@cuartocreciente-8 i'm glad someone's into my ramblings! i would say aemon is more way adjusted than his mother, partly bc daemon takes a genuine interest in him. daemon knows what it is like to be isolated as a bastard, and he doesn't want his kid to feel like that. he feels out of place amongst daemon's brood with rohanne, but no one is brave enough to call him a bastard to his face. also, larra's plan to name him aemon to piss off 4egon backfired bc aegon thinks it's a fucking hysterical name. aegon takes some interest in the kid as a result of that as well as being his fav kid's firstborn and larra is like ??? aegor is pretty doting as well (as much as aegor can be) and aemon squires under his uncle. larra has some mixed emotions about him compared to all the men though. she kind of sees him as a way to get what she wants (a position as daemon's queen even after his marriage, regard from her father that he would marry her to his favored son) so she is very stern to him in terms of how she thinks he should behave to represent her. at the same time, she is a little bitter bc she feels like birthing him ruined all other prospects she had. like maybe daemon was what she wanted the most, but she could've settled for a minor lord in the crownlands if it weren't for aemon being born. i see it a little bit as what daena tha defiant's relationship with daemon blackfyre would have been before her passing, and daemon sees it too. it makes him feel some kinda way about larra bc even though he thinks he loved his mom he always felt like his mother was using him as a pawn to get the regard she believed she deserved as aegon iii's daughter. the fact that larra treats aemon similarly strains daemon and larra's relationship. larra doesn't understand that's the cause for why daemon began to be more distant with her, and she thinks the honorable daemon blackfyre sees her as soiled goods compared to dany 1 or even rohanne and it makes her increasingly bitter towards him. the more hateful she grows towards daemon and esp after 4egon passes away, it's like she clings to the idea of being a blackfyre queen bc she can't imagine what she did her whole life being useless. after daemon dies at redgrass, i feel like her relationship with her kid gets weirdly better? daemon had a wife and kids, and aemon and larra had a weird uncertain place in his rebellion. but after daemon's death, when aegor supercedes his actual kids with aemon, she is treated as the queen regent pretty much, esp by aegor's army of mercenaries. she feels more in control than she did her whole life, esp bc she had an actual role and regard. she and aemon have a pretty tearful conversation and they start understanding each other better. she serves as his most trusted advisor at one point bc the only thing aegor wants to do is invade westeros and kill bloodraven. unfortunately, they're both killed by bloodraven when the invasion happens.

