ﾟ ⋆ ﾟjennifer check ☂︎ ⋆ ﾟjennifer thinks you’re hot. she thinks that she found her perfect match, with her being a succubus, and she wants you to and join her on her killing spree sometimes. it’s so fun seeing two girlfriends kill unsuspecting boys using their fangs and super strength. she’ll take you back to her place, whenever you both are done, and things escalate from there. even if you can do this, she’ll always try and protect you from any harm that comes your way. she already lost herself, she doesn’t want to love another thing that she loves in her life. arguments over who’s the better supernatural tend to happen, and it often ends with one of you sleeping on the couch, but she’s quick to make amends and ask for cuddles. you both go for midnight flys, chasing after each other in the clouds, and playing hide and seek. you also talk about your traumas on how you died, and then reassure each other that you’re loved and here for one another, and jennifer promises you that she’ll never leave you.

ﾟ ⋆ ﾟmaddy perez ☂︎ ⋆ ﾟmaddy is lowkey terrified of you, but she still tries to manage with you anyways. move over nate, you’re the person that’s worth defending from anybody. but you’re not letting her be your pushover, you vowed to protect maddy from any toxic ex boyfriends, back stabbing best friends, harsh and strict mothers, and just anyone that tries to do her the wrong way. even thought dating a vampire has its advantages, you two do get into arguments. she doesn’t want you coming to parties, because she’s scared that you might go after her friends, especially you trying to go after cassie or rue. and, she’s also afraid for your wellbeing if you get a hangover. she believe the whole vampire myth of sunlight, and tries to keep you away from any alcohol as possible. you also get mad her, telling her that she’s not your mom, and often leave her place in the middle of the night. but you came crawling back and beg for her forgiveness. she forgives you<3

ﾟ ⋆ ﾟbilly loomis ☂︎ ⋆ ﾟhe thinks you’re a dream come true. he was quick to believe the whole vampire myths about sunlight, garlic, and steaks and stuff. but you just tell him that you’re not dracula or from twilight, and tell him the realities of being a vampire. billy is so sweet with you, whenever you’re feeling hungry, he goes out as ghostface and lures them to you, basically bringing you a midnight snack <33 you both go out your way to make anyone deadmeat, if they try and talk bad about each of you. he tells stu about you, and stu is always making a vampire type of pun, even in front of people, almost blowing your cover. billy had to smack him a few times for that. billy’s blood kink with you, goes a thousand times higher up in bed. always telling you to dig your fangs deeper, so deep.. so deep that it’ll cause some blood. he knows you like blood. he’ll go out his way to gut anyone like a fish for you, just so you can have blood.

ﾟ ⋆ ﾟjohnny cage ☂︎ ⋆ ﾟjohnny cage lives in a world, where can throw hands with the ruler of the sun, and flirt with the beautiful yet equally terrifying nitara. if you not being a vampire isn’t any different, then he’s not sure what else is. he’s your golden retriever type of boyfriend, always wanting your attention, even when you’re out for a snack. you just deadass look at this man, trying to flex his muscles and wiggle his eyebrows at you, when your face is literally covered in an innocent person’s blood. he’s also being so affectionate with you, suffocating you with hugs and kisses, posting you on his social media the minute you breathe, and always talking about you to his friends. sure, he may be suffocating and annoying, but deep down you love your movie star boyfriend. but of course, you wear the pants in this relationship. the second he steps out of line, you bring the fangs and scary eyes out, and he backs up and apologizes immediately.

A few questions to bother you with: What are your favourite things about vampires and why? Who is your favourite vampire character and is there something in them that annoys you? 🦇

(Vampire Lord Richard doesn’t count in this ask, he’s perfect. 😉)

Hi and thanks for your questions! 🦇 Vampires have fascinated me from a very young age - since I was six years old, actually (that's when I built my first coffin out of a moving box and some pillows). I find the overall concept of vampirism incredibly intriguing, but there are two particular aspects that fascinate me in the most:

1. The idea of nourishment intertwined with emotional/physical connection

In vampire literature and media, blood consumption is often portrayed as an act of animalistic violence, an uncontrollable urge. But just as often, drinking blood becomes an expression of devotion, longing for a partner, a craving for connection, or even an act of love - where the one offering their blood nourishes someone else while sacrificing a part of themselves. Since I’m admittedly very much drawn to romantic stuff and love noble gestures like these, I find a lot of joy in this element.

