Dreadwing/Optimus/Magnus/Predaking again

Optimus and Ultra Magnus have been separated for soo long, they don't even know if the other is still alive..

Optimus is so happy that Dreadwing agreed to live with them, he really had a feeling something bad would happen otherwise.. The rest of the team gets used to Dreadwing at varying speeds (Arcee being chill with him is so funny but also I can see it perfectly). But Optimus *really* gets attached, spending a lot of time with Dreadwing (which makes sense, he's the team leader and the one who convinced Dreadwing to stay !)

Optimus and Ultra Magnus are SO relieved once everything calms down and they can finally rejoice that the other is still alive.. Despite all this time spent lightyears apart, despite the War, they're together again and still as in love as ever..

Though of course, Optimus is quick to explain to Magnus how Dreadwing joined them, how he's gotten attached to him and how he thinks it's more than friendship.. They have a long talk - while cuddling in bed - and Magnus ends it by giving Optimus his blessings to pursue Dreadwing.. though now he really wants to learn to know the guy better ! It's no small feat to snatch his husband's heart.. (Magnus and Dreadwing do form a friendship, at the same time Optimus and Dreadwing get involved romantically)

Then somehow Magnus, after being taken during the fight, convinces Predaking of their side of the story, and soon enough he's coming back to the team with Predaking, and there's some weird thing going on there as well.. Optimus is wary, but as long as Magnus is happy then he is as well. And Predaking seems to get along with Dreadwing - they're both warriors of honor etc, they have quite a few things in common - so really, all is good...

Oh my GOD. Dreadwing and Magnus are already pretty big mechs (a truck and a jet !) but Optimus is HUGE, and Predaking, somehow, is even more huge. The space they take up standing is already a lot, but laying down ? It's ridiculous. Of course, Dreadwing and Predaking HAD to curl up together, no other way around it..

The first thing they do, when everyone is getting settled after winning the War.. is get the biggest berth ever, so they can all cuddle up together and be comfortable..

Now. They have an appropriately sized berth. Perfect to pin down their blue boyfriends.. Dreadwing and Magnus are clingy in bed, so whenever they can they're kissing and holding hands.. Optimus and Predaking LOVE watching them do that as they rail the two into the berth.. watching their kiss get more and more messy the longer they go, until Dreadwing and Magnus are basically just holding and nuzzling each other..

luckily nothing bad ever happened to Dreadwing :) never ever :)

augh.... Optimus and Magnus cuddling and talking about how their lives have been since they last saw each other... Optimus telling Magnus more about Dreadwing..... Magnus HAS to get to know the mech whos captured Optimus' spark!!! Magnus and Dreadwing fwiendship 🥺🥺🥺

Magnus somehow convincing Predaking to at least listen (magussy)(actually it was facts and logic™ and mostly Magnus being a fairly stoic put together guy, but also the magussy definitely was a factor)

ohhhhh noooooooooooo Predaking and Dreadwing have to cuddle. oh no 😈😈 Dreadwing has to be the little spoon to his big buff dragon boyfriend-in-law 😈😈😈 (meanwhile Magnus and Optimus are having very soft cuddle time) a massive berth is a MUST!! maybe its a gift from the other autobots (and because they're tired of hearing everything)

Ehehehehehe... After they're done they give Dreadwing and Magnus a break, and then they switch sides 😈😈😈😈

I see you are a fan of rarepairs, may I interest you in tfp Predaking/Dreadwing?

•both have a personal set of morals/ a sense of honour, and value honesty

•both lost their brothers to the Autobots, even though technically the Decepticons (Starscream) were behind the deaths

•Both were lied to by Megatron about the true nature of their brothers' death

•both went on a murderous rampage towards the person responsible once being informed of the truth

•despite realising that the Decepticon cause had fallen very far from it's original noble purpose, they both hated the Autobots too much to fully defect

•they where both done dirty by the writing team

Also I just think that their personalities are compatible, and if given the chance they would go on a date and hunt down Starscream for sport♡

Monsterhunt: Caeldestiir, and her bloodless legions

A titan of ice and sorrow dwells amid the peaks of the far northern mountains, its pained cries summoning storms and avalanches. Most know to keep their distance and leave well enough alone, but the entity's bloody tears bring forth swarms of violent undead that every few years boil off the mountainside like ants from a kicked nest. Something must be done, but how will the party ever hope to challenge such a foe?

The name Caeldestiir originates with the local goliath tribe, meaning "The cold and broken god" in their tongue. In their lore, the creature is the unwanted get of some distant divinity that left it on the mountainside to die of exposure, as is sometimes done with unwanted infants in the harshest of times. Though this legend (and the creature that inspired it) has persisted for generations, the tribe's current jarl Zautho feels somehow responsible for Caeldestiir's recent disquiet, as when she was young she was forced by her family to give up a child deemed too sickly to live. Fear over the gods' judgment and the titan's building wrath has the jarl dispatching runners across the breadth of the tribe's territory, seeking signs, solutions, and allies.

Adventure Hooks:

The party encounters the first of the goliath runners in a bordertown marketplace, being hurried along by the authorities for "causing a ruckous", as they think the emmisarry is some barbarian radical preacher come to lecture them about the sins of civilization. They'll meet another in a noble's court, being given the cold shoulder after being promised a meeting.

After repeated undead incursions across their borders, those of the "civilized" lands will finally be forced to take notice, having ignored the signs for too long and losing their chance at containign the threat. ( Yes, we're doing a game of thrones reference, but unlike GRRM we're not going to take 30 years to resolve it).

Zautho might be the party's greatest ally in facing the frigid threat, but she's become distracted: convinced the rise of the icy titan is somehow the gods' punishment against her specifically. Guilt is not so easy a thing to shake off, so the aparty will have to go questing for knowledge and divine truth to shake the jarl from her despair.

