medical student here (we just studied asthma a couple weeks ago 😭) your breathing could be asthma! its possible for it to be self-managed as a kid if its not super severe by just. not doing exercise? if you have a history of allergies + hayfever it's more likely to be the case but obviously the best thing would be to see a doctor about it :) they can prescribe you an inhaler and do lung function tests to see if it is!

(sorry for the absolute infodump you just mentioned it and i got excited sfkjg)

the thing is i Did exercise as a kid much more than i do now, PE was mandatory in 7th-10th grade and we generally ran the mile once a week, which seems more intensive than one ddr song… but ig my general stamina was bad enough that i was more lightly jogging or even speed walking, so maybe it actually is less intensive than putting my whole pussy into a short burst of ddr..?

I loved DDR growing up! I made this one for a friend I used to play DDR with all the time! Next time I want to try using a mirror for the dance mat parts. And maybe lights?! Ahhh too many ideas!! XD
