Inkspottie, Dobermutt, and trashboatprince were definitely among the people that served as main inspirations to me in the fandom. They were some of the most direct inspirations for the design of my JC au Henry. Having the opportunity to directly interact with them left me absolutely star struck, the asks I had gotten in my inbox were great too, but chronic executive dysfunction always kept me from posting after a certain point…

They’ve mostly moved onto other fandoms, they all still make great art, and I’ll always appreciate the influence they’d had on me back then.

Finally got around to reading Monochrome Madness

@inkspottie Oh god what have you done to me. While I was reading I noticed that our Henry’s actually have some stuff in common! Being widowed, serving in the army, and a few other things that I thought were kinda funny. Then I decided to doodle this because honestly they need to make a Henry support group from all the stuff they’ve been through. Plus I imagine that since my Henry is a art teacher he would’ve had to teach students that used ASL and would learn it himself to help them.

Considering who Mike’s adopted family is, multidimensional counterparts is not that surprising. But the fact that @doberart Michael didn’t need decades to learn to ask for help like Mike Pines did, that’s what’s shocking.

When I was a toddler, my punishment for picking fights with my sister was a timeout so I’d smack her, run away, put myself in the timeout corner for a bit, then run back to smack her again and I’d do this until my parents caught on and gave me a different punishment.

Anyway, just now my Doberman mix was doing his obedience routine and there’s this part where he has to stand on this big rock in the yard while waiting for the next command but my step-brother’s Bernedoodle puppy wanted to play and was distracting him so he jumped off the rock, smacked her with his paws, and jumped back on the rock like nothing had happened.

It felt like I was watching myself.
