprint back the way they came, towards Jackie and Henrik and the house their brother gave him, their Marvin, the cat, the magician. “Alive, alive, alive!”
He's been wondering so long.
“Jackie!” he cries, bursting into the house through the back door, panting hard. Is he really so out of shape? Fuck it, it doesn't matter. Nothing matters but this. He darts down the hallway, showing up in Jackie's open doorway looking like a wild thing, bright-eyed with tears.
He’s been wondering where his big brother is for so, so long.
“What the hell?” demands Jackie weakly, trying to sit up straight in his chair. “Chase, chill.”
He couldn't go back to sleep after the fire alarm. He's just been sitting here, thinking.
Are you really gone? reads a sticky note on one of his bulletin boards, stuck next to a polaroid of Marvin's face, smiling as he holds up a shut-eyed silver kitten, healthy and safe, happy, unharmed...
“Jackie.” Chase draws his attention back. “Jackie, Marvin's alive.”
He feels so many things at once he feels nothing at all.
“Chase,” he whispers, turning away again.
“I mean it! Jameson said so!”
“Jameson – no, he didn't. Or if he did... Look – just – come on, man, don't do this to me, I'm exhausted.”
“He told me Anti warned him about Marvin. That he told him he was dangerous. He wanted to meet him! Look, Jackie, I know how long we've searched. I know how long you tried to find him. And I know it doesn't look good, with all that blood that was on the floor where he was – and his broken mask – and the hand Anti cut off – and I know it's weird that Jameson and Schneep have never seen Marvin in captivity with them, like it seems like Anti would have kept them all together or at least nearby, but – ”
Jackie buries his face in his hands, trying to breathe. He can't handle this right now. He can't handle this ever.
“But Jameson said so and why would he lie?”
“I can think of a lot of reasons, actually,” gripes out Jackie. “Upsetting us, for one. Or Anti told him to. What if he's trying to lead us out of the house? Bet he'll tell you a location next. 'You can find Marvin here!' And then we all get caught by Anti.”
“You don't mean that.”
“Pretty sure I do. Let's not do this now, Chase.”
“Jackie, listen!” Chase moves to his side, gripping the back of his chair and spinning him around so that they stand side by side, but his brother still fails to meet his eyes. “Jameson asked me where he was. He doesn't think Marvin's dead. Don't you think Anti would have told him if he had killed Marv? Why would Anti warn him about him if he was gone? I bet he would be crowing it from the rooftops if he had managed to kill our Marvin. He would have told Jameson.”
“Chase,” says Jackie, just quietly, his nails digging into the end of his arm rests. “Jameson also didn't know that Jack was in a coma. I heard Henrik explaining it to him two days ago.”
“He knew Jack was in hospital. And asleep. I think that counts.”
“Didn't know my name or Marvin's, never once used the word coma – and there's a sign for it, one he knows, I checked – doesn't even know that Anti's had two attempts on Jack's life. Or that I've been fucking crippled since the day Anti beat me. How's that for something Anti should have been crowing from the rooftops?”
Chase pauses and licks his lips, rocking back on his heels. “Okay, fine,” he concedes. “That's weird, but it still doesn't make sense for Anti to not have told... well, yeah, I would think he would have told him that Jack was in a coma and Marvin was dead, but...”
Jackie runs his hands over his face. “Anti didn't tell the little man much, okay? It doesn't mean anything. I'm sorry, I wish it did – trust me, I fucking wish it meant anything. But it just... doesn't.”
There's a lump somewhere low in Chase's throat. “Why are you so determined to say it isn't true? Don't you want Marvin to be alive? You've given up on him.”
Jackie's on his feet so fast Chase nearly tumbles backwards, but his brother grabs him by the collar of his shirt and yanks him close, so Chase can't miss the fury in his eyes. The lights are brighter than they were a moment ago. For a second, Chase stares right back at Jackie, his mouth drawn in a snarl, but then his will breaks and tears spark in his blue eyes.
