Got something for you~

Okay, imagine this - Vax'ildan and Vex'ahlia are royalty, as are the de Rolos, and an engagement is set between our beloved trans prince Vax'ildan and Percival de Rolo very much against Vax's wishes.

But Vax warms up to the younger prince in time - they're both quite smart in their own ways, and Percy admires Vax's love for his twin and is admittedly jealous of how willing Vax is to do anything his sister ever asks of him.

Unbeknownst to anyone, the Briarwoods are plotting to take over Whitestone - they act nice and friendly to all, Delilah a court mage and trusted confidant, Sylas a charming tutor.

During his visits to Whitestone, Vax meets and gets to know the couple over time - Sylas taking a particularly strong interest in Percy's betrothed, amusing his wife to no end. She finds it cute.

Then, on Percy's 17th birthday - a year until Percy is of age to wed - the Briarwoods and their people strike and take over the castle.

Vax'ildan is there, Sylas catching him and threatening to hurt him in order to control poor Percy.

Sylas enthrals the half-elf prince and abuses him constantly, even doing so in front of the last living de Rolos as a power move.

When Percy and Cassandra try to escape, it's them attempting to rescue Vax that gets Cass killed.

Percy ends up fleeing alone, making his way to Zephra, where Vex'ahlia has been betrothed to the son of a guard employed by the rulers of the druidic tribe.

He tells Vex of her twin's fate, the pair begging for help from Korrin who is reluctant to act in his grief and anxiety - he already lost his wife, and his daughter was being forced to grow up too fast so she can take her mother's place as ruler of The Air Ashari and take on her own dangerous Aramenté.

Keyleth, however, feels duty bound to help one of her own - her and Vex have become close friends over time, they care for each other quite a lot now.

So the trio sneak off, along with a young Derrig, and they head to Emon to try asking for more help.

Meanwhile, poor Vax'ildan is being erased and turned into the perfect puppet and doll for Sylas to play with as he pleaeses...

Can the wayward teens stop him and Delilah? It is rather unlikely.

Sylas and Delilah aren't worried about Percy's escape one bit.

Maybe they should have been...

sissy & oz toted their overnight bags up the paved sidewalk to grandma and grandpa’s house— the same house you had once called home when the wheeler’s took you in as a teen.

reaching the front door eddie squats to eye level with the twin three year olds. “okay you two,” he says in his fatherly tone, “last time you stayed the night grandpa said you terrorized the cat.”

“i no do it daddy,” sissy speaks her little voice high pitched and tattling, “ows chaseded hims.”

a frown spreads on her brothers face his brown eyes pleading, “i did not! sissy made tinky swim in the potty!”

eddie bites his lip to hide a laugh and you take a deep breath, “that’s another thing, the cat’s name is bruce, not stinky.”

“but mama,” sissy complains, head held high in a defiant pose— one eddie recognizes as a mini version of his wife, “boose 's hard to say.”

eddie ruffles her hair and stands up, talking out of the side of his mouth, “always arguing like someone else i know,”

his large hand slides down the curve of your ass pinching the leather fabric snug on your skin, giving it a tight little squeeze.

“eddie!” you scold, swatting his hand away, “not in front of the babies.”

he grabs your waist and pulls you back into him before you can rap your knuckles on the front door. his mouth is hot in your ear, “sorry mama,” he purrs, dancing his tongue on the shell of your ear, “you just look so fucking hot tonight.”

sissy and oz are both slapping the door with both palms as it swings inward. “who’s makin’ all that racket?!”

“gwampa! it’s us!”

“issy and ows!”

wayne smiles as big as he always did when his grandbabies visited, “are you sure y’all ain’t no robbers are ya?”

“gwampa’s silly, daddy!” oz squeaks, squeezing wayne tight around his leg.

eddie grins and chuckles, “aww nah buddy that word is ‘senile’”

you smack eddie in the chest and usher the kids inside to play with their cousin, alex. “thanks for watching them tonight, we really appreciate it,” you say to wayne reaching through the threshold and giving him a hug.

“ah, ain’t no problem,” wayne says flipping eddie the bird behind your back, “karen and i love these little turds.”

“u too oh two be good for grandpa and grandma okay? eddie hollers, “be nice to the cat, sissy… i’m talkin’ to you.”

her little nose wrinkles into a pout and her brows furrow together.

“swear to christ himself, that kid is the spittin’ image of you, tooty.”

“god help me.” eddie pouts, “i’m gonna go gray before i’m forty.”

you kiss the kids goodbye and wave from the windows of your jeep before heading to the hideout. eddie looked particularly good tonight, leather pants, a cut off shirt, he even let you smear some eyeliner on his eyelids before tonight’s gig.

“nervous?” you ask, carrying some cords from eddie’s old van that now belonged to big d.

gareth walks past you with an amp, “not really, the hideouts like home away from home, makes me feel 18 again.”

you smile and ruffle his still thick curls, “will coming tonight?”

a sad look replaces his smile, “haven’t talked to him in a week… last i heard from jonathan he was staying with joyce and hopper.”

