We were already speculating over on twitter where this interface might belong. These are LCARS, but the Federation LCARS we've seen in season 1 were all grey and red, so the colours are off.

The closest we've come to something resembling this is the UI in Picard's chateaux. I don't have the screenshots right now (on my phone), but we see something similar when he gets tea in the kitchen in episode 1 and then when he looks up information on the borg in the re-created holo-study in episode 6.

The lines in those two instances don't quite match what we see here. In season 1, there is more interruption, it's less a continuous frame. But it's close enough that I can image it's a re-design between seasons. However! Given that what we know of some of the shenanigans pur heroes will get into in season 2, and given we've already seen a very old red alert sign pop up, this might also be actual older Starfleet UI, rather than Picard's redesign for nostalgia reasons ��

Two more things: First, Dave Blass, one of the production designers for Picard, retweetet this with a very important addition:

And second: the panel gives "Molecular Complexity" for the dishes to be replicated! Unit: CM (i'm guessing for "complex molecules? Or some other version of that? Or something entirely outlandish?) Garlic is apparently WAY MORE COMPLEX than either tomatoes or potatoes or even french fries. Which I honestly find a little hilarious.

But I'm definitely going to have to borrow the molecular complexity measurement for the final chapter of The Cake is a Lie 😁😁😁
