Extra info: People have put me through a lot of bad stuff and it has caused me to be more reclusive, aloof, and nervous towards new people. I have really bad anxiety about doing the smallest thing wrong. However, when I have someone who has befriended me, I am very open, protective, and I become a jokester since I feel safe to show my true self. I never had a good relationship before so I'm always nervous with romance, despite enjoying reading it as a genre. Things I'm looking for in a relationship is gentle affection, optimism, empathy, honesty, communication, and the will to listen. - Okay, so lemme explain why I love squirrels. I had a wild one who originally came to my father all the time but she then grew fond of me. The squirrel, it was a female and I named her Hot Chocolate, and I grew very close and she trusted me enough to sit in my lap and eat peanuts from my hand. She would wait on the porch or in the yard for me to come home and I would grab some nuts and sit with her for 2-3 hours every day. Then I find out she's pregnant because she came to me and she was very thin when she used to be very round. Despite caring for her babies, she would still come to visit me.

•Jason probably knows, best of all in the batfamily, what it feels like to be betrayed. He has been betrayed more than once, after all. As such, loyalty is unbelievably important to him, almost as much as honesty. He would never lie to you, but he expects the same honesty from you. Trust comes very slowly to the man, but once he realises that you're honest to him, he does open up his hard shell piece by piece, and shows you a bit more of what truly lies underneath it, a man, that has been hurt far too often, and fears vulnerability as a result.

•Although Jason surely isn't the best at being optimistic, he, like many others of his family, hasn't given Gotham up just yet. He does believe that there is always hope for people to reform themselves (unless they're the Joker), and he is better at cheering you up than one would expect. If you talk about your feelings, or something that has upset you, he's always there to offer moral support and a "It'll get better, trust me."

•Jason loves reading, and although he prefers holding a book in his hand rather than reading stuff online, he isn't shy to cuddle up to you and read a book whilst you scroll through online pages. He also isn't shy to recommend some classics to you, that he is of the firm opinion everybody should've read at least once, and if you ask for it, he might read some of them out loud for you.

•He would definitely lead you through Gotham and show you some of his favourite restaurants that he crashes into after a particularly exhausting night of patrol. He'd also tell you what to get and what to avoid, especially if you're in one of the more hidden restaurants that don't look like particularly much from the outside. Most of the time, his recommendations are connected to stories, such as "Don't take that one, I got bad food poisoning from that one, but that one is fine"

•He would also be very reassuring, and tell you that the world doesn't give a fuck if you screw up or not, because at the end of the day, you'll be at your home, in his arms, where you can always be sure you're safe and sound.

Hello there :) may I please have a DC matchup?

At first, I come across as aloof, calm, and socially awkward. I'm very to-the-point, and can sense BS very quickly. I never get involved in drama, but I might make a witty joke while I sit in my little corner and watch with popcorn. I've been told I'm very observant and I've been called an old soul. But when you get to know me, I can be a bit of a gremlin😆.

I have a huge imagination and I'm always daydreaming. I'm creative and I love storytelling. Especially theatre and writing. Once I start writing, I find it hard to stop (as you can see here😂). I'm a film geek who likes psychological horror movies (Hitchcock films, The Shining, Carrie, etc). But I also love Scooby Doo. Another thing I like is archery and being outdoors.

I'm also a complete basketcase and 24/7 stressed. I try to look on the bright side of things when I can, though, and consider my life to be an adventure. I know my problems will be a fun story to tell at parties someday.

One thing I despise is people being condescending, and talking down to me. I'm neurodiverse and I look younger than I am, so I've had my fair share of that. I also hate when conversations get needlessly intellectual and philosophical. Like, if I ask: "What's 1+1?" And someone tells me: "Well...what IS the number one, really? Numbers are just symbols on paper. "

I'm like: "...right, but what's 1+1?" Me wanna know HOW math. Me not wanna know WHY math. Oh, and speaking of math, I hate math.

