How they Comfort You

You walk up to the door, fiddling with your keys to find the right one. Due to the shakiness of your hands it’s a bit of struggle but you eventually succeed in finding it and enter your home.

As you close the door you slide down it with an exhausted sigh. Today had been mentally and physically exhausting. You woke up late to work, got yelled at by your boss, and then got into a big fight with whom you’d thought was your best friend. However after their recent actions and today’s dispute, you’re wondering if they ever truly understood you at all.

You trudge further into home fighting back tears and just wanting to go to bed only to be greeted by a wonderful smell. You turn the corner and enter the kitchen to see your boyfriend Alban cooking your favorite food. He seems to have heard your foot steps and turns around to greet you.

“Welcome home baby! How was your day-,”

he makes en abrupt pause when he notices the tear streaks on your face.

“Aww honey. What’s wrong? Did something happen today?” He asked.

You try to tell him you’re fine, but can���t seem to bring yourself to say the words. The dam of your emotions was full to bursting and had to give.

You break down.

Alban rushes over to wrap you in a hug. You’re surrounded by his scent of orange and honey which gives you a sense of comfort. You cry harder into his sweater and he just stands there holding you and caressing your back. This goes on for a couple minutes until your sobs shrink into sniffles.

“Do you want to talk about it?” Alban asks.

You shake your head no. You’ll talk about it with him eventually, but for now you just want his comfort.

“Well how about this? You and I sit down and eat dinner, and afterwards we watch (insert favorite movie) together and cuddle to take your mind off it.”

You give a small nod before Alban picks you up and carries you to the table to eat dinner. Once you’re done you guys cuddle on the couch and watch your favorite movie.

“Hey isn’t this your favorite scene?”

Alban turns to you only to realize you’re fast asleep. Today must’ve really warn you out he assumes. He turns the tv off before wrapping you in a blanket from the couch and gently picking you up to take you to bed.

He gently places you down on the soft sheets and tucks you. He looks at you and caresses your face before speaking.

“Hey I know you can’t hear me, but just know that I love you. No matter how bad of a day you have all I’ll always be here to be your shoulder to cry on. To make you laugh, to rant to, and to try my best to make you feel better. No matter what happens I’ll be there”

Alban walks to his side of the bed after his speech and climbs in. He scooting over next to you and wraps his arms around your torso and gives you a peck on the cheek.

“Love you…oh wait I guess I already said that” he chuckles.

“Good night I hope tomorrow is a better day.”

Next thing he knows he’s fast asleep.

a/n: thanks for the request sweet anon! i hope this isn’t too bad, cause i kinda went my own way with it, but it was very fun to write!

“eh— what is it??”

you glance up from your phone to see jisung looking over your shoulder with a bright smile, while some others would probably find this cute, you know that’s his secret devilish look when he’s planning something mischievous.

“what is it, hyung?” you said in a slightly playful manner, his smile only got wider as he proceeded to speak. “can you get the plates for me in the cabinet since you’re taller than meee~?”

and here he goes again, you were surprisingly on the taller side in your group, being taller than four of your members. you didn’t mind, in fact the attention was endearing, but sometimes they could go too far with their teasing.

“no hyung you can get it yourself,” you retort back with a cheeky grin, and that causes the little squirrel to pout. “but you’re so helpful when it comes to this stuff! just this one time pleaaaase~?”

not wanting to find out how long he’d continue this childish act of his, you get up and go to the cabinet to get him a plate. but out of the corner of your eye you could see two pairs of eyes looking at you mischievously, you sigh playfully and get jisung a plate.

“here, also i can see you two, you guys aren’t slick,” you said sassily, causing the two voices to chuckle and emerge from the corner, revealing the two guilty parties to be felix and seungmin.

“sorry~ we just wanted to catch a moment where you let your cold-looking facade fall, you’re cute when you’re soft y’know,” felix said cheekily causing your lips to curve a bit.

he wasn’t wrong though, you always seemed to look pissed off and such which really wasn’t the case, this caused friction between the STAY fandom at times, though it was always concluded as a misunderstanding.

