I normally don’t know what to study during vacation because every semester, my classes are all different and new, so I never have any idea how to prepare and study for these classes. However, I do need to study and improve my Korean, so this vacation I FINALLY managed to discipline myself into starting!!! My English vocab improved a lot after reading, so I’m hoping it’ll be the same with Korean!!

Finished cleaning my Econ notes!! It took longer just cause I procrastinated 😅 and how I’ve got to review for my Linguistics and Tech class, now this one is going to take a while

My to-do list and what I’ve got so far today!! My linguistics homework took a surprising amount of energy out of me, so it was hard to try and do my other tasks, though I did manage to get started on my rap lyrics! Speaking of which, can you believe I have to write rap lyrics for one of my classes? I’m like super musically untalented, so I’m worried about this sounding cheesy. It wouldn’t be a problem if I could just turn it in, but I also have to perform it 😱🤦🏻‍♀️

Study date with a friend!! It was mostly her helping me lol but I’m very grateful for her help! Going through my Korean lecture notes and writing down her English explanations with a Nutella shake - which was simply amazing 😍

Studying for my last (and late) midterm! To be honest, I was not very productive the last two day. I had a really bad headache yesterday and today my focus is just nonexistent... but on a lighter note, how cute is my cup? It’s a witches cauldron complete with a stirring “wooden” spoon!!

My bullet journal theme for October!! Obviously, to celebrate the supernatural, I had to do my favorite supernatural and just one of my fav series, Buzzfeed Unsolved!! It’s a little bare since it lacks doodles and mainly consists of quotes, buut I like how it turned out!

My productive thing of the day: my September monthly and the theme: Avatar the Last Airbender aka one of my favorite shows. It was a little hard doing the dates cause I didn’t have color fine tips but it turned out okay with the markers. I’m very happy with how it turned out - it’s still a little incomplete but once I print some images hopefully it’ll look more filled out! Normally I would doodle but I’m not very good at drawing and I couldn’t find simple drawings to copy and take inspiration of so pictures it is this month!! And also quotes!

I’m also quite proud because this is my first somewhat original monthly! It was inspired by an instagram post (which I will link once I find out how), but unlike my other months, where I followed amandarachlee (bujo queen), I chose the color scheme, the doodles, and the quotes 😊

Soooo today did not go well... I am absolutely sure that I failed my first midterm exam today. I’m not that bummed about it, low key upset and panicking yes, but not surprised? Because it was math, and I’m extremely bad. Also, the exam was just a bad combo of studying the wrong stuff and poorly worded and confusing questions but yeah, imma study hard for the finals and my other classes, and hopefully do better

I’m trying to edit my photos cause my room has such bad lighting 🤦🏻‍♀️. But for real, this class is going to be the DEATH of me!!

Another study date! I think I’m burning out on studying though 😣 I really hope not, but I have not been able to muster the energy to study! On the bright side, my friend wanted to photobomb my pic and gave my iPad bunny ears lol

Currently cleaning my Econ notes from both lecture notes and my textbook! Not as productive as I’d have liked but at least I got some notes done!!

Pre-Econ midterm pic!! Sorry for not posting in a while, I keep forgetting to take pics of me studying 😅 Anyways, I think I did pretty good in midterm actually! Which I’m hoping I actually did as good as I feel I did, but yeah. Now it’s time to study for my English linguistics midterm which is definitely going to be harder! English linguistics is actually quite hard and complicated!!

Not excited for school next week and a littler nervous to be honest- I have no idea how to prepare myself to get back into studying for college. Also started reading another of Agatha Christie’s novels and this time I’m going to try and see if I can figure out who did it! Also, any picture taken in my room the lighting will be weird because my curtains are green so that’ll definitely have an effect

It was such a hot day I decided to go to Starbucks and read while drinking (of course, chai latte)

It’s has been a looong time since I’ve read a book - I’ve been reading more fan fiction but I decided it’s time to get back into reading and I’ve been really into mysteries so I found a lot of Agatha Christie books and it’s been pretty good! I already read two (including this one) and I’m on my third!! It sounds really bad and it is lolol

This book is The Mysterioud Affairs at Styles by Agatha Christie

(There were so many characters I had to write them down and also to see if I could try to figure out who dun it - I could not by the way, it was actually very fun to find out who it was)

Today’s to do list wasn’t complete but I’m proud that I did a lot more studying than normal and I’m getting used to it!! Definitely taking advantage of this long weekend. And while I didn’t get to complete any of my tasks, I’m glad that I at least did enough for each 😁 here is a screenshot of me rewriting lecture notes along with writing some extra notes from my textbook for Econ

My to-do list for the weekend!! Also I watched It Chapter Two yesterday and I gotta say, I freaking LOVE Richie!! Oh my gosh Bill Hader did such a good job!
