Binge Eating on Healthy Food (Tips for choosing healthier foods as a binge eater.)

You may have also tried ways to stop it and, for whatever reason, had very little luck. One way that you can help your binge eating is to choose healthier foods. Here are three quick ways to put a kink in your binge eating habits. 1) Find Healthy Replacements; such as Greek yogurt instead of ice cream. Roasted nuts instead of a candy bar. Fruit Juice Instead Of Soft Drinks. 2) Purge your kitchen of junk food. Get rid of the cookies, candies, cakes, pastas, ice creams, and other unhealthy foods. Get rid of processed foods that can have an abundance of sodium or sugar. Replace the junk food with healthy options. 3) Choose Busy Foods. Busy foods are the foods that are healthy, but require more time to chew and digest than other foods. Examples are carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, nuts, and popcorn (instead of potato chips).