I also hate watching people argue, because, often, I'll understand both sides, and have an existential crisis over who's right, and who's wrong. Like, if I pick a side, I could pick the WRONG side! What kind of witchcraft is this😱

Fun facts: I was born with weirdly shaped pinky fingers. They're both bent sideways. Apparently it's called "clinodactyli" or something, so that's cool. Also I have OCD, sensory issues and trichotillomania. My favorite movie is Gremlins. One time, I accidentally printed, like, 87 pictures of a cat because I was a dumb 7-year-old, and the entire computer room was flooding with cats. My mom was so mad😂. Also, I'm terrible at videogames. I tried to play World of Warcraft once, and spent over an hour trying to get out of the canyon I accidentally jumped into.

I'm a Genini-Cancer cusp, (technically Gemini) Libra rising. INFP (although, the second time I took a test I got INFJ so idk lol).

I wasn't exactly sure the specifics of the DC Universe you wanted, so I kind of just? Grabbed from my own Fanon?? I hope that's okay!! Okay in my mind this seems like it's probably expected, but I promise I was thinking of a lot of other characters and it just didn't seem right

I think it's the grunge aesthetic and looking like all you drink is coffee and whiskey for the most part

Mostly because he's basically the same way

He's also pretty obviously a standoffish person, and I definitely think that's what would make him want to get to know you more, and once he did... wow

Like you, he's an extroverted introvert

He can be quite as well, but once you get him going he's the life of the party and I definitely think you'd both bring some.. we'll say fun, to the Wayne Charity Galas that Bruce hosts

Not only that, but you both like basically the same kinds of music as well, and I can see you both jamming in his apartment together

You also mentioned that you do art, and while I definitely don't think Jason can draw, he absolutely would adore watching you do it

I mean, this man had straight A's before he died and he's definitely a huge nerd for literature and the arts

He definitely plays piano sometimes too when you'd draw

He's also an avid reader, and would always want to suggest books to you and take your suggestions on books to read

Likewise, he'd also offer to read whatever you were writing too

Not just to be nice, but because he's very curious to see what you're even putting on the page

He definitely plays games with you all the time, and on any co-op games he always makes it a challenge

He has to win, even if there's no winner in that game

In instances where you both just want to chill out, he'd offer a picnic in the park

If anything he'd take you through the Zeta Tube to Central City, or Metropolis, where it's much nicer and sunnier than Gotham City

Jason can definitely be clingy, but he also 100% knows your boundaries and respects them

If you want to cuddle and be close, he's all up for that

When you want your space, he respects it and doesn't push it either

Same with him being loud

He won't be around you, but with his family it's kind of a given - lots of yelling, goofing off, throwing things at one another most likely

But he doesn't get you involved in it all since he knows you don't like loud people

Hiya! I would like a matchup with a male character please. I’m 26, 5’4, ginger, trans guy. I’m pretty shy but also have times when i just can’t shut up (it’s the autism lmao). I took some time to find my way but now i’m in a software development apprenticeship. I’m part of Mensa, and have some friends there with whom i play dnd. I love to dance and have a very varied taste in music. I’m fluent in english and german, and know basics in several other languages. •Both of you share a love for dancing and for music. Due to his cultural background and music/dance being a significant part of it. The both of you could dance for hours without even noticing how the time passes, and there are always moments where you just get to have fun together and enjoy your time.

•Since Dick is a rather good cook and, when he has the time, actually enjoys cooking, he'd enjoy cooking together with you, and he's not above baking you a cake to apologise when he's done something wrong. He's always interested to try out new recipes, and eventually even took the time to comply all of them in a handwritten recipe book, that now resides in the kitchen.

•Since he lives in a rather large family, he understands that sometimes, everything can be a bit much and offers you space and time to calm down whenever you need it. He would, however, check up on you every couple of hours, offer food and something to drink, and remind you that his company is always there when you're comfortable with it again.

•He'd introduce you to some of his friends as well and leave you the space to do something without him and your friends, respectively too. He knows he doesn't need to be around you 24/7, but he's always there when you need him. For example, if you go out with friends and it gets late, he'd always be there to pick you up with the car (or the motorcycle). He generally tries to be a very supportive and understanding boyfriend.
