Fourth MLM Ship Bracket Propaganda Submissions
Below you will find all of the submitted and approved ships for the Fourth MLM Ship Bracket Tournament along with the form to submit further propaganda at the bottom
This is another opportunity to submit propaganda for your favorite ships. Wether you were unable to submit propaganda for them in the initial form or you spot your favorite ship who has no propaganda submitted. Ships with a strikethrough have propaganda submitted, I will continue to update this post as propaganda is submitted. I will accept further propaganda for ships with already submitted propaganda but please prioritize those with out.
The goal is to have propaganda for all ships but I understand that may not be possible. Therefore I will be leaving the form open for a few weeks to see if we receive propaganda for at least half the ships.
Note: Please reach out to me if you spot any mistakes in character or fandom names, even if it is only formatting or spelling issues.

John the Baptist's Wilderness Vegetarian Diet Explained - Spiritual Awakening Radio Podcast
Tumblr media
Not A Caveman Fixated on Bugs and Bees After All: John the Baptist's Wilderness Vegetarian Diet - Locust Beans Not Bugs - An Exploration of Early Christian Writings and Scholarly Texts Today on This Spiritual Awakening Radio Podcast.
Nevermind the old Sunday school notion of John the Baptist being some weird caveman dude dining on bugs! John may have a tarnished caveman reputation of eating locusts and honey out in the wild, but this is really a story about copyists mistranslating a Greek word as "locust" ('a-k-r-i-d-e-s') instead of "carob" ('e-g-k-r-i-d-e-s'). (Henry Ford: "Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young." Albert Einstein: "Intellectual growth should commence at birth and cease only at death.")
Since my original research on this topic, a couple more early Christian apocryphal writings have come to light, have been made available in English. These add to the surprisingly large collection of vegetarian references in early Christian writings regarding the diet of John the Baptist. New Testament Apocrypha, Vol. III, by Tony Burke was published and some John the Baptist books are included. In one of the earlier volumes there was a John the Baptist text made available for the first time in English that has a vegetarian passage regarding John's diet in the wilderness. Included in the third volume are, The Birth of Holy John the Forerunner, and, The Decapitation of John the Forerunner, both containing plant-based passages about John's diet consisting of "locusts from the tree" (in the Middle east called "the Saint John's Tree", and "Carob Tree") and "wild honey", also "an abundance of bread and wild honey dripping from a rock". Clearly there was an understanding in early Christianity that this was referring to locust beans (carob pods), not insects. Carob pods do look a bit like locusts hanging from tree branches, hence the name. Locust beans can be ground up and used to make a kind of Middle eastern carob flour flat bread. There's a "cakes dipped in honey" reference in the Gospel of the Ebionites. The wild "honey" was not from bees but sticky desert fruit of some kind. So, as you'll hear being documented during this pod...cast, there are all these plant-based references to John's diet coming from many different sources, and scholars have noticed and discussed these: "Probably the most interesting of the changes from the familiar New Testament accounts of Jesus comes in the Gospel of the Ebionites description of John the Baptist, who, evidently, like his successor Jesus, maintained a strictly vegetarian cuisine." (Professor Bart Ehrman, Lost Christianities: The Battles for Scripture and the Faiths We Never Knew) "His [John the Baptist's] food was wild honey that tasted like manna, like a cake cooked in olive oil." (The Other Gospels, Accounts of Jesus from Outside the New Testament, by Bart Ehrman)
John the Baptist was a prophet with large number of followers in Israel and Transjordan regions. After his passing, several of his successors headed what became various rival Nasoraean (Nazorean) sects, one of those being Jesus and the Jesus movement. "Again Jesus said to his disciples: Truly I say to you, among all those born of women none has arisen greater than John the Baptizer." (Matthew 11:11, George Howard's translation of Shem-Tob's Hebrew Gospel of Matthew, described as "the oldest extant Hebrew version of the Gospel of Matthew")

