Elite level up Secret. #mindset #elitesecret #socialclimbing : HIERARCHY
An elite secret that is hidden from Western ladies due to level down propaganda and luxury beliefs is hierarchy. There is no such thing as equality or egalitarianism & in any large group either it’s a lie or there is chaos. Even cows have a hierarchy. Did you know it’s illegal to buy an individual cow in Canada? You have to buy cows in friend groups or the other cows will bully the new cow, push it to the back of the feeding line & it will live a miserable life alone at the bottom of the hierarchy.
I know my husband is a startup guy & I like that he wears dressy casual but torn jeans with hoodies is a bunch of rubbish. Elon Musk & Zuckerberg are not your friends and can fire you at will. You are not equal to them and they are not your buddy.
WEALTH IS NOT A DEMOCRACY. It’s a meritocracy. The sooner one understands it the faster your level up is. When you are new to a group your success getting ahead is based on respecting the hierarchy and not being a keener (over excited new A student happy puppy out performing everyone telling people who have been there forever how to do their job when they just arrived).
In Russia we have a saying “don’t impose your rules on someone else’s monastery.” Nigerians, Slavs & Asians believe in hierarchy and if you say it doesn’t exist they are smart enough to see that you are LYING & will go look for it & how to level up that hierarchy. That is why they are at an advantage & those raised in an egalitarian level down propaganda Western culture are at a total disadvantage leveling up.
Even at the office, Chinese & white middle class A student Keener interns in the parliament. The Chinese did better. The Chinese young man was quiet and respectful called everyone Sir the first day. People found it cute & say “no you can call me Jack”. The girl Emily the whyte valedictorian said “I am so excited to be here! And this is how we reorganize the office!”
*
Continued … I heard everyone rolled their eyes at Emily and everyone was making bets on how soon she will be fired. “Emily is such a keener!” Keener is the name Canadians give to overexcited soon to be fired young fools who can’t read the room and read the hierarchy.
*
Telling people what to do who have more experience than you is terribly invalidating and patronizing- the best way to make a lot of enemies. It’s smarter to respect the elderly than have them and more years of wisdom on this earth plot against you.
*
When people at the top would be kind to tell Emily how things are done because of years of experience that in practice things don’t go the same in theory Emily would talk back, bristle & waste people’s time. Emily would say “well you can’t know everything about everything.” When she was an arrogant young know it all with only book learning. Leonardo DaVinci has experience in a lot of things that is why people listen to him.
*
At work and social circles there is a hierarchy based on a combination of competence and experience. Yes there are hidden leaders & seniority.
*
If you want to get to the top you have to know where the social ladder is and how to climb it. So if you are invited to a party to an elite home & it’s your first time don’t tell them how to redecorate the living room or how you know your job better than them.
*
The harsh truth is that nobody cares about your ideas when you are new to a group of mammals. Nobody cared that Emily had higher grades than most of the people above her. The people who moved above her were not total nerds but had a combination of smarts and social skills. Maybe they were not the most intelligent policy analyst or most organized Secretary but they did a good job, had social skills, respected hierarchy and could read the room.
Cheng Lee was very respectful. He did his research asking who is this and who is that. He wasn’t an obsequious beta. He found out who were the important members of parliament for his boss to impress and where his boss had a weakness he could be an asset & cover. He was strategically making friends with assistants of members of parliament his boss needed. Cheng Lee was an intern & Emily was a new hire.
*
Emily got on people’s nerves and got fired within a month. She said “I am a valedictorian from Queens this is what you should do to make the team succeed.” She was nice but felt that everyone including her boss was her equal and treated them all like they were her friends. These are the ladies that say “ban bossy” instead when they should stop barking.
*
When you are new nobody cares what you have to say. At all. Even if you are Einstein. What people care when you are new is how you make them feel! If you make people feel great about you, trust you, like you know you then THEY will come to you for advice and even pay for your dinner.
*
When you build the relationship people care about your ideas. This is resting in your regal feminine. You don’t chase your boss & office mates or the charity committee ladies with your shiny new ideas. Shhhhhh. Let them come to you and sniff you like you don’t chase cats but hold your hand down & let them sniff you.
*
Cheng Lee was resting in his nobility. He was respectful and checking out his surroundings. He showed proper deference to the hierarchy. He did what he was told & found out how to do a good job but not good enough job to threaten people. So this brought interest. He was polite, respectful, consistent, professional, not chatty. The group saw he was not a threat, added value. He made friendships with the right offices and then his member of parliament asked his opinion. He added value without being threatening or obnoxious. Cheng Lee got the contract after his internship while Emily lost her job.
*
Cheng Lee found he can most add value by making his boss well informed and look good in front of key people and developed a relationship with their staff. He was respectful and assertive saying no if he couldn’t do everything asked in a quality way. Cheng figured out the hierarchy and how to be an asset to it while young Emily was barking like a chihuahua to older and experienced people that she is going to change the world and change them because she was a valedictorian in high school and went to a prestigious university. Emily the know it all was resented & Chung Lee respected.