“annnnnnd I’ll be taking that!” you exclaimed while snatching the phone from seungmin’s hands before bolting off, leaving the three boys in the dust as they all chased after you. “yah get back here you brat! respect your hyungs!” seungmin screamed as he ran after you.

to the misfortune of the boys, you deleted the video just as they got the phone back from you and they all groaned in defeat. “y/n-ahhh~ how come you don’t wanna show your soft and cute siiiide~? it’s cuuuute~” jisung whined and you punched him in the shoulder.

“no hyung it’s embarrassing!” you yelped while covering your face to hide your blush, and that caused all three boys to light up and start teasing you.

“awwww is our maknae embarrassed~?”

“shut up!”

currently you, chan and minho were going grocery shopping to make dinner later, you asked minho if he could let you go check out the sweet snacks and he agreed to let you go (to your pleasant delight but you didn’t show it cause you know you’d get teased).

right now you were acting like a little kid in front of the wide variety of snacks, you were a sucker for food, especially sweet snacks like pocky or hello panda.

you were about to grab another pack of pocky but you turned around to be met with the evil grins of minho and chan, as they sneakily filmed you while you were hoarding all the snacks to yourself.

surprised by their sudden appearance, you squealed and dropped everything you were holding (luckily there was no one around) and tried to grab the phone from minho. you might have been the same height as him, but he was so much faster than you.

“hyuuuung delete it! get that embarrassing crap out of here! i’d rather die than let that be published!” you whined as chan was doubled over in laughter while minho merely chuckled and hugged you as you tried to grab the phone. “awwww our y/n is so cute when she’s embarrassed~” minho said playfully and you continued sulking.

luckily, you took this opportunity to snatch the phone and delete the video, making minho yell at you and smack you in the head, and chan pinched your cheeks too (it was playful tho dw).

and to end your lovely afternoon. what’s a better activity to do than practice the choreo for god’s menu with these eight chaotic boys.

what you didn’t dnt take into account is that the boys would continuously tease you for being so good at dancing cause of your “well fit body” and “tall and lean figure” as they quote.

yes while the praise was cute, they didn’t know what they were stirring up inside of you, your little evil maknae side was about to shine soon and they don’t see it coming.

after rehearsing your new choreo at least for the third time, it was time for a break, and you went to get your water bottle. but of course they boys had to speak up with their loud voices, making you stop what you were doing.

“ahhhh our little y/n is so good at dancing~ it’s because of her fit body right~?”

“yep! but then again she isn’t that little~ she’s one of the tallest here!”

and little comments made their way towards you while the other members were laughing. you smirked, put down your water bottle and approached the boys, making them stop their abrupt laughter for a moment as they looked up at you in confusion.

“i’m strong and tall huh? well in that case i should have no problem doing this!” you exclaimed. and before the boys knew it, you had jisung over your shoulder and you kept twirling in circles with him on your shoulders as he let out a mixture of laughter and pure screaming, making the boys surprised, but amused as they laughed as well. “ahhhh y/n-ahhh!! put me down i’m older than you!” jisung exclaimed while wiping his eyes due to the tears from laughing so hard

“but i’m taller and stronger though!” you piped up as you put him down, you then started chasing the other shorter members, holding out your arms as they screamed and cowered away in fear of facing your wrath.

too distracted by tickling them and putting in your best efforts to bring as much euphoria as you can, you were too distracted to notice changbin and minho recording you with an evil smile, as they uploaded the video to twitter and instagram.

“just wait until STAYs see this one,” changbin said mischievously as minho laughed along with him.

His blood was everywhere. On her hands, on her dress, on the floor and especially on his clothes.

“Help! Someone, please help! Nononono.” Dhalia cried holding him in his arms. “Drake please hold up. I can’t lose you.” She brushed a strand of hair from his forehead. “I can’t do this without you.” Her voice cracked.

She leaned and rest her forehead against his and just cried praying to every god and begging to not let the man she loved die. Everything was happening so fast she hasn’t even acknowledged when she was separated from Drake and led to a car.