Jackie softens, regret replacing rage. He lets Chase go and sinks back down, slowly, into his chair. He curls in on himself, his chest aching and his heart beating too fast. He looks old. He looks small. The lights have gone dark again and everything is still.
“Chaser,” Jackie croaks. “Will you please go get Henrik? Anti told me something and I think it's time you both heard.”
“What?”
“Please go get Henrik.”
“Where's Marvin?”
“Go get Henrik. Go get Henrik.”
Chase obeys. Henrik comes. And Jackie, in a voice as small as a star-speck and as shaky as a knife-wound, tells them what Anti said.
Jameson has heard screaming many times – screams of anger, of pain, of fury, of fear. Screams of grief, as he finds out that day, are the most horrible of them all.
#writers of jack#jameson jackson#jackieboyman#chase brody#jse egos#i'd like to apologize for mentioning that it's almost spring and the snow is melting for like the fourth time lol#i guess there's other things to apologize for in this chapter but heh#my brother's keeper#tw hypnosis#tw torture#tw character death#tw grief

“comb” tig
“comb” - your muse grooms my muse’s hair // @fcundwings
It was one of those rare afternoons where things were just… Quiet. So quiet that the Sons had no mc business to attend to, there were no cars to tend to at the garage and everyone was just hanging out under the Californian sun.
That afternoon, Erica ran her fingers through Tig’s freshly washed and conditioned hair, which now smelled like coconut and vanilla, with her eyes focused on the tablet that was propped up next to her, head tilted as she tried to memorize the steps of this fish tail braid.
Tig sat between her knees as she sat on top of the picnic table, grumbling about how this wasn’t a hair salon under his breath, and Erica pulled on a curl in retaliation. “C'mon, Tigger, we’re both bored and you have the longest hair. I would ask Juice or Hap but alas,” she said, pressing rewind on the video.
“Now stop fidgeting,” she added, before using the comb to part his hair, taking the strands and following the steps as they were explained in the tutorial.
Fifteen minutes, and a lot of cursing from both Erica and Tig later, the blonde smiled widely as she admired her work.
“You look like the prettiest princess, dad,” she said, before leaning forward and kissing the top of his head.
And in that exact moment, Jax appeared and called everyone to the table, and Erica had to bite her lip to keep from laughing as Tig bolted up, and left her with a kiss on the cheek.

You woke up the next morning. Your skin sticky with dried sweat from the night before activities. The pulsing in your legs was a clear indication it was one hell of a night. You looked over to see Happy was gone. “Hap..” you called from the bedroom. He walked in with Kozy in his arms asleep. For being ninety pounds, Happy made it look easy carrying him. He set him on the foot of the bed. Leaning over he kissed your swollen lips. “Geez… I barley remember last night… all I know is I still feel it today..” He laughed, a smirk appearing over his face. “Mm… good.” He brushed his lips against yours once again. “I want you again little girl..” you put your hand on his shoulders. “No.. need to shower.. I feel disgusting.” You slowly got out of the bed. Gravity felt heavy on your body.
Happy pushed into you deeply, his lips pressed against your back as he fucked you into the table. You loved when he was like this. Demanding, possessive. He wanted you to know who you belong too. He wanted you to feel him for days afterwards. It was the way it was. The way his hips slapped against your ass felt like he was spanking you continuously. He loved looking down, seeing your ass a nice crimson color. He licked up and down the center of your back, tasting your salty skin. The feeling of you clenching on him was heaven on earth. So tight and warm, how he ever let you go he would never know. Your body was home, where he could feel pleasure and the ultimate euphoria. He grabbed your arms holding them against your back, pulling you into him. You where a moaning mess against the table, mouth agape, your eyes tightly closed. “Don’t stop..” you choked out barley. He pushed in hard one last time, your vision getting blurry as you came all over his dick. Your body shaking and convulsing at all the pleasure. He had already made you cum three times. Your body was shaking hard. He turned you around, carrying you to the bed room laying you down, getting on top of you once again. “I have not came yet my hurricane..”
