I don't know what kind of meal you're describing but this sounds like the main ingredients of, like, what casseroles usually are.

Judging from the ground Turkey, it sounds like you're asking this because you want to know how to feed a crowd. (That's a hard question.)

One good thing about chicken soup is that it's hard to fuck up, and that's a useful skill to have if you have to feed a crowd – you make the broth, put in some chicken and/or noodles, and you get a dish that you can serve to people and know that it will taste good. (Although this meal would probably be better after, like, 12 hours in a crockpot.)

What you might do is start with the broth and the beans (you'd also need some noodles, let's say), and make that a "dump" meal. "Dump" meals I like are cheap and easy to make, and they don't take too long to cook – they're excellent for a shitty apartment with bad cookware. There are a lot of variations, but something like this is good:

salt and pepper

eggplant, tomatoes, garlic (crushed), red peppers (canned)

olive oil

manteca [high-fat chicken-fat-based dressing, used in Italy for vegetable-based sauces]

balsamic vinegar

sugar

salted fish sauce (recommended)

squash (from the tomatoes, spiky as an element of the texture)

Chili powder

a few bay leaves

a grated zest or aromatics of something (recommended)

As for other ingredients, I think it would be a good idea to add some butter, some garlic powder, possibly some Worcestershire sauce, some cayenne pepper, and so forth.

Or, alternately, you can just make this and add some good salsa in the place of the sugar.