my great bastard oc is larra bracken, daughter to bethany bracken (named for 4egon's mom bc barba thought she knew aegon well enough that he missed his mom and she talked her sister into naming her girl to please him and stand out in his eyes). larra has black hair and black eyes like her mom but bc of what happened with bethany and terrence toyne, there's rumors that she's not actually aegon's daughter. after her mom's execution, she's sent back to the brackens and barba raises her bc she feels guilty about what happened to her sister. she's raised together w. aegor and follows him around like a duckling for most of her life. she's bought to king's landing with aegor and grows up w. the great bastards. she despises her mom for giving up what she thinks is a pretty cushy life as aegon's mistress and leaving her w. her parentage questioned even as a bastard. the fact that barba and the brackens are aegon apologists means that these feelings are exacerbated and she longs for 4egon to claim her. aegor tries to get her to hang out w. shiera so he can get a bonus w. her but shiera is too slay for larra to get 😔. thinks she's a weirdo witch. has a gigantic cringy crush on daemon b, partly bc he's the only person in their sibling circle not involved in the shiera-brynden-aegor circle, and partly bc he is aegon's fav so she thinks getting w. him would make her dad like and acknowledge her. low-key like cersei's feelings towards rhaegar is her and daemon's vibe. keeps trying to hang out w. him and win him over and daemon is too busy crushing on daenerys 1 and she's very forgettable to him. aegor's like what do you think about my little cousin and daemon's like you have a cousin??? since when 🧐. seduces daemon when he's drunk and moping at maron martell and dany 1's wedding. gets pregnant. daemon b is very honorable and offers to marry her. girlie has all her teenage dreams come true for a glorious second and then 4egon says get fucked. need daemon to marry a tyroshi noble so i can have a way to invade dorne. names her baby aemon out of pure spite. remains unmarried when the blackfyre rebellion starts bc aegor keeps telling her to wait it out for rohanne of tyrosh to die in childbirth or something and then she can marry daemon (aegor is a huge fan of unrealistic expectations as seen from his own love life and his 50000 rebellions). daemon dies in redgrass field before rohanne and all her hopes die w. him. causes a rebellion inside the blackfyre rebellion after his death bc aegor is straight up like fuck daemon ii (🏳️‍🌈❌), let's get my practically sister's kid w. daemon to be his heir instead. he's more targ anyway and i trained him soooo. she dies after her son dies bc of that blackfyre rebellion and i see bloodraven executing her (timeline uncertain here. maybe aenys i reign? plus it would give bittersteel another reason to hate bloodraven: he killed his 2 fav siblings). i kind of think of her as a cautionary tale bc she spent most of her life so determined not to be her mom, to wait out in a perilous relationship (like she believed her mom should have done w. 4egon) instead of seizing love. but at the end of the day, bethany bracken died choosing to experience love and larra never gets that. she dies without hope of experiencing that bc she placed all her hopes on daemon instead of trying to find a person she could've loved and unlike her mom she could've survived if she'd chosen love. i see her as one of the only people aegor is nice to other than shiera and daemon in their teens and they have a pretty sweet sibling relationship. they also bond over their cringefail crushes. he's pretty devastated over her and her kid's death and there's nothing left for him other than killing bloodraven bc everyone he loved is gone bc of bloodraven.

What a LIFE Larra lived I love her canon accurate “brackens can’t accomplish anything and have sprawling and miserable lives” lore. Bloodraven ruining everything for fun is such a constant.

La pandemia nos ha traído lamentables noticias por la cantidad de seres cercanos, amigos y conocidos que han perdido la vida a causa del COVID pero hay otras enfermedades que no se han quedado atrás y han hecho de las suyas cómo es el caso de la diabetes que cuando no está controlada, causa estragos en quien la padece. Hoy recibí una noticia muy triste, un amigo con diabetes y pie diabético le fue amputada una pierna el pasado jueves. Mi reacción inicial fue de consternación y parálisis pero luego, al reflexionar, decidí salir a rodar utilizando esa noticia como ánimo para ejercitarme y mantener a raya mi diabetes. Sabes a veces me comparo a mi misma con la luna.

Siempre mostrando la misma cara, siempre girando de la misma forma con respecto a la tierra,  Para que así nosotros los terrestres siempre veamos lo que ella quiere que veamos de ella; pero está esa parte que no vemos; porque esa parte se encuentra totalmente oscura y no visible para nosotros

Aunque sólo veamos una parte de ella, aunque aveces ella sea creciente o menguante, llena o totalmente fuera del alcance de nuestra vista (Variante en fin) Aún así, Viendo sólo lo que vemos de ella, pensamos que Ella es hermosa

Pero me pregunto ¿sera que eso es lo que nos quiere hacer creer? ¿sera que estamos bien así? ¿es mejor para nosotros sólo saber y ver lo que sabemos y vemos de ella? y Si llegásemos a ver su parte oscura y fría ¿aún así nos seguiría pareciendo hermosa? ¿Cambiaría la forma en que la miramos? ¿seguiríamos como enamorados arrojandole los mejores versos de amor que se nos ocurra? ¿seguiría siendo nuestra inspiración? ¿seguiría siendo nuestro astro preferido entre los millones que hay en todo el universo? ¿desearíamos aún viajar al espacio solo para poder llegar hasta ella?

De igual forma si ella quisiera mostrarnos su parte oscura y fría, no podría, porque “La Luna tarda en rotar sobre sí misma lo mismo que su movimiento de traslación alrededor de la Tierra, lo que hace que el satélite le presente siempre la misma cara a la Tierra.”
