因為是第一次去吃， 所以就通通選基本的調味， 蔥跟叉燒不能少， 此外喜歡吃辣的我， 他們的赤紅秘製醬汁先選了1/2， 來提一點湯頭的味道， 麵的硬度先選了普通的， 另外加一球麵硬度則是選了硬麵， 另外還加點了顆半熟蛋， 海苔部分我就省略沒點了。 送出點菜單後， 沒多久後麵就上來了， 先來喝一口湯試試看味道濃度如何， 嗯～喝的出來是花時間去熬出來的豬大骨湯， 因為點基本的口味跟豬背油的濃度， 味道就已經很夠味了， 再來將在中間的秘製醬汁拌開， 讓他跟豬骨湯融合再喝， 微微的辣味跟蒜泥的味道， ��湯喝起來更有層次。 麵的部分， 其實普通硬度就已經很有嚼勁了， 但是當我吃完後再續的硬麵， 口感我更愛， 此外在加麵的時候， 也順便請他幫我把赤紅秘製醬汁加成兩倍的份量， 喜歡吃辣的人， 推薦兩倍辣度， 既有吃辣的爽感， 但也還喝得到湯原本的味道跟香氣。 叉燒部分， 吃起來還蠻軟嫩的， 味道也夠， 喜歡吃肉的可以再另外加點， 但我覺得原本一份的份量就夠吃了！ 半熟鹽味蛋 他送來時是一整顆沒有切開的半熟蛋， 我是有點微傻眼， 怎麼會沒有切開， 因為這樣其實不是很好夾來吃， 尤其如果遇到不太會使用筷子的人， 最怕不小心掉到湯裡面， 濺出來的湯會噴到衣服， 吃起來算是還可以， 但是因為他的口味比較淡， 可以適時的讓嘴巴味覺休息一下。 然後吃拉麵當然要把它吃光光才行， 才是表示對廚師的最高敬意， 這時候就是會出現碗底的字， 寫著「この一滴が最高の喜びです」， 意思是：「 這一滴是最無上的喜悅 」， 前提是得要喝光湯， 你才看得到， 但還好他的味道也許有經過些許調整， 所以算是可以喝光的味道， 但如果在日本， 可能就比較難喝完了！ #ramen #japanesefood #streetfood #taipei #ichiran #ichiranramen #specialspicysauce #bastedmeat #coddledegg #foodaholic #popdaily #popyummy #poptaipei #pop台北 #一蘭拉麵 #ichiranramen #ichirantaipei （在 一蘭拉麵） https://www.instagram.com/p/CN_Y6U_s3XY/?igshid=1sgpo1zr9awxe

Our favorite Leo's location for many reasons, been a while since last visit. Always the best prepared food and faboulus service. A bonus Leo's number one Manager Stephanie has returned. She originally opened as a new location, put together a great team and moved to Plymouth location. So happy to see her, truly the Best boss lady in the Leo's chain. Marvelous Chicken Pot Pie Soup 😋 a must try. She had a Gyro and Mini Great always spot on.