2. Time

Vampires have all the time in the world. They’re free from the constant pressure that weighs on mortal beings. They don’t live under the ticking clock of disease, aging, or deadlines - they can experience, explore, and learn without fear of running out of time (unless they die a vampire-style death, of course). Due to personal experiences, I’m pretty aware of how fragile life can be, so this particular aspect is probably the most alluring to me. Sure, one could also view endless existence as a curse - but maybe I’m just too naive for that.

Favorite vampire character... There are quite a few I’ve come to love. First and foremost, Damon Salvatore from 'The Vampire Diaries' - both the books and the show.

Apart from him, I love the vampires (especially Rhage and Phury) from the Brotherhood from the 'Black Dagger Brotherhood' book series (those books are just packed with loyalty, honor, love, drama and unity, it's like they're made for me). Very glad that there's a show now airing which is very true to the books 😊

There are so many more vampires I find fascinating, and so much vampire media out there - but I’ve noticed I’m really picky about it. I have to genuinely like something to fully dive in. For example, I know there’s a new 'Interview with the Vampire' series, but I’m not interested in it at all. The books and the film are enough for me.

One thing I’ve never quite understood (though I find it amusing) is the trope that vampires are always wealthy. I don’t mind it, I do enjoy stories about rich men, but it’s rarely ever explained. The general consensus just seems to be: vampire = rich. And sometimes, I wish there were a bit more depth behind that 😅

🧡 - What things does your F/O do that make you feel warm inside?

Damon is extremely thoughtful, so he'll do little things like ensuring I don't spill my drink when I'm walking around (I'm clumsy), fetching me a blanket when I'm cold, and, being a bookworm, letting me know little facts that might be helpful or useful to me, to make my day easier, which means a lot to me. I do my best to do the same in turn.

I combined the old with the new to show how Damon loves the cozy cottage aesthetic, even if it isn't always completely vintage. He lived back in the day, but he also appreciates new technology a lot more than Chester in some ways.

Side note, Damon is also @foxslutsworld's OC, so sending him all the love in the world for making such a wonderful OC.

I also did this for Cor, because I wanna talk about her so bad.

Cor never teases me for my interests or for "wording things in strange ways", and is extremely quick to defend me when others are being assholes about it. She and I are very like minded and understand what the other means even when others do not.

Caroline, being brilliant, as she always was, had waited for Bekah to fall asleep and tiptoed her way up to his room, surprising him in the shower, with her lips on his neck.

“No,” Klaus grunts, then slams the door in the girl’s face. He turns around huffily, ignoring the side eye his roommate gives him.

There’s a knock on the door again, and Klaus grits his teeth, goes to open the door again. The girl is still standing there, something forced in her smile now. “Hi.”

“What?” Klaus gripes.

“I think we got off on the wrong foot—”

“Well, we could’ve gotten off on the right one, but then you decided to say howdy.”

“I'm from Texas,” she frowns.

“What do you want?”

“The student mixer’s mandatory,” she snaps back, finally having lost her temper at him. “Don’t get mad at me, I'm just the RA, it’s my job to get you there so I don’t get into trouble with the events committee. So just be there, mingle, have a few drinks, and then you can leave for all I care. It’s only for two hours anyway, okay?”

“Okay,” Klaus says sweetly, slamming the door shut. “Not,” he mutters under his breath.

“Right there, see?” Klaus tells her, pointing at Caroline through the crowds. “She’s taking your picture, see, smile, love.”

aka, “the promise.” (working title).

denzo are bonnie’s fairy godmothers (and the rest of the bennett line’s) due to damon’s promise to emily. kol’s there too, at some point. it’s basically the step sister of the eternal teenager verse. just with more witchy shenanigans & denzo getting themselves into trouble in the name of helping bonnie learn magic. damon gets turned into a cat at one point, and is one for over a week. it only takes a day to figure out the counterspell, he just likes being a cat. only turns back on accident, mopes about it for a while.

seriously this au is underdeveloped as fuck why would you guys choose this option.

there’s two diverging storylines because i have never made a decision in my life. one is where denzo escape augustine together, the other is where they don’t. the second one is more angsty but the first is really fun.

storyline 1 general outline:

denzo escape together, damon’s like “hey i’m supposed to be babysitting these witchies but i sort of neglected them the last five years. sure hope they haven’t gotten themselves into any trouble.” cue teenage sheila in the background running amok and using her magic to trip people over. enzo instantly takes a liking to her & joins in. damon and amelia are severely unimpressed. amelia is a witch doctor / therapist & helps denzo readjust to life, sheila is a menace and should not be left unsupervised lest she overthrow the government and give the president an aneurysm.

