【ONCCY Distribution Box Installation Case】 This solution adopts a multi-layer protection design, integrating four key components: ① AC Surge Protective Device (420V/40kA) – Effectively suppresses lightning-induced overvoltage; ② DC Surge Protective Device (1500V/40kA) – Guards against peak voltages in PV/energy storage systems; ③ DC Fuse (1000V/32A) – Provides precise overcurrent protection to prevent circuit overheating; ④ Residual Current Circuit Breaker (500V/100A) – Equipped with an electromagnetic trip mechanism and 30mA leakage threshold to ensure personal safety. The system detects various residual currents in the circuit and rapidly cuts off power via electromagnetic-mechanical mechanisms, preventing electric shocks or fire hazards.
