Even so, he's flashing North a friendly, nerve-filled little grin, definitely trying to keep from getting too flustered here. (Though it's entirely possible he may be failing. Regardless.) Temple arches a brow, giving North a little nudge as he sits beside him - not too terribly close, mind you, he's nervous enough as it is. "Is your.. uh, your friend gonna be joining us?" - [ you know who, ]

Quit. North can't seem to help the laugh that escapes him this time; whether or not it's his best, it still seems to work pretty well on him. Pick-up lines were never really something he put too much thought into -- he could never really use them himself, they just sounded so... cheesy -- but there was something about the amount of effort Temple seemed to put into them that just made him laugh.

Not in a bad way, mind you. In just the right way. " You put some thought into that one. I can definitely tell. Not bad. "

Hm? The amused grin on his own face may falter, melting into something a bit softer for the moment. " Theta? Nah. You showed up at the perfect time; just asked him if he'd mind logging off for a bit. Love that kid to death, but I think we could both use some space every once in a while. "

He shifts, suddenly, just enough to turn and face Temple a bit more comfortably. Color him intrigued by this visit. " Why? You got somethin' on your mind? "

Drinks all of the coffee: Church tries his best, but Tori’s good at beating him to the punch

Brings up adopting a pet: Tori, for sure--not that Church would complain

Kills the bugs: Church, but he usually finds a way to just throw them out of the house safely while yelling ‘Get off of my property!’

Cooks the meals: Church will cook amazing meals and no one can stop him

Starts getting into holidays way before they should: I like to imagine they’re both equally bad about it let’s be honest

Initiates the couple selfies: Tori; Church keeps trying to look all grumpy in them

Forgets the birthdays and anniversaries: Church has a hard enough time keeping his head together as it is, so

Always ends up with too much junk food after grocery shopping: Neither, unless they both go together, in which case they enable each other and it’s a junk-filled disaster