damon’s like “oh you were such a sweet child. so polite and shy. the loveliest ten year old.” and now sheila’s the loveliest sixteen year old and she’s angry at the world.

anyways, haven’t decided on what happens with the abby situation — maybe she spells denzo inside the house while she goes to confront mikael?? no way they’re letting her go alone, and no way she’s letting them come with (the bennetts keep getting more stubborn by the generation).

little baby bonnie is the cutest cutie to exist. she loves being carried around at vamp speed & thrown up in the air. she has a habit of accidentally turning people into frogs - turns enzo into one & goes to find some more frogs. lines them up in a little row and makes damon guess which one is enzo. he guesses it first try (one of them looks far more smug than the others.) and has to kiss frog!enzo to turn him back. bonnie thinks she’s hilarious & runs off to tell grams about her new spell. she has a sparkly purple diary grimoire (with a voice activated passcode) and writes in it with her smiggle gel pens.

when bonnie’s ten, someone’s picking on her at school, so she tells denzo. it goes a little something like this:

denzo: right let’s go beat up a ten year old.

bonnie: NO! you can’t do that!

denzo: fine. we’ll compel them to stop?

bonnie: no. that’s not fair.

denzo: what if we compelled them to embarrass themselves, completely unrelated to your predicament?

bonnie: …perhaps…

also also also! grams won’t let denzo into her house. mostly for the lols. it’s become a running joke by this point. they have dinner on her patio once a month, but aren’t invited in because they’d get into everything and touch the wrong spelled object and blow the house up. she has a ward up to keep pests out, claims that’s why they can’t get in.

i haven’t figured out canon yet, but it’ll probs be similar to etv (just with bonnie also knowing denzo. she finds them hilarious, stefan disagrees.)

storyline 2 general outline:

damon escapes alone, next few decades occur a la canon. sheila hates damon because he wasn’t there to save abby. damon… doesn’t care.

damon goes out of his way to get the tomb opened only to discover that katherine isn't there, becomes disillusioned with her, and by extension, elena. his humanity comes back around this time, decides he might as well keep his promise to emily, even if she didn’t keep her end. mostly because he needs something to live for & it’ll annoy stefan.

damon and stefan still butt heads, causing elena (and stefan, and isobel, and pretty much everyone because elena makes a Big Deal about it) to think he's romantically interested in her, when in reality damon is just looking out for stefan and bonnie in his own way (the typical, hardcore damon way). bonnie starts to withdraw from her friends, damon swoops in (literally. he keeps his powers) to save the day / piss off his brother even more. she doesn’t trust him & makes that very clear, but eventually they come to some sort of mutual ground. damon probably shares stories about emily, brings bonnie spells that he thinks would be fun. there are… a Lot of spells. he probably writes down some harry potter ones to see if they’d work. bonnie just raises an eyebrow at him. they start to form a bestiehood. cue stefan and elena’s meddling.

bonnie goes on a college tour of whitmore?? something seems off, so she tells damon. who in turn scopes the college out to just… check what’s going on. finds enzo. brain stops functioning, somehow he gets enzo out & back to the boarding house. calls bonnie in the middle of the night and actually BEGS for her help. she and damon get enzo back up and at ‘em, denzo cautiously reform their friendship & eventual romance. they probably hook up multiple times by accident before they’re actually on good terms. more stefan and elena (and caroline) meddling.

instead of college, because the whitmore thing really freaked her out, denzo take her on a trip to NOLA. klaus is there, frenemies with damon & begrudgingly on decent terms with enzo (nobody knows how that happened). bonnie and rebekah end up together, she also becomes good friends with davina. kol is having a wonderful time, reunited with his old pals (iykyk) and tormenting his siblings. elijah sighs more often than usual. freya misses her coffin. finn misses his. but sage shows up and she and freya are BFFS (finn is not displeased with this, but he does wish they would refrain from teasing him). marcel keeps trying to ban damon from the quarter (again), but it doesn’t stick. idk.

elena dies, either in some ritual or because she stuck her nose into someplace she shouldn’t have. stefan shows up in new orleans, rebefriends klaus, bonds with damon. stefan/hayley/klaus love triangle??? it’s not quite clear.

and yeah. that’s what it is so far.