On the way to the hospital she just went numb. She knew someone was going with her and was talking to her but the voice was so distant she couldn’t match it to a face. She was sitting completely still looking somewhere far in the distance yet the only thing she was able to see was unconscious Drake bleeding out on her lap.

Tears were streaming down her face but she couldn’t even feel them anymore. Someone tried to clean her hands but she wasn’t any help. She hasn’t moved a muscle until they were at the hospital. When she saw the huge building it was like someone switched something on in her and she jumped out of the car almost falling to the ground but it didn’t stop her.

Without waiting for whoever was with her she ran inside and started asking about Drake. She was ready to yell at the poor nurse who couldn’t tell her anything since she wasn’t family but then Liam entered and being a wonderful King he was he talked with the woman and moments later Dhalia was running to where Drake was operated on. 

She was hoping she’s bumped into one of the doctors to ask him if Drake will be okay but she was the only person there. Soon enough Liam, Maxwell and Hana joined her but she wasn’t paying attention to them. She just wanted to know that Drake is- will be okay.

“Hey.” Liam sighed and wrapped his arms around her. “He’ll be fine. He will fight to come back to you, do you hear me?” He asked and tightened his embrace a little.

Dhalia had no idea how they stayed like that but eventually, Liam let go of her and pulled his phone from his pocket to make some calls. Dhalia went to sit next to Maxwell and Hana who immediately took Dhalia hand in her to show her support.

Hana and Maxwell were talking about something but Dhalia didn’t listen. She was staring at the wall in front of her and went back to everything that happened that night.

How Drake took a bullet for her. How he was ready to die for her. 

Dhalia didn’t even notice that her hands were trembling until Maxwell squeezed them. She didn’t look at him still deep in thoughts and worries. There was a chance she could never see him again. Never hug him again. Never kiss him again. Never say she loved him again. Never tease him or banter with him ever again.

Why would he do that? Why would he be so selfish? Jumping in front of her to save her? Him dying instead of here wasn’t any better. It was worse so so much worse. Because it was only her fault. If she wouldn’t fell in love with him he would never get hurt like that. He would be fine. Alive.

“Dhalia don’t do this to yourself.” Maxwell sighed crouching in front of her. “It wasn’t your fault.” He assured her.

“But it was.” She said through the tears. “He might be dead because of me-”

“No, Dhalia stop.” Hana cut her off. “Drake loves you. He’s strong and he’ll be okay.”

“I should never have come here. I made everyone’s lives worse.” She cried and hid her face in her hands.

“Dhalia look at me.” Liam ordered taking Maxwell’s place.” Look at me.” He repeated. “You made everyone’s lives better, you understand? We all love you. And the man who took a bullet for you? You’re his entire world. And you have to believe me because I know him like no one else. And there’s no way he’s not gonna come back and leave you alone.”

She knew how painful that must be for Liam to say this since only a few days ago she turned down his proposal and told him she’s in love with his best friend and she really appreciated his words. But until she knew Drake was gonna be okay she couldn’t shake off the guilt that swallowed her.

“Did you call Savannah? Is she okay? Is everyone okay?” Dhalia was desperate to change the subject.

“Few people were hurt but that’s it. And yes I just spoke with Savannah. She’s fine, the baby is fine and Bertrand and Olivia are fine as well. She wanted to come here immediately but I told her to take care of her son tonight and she’ll be here tomorrow morning.”

“That’s good.” Dhalia nodded her head, the good news let her relax just a little bit.

Later that night Maxwell took Hana back so she could get some sleep Dhalia was alone with Liam. Drake was in surgery almost the whole night and until one of the doctors came out to tell them the surgery was a success and Drake is stable Dhalia didn’t leave her place. Dhalia wanted to see him immediately and after minutes of begging the doctor agreed so both Dhalia and Liam walked into his room.

Liam sat in the back of the room making sure Dhalia had somewhat some time alone with Drake. She sat beside him and took his hand in hers. She brought it to her lips and placed a gentle kiss on every knuckle.

