One Among Many Cyclists 🚴
Was strolling through Church Street, Bengaluru and came across a herd of cycles parked over an urban boulevard. In a premium locality of fancy cars and bikes, this was strange. Had never seen so many cycles clubbed together lately.
As strange as it seemed, it felt good knowing there are people who still opt for bicycles over motorcycles and I am one among them.
Here’s to being one with a cycle and one among many cyclists.

Devarakere temple & lake, perched at the suburbs of ISRO Layout. At the suburbs of Bengaluru’s ISRO Layout lies a lake known for it’s picturesque beauty and the Devarakere Temple. A path way around the lake is ideal for morning walks & jogs, along side a small park. The lake is one of my favourite spots to cycle, for a good lakeside solace.

On the 1st of November, 1956, all of the Kannada-speaking regions of southern India were merged to form Karnataka. Since then, the day has been celebrated as Karnataka Rajyotsava! So here's to Kannada, the language that united it’s people as one state. Happy Kannada & Karnataka Rajyotsava!

At one of Bengaluru’s highest points - The Omkar Hills • Omkareshwara Hill is a small hill in Rajarajeshwari Nagar in South Bangalore. With 2800 ft above the sea level this place is one of the highest points in Bangalore. It is home to Matsya Narayana Temple, Dwadasha Jyotirlinga Temple and a huge clock tower.

RISE & (let your cycle) SHINE!
Sometimes the best decisions are easier done than said. Waking up early, ride-out to where the wheels take you.
And then when you reach, you realise You Just Did It!

A Ride-Out To Manchanbele Dam
Pictures of my Montra at Manchanbele after a long trail returning from Savanadurga.

Manchanabele is known for it's water reservoir dam nearby to the place, across the river Arkavathy. It is a trekking location. It provides water to Magadi town, Kayaking also conducted here. Species of Water Snakes are also visible. The dam backwaters can also be accessed via Dabbaguli village or via Magadi road where few adventure resorts are located. (info: Wikipedia)

No Place Like Om(kar) Hills
No place like Om(kar hills) for an early morning trail. An urban streak to get there and a rugged climb to the top. Calm. Subtle. Surreal. Omkar hills is my getaway for some peaceful solitude with Montra by my side.

Happy Valentine’s, My Cycle
We have travelled so far yet there are miles before us.
We have been many places yet there is more to explore.
We share a bond as human and machine to ride life’s journey, however long it is and wherever it takes us.
For the love of cycling and our journey.
Happy Valentine’s Day.

Namma M G Road Metro
In a city brimming with traffic, commuters heed to Metro to travel long distance at ease and save time along the way.
While metro stations become a hub for ticket counters, check-ins and queues; the MG Road metro station stands out. It is known for the art of pleasing daily commuters with it's own graffiti-building, promoting art, culture and of course, the metro rail.
A shoutout to Harshvardhan of @inkbrushnme for this magnum opus of a graffiti. Had the fortune of meeting him when the work was in progress. Harsh, if you're reading, this building is always full of life. Thank You!
So, here's Montra posing to promote Namma Metro and also the use of public transport to leave as much less carbon footprint as possible
See you in the next Metro ride.
Peace,
Hex

The Coconut Pit Stop
Pedal'ing across long trails on a sunny day can get coco-loco-crazy.
We all need a break that can refuel & rejuvenate a tiring ride.
A coconut shop is a much needed pit-stop for all riders.
Never miss a chance to break and grab one.