“he’ll come around man,” eddie says coming through the back door, “he loves you.”

“yeah, i hope.”

the boys— men now— rocked a killer show, fans still screaming for the band even though half of them were married and the lead singer had two kids.

you were front in center, in your designated spot that you always stood after the first show where eddie sang ‘lady evil’ just for you.

now you were sporting a new homemade shirt, ‘sitter’ crossed out with ‘mama’ his old leather jacket on your shoulders.

a hand sits on your lower back you giggle, “jeez nance, how drunk are you?”

only it wasn’t nancy, but a random guy. burly and tall, a thick beard on his face matching the short hair on his head, balancing a cowboy. you didn’t recognize him from anywhere and you pull back with a shocked face,

he smiles and you can smell liquor on his breath as he leans in real close, “been watchin’ you all night little darlin’ looks like you need a drink.”

you scowl and turn away from him, looking for jonathan and nancy but they’re nowhere to be found.

“hey,” he blunders stumbling towards you, “you like cowboys?”

you don’t want to give him the time of day or even the satisfaction of a tasteful retort so you do your best to ignore him, looking at eddie as he turns to thrash the guitar riff with jeff.

eddie turns back around to continue the song and shoots you a wink, the same time a big sloppy pair of lips press on your cheek, hard and unwelcoming.

you didn’t see eddie’s eyes turn to black or the way he dropped the neck of his guitar hands balled into fist, you were seeing your own scarlet red, turning and slapping the face of the drunk asphalt “cowboy”.

eddie cuts the band and grabs the mic, “hey fucker!” he pushes his lips in a smooch and whistles like a dog, “here boy, up here.. yeah you— the guy who just got slapped.”

cowboy slap face looked up to the band, “what?”

“you must be new to town, huh? a drifter maybe?”

he lifts his head and spits on the ground, “what’s it to you?”

eddie laughs a little crazy-like, “… that,” he says pointing to you, “is my wife… and i’m sure you don’t know this or maybe your marbles are a little rattled up there with the cobwebs, but..” he jumps from the stage in a dramatic flare, wet hair bouncing behind him, skin slicked in sweat.

he tossing the mic behind him, standing tall and flicking the brim of the guys hat, toe to toe. “i’m not afraid to kill a man.”

“you’re bluffin’,”

“wouldn’t be my first, and for her,” he says moving you behind him, “won’t be my last,”

Why I think Niko/Tommi is an amazing ship - The essay

In this literary masterpiece and research I will focus on why Niko and Tommi would make an amazing pair. Facts are based purely on assumptions of their characteristic traits and on my own subjective insight of their personalities. <3 I am also only inclusively focusing on them two and not on others in the band.

Characteristically I think Niko and Tommi would compliment each other very well. They are both introverted, whereas Niko is more outgoing and social and Tommi likes to keep his public distance. Niko tho had multiple times brought it out that he needs lots of alone time. So this has given me a picture of a CEO-guy who will handle the public image like a pro and wants to keep all the strings in his hands and go against anyone who dares to give him or his friends a hard time. And then he will hibernate in his own corner to charge the batteries and observe the situations and analyse what would be the next step forward. I feel like Tommi is an observer too, and reads people around him very well. He notices stuff and comes up with simple plans to avoid/solve/maintain the situation X and helps Niko to plan their next theoretical moves.

Tommi also gives me storyteller vibes. His using of Finnish is somehow so rich and again: his observer-nature supports this too. He knows how to keep stories interesting with the word-choices (which is most likely unintentional, he has just learned to talk like that) and intonations and rhythm of his speech. And Niko the lyricist and creative mind would love to listen Tommi talk and either relax listening it or let the inspiration wash through him. Tommi could talk hours and Niko wouldn't get tired. And similarly Tommi appreciates Niko's ability to come up with lyrics and melodies and prefers to fall asleep to his voice. Also they both have the worst (=best) sense on humor so they will just try to outdo each other in horrible dad-jokes and situational comedy.

Lastly I want to meantion that their size difference is so hot!?!?!? Niko would fit just perfectly in Tommi's arms! Also we have seen couple of video-clips of Niko being manhandled and that man likes being roughed up a little bit. Who is better to pin him against the wall/mattress/kitchen counter than a big and strong drummer? 😌 Otherwise I think they would both just enjoy quiet, mundane and domestic love where they can fully embrace their need of their own space and just quietly love each other. 🥰

a literary masterpiece indeed, because I for one am now fully convinced they'd be a great match 🥺💕 they really do seem more alike than one might imagine at first glance, and it's obvious Niko adores Tommi - then again, who doesn't? 🥰 your observation about Tommi's storyteller vibes vs. Niko's lyrical genius vibes is an excellent one and it reminds me of Niko's tweet about Tommi saying he's most definitely not gonna invite any of his bandmates to his wedding (<3) but they do get an invite to his funeral to carry his coffin made of lead (<3), and yeah, it's safe to assume Niko giggled at that for hours with hearts in his eyes for Tommi 😂🥰