“I’m so happy you’re okay.” She said, tears yet again staining her cheeks. “But I’m gonna kick your ass for taking a bullet for me. Don’t you ever dare to scare me like that again.” She assured him.

She looked at Liam and with a not let him know he can come. He stood behind her with his hands on her shoulder every so often squeezing them reassuringly. 

Three days later Drake finally woke up and of course Dhalia was right by his side.

“Hey, Cole.” He smiled weakly. “You okay?” He asked.

“You really asking me that question?” She laughed through the tears. “You took a bullet for me, you idiot!” 

“Hey, don’t cry. I’m okay, aren’t I?” Drake reached his hand to wipe her tears away. “I love you.” He blurted out.

“I love you too.” She smiled fondly and placed a quick kiss on his lips before doctors came in and threw her away from the room.

If u dnt mind may I req again? How about Zen that suddenly can come to the real world and search for MC? But yea MC isn't the one like she's in messenger (MC looks like ourselves reader), so MC the first one see him and recognize, ends up fluff? ❤Ty!

Of course,you can request again, as along as requests are open feel free to request. Ilike this idea, I also like the idea of MC being in control of their world, I’mjust a sucker for fantasy things. I’ve decided to go for the idea that MysticMessenger isn’t a game, it’s an alternate dimension, and it’s not seen as agame. 

Also, Ihaven’t played the April Fools route, but I’ve heard Zen mentions being indifferent dimensions? I’m not sure, but it won’t be based off that. Sorry ifthat’s what you wanted, but I hope you still like my version!

It occurredto him very suddenly, one day, that this was not your world. So many things youdid and said, and who you were, they justdidn’t fit.Zen’s premonition dreams weren’t helping what he thought, he tried to shake offthe way he felt, but then Seven began to say things that just didn’t add up.

“Lololol are you at that Visual Novel??”

 “Ah, maybe you’re a glitch! Oh no!

 “I’m so glad I created this dimension… ” 

Zen got moreand more curious as to what was really happening, what was going on behind thecurtain, behind the scenes, behind the screen. One night, he found himselfstaring at one of your messages on his phone for hours. He kept staring at it,over and over. 

MC: I wish I could see you!

 Zen: Why can’t you?

 MC: Different dimension ):

 Zen: Dimensions?

 MC: Ah… yeah, I mean, completely different places… you know?Haha!

Why didn’t itfeel right? He couldn’t shake the way he felt about what you said, or you altogether.You made him feel so much that he wished he could meet the real you.

Maybe it washis sleep deprivation, or his eyes playing tricks on him, but for a moment heswore he saw his screen flicker, and a voice come from the phone. It soundedlike laughter. He blinked, and stared intensely at the phone, waiting for it tohappen again. 

But it didn’t.

He sighed andplaced his hand on your profile picture, trying to feel a little closer to you.

“I want to see you, the real you, why am I trapped behind ascreen?”He hadn’t really meant to say it, but he did say it, and when the words lefthis mouth he felt his body jolt and everything went white. 

When heopened his eyes’ he was looking up a ceiling, he groaned and sat up, lookingaround at his surroundings. Whathappened? Where was he? Did he pass out from getting drunk again? He squintedinto the darkness, a faint outline of a wardrobe, and a bookcase, a tv, a desk,a bed..

He was in someone bedroom.

He stoodquickly, and caught the eyes of you, sitting on your bed with your phoneclutched to your chest and a pillow up to protect you. He almost wanted tolaugh- what was a pillow going to do?

“Z-Zen?” You whispered in disbelief, staring at his tall figure standingin the middle of your room. 

“I’m so sorry for intruding, I don’t know where I am, or howI got here, can you help me?” He asked, you got off your bed and approached him slowly,touching the sides of his face lightly. 

“You don’t know who I am, do you?” You questioned, a little amused. Somethingwith your smile, and your voice, clicked in his head.

“MC?!” He almost screamed. You chuckledand nodded, smiling brightly at him. He picked you up and spun you around,hugging you close, when he set you down he had a confused look.

“But- how- you look so much different- what?” 

