High School AU: RFA + Saeran jealous of MC hanging out with another member

Zen

He’s all for you accomplishing big things through your hard work, okay?

 But… the business and leadership club? Isn’t it boring? Jumin Han is the president, of course it’s boring!

Oh… you don’t seem to find any of this boring… not even Jumin Han… matter of fact, it looks like… you admire him a lot.

Yes, Zen noticed the way you look at Jumin intently when you guys left the business club room. He… seems to have all of your attention, huh?

 And he knows it’s all for your academicals improvement, but… goddamn, you keep rescheduling your dates with him because of meetings with Mr. President. Is he… into you or something?

 “I’m very interested in MC’ s skills as a leader, I’m thinking of endorsing her campaign as the next president once my mandate. Why do you ask?”

“Tsk… it’s nothing. Just… never meet her alone and after the school is empty. I have my eye on you.” And he starts walking away still giving a menacing look to a very dumbfounded Jumin.

 “Zen… why can’t Jumin and I meet alone?” you ask him the next day. “Aargh that jerk! Why did he tell you?” oh… your glaring is not a good sign, maybe he should stop talking…

“I just… don’t trust him, MC. And you shouldn’t either, because all men are wolves and-“ “And he has a huge influence in the business club, which means his endorsement will help me be the next president, and you will support me and be proud of me, right?”

“Right…” he says reluctantly “You will also take me on a date tonight so I can relax because that guy doesn’t go easy on me at all!” “Oh, right!” no so reluctant anymore…

 Yoosung

He loves to hear you talk so passionately about everything, especially now that you’re enjoying the art class so much

 But you’re not enjoying only the art class, you seem to be enjoying V’s company in the class a lot.

Yes, you’re always showing your works to Yoosung and telling him V helped you with this,V told you it would be nice to do like that… blah blah blah V blah blah blah

Hum… what’s so great about this V anyways? And why would you like him so much? Is he… good looking? Tall? Is he manly?

He likes that you’re so happy, but… he’s worried if this happiness is coming more from this artsy guy rather than the art class itself.

“Oh… Yoosung, right?” V asks when Yoosung goes to confront him. “Huh? How do you know my name?” “Well, MC is always talking about you and… I recognized you from her drawings.”

“D-drawings? Oh… she talks a lot about you too, but… I expected you to be taller.” He smirks like he just threw the greatest comeback ever, V just chuckles like “Alright…”

 “MC, did you draw me?” Yoosung asks when he meets you “Tsk… did V tell you? It was supposed to be a surprise…”

 When you hand him what you have been working on, he’s soooo embarrassed yet excited. “I… was planning to draw the two of us together, but I’m not that good yet… so I was thinking of asking V.”

“I would like to see yours and his version of us…” he smiles, pinning the drawing of him in his locker.

Jaehee

She thinks your nerdy side is adorable!

But joining the geek club is a bit… too much, isn’t it? Especially because it doesn’t look like your scene at all!

Well, apparently not, since you seem to be getting along very well with this Yoosung guy, huh?

Yes, very well…  like, she’s been seeing you around with him even when you’re not in the club.

Well, alright… it’s nice to see you having fun with your friends, even the ones she never imagined you would be friends with…

“Hahaha, I was surprised too, our club is known for having a bunch of... weirdos, and MC is so cool and fun, only hanging out with cool and fun people like you, hahaha.”

Cool? Fun? Her? Well, that’s new… she’s pretty sure that you painted her nicely to him, yes… you should lie a little about her, it wouldn’t be nice for your reputation if they knew you hang out with someone so…boring like her.

“Hum… a black judo belt, the first student in tons of subjects, including home economics and voted most likely to be well succeeded before her 30s… I don’t think that’s boring at all, to be honest.” You tell her when she asks you about it.

“I… well, that’s… I’m sure your friend Yoosung does cool things too.” “Yeah, he does, and you would find out by yourself if you decided to hang out with him too, you know?”

She sighs. “Well… any friend of yours is my friend too, MC…”

Jumin

He thinks it’s very important that you’re trying to engage in more activities and building up a good academic record for your future

So joining the math team for the math Olympics is actually a good idea, especially if you do win.

