7 WAYS TO MAKE YOUR MORNINGS PRODUCTIVE

Back again with a blog post on how to make most out of your mornings. Keep reading. Enjoy.
1. Wake up early

The first and the most obvious thing you should do to give a fresh and productive start to your day is to wake up early. Those few hours which you save are a huge plus point. It gives you adequate time to prepare yourself for your mornings. It's true that not everyone is a morning lark, but getting up before the others and finishing trivial work before the others were up and starting creating node is an accomplishment in itself. I personally feel that wading up early makes me don't more work.
2. Make your bed and open the blinds

Making your bed gives you a feeling of accomplishment. It might seem too small but starting your day by making your bed gives you a sense of pride. You feel organised and ready to take on the day. More over it encourages you to keep the rest of your room tidy. Once you are in the habit of making your bed you will likely feel inspired to improve your bedroom's appearance in other ways even if they are small.
3. Wash your face

As soon as you wake up and are done with making your bed, immediately ho to the bathroom and splash sold cold water on your face. It makes you feel less sleepy and you are less likely to resume sleeping.
4. Make coffee/tea and see your plans for the day

I highly recommend you to plan out your mornings the night before. It saves you precious will power in the morning which could be used in other important tasks. While making yourself a cup of tea or coffee, skim through your schedule, just to remind you what all is due for the morning.
5. Workout/Do yoga

Obviously, this keeps you fit. Everyone knows. But how many actually do this? It is important to keep yourself fit. Try to squeeze at least 10 - 15 minutes of yoga or exercise in your morning routine. If you are unable to do it in the morning, do it in the evening, but DO IT. The main idea is to put your limbs into action.
6. Stay away from your phone

We all know, when it comes to distractions, phone is the one which comes at the top. Reaching for your phone immediately after you wake up wastes precious time in the morning. See, no one can keep you away from your phone. You and only you can do it. Believe me, your future self would be thankful to you. What is more important - that Instagram like your career? You can use apps like Forest and Flipd to help you focus effectively.
7. Eat a nutritious breakfast

I cannot stop telling everybody is the importance of having a good and nutritious breakfast. It makes you energized and the power to do more work. Eating breakfast improves concentration and memory throughout the day. Studies show that children and adolescents who eat a healthy breakfast are more proficient at problem-solving and tend to have better eye-hand coordination. There is evidence that eating breakfast helps control hunger, so you are less likely to binge during lunch or dinner.
Finally, you have reached the end of the post of how to make your mornings productive. Comment down below if you liked this.
Until next time.
Peace.

04.05.18 Hey all! As you can guess i had a pretty productive day and that’s cause I’ve got a whole stressful month ahead of me- full of oral tests, assignments, projects and what not. But at the end of the day, it’s me who’ll have to be preparing for those no matter how tired or stressed you are. “Don’t lose hope. Don’t stop and give up” has become the Motto Of The Month😅 PS: the weekly bujo spread is incomplete but i can’t control the urge for posting as i am learning how to do that properly. Am i doing it right??😐😐 -x

To concentrate on studies, the most important thing is our surroundings. If our surroundings are good and soothing, it makes concentration on studies easier. Well, I had heard from someone :
Bed is meant for 3 S - Sleep, Sickness and Sex.
Not for work. So just ditch that comfy bed of yours, and get working by a proper and organised desk.
And let's jump into desk organisation tips!!!
1. Remove everything
To organise your desk, remove everything which is present on the desk. Put down your books, stationary and all other things which are present while categorising them.
2. Clean your desk
Get a moist towel or any moist soft cloth and wipe your desk. This would help in removing excess dust from the desk. My desk is a bright white colour and I do not want it to be filled with pen ink, scratches, colour etc. So I prefer covering my table with a table cloth. You can make one yourself or buy it in a store.
3. Keep what is needed
You may have different subjects to study for. But you cannot and you should not study more than one subject at once. It only makes you feel overwhelmed and you could concentrate on nothing. So only keep the things you need the most - your textbook, a notebook, your class notes, some pens, highlighters.
4. Keep a plant
If you have enough space on your desk, you can keep a small plant. No need of buying a brand new bouquet of flowers. It just takes up more space. But if you can invest in such space and money, you are welcome to keep it. If you do not have a plant of your own, this is the best way to start one. The plannt gives you an extra dash oxygen which keeps you activated for your whole study session.
5. Sit in front of a window
If possible, try setting up your desk in front of a window. But if your desk is situated in a place like this,

open the window(s) present in that room. This enables the entry of fresh air and bright light and you do not have to switch on unnecessary light which in turn saves electricity and you have to pay less bills.
6. Storage of tit - bits
Keep your sticky notes, flash cards, paper clips and other random number things in a box like this.

and put it somewhere else if you do not have space on your desk else put this on your desk if it had enough space.
Put your extra pens, pencils, highlighters, markers in a pen stand like this one and put it wherever you like.

7. Dashboard
If you have space, or a wall in front of your desk, try setting up a dashboard or a vision board. Like this.

This gives a sudden boost of energy and confidence when you feel demotivated. There are a lot of videos out there on YouTube as to how you could set up a vision board.
8. Other essentials
I recommend you to keep a lamp on your desk (if possible) like this.

So, when you are doing your midnight study sessions, your room light would not disturb others and also that person with whom you are sharing your room (if at all).
You can also keep an alarm clock.
9. Lastly....
Before going back to sleep, clean your desk and put away all your books on a shelf so that the next day when you plan on having a productive study session, you do not have to put away the things and lower down your motivation.
That's all for today. I hope my first post would be of some help to you guys. Have a productive day!!! Bye👋👋👋

I'm a homogenous mixture of breakdance and Tap
How 'bout you, @artemis-study @coffstudying @cyclicstudies and @studign-stars ?
Types of people - dance
Ballet - coffee, having good posture, taking notes, getting up early, fashion sense on point, hairspray
Breakdance - spray paint in backpacks, secret talents, being the underdog, staying out all night, smirks
Tap - happy go lucky, detail oriented, fidgeting, tapping your nails, always making an entrance, belly laughs
Contemporary - expressive, probably writes poetry, cries a lil too much, nose in a book, struggles with relationships
Ballroom - sucker for romance, passionate, crying at films, intimate eye contact, strawberry’s in chocolate