Feeling the steaming water flush over your sore body caused you to moan out in pleasure. It felt so good, the little drops taking care of your aching limbs. You leaned against the glass wall of the shower closing your eyes reveling in how calm everything was at the moment. It had been constant go, go, go. You hurd your phone go off and cringed. “Fuck.” You stepped out of the shower wrapping your body up quickly. Happy handed you your phone.
Craig: “Hey Y/N! Just reminding you that we have that big opening tomorrow! Drive together or separate cars?”
Y/N: “Haha, I didn’t forget. Lets do separate cars. My dog is coming with me.”
Craig: “Okie dokie. See you at my shop tomorrow at 5A.M and we will drive to Lodi! You can follow me!”
Y/N: “Sounds good. Bye.”
You hung up the phone, sighing slightly as you turned back to the bathroom. Almost running to get back into the warm shower. “You have to leave tomorrow?” you wanted to bang your head against the wall. You didn’t want to fight. At like all.. “Yeah, I helped market Craigs new shop. He wanted me there to take photos and help him make sure everything is going to go without a hitch. I will be back late tomorrow night, possibly Tuesday morning depending on how exhausted I am. “We have a friend MC out there. I am going to ask Jax to watch over you.” You sighed rubbing your temples. “You are not going to ask the Grim Bastards to watch over me!” Happy looked at you surprised. “You know who they are?” “I did some marketing for them a year ago.” He gently put his large hands on your towel covered shoulders. “Babe.. I just want you to be safe..” you nodded to him. Grabbing his chin gently you kissed him. “Happy, I took care of myself while you where away. I will take care of myself again.” Happy nodded slightly. You could tell he was unhappy with this arrangement.
Getting back in the shower you closed your eyes. It felt amazing, you started to hum to yourself. The humming soon turned into singing. Happy chuckled on the other side hearing you belt out a song. He walked to the living room, sitting on the couch petting Kozy who was napping, his bone next to him that Happy bought. Leaning back he dozed off, his head on the back of the couch snoring. Kozy curled up closer to him, laying his head on Happys lap.
Walking out you seen your boys snoring on the couch. You smiled sitting next to Happy in your towel, pulling a blanket that was over the couch. Wrapping it around you three. Even if you just woke up, your body was still exhausted. Happy pulled you closer, laying your head on his chest.
Waking up Happy looked at your sleeping frame laying on him. He gently pressed a kiss to your naked shoulder. He looked under the blanket and seen your towel had slipped off. “Mm.. yumm..” He left a soft kiss on your neck. Your body shuttering at the small contact. That is how Happy knows you are his. He could barely touch you and your body wished for him more and more. Happy gently picked you up laying you on their bed. The towel and blanket fell off of your body when he laid you down. He seen your nipples get hard at the cooler air, shifting slightly. He spread your legs, licking his lips. He knew you where still aching from the night before, so why not ease it a bit? He kissed up and down your thighs, sucking gently at the skin. You smelt like your vanilla and coconut body wash, filling his senses causing a high on its own. He licked a small stripe up to your clit. Your body jumped while you slept. He dragged his tongue down your slit, gently pushing it in slightly. “Ah.. Happy..” he looked up to see you still asleep. The way his name came off your lips was a deadly sin. There would never be someone else like you and this he knew. He swiped up and down slowly, reveling in your delicious honey. You kept feeling a significant pleasure spark through your body. You opened your eyes and looked down seeing Happy between your legs. There was very few sights better than this.. actually none at all. He looked up at you seeing you awake. He looked up more looking at you. “Mmm.. hey sleeping beauty.. I am just eating my favorite meal…” “Happ..” he gently pushed his thumb against you clit, arching you back you pushed in his touch. His thumb was slightly rough, but the feeling sending enough to push you over the edge. Happy reattached his tongue to your core, licking up all of your cum. His arms wrapped around your legs, holding you in place as your legs spasmed. “Happy please!!” he knew your cues very well. You where on the edge all over again. After you orgasmed when you where sore from previous activities, it did not take much work to make you orgasm again. He pushed his tongue flat against your slit, moving up and down. His fingers gripping your hips roughly, leaving bruises. Flicking your hips up and down on his tongue, you screamed out. Happy felt your cum coat his tongue and mouth, dripping down his chin. He gently set your lower half down. He kissed each one of your hips and kissed up to your lips. “Your turn..” you breathed out sounding breathless. “Mmm.. no… I just wanted to revel in your taste baby.” Happy smirked looking up at you.
