the time with @dearsgcd in canada was coming to a close. the week together had been nice and a real change of pace compared to their lives in los angeles. the only problem river had with their arrangement was the actual feelings he held for willow. they were supposed to be in a fake relationship, fooling the press that they were the next it couple to watch and sell out the rest of their tour. but now every time she looked at him, he felt a million sparks shoot throughout his entire body. she had invaded his every thought. he didn't feel right telling her that he might be blurring the lines when it came to what was real and what wasn't, he just hoped maybe she was struggling as much as he was.

he walked with her inside the bar, his fingers intertwined with her own. they were celebrating their last night of freedom before they had to head back for rehearsals and then they would be on tour again. "can i get you something to drink?" he asked as he turned to her, eyes from others automatically on both of them. he wasn't paying attention to anyone but her, his blue hues searching her own as a smile crept onto his features.
