It took a long time to get there, but Dash quit bullying Danny when he realized he was in love with the little twerp. By the time they were 15, Danny realized that he liked the new and improved Dash, and decided to give him a go and they became boyfriend.

Everything crumbled at 16 when Dash discovered that he was actually adopted, and his biological parents were Harley Quinn and the Joker.

When Danny told his parents about that, his mom looked confused. “Honey,” Maddie began, “Don’t you remember that you’re Batman’s son?”

“What?!” Danny blurted out. “Don’t you think I’d remember something like that?”

“We told you when you were five and you said you didn’t care about that.” Maddie reminded him.

Turns out, Dash wasn’t the only one with surprise parents. Now neither of them knew what to do.

- Getting Akumatized in the Au

Dropping some thoughts about it here:

I wrote somewhere in my docs (yeah I put this idea in my docs) about how Harley Sawyer would akumatize people, and I have this clear idea that he'd do them a lot more directly compared to Gabriel and Lila's style

From what I observed, Gabriel and Lila always act as an empathizer. But the drastic difference is that Gabriel acts more like a genie, a man of power giving something they "need." While Lila pretends to be a perfect friend, a "support" that gives an illusion of choice to her victims, an enabler as you will. I believe Harley Sawyer would go differently, if not more controlling

As far as I understand his character, he's a cold narcissist. One can argue that both Lila and Gabriel also share this characteristic, but I truly believe Harley's more distinct and obviously different because, well, he's a doctor. He prides himself as a genius, a scientist, so in his mind, his logic and senses are always "accurate." He's probably right. Makes him all the more condescending and a calculating jerk.

So in this au, Harley's style of akumatizing someone is a lot different. He won't act like an empathizer or a pitier to his victims, but rather act like a cold, observant "therapist." Of course, when victims are greeted with his bluntness, they will naturally try to resist his control at first because no one likes to be told they're wrong. But that's where his style comes in handy. Rather than going, "I feel your pain/understand your anger/feelings," etc. He lays out the facts, digging the victim further into their emotion. Is the person upset bc they were wronged? Under in debt? Just hurting? Harley rubs that on the victims. It's full of guilt-tripping and emotional manipulation. He's not gonna be there to be your friend, no, he sees you pathetic germ as you are, but not to worry, he's got the answer. That's how it's gonna go.

And what if the victim still resist? Well, it's too late to back out now. Unless they've got strong will to break it off or can calm themselves down, they'd be too far deep into their negative emotion, and from my understanding of the butterfly power, that's all Harley really needs.

With a villain like that, and no Ladybug to fix it and deakumatize the victims. How do Dogday and Catnap deal with it?

The power of ADORATION!!! aka just Dogday literally begging and bringing in all his aura (maybe even charisma? rizz?) to change the victim's mind. If not, just take away their akumatized item lol that always works.

As for the akuma butterfly, Catnap is responsible for destroying it.

So yeah, the victim was saved, but the damages stay. It's kind of why they need to work fast and carefully.

Extra note: I kinda wanna change up the powers, tbh bc let's be honest - the powers of the mireculouses are whack and confusing. Why do two or more share a similar power?? Why are yhey inconsistent??? I dunno 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Extra extra note: if Dogday/Dennis finds out the actual reason as to why Harley's terrorizing locals, he'd crash out. Literally. Beat his ass if he could. Thought y'all just need to know
