i’m really disappointed in jonah

I hate how he technically threw jack under the bus for saying that it’s stupid for fans to dig up old tweets and trying to hold them accountable for them because what Jack did was right. He was trying to draw a line when fans starting to create huge unnecessary drama online over something the boys said when they were young and naive like all of us once were. Yes, I get it, what they said might be offensive to some people but if you’re seriously getting hurt over something that was posted on social media, I personally think that you shouldn’t be on it in the first place.

Before you attack me saying about how I would never understand what the POCs feel, I would like to say that I’m not white. As a matter of fact, I’m a Chinese which I just realised are actually considered as POCs too? 

My main point is—It’s incredibly wrong for fans to violate the privacy of their idols by digging up their old tweets and have been trying to cancel them because of that, even though they actually apologised but apparently most of the fans considered their apology to be insincere like wth? You guys should be grateful that they even responded to your requests for an apology because the reality is we are nothing more than fans of their music, not their life. We are the ones who chose to stan them so they don’t owe us anything.

Yes, they might not be as famous as they are now if it wasn’t for us fans but that doesn’t mean because we help them to pay their bills, we have the right to mind their businesses as well. Bear in mind that they, too, are human beings just like every single one of us, which means that they have feelings too and we will accomplish nothing but worsen their mental health if we keep bringing them down for something stupid that they did in the past. Plus, I’m sure that you won’t like that if people are doing the same to you too, do you?

It is pretty obvious that the boys have matured a lot over the years and from the fact that they heavily supported all the BLM movements and whatnot last year, it is proven that they have no hatred towards POCs, LGBTQ+, etc. 

As a conclusion, I’m pissed that Jonah (+ Daniel and Corbyn) are doing Jack dirty by claiming that they don’t agree with him although it seemed like they did the opposite in the interview just because fans are mad at them online. I don’t care if they did this because they were afraid of losing fans or streams. In my opinion, this is such unmanly behaviour tch. Plus, I’m also disgusted by all the Twitter limelights. Stop stanning them if you want. That just proves that you’re not a real fan of their talent.

If you disagree with what I said, I’m sorry because I don’t live to please everybody boohoo how sad :’(

Daniel Seavey x reader

The boys were on their 8 letters tour in Portland, Oregon. The show started in 20 minutes and every fan was getting seated. Daniel’s best friend Y/N came to see him perform but he didn’t know that at the time.

“How does it feel to be performing for your hometown Daniel?” Corbyn asked, walking over to grab his jacket since it was kinda chilly. “It’s kinda scary to be honest because some many of people I know will be watching.” Daniel says, getting ready to go on stage.

They made their way on the stage looking at all the people who came out to see them. Daniel looked out into the crowd to see someone he hasn’t see in 3 years. “How are we doing tonight?” Jonah asked the crowd, everyone scream and cheered. 

“All of you know Daniel is from here and we want to see if anyone of his friends are here.” Jack said, walking around the stage looking at the audience. “If you know him please raise your hand?” Corbyn asked, getting another mic for the person who he knows.

You raise your hand, Jonah comes over to you and helps you up onto the stage. He hands you a mic so the crowd can hear you talk. “ Oh my god, Hey! Y/N it’s been so long.” Daniel says, walking over to you and giving you a big hug. “I haven’t seen you in three years and hear you are pursuing your dream.” Y/N says, into her mic.

After the show you guys went back to his tour bus with the other guys. “So Y/N how long have you and Daniel know each other?” Zach asked, while eating his chicken tenders. “I have know this boy since we were in diapers.” Y/N says, looking at Daniel. 

They were watching a movie when Daniel puts his arm around Y/N waist. “That was a good movie but we are going to bed.” Jack says, getting in his bunk while Zach is getting on the top bunk. “Okay goodnight guys.” Daniel says removing his arm from Y/N waist. “Night.” they all said, getting into bed.

“You have really great friends.” Y/N says getting her stuff ready to go. “Ya they are great anyway how are you and James?” Daniel asked, scratching the back of his head. “We broke up because he cheated on me and some other reason.” Y/N said, putting her backpack on. “Was it because of me?” Daniel asked looking in Y/N’s eyes and walking closer to her.

“Yes because I still have feelings for you.” Y/N said, looking down at her feet. Daniel lifted her chip and there lips were inches apart. Daniel put his hand on her cheek, he slowly kissed her but got interrupted by the others cheering.