One reason why I really love my Learning Tarot deck is because all cards have "Yes/No/Maybe" words on them so I can use them on simple "Yes/No" questions.
I haven't use them before on asking things, much, from fictional characters. Always mainly just from Universe's Love and Light. Well, since yesterday Gan Ning (surprise!) has been rolling in my mind a lot, been in my dreams etc. Also, every time, when lifting my eyes on TV screen yesterday and today there's been either KISSING scene or SEX scene, every freaking time! This has never happen before since I do avoid such content. I just don't like them. Kissing makes me feel uncomfortable and sex scenes are just horribly acted... So nope!
Well, I now realized I CAN use my Tarot deck to ask questions from Gan Ning as long as I remember to say that he needs to be from Universe's Love and Light, getting the answers from there too. (Note: Gan Ning's been in my life ever since DW6 which was published in 2008 so... A LONG time!)
It worked. I asked is he the one showing me all those kiss and sex scenes as a sign and I got 3 cards at one go, all saying Yes. Okay, I'm fine with that. It could be his way to say he loves me (literally EVERYONE loves us from Universe's Love and Light since the Love there IS unconditional).
I kept asking more Yes/No questions, getting very good and honest answers which I absolutely adore and appreciate! He knows I appreciate honesty without a doubt, ahah :D
I then asked: "Have I ever say or do anything to you which has insult or hurt you in any way?" INSTANTLY 2 cards come off. I flip them around, just see word "No" on both of them and... This loud sudden sound of laugh escapes me but it's instantly crushed down by a cry which caught me off guard completely. I honestly had to lift my hand to my eyes, trying to control myself so that I won't start to wail like a baby. I did allow some tears, tho! I think I only have cry when getting messages from Verti and Minna but this, from Gan Ning!? RELIEF! That's the only word I can think of!
Knowing I have not insult or hurt him in any way, even that my thoughts about him have not always been "the purest" so to say and still... What a man.
I just love him so much. He is like my very, very dear and close (male) friend who I do not have here on Earth. I have female friends, sure, sis' one male friend and one friend's husband (he is amazing guy! :D) but still. No other male friends. Having Gan Ning as a best male pal is amazing in it's own way.
... ... As I am writing this, of course there's The Simpson's episode airing on TV where Fat Tony forced Homer and Bart to make sure his mare is breed with stallion! LOVE SCENE - AGAIN - while thinking / writing about Gan Ning! :'D And next episode after this one? Homer and Marge, as Legos, making love... ... I'm lost at words, ahah! I can't!
What are you doing, my dear fellow!? :'D Embarrass me even more or what?! (Joking, I love you and I know you do this from the kind heart of yours! :D)

Over the summer of 1976, thirty-six bombs detonate in the heart of Cleveland while a turf war raged between Irish mobster Danny Greene and the Italian mafia. This is the story of how he rose in the ranks, making countless of enemies along the way. This is also the story of how they tried to kill him, but failed. I’ve never heard of Danny Greene, but the movie paints a nice realistic picture of the 1970s. This is not a pleasant world, but one where everyone is trying to get their piece of the cake. Danny himself is a hard one to figure out, is he good, is he bad? The one moment he helps out a friend in need, the next… he is killing people. I kinda like the fact that he is a person with both sides to him, allowing us to make up our own mind about him. Life is never as simple as most movies would like us to think it is. The movie itself is a little messy, and I had expected a bit more from the cast, but of course, this is a movie based on actual events and characters, and of course that means that they can’t change too much. In minor roles we find Val Kilmer and Christopher Walken, both excellent actors that tend to make quirky and interesting characters, but not so much here. Last words… a solid movie that gives us some insight into a man who really lived and breathed. It has some heart, for sure, but ain’t all that interesting when it comes down to it. I probably won’t ever see it a second time, but I definitely survived seeing it once.