Since Kozy was feeling better you decided to go to the party. He trailed behind you and Happy, wagging his tail. He always did love hanging out at the clubhouses. Especially since you where certain the dogs of the club where treated way better then the crows and old ladies to some degree. Happy opened the door letting you in. His hand on your lower back above your ass. He whispered in your ear “I honestly would have been fine, licking you all night..” shuttering at the thought he kissed under your ear and licked down your neck.
Looking over you seen your brother and Juice with Brittany and Lily. Walking over Kozik gave you a hug and lent down to pet Kozy. “Is he doing better sis?” you smiled nodding to him. Kozy licked your brothers face and sat down next to you. Happy came over giving you a beer. You thanked him chatting with the girls. “You came!” looking over you hugged Gemma. “Glad you came. I was hoping to ask a favor of you.” Nodding you followed her outside so you could hear her better. “Do you think you could Market Cara Cara for the club.” You grimaced slightly. You had marketed some sleezy business for SOA but it was a rare occurrence. “I suppose.. I hate getting caught up in that shit..” Gemma nodded. “I get it, but most of the girls are nice.” “Make sure that skinny bitch that came to the club doesn’t get in my way. Otherwise I will make sure she is not camera ready.” Gemma laughed agreeing.
The party was a bang, but you had to head off to sleep since you where helping Craig. Walking over to Happy you kissed his cheek and had to drag Kozy away from Tig.

The history of " The Blessed Virgin of Lindogon , Simala Sibonga Many years ago in the hills of lindogon , an upper barangay of simala, town of sibonga was but a barren hill, rocky and no source of water can be found. But "INGKONG VILLAMOR" a wise old man predicted "One Day , Lindogon Hill will become Holy for the time a WHITE LADY REIGN in this place. More than 60 years passed by the prediction of ingko niyong was not in vain lindogon now is full of plants and trees . it is so beautiful to behold for it became a paradise for thousands of pilgrims visiting the miraculous "WHITE LADY" who is the Blessed Virgin Mary..Ingko Niyong's son became a priest , who later became a Monsignortomas Vilamor..( Inko Niyong passed away at the age of 96 )..According to Frater Martin, in the year 1995 , I went home to visit my family in Tinaan , Naga. It happed that our small property was already divided , As a servent of God ( monk ) It is forbiden for us to own any property , More so land , I gave my share to of property to the church and it was there that i meet Cardinal J. Vidal. He was Happy of my coming to Cebu, He approved and supported to build monastery for monks , for we dont have it here. With the guidance of a Nun we went as far as Lindogon , A sitio of barangay Simala , town of sibonga. Lindogon before was dry , stony calcifed and barren , because of its worthless state the Apacio Family didn't hesitate to sell the property for a low price.By a mesurement of four by four meters, they immediately built thier temporary home, The post were made of bamboo , and the roof and walls were made of coconut leaves, because of its barreness the place was hot during day time and so cold during night time. In the beginning it was really very hard , aside form not having a formal home , they strive hard to look for their daily needs which was food..Differnt kinds of foods were received by the monks , they welcomed it gladly and heatfully believing that it was a grace coming from the Lord. Many bitter and hurtfull words were thrown to theme but they received it humbly and graciously and keep their peace , Others found them filthy , they just throw their coins so that they would not get closer, some are suspious and other persecution..But they were really kindhearted persons who gave generously..It was the hardest trials they have experienced , but inspite of these they humbly accept it and persevered..Prayer and work where thier daily grind , They started to till the land . Many have said that no Trees and Plants has grown in this place since from their elders. Because of it's dryness , stony and limestone content the soil , it certainly need fertilizers was dear it was not an option , so they have to rely on faith for a fertilizer fromthe Lord..Their fertilizer is the reciting of the Hail Mary as they plant a tree of seed. Because of their strong faith and their complete belief in the Virgin Mary their efforts were not wasted..All what they planted quickly grew and sprouted , The lindogon folks coukd not believe , since their