“It’s me, Zen, the real me. My world Me” to anyone else you probablywould’ve sounded insane, but Zen understood. He hugged you again, tightly,afraid that if he let go you’d disappear and change again. 

“I’m so confused, what does this mean? What am I?” He began to doubt his existence,which frightened him a little. 

“What I said, when we first met, I truly did download an app,but I never went anywhere in this world, I picked options on my phone… Ithink I created someone in your world when I downloaded the app” you were a little spookedby your own words, creating someone felt wrong, and weird. 

“That’s so weird” he said, but he couldn’t wipe the silly smile off his face, hewas so happy he finally met you, the real you. 

“You’re not disappointed, are you, by what you see?” You questioned, a little worriedhe’d say yes.

“Never” He reassured you, wrappinghis arms around you. 

The two ofyou sat down on you bed and talked, about random things, your lives, the RFA,anything that seemed interesting. Eventually sitting turned to cuddling, and asyou slowly began to fall asleep you could hear Zen telling you he’d protectyou. 

Okay so I have an idea for a part two but it’d be angsty andprobably hurt a lotta people but if you’re interested let me know guys.

I was writing the outline for the wedding sabotage au until i got bored. So I watched one of my fave movies Marie Antionette and had this idea. Wrote this drabble in a couple hours. It has come to my attention, after discovering a possible invasion and attempt to conquer Delfeur, that I, King Aleron de Vere, implore a disparate annex towards Vere. It would be unwise to take an area of Veretian soil and expect absolute subjection. The Delfeurean people are loyal to the crown of Vere and a war against our country will cause the death of a great many young men and would impact the taxes of both our nations. Raises in taxes will lead both our people to restless behavior and acrimony towards you, King Theomedes. For you will be solely responsible for this war. You must also take into consideration that when compelling my people under your rule, they too will remember that you are solely responsible.

I would like to make an offer that both kingdoms, Vere and Akielos, should find presentable and most suitable for avoidance in war. Prince Damianos, heir to Akielos, is of age to marry and is yet to be. It is in Vere, The Council, and my greatest interest and contentment that my youngest son, Prince Laurent de Vere, has recently come of age. From what I have heard of your most honorable son is that he prefers the physiognomy that my son bears. Prince Laurent is an intelligent young man but knows when to hold his tongue, follow orders, and sustain his duties. In my most unbiased opinion I see it as a very tolerable match and constitutes itself as a preferred one of the people when the knowledge that it keeps from war is greatly acknowledged.

I hope you take this into great consideration. For both my people of Vere and the people of Akielos have their lives in your most dignified hand.

The Regent finished and looked up towards his brother, King Aleron.

“See, dearest brother, all you need is to sign the document. I’ll have it sent and we wait for King Theomedes’ answer.” The Regent gave a wicked grin and placed and pen and paper on the desk in front of King Aleron, who had his head resting gravely against his hand.

“Laurent goes off to marry some sweaty barbaric-”

“He is much more use there than he is here. Prince Auguste is the only heir we desire and Laurent wastes his time riding and reading books and when not doing that he is distracting Prince Auguste with such nonsense.”

“A royal marriage will not only be beneficial to this Kingdom but to Laurent as well. He will be forced to learn Akielon and practice the social cues of both Veretian and Akielon.”

King Aleron gave a heady sigh. “And the council agrees with this idea?”

“They admire it greatly. They appreciate not sending their sons to war and sending the surly Prince away.” King Aleron gave a boisterous laugh. His younger brother only smiled and picked up the pen to hold it out towards his brother.

“One signature and two things happen: You stop a war and are beloved by both Veretian and Akielon alike, or King Theomedes denies the fruitful request and will be blamed by every mother who lost a son. Either way, you’re golden.”

King Aleron took the pen from his brother’s gloved hand and pondered up at him for a moment, distressing “how did you conclude to this idea?”

“I saw Laurent was...of age and yet so unbecoming of a Prince of Vere. I told him punishment would rain down on him and he refused to believe me.”

“So this is a punishment towards Laurent?”