If you don't mind, dare I also add what @johnnyporko and I talked about in the DMs that night you sent the first Niko/Tommi ask: they're both the hermit type of guys you know, so it's easy to imagine them retreating to some cottage in Lapland to chop some wood and have sauna and go skinny dipping in the lake and read in bed together in the evening (perhaps some old Donald Duck comics) 🥺

It's wild that people think they can DEMAND a faster service on something that's free and, let's face it, that they probably don't even support or really appreciate. I know the folks who support me and they never push for anything because they understand how busy I am and how HARD it is for me to get things out, DESPITE how regularly I do it. It would be different if I was making a wee £10 here or £20 there and there was some kind of actual benefit to me bursting my hole to please people but nope! I do this for fuck all outside of the satisfaction of doing it.

You two are definitely a power couple in my opinion. He absolutely gets a kick out of your brutal honesty and if anything he encourages it.

He has no qualms about being on the receiving end, he appreciates someone who can be upfront without beating around the bush.

He may or may not have joked about putting you in his coffin on multiple occasions, only to feel appallingly nonplussed when you use it as motivation for writing one of your stories. 

You both are the biggest menaces together. Instead of encouraging you to resist your impulsive thoughts he encourages them and will even assist you. You have to take extra precautions to restrain yourself around him because he will not discourage you. 

Initially, his demeanor surprises you. He’ll act all cool and reserved, only to slip a flower in your hair. You never feel it or even see it until you return home and find your reflection staring back at you, with a new addition adorning your hair.

The only time you’ll receive his honest disapproval is when you’re being too hard on yourself, rebut his compliments, or refuse to hold his hand (he genuinely becomes pouty and upset). Despite his obvious qualms (if you don’t hold his hand) he’ll respect your decision and will make it his personal mission to lift your mood before the day's end. 

He’s one for spontaneous trips around the universe, if you’re up to it that is. If not, his final destination at a day’s end will always be by your side, unless he’s away and time does not permit it. In those cases, expect to be spammed via text. Constantly. Throughout the day. You’ve chastised him for this more often than not, only to get a smug little emoji in reply.

He’ll be head over heels for you if you volunteer to take care of his hair. Even if you simply ask to brush it, he’ll jubilantly sit before you and close his eyes as you focus on the task at hand. 

He’s always fast asleep by the end of it, especially if you spend time combing your fingers through his blonde strands. 

Oddly good at keeping you at bay and easing your worries. 

If he’s feeling a little playful he may purposefully give you convoluted directions so he can watch you struggle to find your way. Not for long though! He’ll eagerly offer to help you find your destination, fully knowing there was no way you’d be able to clearly understand his directions. (Seriously, what does “The door on your right side before your left, after the fourth door past the third window” even mean!?)

He may not initially indulge in overly romantic gestures with you, but if you show obvious approval of them then he’ll go out of his way to do those gestures for you to show you that he cares.

Shockingly really soft with you, guiding you gently whenever you show signs of panic and/or concern about a situation. Offers the best advice as well, very wise and learned through his many experiences (some he may hesitate to divulge).

Together you two make for an adorable couple. Depending on the day you are easily the biggest headache for the people around you, but it’s charming and endearing in its own right so 98% of the time you two get away with it.

When you don’t?

Luocha’s got the both of you covered. You believe the coffin he carries around contributes to his outstanding persuasion skills.

“And why do you believe I had anything to do with it?” Luocha hums, his obvious satisfaction radiates from him in waves; from his relaxed shoulders to the lazy way his eyes meet yours.

He’s currently situated in front of you, his head resting comfortably in your lap as you play with the long strands of his silky hair.

“Because I know you. All of those crazy things happened after you arrived on the Luofu and–” A sharp glint in his eyes and a lazy smirk are enough to steal all the air from your lungs.

You remain silent, choosing to admire his hair to avoid his knowing gaze.

“You’re as smart as I give you credit for. That’s my girl..” His words sound akin to a cat’s satisfied purr, and it takes everything in you to not combust on the spot.

“Th..Thank you…” You murmur the words as you finally meet his gaze once more. He winks at you, motioning with his hands to lower your head. 

You oblige, only to emit a sound of surprise when his lips press firmly against yours.

Your eyes close as you relish the warmth that floods your body; his hand reaches up to gently brush his thumb against your cheek before he pulls away.

“I believe it’s well into the night now. Would you indulge me?” You’re a little confused, but with a swift nod of confirmation Luocha wastes no time in sitting up, changing positions so you now lie in his arms. 

“Thank you.” The words are whispered against the shell of your ear before he leans back, bringing you with him. 

You two wind up falling asleep in that position.

Just as Luocha planned it.