childhood only amorseco and majong thorns grew in in that very place..But it is said that if their is goodness maade from the brightness , darkness has its counter also and this was the coming of " EL NINO "..even by the constant watering, it was still affected by the oppressive heat . their plants were already thin and wilting...Aside from " EL NINO" the trials of their faith was confounded by the spreading of " DENGUE MALADY " seven children were from the lower portion of the monks hills..Because of dire Poverty their people can't bring their sick to the health center or hospital . their only remaing hope was to pray.. ( according to Frater Martin " i remembered then before that if their was a epidemic that has come our old folks would initiate a dawn sacrifice "AURORA" to drive the evil spirit away..At that very evening they started their pennitential walk.. In the third evening they smelled a sweet fragrance of flowers that started from the very place which is known to be inhabited by evil spirits . and they also noticed a dense swarm of mosquitoes flying away..The people who attented the procession were full of wonders and questions..At the end of the ninth day of their Rosary walk , the people were full of JOY because those who were stricken of dengue wew completely cured..Because of that Miraculous Event that they received they offered a thanksgiving Procession to MAMA MARY..

A hap birth to one of my favorite people, @kakasbal. I have done a sculpt of their character Coco before, but had never drawn them. They have a simple but elegant design and I’m quite fond of their lil boots that seem to seamlessly merge with their body. The aesthetic sensibilities were in no small part inspired by the Blue Hawaiian cocktail, which is often a mix of rum, curaçao, pineapple juice...and creme de coconut.

History Of Miami
Miami is the most densely populated city in the US and behind this attraction which it shows to the people, are the business opportunities, its leadership in finance, the favorable environment for the artists, its being centre of culture, media and entertainment and its ability to do the international trade. Though the city is in a well developed state but in the past it has seen many ups and downs but always stood strong and came out of all the storms which tried to blow the city’s spirit.
Here are few important incidents from the past to put a light on the history of Miami.
The Very Beginning
The first Native American colonies are confirmed to have lived in the Miami area almost about ten thousand years ago. There were hard wood and pine trees spread in the area and the wild animals like beers and deer were living there. The first people took the shelter at the banks of river Miami though the main villages were located on the northern part of the banks of the river Miami. The early habitants were interested in making tools and arms from the shells. These early Native American settlers were called the ‘Tequestas’ and they used to depend on river Miami for food .After the advent of the Europeans they started hunting, fishing, collecting roots to satisfy their hunger they had not started the agriculture. Tequesta natives were given the honor of making the Miami circle. Check out – billlentis.com/things-to-do-in-miami-fl.
Spanish Colonies In The Beginning
Juan Ponce de León was the first European to come to Biscayne Bay in 1513 and see the surroundings of Miami. He mentioned Miami as ‘Chequescha’ in his diary which became the first registered name of Miami. Pedro Menéndez de Avilés and his men’s landing got registered as the first landing in 1566.Thay had come there for the missing son of Avile who an year before , was in a shipwreck. Father Fransisco Villiareal came with some Spanish soldiers, at estuary of reviver Miami to build a Jesuit mission which could not happen. The Tequestas were targeted to convert them to Christians and these attempts failed and most of the people from the tribe got struck with small pox and other illness and does. Jesuits found more cooperative people outside Florida in 1570. Later the numbers were decreased fast by the battles with other tribes and the due to the reduced population the Creek Indians easily conquered them. Tequesta’s sent many chiefs to Havan, Cuba to ask for shelter in 1711.Cubans sent two ships to assist but a large number of Indian dies as they got struck by the ailments. In 1743 another group of missionaries was sent to Biscayne Bay. The built a fort and church there and they had planned to stay their permanently in order to make food available for the soldiers and American Indians but the idea did not work.