The Regent puckered his lips in thought. It took him only a second to spew “a punishment is for teaching. This is Laurent’s lesson into his becoming of a noble Prince. And is,” The regent placed his finger just above the area for King Aleron to sign. “The very future of Vere.”

Studying the paper once over, King Aleron signed his salient signaturea and handed the paper back to his brother. When The Regent went to make his leave he was stopped by a sharp grip around his wrist. He turned back and gazed upon his older brother, who flipped his wrist upside down and kissed it once. “You have done a great service to me and this Kingdom, brother.” The Regent offered only a half smile and a nod.

“You know how much I care for you and this Kingdom,” and he permanently made his leave for the night.

“It’s a dirty trick.” Kastor stated, loudly. It was only after several seconds of King Theomedes finishing the letter that Kasor had made the bold and derogatory statement.

“Perhaps, King Aleron is truly offering an olive branch in an attempt to avoid war-”

“Oh Gods, Damianos you cannot actually be serious? Your blind trust in these Veretian snakes is the real reason why Akielos would lose all its land to Vere.”

“Enough, Kastor. How dare you speak to your brother that way.” Kastor had only fumed at his father’s words, but held his jaw taut and avoided saying anything else for the brief moment.

“This proposal is an interesting one,” King Theomedes rubbed at his beard in reflection. “It shows that Vere is vulnerable, and that they cannot afford to fight in the war so they are attempting

“Or they are fully prepared to fight a war and are trying to offer an unknowingly better option.”

Kastor and Damen both began to argue over each other, Kastor pronouncing “bullshit this is an obvious attempt to trick us-

“Trick us? You act as though peace is such a terrible option-

“-into bringing in their veretian whore to spy while barely missing a war they know they couldn’t win-”

“Kastor don’t you dare refer to an innocent 13 year old as a ‘whore’ and ‘spy that’s indecorous-’”

“Oh look, father! Damen is already defending the little slut. Throw the ceremonial chiton on him now there is sure to be a most congenial wedding!”

A hard slam against the mahogany desk brought both the Akielon princes to attention. Damen turned towards his father with his head down while Kastor continued to carry his ill-look of disdain towards his brother. “This is not how my sons and heirs to this throne behave.”

A nod from Damen followed by a “Yes King, I apologize for my behavior. If I were to debate with another King I would be considered uncouth and childish.” Damen continued to keep his head down.

“I appreciate your apology, Damen, and forgive you under the fact that you are 19 and still learning. Kastor?” Kastor crossed his arms and rocked on his feet, displaying that he was not going to apologize for his, what he considered, rightful outburst. “Very well then. Damen you will tell me your opinion on this, Kastor will have no word,” at this Kastor uncrossed his arms and his countenance held a mixture of disbelief and heavy indignance.

“Father this is unwise-”

“You dare tell your King and Father how to-”

“No I am simply trying to make you understand that Damen is naive when it comes to foreign affairs and should not be given to decide on such a paramount decision.”

“I’ve had enough of your insolence, Kastor,” King Theomedes held his body up in a commanding form, yet still held grace and nobility while pointing his eldest son towards the door. Damen gazed upon his father’s stance, attempting to memorize and learn from its power. “Leave now.”

“But Father!”

“I am your King and you will do as I say before I throw you over this desk and beat your ass with a stick while the council watches.”

There was a standoff between father and son in that moment. Kastor had not left and Damen was experiencing physical anxiety from the idea of disobeying his father the way Kastor was. Eventually Kstor left by stomping his feet and slamming the chamber doors. King Theomedes shook his head but gave his full attention back to Damianos.

“What is it you wish to do, Damianos?”

“I believe accepting the extended olive branch will prove most prosperous between our two kingdoms. I cannot help but feel that if we go straight to war, without seeking a different, more peaceful approach, that we would be deceptive and irresponsible with our people.

King Theomedes nodded gracefully, “Laurent is only 13. You don’t seem to become hot at the idea of a youthful boy.”

“No, I do not and never will. I was thinking to make sure the arrangement stays solidified, Prince Laurent may stay in our Kingdom. Learns our Language and culture norms, then when he comes of age I take him as my bride.”

