hand over head. thinking about husband!katsuki who's just showered, towel strung low and water glistening over his still damp skin. there's a valley, pinched skin between his brow and the hint of a frown pulling at the corners of his lip. he's so pretty like this. pretty. and frustrated. and seemingly on the hunt for something in his chest of drawers.

even his shoulders are taut, the muscles at the small of his back pinch and ripple as he cards through the upper most drawer—socks on the left, underwear on the right. typically. but not this time.

he shoves the empty drawer closed, dresser hitting the wall with a conspicuous 'ka-thunk'. your arms fold, legs cross.

"watch it, bakugou katsuki."

he turns to you then, acknowledging your existence for the first time since he stormed into the house, muddy boots, and gloves, and bag strewn carelessly across the foyer. "did'ya do laundry?"

"you've been home an hour and that's the first thing you say to me?" you level your voice, hoping to not sound as petty as you feel, "besides, it's your turn, isn't it?"

his arms fold, biceps bulging against his chest, "no, it's not. what do we even have the damn schedule f'r?"

a pillow is lobbed in his direction—one that he easily swats away. there's a huff, a rumble from the depths of his chest that rattles his frame. his eyes close, fists clench. "f'rget it."

he turns on a dime, off to cool the ticking time bomb that is his temper. you sigh, voice catching him mid-step, softer than before, "bad day?"

he swallows, throat bobs, but says nothing. the bed creaks when you stand, one step at a time like you might frighten him. "wanna talk about it?"

"no," he grumbles. "i don't."

"alright." you turn him without much fight, fingers at his waist, dipping softly at his hips. your lips find his collarbone first, his chest, and then down, down, down until they reach the faded scar at his ribcage, stopping at a more recent one below his navel. your knees press slowly against the carpet. "can i make it better?"

he shifts, fingers twitching at his sides. the towel around his waist tents conspicuously. "...already showered."

you thumb circles against the backs of his thighs. "is that a no then?"

something like a groan dies in his throat but he doesn't protest—not when your fingers dip below the edge of the towel, or when you're pulling the fabric from his waist to pool at his feet. it's not until your lips find the base of his shaft that he stops you, big hand at the base of your skull, thumbing at your jaw.

his eyes are red, lovedrunk, but guilty. "didn't mean ta'," he starts, voice low, and coarse like gravel, "—didn't mean t'snap at ya."

you press a kiss to his thigh and he shudders, trembling like ripples in an otherwise still pond. "i know."

"i—" he swallows, flushed from throat to ear, "i'll do the dishes t'night."

your lips tremble, the suggestion of laughter on your breath. "okay."

maybe you'll tell him about the clean laundry in the dryer, after all. later though, maybe after you've taken his temper into your own hands.

Well it’s not a bad thing but IF YOU WANT TO WATCH IT, GO IN BLIND, thats how I watched it and I loved it!! (but i cannot recommend without giving a warning about the violence, there’s a lot and it’s not just punching/fighting violent)

ok i just reblogged a users thing on kfam and i just wanted to yap on a post myself. So i kinda stalk the tag and its full of criticism (which is great because the show isn’t perfect and can use some Greatly needed tweaks that the creator doesn’t want to listen to *eye roll*), but also some just straight up bashing. I love hating so I obviously don’t have a problem with people just Straight up not liking it, power to you… but if you use your own prejudice abt the show or the creators to bastardize the show’s messages or reasons for character plots/arcs/etcs.. You’re super annoying! I mentioned this in the rb but there are so many moving parts to the show that just because you dont like the creator, doesn’t mean you can just throw away everyone else’s hardwork on the show.

examples of complaints that i’ve seen and can’t stand:

1. its too raunchy/the humor is mean: You watch south park calm down. But also like… okay?? some people like that kinda humor, not everything is sanitized copy paste fun love no cursing rainbows. If it’s not for you, then it’s not for you.. it’s not a comment to how valid the show is because they say fuck on occasion

2. sammy being gay and his arc came out of nowhere: You obviously don’t have media literacy because from like day one there has been little moments that hint at sammy’s past. His aversion to everyone referring to him as “shotgun” is obvious, but then you have him correcting pete when calling dwayne and kirk friends, his voice being scratchy at the beginning of ep49 because he Probably just stopped crying abt jack and is dismissing his feelings for the show, etc. His whole thing is being cagey and a closed book, only letting everything out when greg pushes him later. Plus the show ended prematurely at ep 100 which is rlly short for current audio dramas, so that means we hypothetically would’ve had more time with these revelations than not

3. greg’s character is inherently abelist: i saw someone say that greg is autistic coded and therefore everyone dogging on his ‘special interest’ of frogs and his relationship with his grandma was insensitive and ableist. None of these things imply he was meant to be autistic or made to make fun of autistic people.. he’s literally just a freak. He was made to be a gross adult child who depends on his grandma and is freaky w frogs. idk if you see these aspects and are like “we’ll he’s clearly neurodivergent and this demonizes that”.. Idkkkk thats weirdd. I mean of course it’s fine to have headcannons and autistic people aren’t just one way, everyone can be a freak neurodivergent or not.. but to use your headcannon to shit on cannon and therefore the creators intentions w the character.. That just makes no sense to me.

Yeah that’s all i got for now. if i think of anything else ill probably rb w more in the tags or smth. Now again, im not saying the show’s perfect, it has some genuine shitty stereotypes and themes and kyle’s a dick but Idk.. ur not going to hell because you like an audio drama.