But… what’s with you and this teammate of yours? The redhead one? Yes, you’re doing great, but… does he need to hug you like this everytime you get an answer right?

He’s good at math too, maybe he should have joined the team as well, so he would be the one hugging you like this

But… would you be having so much fun as you seem to be having with this guy? He’s pretty sure he saw you laughing a lot during the competition while talking to the ginger.

 “Hahaha, I’m just trying to take the pressure off of her, you know? But I don’t know if I did well, since she told me she’s used to your humor better. Ah, I’m Saeyoung Choi, by the way.”

 “Jumin Han, nice to meet you. And thank you for taking care of her, she’s… very smart, but sometimes she can be a little insecure.” “If you say so… guess you know hr much better than I ever could.”

“Oh my god, Jumin, I can’t believe you were actually jealous of Saeyoung!” “I… should be the only one hugging you and making you laugh like that, but I don’t think that’s jealousy.”

“Hmmm, yes, it is… are you slacking off in your vocabulary and semantics studies to not know the definition of jealous?”

“Maybe I am, would you like to help me review tonight at my house?” he smiles softly.

Saeyoung

He thinks you’re very badass to join the judo team

He’s been teasing you so much about being careful on the things he says to you or else you’ll flip him over in the blink of an eye.

And soon you’ll be able to do that, you’ve been training hard with the other girls in the team, always remarking how much that Jaehee girl helps you

Yes, you’ve been training really hard… like, when was the last time you guys went on a date ever since you started training for competitions?

No… he’s not jealous, okay? He’s just… wondering why you’re spending more time  with these girls than with him and- okay, that’s almost the definition of jealousy.

“You must be Saeyoung, MC talks a lot about you!” “Don’t believe one single word she says!” he says dramatically, she doesn’t laugh.

 “You’re… exactly like she said you were… well, just know a lot of girls in the team are jealous, not all of them have supportive boyfriends like you, you know?”

Wow, okay… now he’s feeling cocky, and a complete idiot for even considering being jealous of these girls.

“Yeah, you’re very idiot. Especially because I’m missing you too, but I really need to train for the competitions…”

“I know, and I’ll make sure to make it up for lost time once you bring the gold home.” he hugs you and kisses your forehead.

Jihyun

Oh, you’re joining a band, that’s amazing!

He always thought you were talented, it was only a matter of time until you would find other talented people who play instruments

But it’s quite surprising that this Saeran guy is in that band too… he seems a little rude and distant… was he ever rude to you? Jihyun would not be pleased to know that…

But no, Saeran was never rude to you, he’s actually… very nice? You said so, and he saw himself when you invited him to one of your rehearsals, the two of you seem… very in sync.

It makes sense, the guy has style, he’s… definitely not uptight like him. Of course someone like you would get along nicely with a guy like that.

“So you’re the guy she won’t shut up about.” “Oh… she talks about me?”

“She talks, she writes songs about you, well… at least we have a lot of material thanks to that. So, thanks or whatever.”

 “I can’t believe Saeran ruined the surprise, I was planning to show my composition in our first concert, ugh… I’m going to have a serious conversation with that boy…”

 “Let him, I’m sure I’ll be surprised just the same when I actually hear it…” “But still…”

“I’m sure it will be a whole new experience when I hear the song arranged by your friend Saeran.” He hugs you and kisses your forehead.

Saeran

He never thought you were interested in joining the drama club

 Well, you seem happy, so he’s happy.

The hell he is, who is this pretty boy touching you like that? Oh… it’s your partner in the scene, but still… do you really have to interact with a guy who looks like that?

Tsk… he know this Zen guy, good at arts, good at sports, most girls die for him… do… do you?

“Oh, you’re Saeran! Nice to meet you!” “Have we met before?” “Not officially, but MC talks a lot about you.”

 “She… she does?” “Yeah, we were talking about character motivation for this romantic scene and she talked about when she realized she likes you.”

“You’re crazy to be sharing personal things like that to the entire club…” he pouts. “Ahh, can’t I talk about how much I like you?” you pout back.

“I… you… do what you want” he shrugs, already slapping himself mentally for talking to you like that when your intentions are nothing but good.

He grabs your arm before you leave “…just as long as I’m the one who hears the most how much you like me…” “Then you’ll say you like me too?” “Obviously.”
