#beeroftheweek @Wylam_brewery Strong hoppy aroma, heavy in alcohol 6.3% (For a standard british IPA). A great combination of hops with a friendly hoppy bitterness and a great body. I got this one in at the @dosakitchenuk as a companion for a hot lamb curry (south Indian style) and the combination is just great. The amber colour of the beer does gives a good #loveatfirstsight impression that matches with the bitterwseetness of the flavor. IBU: 60 ABV: 6.3% Malts: Pale Ale and caramel malts Hops: Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, Columbus and Warrior My Score 8/10 . P.S.