Background:

Few songs are still sung about the dreadmage Feriya , of her plot to force eternal winter on any realm that did not bow to her, of the coalition of unlikely allies that marched north to challenge her army, of the heroes who gave everything to secure her defeat and bring her icy fortress crashing down upon her head.

Centuries since her defeat Feriya's wrathful spirit has yet to fade, trapped as it was in the glacial wreckage that was once the sign of her great authority. Time beyond death has distorted her, diminishing the person she was and leaving behind only her wrath, her power, and the memory of a body being crushed alive. As the distinction between tomb and entombed faded what began as a ghostly stirring has transformed into an elemental colossus, howling with the pain and fury of the north wind as it drags itself across the jagged mountain peaks, phantom bones breaking with each movement.

Mercy would be enough of a reason to put the thing out of its misery, whatever Feriya's ambitions and cruelties she did not deserve such a pained afterlife.

Dreadwing x Optimus x Ultra Magnus x Predaking

Local married trucks each get a boyfriend after convincing them to switch sides. Soon enough it turns into a full polycule.

Local ex decepticons have no idea how it happened but they are NOT going to complain. They're both very possessive and protective of their big-hearted boyfriends.

Ooooooooooo this is good!!!!!!! Ultra Magnus and Optimus have been together for a long time, but have been separated cause of the war... :( Optimus isn't even sure if his husband is alive :(((

Optimus does manage to convince Dreadwing to join the autobots this time around, well, not 'join' them so much as become a neutral who lives with them. He'll have a greater chance to avenge skyquake with the autobots help after all. It's a mess, it takes forever for everyone to even start to get along but Optimus is just happy it worked. And maybe happy he gets to spend more time with Dreadwing... He didn't expect to like the former decepticon as much as he does. They get close, really really close...

(ironically enough I think Dreadwing and Arcee are chill with each other compared to everyone else just because they both bond over wanting to rip Starscream's face off. It's the little things that bring people together ❤️)

And then Ultra Magnus arrives on earth! Drama! Jealously!! Action- nah I'm kidding I think they get along pretty well. Optimus and dreadwing haven't really figured out their feelings yet, but Optimus and Ultra Magnus have a long talk about Dreadwing and I think they've always had a very loving free relationship ❤️❤️

Also I think Dreadwing and Ultra Magnus would just get along in general. In a non war au they should be friends!

And then, during the fight with Predaking, Ultra Magnus gets taken. Dreadwing's showing up tipped the scales for the autobots but Predaking still wants answers! He needs someone to answer for his kin needlessly dying!!! And that's how he finds out it was the cons who caused it. Drama! Horror!!! Romance!!!!!!! Wait- romance!?!? 😳😳😳😳

Anyways they have a thing™ going on and Ultra Magnus manages to clumsly convince Predaking to return to the autobots with him.

The bed situation in the autobot base is dire 😭 4 of the biggest guys wanna share a bed and that is NOT an option, they don't have enough room, truly tragic.....sometimes of course they want to sleep one on one, including a few memorably times Ultra and Optimus wanted to sleep together and Predaking and Dreadwing had to curl up together ('had to' acting like they didn't willingly curl up together they just didn't want to admit it)

Aughhhh it's all so cute... Good ending for all...

Ok this took me so long to answer because I was also trying to come up with a funny reason for Dreadwing and Ultra Magnus to bone. Anyways. You know those AU's where Megatron and Optimus get back together and run away together? Yeah that leaves Ultra Magnus and Dreadwing stuck forced to be the ones dealing with 'peace'.

Starscream is in fact dead 😔 Deadwing and Acree teamed up to shank him in an alleyway. That's the only reason this peace is working out so far

Leading each side SUCKS!! NO ONE LISTENS!!!! Dreadwing and Ultra Magnus both understand why megop just ditched, it's much easier! They're both determined to make it work tho, spending many late nights working together on laws and paperwork.... Really it was only a matter of time before one of them ended up bent over the desk. Dreadwing just so happened to be the one who snapped first and pinned Ultra Magnus down ❤️

It's been soooo long for both of them they both end up overloading so quickly, Magnus clinging to Dreadwing so tightly he can't pull out 🥰 not that Dreadwing minds, he has no plans of pulling out!

They switch who's getting railed, but it helps sooo much with the work knowing they can de-stress with each other! By the time Megatron and Optimus hesitantly check in on everyone again, peace has been forcibly brought to Cybertron ❤️❤️

Listen this g1 video lives in my head rent free. Ultra Magnus being respected by the decepticons is sooo gooood to me. Babygirl deserves it!!!! And maybe respected in a disrespectful way

Shockwave/Ultra Magnus..... Crack ship I thought about for .5 seconds and then immediately became obsessed with....

I'm thinking like. Ultra Magnus is captured by shockwave. He expects to be ransomed back or straight up killed. But instead shockwave tells him he's needed for experiments. So now Ultra Magnus is expecting torture. And then shockwave tells him "I had this dildo made to your exact maximum valve specs" and Ultra Magnus says "what." But by the time he's done talking shockwave's poured half a bottle of cyberlube in his valve and is working the massive spike in there.

And then Ultra Magnus spends the next week being subjected to sexy experiments as shockwave does crazy things to what mechs valve. And then Shockwave mods his valve, and does more sexy experiments. By the time Ultra Magnus does escape he's gone from someone who's had one (1) sexual encounter to a mech who's overloaded more times in a day then most do in their entire lives.

And, if anyone bothered to check, shockwave has every hour of the experiments recorded in his files. He goes back to watch them sometimes for... Research purposes.