Non-Spanish Colonies In The Beginning
Samuel Touchett was granted with a land which was twenty thousand acres, located in Miami vicinity, from the British Government in 1776.One condition to make this grant permanent was at least one white settler should live on every hundred acre of the granted land. Samuel Touchett’s wish was to grow plants on all over the land but as he was not financially well to do to accomplish this task he could not make it.
The first group of white immigrants came to Miami in the 1800s. Pedro Fornells came to Key Biscayne to meet the condition of the grant but he also went back with his family to St. Augustine in half a year. He left a janitor there before leaving. In 1803 he came to visit the place and found noticed that there were few people living as tenants illegally across Biscayne Bay from the Island.
In 1825 Marshall Water Smith went to Cape Florida settlement which was situated on mainland and conferred with the illegal tenants who wanted to capture the land permanently. Masses from Key and Bahamas came to South Florida in search of the treasure which they could get from the shipwreck which happened due to Great Florida Reef. Some of these accepted the Spanish land offers along Miami River. The Seminole Indians also arrived at the almost the same time. Cape Florida Lighthouse was built near Key Biscayne, in 1825, to alert the ships passing by of the dangerous reefs.
Richard Fitzpatrick bought a land on Miami River in 1830 and tried to make it lively by plantation over the land. He planted tropical fruits, bananas, sugar cane and corn over there. The area was badly affected by the second Seminole War. This is recorded as the most devastating war in the history records of America. This incident affected the population of Miami area very badly.
The Cape Florida Lighthouse was burnt was the Seminoles in 1836 and it was not repaired till ten years after the incident. William English who was Richard Fitzpatrick‘s nephew, after the Seminole second war came to an end, started plantation in Miami.
He sold plots of lands after mapping the Village OF Miami on the bank of Miami River. In 1844 Miami was considered as a county seat. The Thirds Seminole war also was very much harmful one and one of its bad effects was that the settlement in Florida got effected and because slower than before on Southeast Florida. Only few families got settled in Miami in 1890s.
When Miami Tasted Development First Time
In 1891, Cleveland’s rich woman Julia Tuttle, happed to buy a huge citrus planted 640 acres area in Miami vicinity. Her husband named Frederick Tuttle died in 1886 and post that as her children’s health was fragile she moved to south Florida. This lady has a very important role in the history as she tried to convince the railroad star Henry Flagler to extent his rail line Florida East Coast Railway to southward but he refused at that time.
During the winter of 1894 Florida was hit horribly by the weather and the citrus plants in the northern part of Florida got ruined .Once again on Feb 7th, 1895 another weather attack took place and the remaining part of the plantation also got ruined but the citrus plantation owned by Julia Tuttle was not affected by the weather at all. Only the citrus from Julia’s plantation was there everywhere in the market. She again tried to communicate with Henry Flagler in to try to get the railroad extension don in that area. She wanted him to visit ate area himself and decide. She made one more attempt and tried sending the flowers to him so that he understands that first did affect the area. Flagler somehow got convinced by the idea this time that Miami was a place all set for the development and he decided to continue the railroad to Miami and also to build a hotel over there. Flagler wrote a letter to Tuttle on April 22, 1895 to remind her about her promise of land in exchange of extending the railroad and making the hotel. The condition to develop the city was that Tuttle had to give a big land of one hundred acres if she wanted Flagler to develop the city.
The official announcement of the railroad was made on July 28, 1895. The railroad work started from the end of September that year. The workers for the project having different abilities and qualifications made a move to the city soon and the work took a quick seed. It was April 7, 1896 when the railroad reached Miami. An unplanned train arrived Miami on 13th April and the first properly planned trained could arrive Miami on 15th April. Initially there was only freight service provided and later after a week the passenger service also started.