july already and i always forget about this blog. D;
june definitely had its ups and downs, but there were some pretty good highlights.
-one day LA trip for kyuhyun photoism :’) i was so happy. i got shy to take the pictures with him in it, but i got my pics with kyumae^^ also snagged the other version of restart &his time with you single, which made the cashier chuckle. and then i ended up pulling two PCs i already have… :’D one of them was his in n out picture which i love so much, so i couldn’t even be mad. toni ended up asking if she could have it to display with her kyumae pictures too, which made me so happy since she puts up with my delusions more than anybody lmao.
anyway, after photoism/buying albums we had lunch at this restaurant in the same korean plaza, and their brisket and spicy pork were so delicious. then we did some shopping at stussy &cookman and then hung out at venice beach before flying back home. since it was just a 45min flight, it kinda just felt like taking bart at the end of the day. not that i’d ever do a same day flight again…haha
-grandma’s 96th birthday! sang karaoke for literally five hours and somehow didn’t lose my voice after!!
-successfully surprised my brother for his birthday! sadly he is housebound with a torn achilles but luckily my cousins and our friends made it a success :] also made some very bomb filipino spaghetti for the occasion
coordinating it was so nuts because it was a weeknight &rush hour here is terrible. a 15min drive for me ended up taking 35, &my brother’s gf was really stalling bc he was getting hungry LMAO. she told him that doordash would arrive at 6, &we all more or less arrived around that time. so under the guise of coming down to grab the food, she came to meet us &help bring up our party trays, drinks, and the cake. he was so surprised huhuhu. we spent the night eating, drinking some crazy concoction jake put together, watching basketball &playing switch :]
-celebrated father’s day at my brother’s &had filipino food, including the best karekare i’ve ever tasted TT-TT… i wish i brought some home. we didn’t stay long, but it was nice having the whole family together &eating comfort foods while listening to smooth jazz hehe.
-had a nice sister date in livermore!! did some shopping, had kura sushi and some yummy drinks from T% :D
-spent a weekend at our parents’ and did absolutely nothing <3
-suju supershow spinoff halftime livestream!! my first time experiencing a supershow… after all these years… i had to wait until midnight here for it to start and it didn’t end until 3:30am, but it was worth it :’)) kyu looked &sounded amazing, unsurprisingly. haha. the next day my mom wanted to see fancams which was insane to me, she never used to be interested in my interests ;___; i happily showed her of course.
-ended the month with a yummy dinner at a restaurant i’ve been meaning to try, then the next morning i finally cleaned up my yard and brought out the umbrella so i am ready to enjoy the summer evenings :D except i got heat exhaustion after, which knocked me down for the entire weekend. but im feeling better now, so..!!
july should be fun i hope. i have this week off to relax, which i’ve needed. then, hopefully some yummy july 4th food, a concert on saturday, a SD cousins trip coming up, knitting time with friends, and some opportunities to sing some choral music. sounds pretty good to me :]

Ho tanti nomi artistici diversi: Eddy Rave, Alex Beat, Syran, E-Rave, Folual, Biaxel.

My John the Baptist podcast via Youtube, lol. John the Baptist has a tarnished caveman reputation of being all about bugs and bees, eating locusts and honey in the wilderness. But this is really a story about one religion misunderstanding another, and a copiest mistranslating a Greek word and then his mistake is declared to be enshrined as scripture.
IMAGE: The Locust or Carob Tree, also called the Saint John's Tree of the Middle East. Hanging from it are carob pods. Yeah, they do somewhat resemble "locusts" to some extent, thus the name.
I just received my copy of, New Testament Apocrypha, Vol. III, edited by Tony Burke. As with the earlier volumes there are some John the Baptist books included. In one of the earlier volumes there was a vegetarian passage. In this new volume are, The Birth of Holy John the Forerunner, and, The Decapitation of John the Forerunner, both containing plant-based passages about John's diet consisting of "locusts from the tree" and "wild honey", also "an abundance of bread and wild honey dripping from a rock". Clearly there was an understanding by some in early Christianity that "locust" was referring to the carob pod and maybe a kind of carob flour flat bread, and the "wild honey" was not from bees but sticky fruit of some kind, not a diet from bugs and bees.
Indeed, there is a ‘vegetarian’ depiction of John’s diet in the Gospel of the Ebionites: "His [John the Baptist's] food was wild honey that tasted like manna, like a cake cooked in olive oil." (Verse from the Gospel of the Ebionites found translated in, The Other Gospels, Accounts of Jesus from Outside the New Testament, by Bart Ehrman)
“Probably the most interesting of the changes from the familiar New Testament accounts of Jesus comes in the Gospel of the Ebionites description of John the Baptist, who, evidently, like his successor Jesus, maintained a strictly vegetarian cuisine.” (Professor Bart D. Ehrman, Lost Christianities: The Battles for Scripture and the Faiths We Never Knew, pp. 102, 103)