“The council?”

“I can take my argument of why this is a more acceptable idea than war. And if you are to be on my side they would be much more willing.”

“And Kastor? He will not agree to this at all.”

“This decision is more important than what Kastor agrees with.”

“He is your brother,” King Theomedes reminded.

“Yes but this is Akielos’ and Vere’s future and I am heir to the throne not Kastor and who I pick for my bride, especially if it benefits the people is not his concern.” Damen was starting to sweat under the hot breeze and excitement from his presentation. After his father stared him down for what seemed hours, Damen received a wide smile. King Theomedes walked out from behind the desk and threw his arm around his son, pulling him in close.

“That’s the passion I love, Damianos. The passion of a true king! I will stand by your side in this decision, Damianos. Remember, it is your first major one and foretell your strength as a leader and decision maker. Do not make a mistake, son.”

“I will think thoroughly and carefully and audit any advice or grievances given to me.” Damen placed his hand on his father’s shoulder and stared into his eyes. “I am grateful for this trust you have given me, Father-King. I will not disappoint.”

King Theomedes smiled and hugged his son briefly. Once he released Damen he went towards the chamber doors to tell a guard to fetch the council at once. He halted and glanced back at Damen.

“This Prince Laurent will need to be protected and gain the people’s approval. Even I hate the idea of him being here but I’m allowing this because of you. Don’t mistake an approval of a decision, for the eradication of an on-going prejudice.” 

Damen was completely unaware of what to say as he was left alone in the King’s advisory room. But from his father’s warning, he suspected that perhaps a war might have been easier.

HOLY FUcK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (aka i went on a date and here is what happened)

SO HELLO EVERYONE HAPPY VDAY I WENT ON A DATE WITH A BOY AND IT WAS REALLY FUN

i got there a little early (we were meeting at starbucks) and was just waiting and he was like... 20 minutes late which Sucked but he apologized a lot (he said there was traffic) and we hugged when he got there and then sat and talked for a while and told each other our life stories

he’s like very much an open book and i’m very much inexperienced

he is a sophomore in college but he’s 19 (20 next month tho) and he’s majoring in like compsci which is cool

he said i remind him of his ex which is like... yikes a little and he’s been with like... a Bunch of girls but he knows it was my first dating experience ever and he kpet being like “i can’t believe nobody’s asked u out? ur so cute?” whihc u know me and me ego... it was nice....

also tho he kept being like “so much pressure bc it’s ur fist vday with someone and ur first date!” and i was like nah it’s chill bc really i went today with no expectations so it’s not like i expected him to like fly me to paris or anything

and he told me he was nervous and we both like were a little but by the end i wasnst really anymore

so we left starbucks and wandered around a little, we went into dicks and he tried to explain rugby to me bc he plays it lol and i explained like... feminism to him and also politics bc he’s not into that but he seemed open so we’ll see

and then we went into a store and smelled candles and then we went into this little art gallery and looked at expensive art and tried to interpret it and told each other stories and then we walked to the parking lot and he !!!!!!!!!!!!! held my hand!!!!!! like first we did it not with our fingers intertwined and he was like “no no this isn’t how u do it” and we intertwined our fingers and he like swung my hand and it was So good

(also at one point he kinda like? tickled my stomach while he was like walking the other direction? it’s hard to explain but my heart fucking Fluttered oh my god)

so we drove separately (my request) over to the mall bc he works at the boba place and so does his sister and he had to pick her up so we shared a boba and wandered around the mall a little and we sat like on the steps at the little fountain wish place and our legs were touching and he complimented me and asked me questions and we talked about stuff more and he like.. put his head on my shoulder and he told me he wanted to kiss my cheeks but he’d wait bc he wanted to be chill since it was my first date

and then he walked me to my car and didn’t hold my hand bc i told him i was worried i’d see someon ik bc like it’s the mall and he hugged me in the parking lot and said he had fun and that next time maybe he’ll kiss me and i am!!!!!!!!!!! dying!!!