A historic meeting took place on 28th July, 1896 in order to make Miami a city. As the appropriate number of voters were there at the time of meeting, all of decided to make a government with the name the City OF Miami. The person got the honour of becoming the mayor was John Reilly.
Miami’s Fast Pace Development And Natural Calamity
Miami saw a very fast development till the World War 2nd. In 1913, Miami Beach was developed. Miami’s population got multiplies during 1920 to 1923.Froming the grater Miami city the areas of lemon city, Allapattah and Coconut grove were seized .In 1926 the disastrous Miami Hurricane hardly hit Miami’s life. As a result many people had to lose their homes and also make the move from the places they were establishes at. This incident killed the confidence of the well established people whose assets were wiped out and the city went through a state of depression due to no work for a huge number of people.
During The World War II
During the time of World War II, most of the cities on Florida were badly affected but Miami was still fine with a little effect. Hence the Military made a move to Miami and made use of its assets for their purpose. Military had their schools, communication and supply options available in the vicinity. The hotels were converted to barracks, the theatres were converted to the classrooms and golf courses and local beaches became the training centres. Hence instead of building any new spaces the assets and amusement places of Miami vicinity were converted as per the requirement. They could manage to train over five and fifty thousand officers and other men in South Florida. After the end of the war many people came back to Miami and this is how the population was increased and became almost five hundred thousand till 1950.
Social Riots
The civil Right Movements took place in 1950s and 1960s and Miami did not had any active participation in the movement but we cannot say it was unaffected by the changes as there was always sufficient population of black Caribbean and African Americans.
In December 1979, a historical event of killing a motorcyclist by the police occurred. One of the police officers claimed that they were chasing Arthur McDuffie and at the end the fell from the vehicle and died but later it was found that when police reached McDuffie, he was injured but not dead. The police men removed his helmet and bet him on his head continuously till he was dead and then put him helmet back on his head. This incident became a very provoking incident as the rider was black and he was killed by the while policemen. The calamitous riots went for three days and 8 white people and 10 African American people were died during this time. Over 850 people were arrested and the property worth around one hundred million dollars was damaged.
More People Coming To Miami
In 1980s, 150,000 Cuban came to Miami. This is called Mariel Boatlift and this was the largest civilian transport in the history. This Cuban refugee group was made of most of the very poor people and also many people who got released from prisons and also from the mental institutions. During this time most of the Non Hispanic Whites left the place and till the end of 1990, there were only 10% non Hispanic While population which was 90% in 1960.
The numbers of immigrants kept increasing in Miami from other countries like Haiti. The population grew in the area by the time and hence it is also called as ‘Little Heiti’. In 1985, Xavier Suarez became the first Cuban mayor in the city. Many people who came from Asia, Africa and Europe came to this place and still living.
Revenue Generating Drug Business In 1980
Miami started earning millions of dollars though drugs as it became the main transshipment centre in America for the cocaine which was brought from Bolivia, Peru and Colombia. It attracted the businesses like luxury hotels, nightclubs and exotic cars and hence many other businesses and jobs along with this automatically flourishes in Miami. The city was touching the heights of fame and money and also the corruption and violence also was making its space along with the growth.
The Time Of Name And Fame
As a result the city could manage to attract the visits of few big personalities during 1980s and 1990s like Pope John Paul Second in November 1987 who addressed a mass of one hundred and fifty thousand people in Tamiami Park. Later Queen Elizabeth second and three United States presidents also visited the city later and a street in Little Havana was also named after one of presidents, Ronald Reagan.
Ethnic Tention
Ethnic tensions arouse in the city when Nelson Mandela came in 1989.He was a leader of African Americans. On ABC’s news’s Nightline show he gave a statement in which for the anti-apartheid support he praised Cuban leader Fidel Castro. This raised some tension and as a result he did not receive the official greeting and no high ranked official came to greet him. This caused a furious reaction in the African American community and people started boycott of Miami’s tourist and convention facilities and the higher authorities finally arranged official greeting for Mandela in order to establish peace. The efforts to resolve the issue did not work for few months and there was huge loss to the city’s economy.
