i decided to unite my love for maps and for OT and make a map of the distribution of OT contestants from OT 2017 - 2023 in regards to their residence* because i find it so fascinating, like yeah it does kinda follow where major urban centers concentrate but also why is there so little people in valència? so many in iruña specifically? how is that outside madrid the only other OT contestant from castile is from guadalajara from all places???

*I followed the locations from the wikipedia page; in OT it's necessary to reside in spain but you don't need to have the spanish nationality to participate so i'll add the nationalities when needed!

They really need a reality check, if they think they're going to be relevant after 1 year.

I cant speak about Natalia because I'm not a fan, but Alba Reche has never liked, tweeted, retweeted or posted on anything on her social media that would cause hate thrown at others.

Even when she got hacked she focused on the positives while subtly reminding her fans to respect her privacy.

Even when Natalia's friends threw shade at her she ignored them and didn't let it ruin her friendship with her.

Even though she gets countless dms from crazy Instagram fans about her "killing albalia" she blocks them and then move on. They don't post about it on their social media (unlike Miki and Carlos).

Guess the truth is hard to swallow.

And because I'm being petty, can the Albalias , Rechistas that are going to the Barcelona concert this Friday, can you all shout 'Albalia', because I guarantee you it will drive them insane and by them I mean the 14 other triumphs.

The icing to the cake today is that after today's events, Alba and Natalia were TT in Spain. Truly iconic.
