Demimidabinary

A gender identity that is partially midabinary, being a gender that is partially related to or derived from the Gender Binary while also being unrelated and  from the Gender Binary and partially another gender or genders; a midabinary demigender.

Etymology

From Latin, “dimidius“ to English, “demi”, meaning partial + English, “amid’ modified to “mid”, meaning “middle” + Greek, the prefix “A-” meaning “not” + “binary”, referring to the Western Gender Binary, where the “Male sex” is juxtaposed from the “Female sex” as both complementary and opposite.Coined by Gent (Gender-Jargon) in 2021.

Flag

The flag is a simple combination of the demigender flag and the midabinary flag created by user beyond-mogai-pride-flags in 2020. The flag consists of eleven horizontal, solid colored stripes, with the innermost five stripes being smaller than the outer stripes. From top to bottom, the colors are dark grey, light grey, white, dark purple, purple, white, yellow, gold, white, light grey and dark grey. Flag by Gent (Gender-Jargon), 2021.