Hurricane Andrew Effect And Later
In 1993 Miami –Dade area alone saw damage worth $20 billion when it got hit by Hurricane Andrew. (It is considered as the most destructive Hurricane who hit Florida). In 1996, Miami was referred as the 4th poorest city of Florida by 1996 as in 1980s and 1990s many financial scandals took place including Mayor’s Office and City Commission. All this highlighted the negative image of Miami. Miami got a smaller budget allocated which was $68 Million lesser and municipal bond got a junk rating by Wall Street and the state appointed an oversight board there and Miami was the first city of Florida where it happened. In 1997 only the city voters opposed a resolution to merge the city with Dade County. These financial problems kept occurring in Miami and till the foreigner called many Diaz was chosen as the mayor of Miami 2001.
The Liberty city area saw many fights happening in Miami as many fights used to happen there between Anthony ‘Little Bo’ and the Jon Does, which was the gangster group. Hence drug battles were happening at big levels in the city in 1998. When the leader of the gang Curtis Silwa got detained, Fail started taking the advantage of the opportunity by trying taking full command of the gang and become the leader and gave birth to the enmity.
Another immigration battle occurred in Miami due the Elián González incident. Elián González was a six year old child who was rescued off the Mimi’s coast from waters. This issue involved the Cuban and U.S, governments, Elian Gonzaleze’s father Juan Gonzalez, his relatives staying in Miami and the American Cuban community. On April 22, 2000 federal agents seized Elian and Cuban American community criticized it. The mayor of Miami Dade county at that time, Alex Penelas also vowed that it would also would not out any efforts in order to assist the Bill Clinton authorities and also the federal authorities in their efforts of returning the six year boy to Cuba. Protestors in huge numbers appeared in the emerged in the streets in Little Havana for angry demonstration. A ten block area was jammed in Little Havana by the rioters .after sometime many business men also closed their businesses and came for a boycott against the city for one day as they wanted to attempt the tourism industry. Employees of cruise lines, airlines, hotels, car rental companies and many big retailers also made their participation in boycott. Finally the six year boy Elian Gonzalez with his father returned to Cuba on June 28, 2000.
The Free Trade Area Of The Americans negotiation was also a controversial one which occurred in 2003. While increasing the intellectual property right this was a proposed in order to reduce the trade barriers among all countries of America, excluding Cuba. So during the Meeting in 2003 the Free Trade Area had to face huge oppose by the anti globalization protests and anti-corporatization protests.
The Future Is Bright
Hence we see the history of Miami has given it a multi cultural effect and now a days this has become the headquarter for many financial institutions and multinational companies. The international banks also have concentrated in the city largely. Though the city gets ranked among the poorest cities but this attracts the famous and rich people in America. Having many bright opportunities in the history the city had to see many tensions also along with the natural calamities like Hurricane Andrew and also the weather attacks which affected the plantation. The policies of the past mayors also kept affecting the cities spirit and also sometimes it affected the people’s emotions enough to even arouse the riots. As the population was a mix of many communities this was always on a fire bed and burnt into flames many times. Though the communal forces worked to destroy the piece but it is also seen that people have also come front sometimes just to save the humanity like in case of Elián González. People came together for a good cause in this case.
Now days the city has lots of opportunities and once it has grown itself completely for the outsiders. Even now it has all the possibilities to for the Nightclubs as the youth here will be able to make it successful. The beaches of Miami can generate good revenue if hotels can be developed to allure the visitors. Due the availability of water, the water sports of any kind are able to generate good revenue for the city.
The city is densely populated the population is able to fulfill the need of any business by providing all kinds of people to work without always paying high amount of money.
Hence the city just needs to repeat the history once when the hotel industry, car industry, night clubs etc were got well developed in Miami and due to that other businesses and jobs also were flourishing.
