Can we just take a minute... hour... day... okay all of life... to just appreciate this perfect art by @cashweasel? Gahh!!! I have wanted Blades x Tangled art since book one, so when Lou had a commission sale a few months ago, I knew I needed to finally get it! And I couldn't be happier with how it turned out!!!!sdlkjfldsjf

Since Daenarya doesn't have long hair like Rapunzel, she uses her magic to use vines to keep Mal ensnared. Also, during book one, I HC that Daenarya collected Mal's wanted posters and drew hearts and/or flower crowns on them [fic here] so Lou included these details as well and it just makes this art even more beautiful!!! I can't stop staring at them!!! That's her thief and everyone will know it hehe 🫶

Do Mal & Daenarya dress up for Halloween?

Ooo this is fun! I don't know if they have Halloween in their world, but I totally should invent a similar holiday/celebration for them because it'd be amazing.

But if they celebrated Halloween like we do, they'd definitely dress up. They have no shame and would have a range of different costumes throughout the years, from cute to sexy to silly to what were they thinking. They're up for anything.

They'd definitely do Rapunzel and Flynn Ryder, for reasons!

So since that was sweet, the next year would be entirely inappropriate like these

But I also think Mal would take advantage of the day and convince Daenarya to dress up like their besties Tyril and Maiele (@lilyoffandoms) Mal would spend the night following Tyril around doing is best Tyril impressions. Daenarya would just be rocking some of Maiele's gorgeous clothes and sipping wine with her bestie while They sat back and watched the show.

And in another world Thomas Hunt dressed up like Mal Volari for Halloween while Alex choose Kenna, but I probably should make one of her as Daenarya for reasons
