this is such a long shot, but if you don't mind, what the heck is this font?? it's from a local tv broadcaster

Darktech LDR (2012)

Really quickly done, but surprisingly legible and succesful font for the Stencil Competition! If you have a sharp eye, traces of a weird experiment of trying to combine lowercase with uppercase might be visible for you. It's most noticeable in R, H, N, G, Q, K, E - mostly thanks to the way bridges are aligned.
