Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Induction Loop Help Point Intercom at Airport Express Line of Delhi Metro.

Facilitate passengers in calling the Station Control Room/Customer Care for assistance, including information and emergency help.

Enable two-way communication, including support for hearing-impaired individuals.

Operational Use:

The Help Point Intercom system allows immediate contact with the security or information desk at the push of a button. It can be used by passengers or station staff who require emergency assistance or information. In case of accidents or incidents within the station, quick access to emergency help is vital for both station operation staff and passengers.

The system includes a built-in microphone for communication, a loudspeaker for information, and an induction loop for hearing-impaired passengers. The induction loop enables hearing-impaired individuals to listen via hearing aids with a "T mode" (Tele-coil).