*
Meaghan Markle became Duchess of Sussex & stepped on everyone’s toes. At her first non-profit meeting after her wedding, she wanted to “hit the ground running” showed up with binders, im an American corporate philanthropy style, go go go. In Britain because of the prestige they are underpaid compared to the private sector but they are not rushed & overworked. It’s expected after this public service they leverage the prestige and get paid well to work elsewhere. And she wanted to turn Buckingham palace into Wall Street hustle culture without Wall Street pay. So shortly after the wedding she arrives to the charity with folders of how she wants things to be done without consulting the british board members who were there longer than her. The British Board members were irritated, and they said, "She only just got into this role, why not listen more at first and ease into it."
*
They felt disrespected. The more she was pushy and she was told she was a bit much she bristled against it. She was one of those idiotic feminists who believe if someone tells you diplomatically “you are a bit much” to “take up space” and be a loud chihuahua with all bark and no bite.
*
Big dogs who can bite are annoyed at excited little yapping puppies who bark a lot but are not big enough to bite. Meaghan Markle did not have the years of experience to know how things work because how things work in theory is never how it turns out in practice. So people who have made all the mistakes will get annoyed if a book smart but Street stupid person comes in and lectures people.
*
Princess Catherine respected the hierarchy, and added value. As the hierarchy were impressed they would give her a bigger and bigger role and a say. She wasn’t allowed to wear dress pants in the beginning though she liked them. And wasn’t allowed to be edgy like Queen Letzia because she was just a new Duchess. She did such a great job that she was given freedom to wear VCF, pants & small trendy things. Everyone began to ask for her input. After the Queen past away she became the de facto ambassador because she is better at the role than Camilla.
*
Melania’s ability to read the room and respect hierarchy lead her to the top. Priscilla Chan, Zuckerberg’s wife’s family understood that to join the elite having good grades and going to an Ivy League increased her chances. She is very diplomatic and you see her respecting people before she has her own project.
*
Machioness of Bath Emma Weymouth is Nigerian which is one of the most leveled up communities in the United States. They are like Chinese, study how to work the hierarchy.
*
In Canada Chinese are heavy in real estate and in America Ivy Leagues because that is the easiest way to level up in both countries. Those from high power distance cultures find the hierarchy and work it. Those from pseudo egalitarian cultures alienate people by thinking Elon Musk is their buddy, go drinking with him at a pub night, get hung over, show up to work late then wonder why they got fired.
*
Elite have a meritocracy and friendship is earned over time. If you make them feel respected, are not a threat, have manners and social skills, read the room and add value over time they will invite you.
*
I think schooling does a disservice because a lot of young people want to prove they are a smart A student & going to change the world when no one needs that at the office or Ladies Who Lunch charity committee. When one is new you should not be obsequious but show respect. Formality is the feminine friend.
*
I was reading those who worked in yachts preferred Arab & Russian or Western European bosses. They said European & American bosses would blur the line between being a buddy and a boss but were really a boss so they don’t know where they stood or crossed any lines. They said Arab & Russian bosses are easier because they have a hierarchy and everyone knows where they stand so it’s easier to do your job.
*
When you are dating this means you don’t tell your suitor how to do his job or what stocks to pick. Get him to like and respect you and he will come to you for advice eventually on people situations or even business if you are close.
*
My mother said “it doesn’t matter what you say as much as how you make people feel.” This is especially true if you are new. But a good rule that will help you move up & up. If you make people feel good they will promote you. Once people like you they care for your opinion and elite will find it cool that it differs from theirs & they can learn something from you.
*
Don’t be that annoying know it all on your date and tell your gentleman how he should do things differently. It’s over mothering an adult. Book learning is not a substitute for life experience because there are a lot of externalities. A couple “I know better than everyone else because I am a scientist got booted out here.” My mother told me “the worst thing you can do if you try to force your opinion on others is be right. No adult likes being told what to do. And if you are right then you just make them angrier. Sometimes you have to chose between being right and being happy.”
*
As I said earlier telling people what to do who have more experience than you is invalidating and patronizing- the best way to make a lot of enemies. Even cows have a hierarchy. Accept life is unfair and some people are there only because of their grandfather. Learn to work the hierarchy and make it to the top so people cry that life is unfair because your great grandchildren are old money thanks to your effort. Life maybe unfair but make it unfair towards you.
*
People from hierarchical cultures are more likely to get ahead because they know where the social ladder is even in the "egalitarian" West. The Marchioness of Bath's father in law was a womanizing pyscho and her mother in law was a mean nasty racist not invited to the wedding. Inspite of that she prevailed, got everything she wanted, is best friends with Lady Diana's elegant niece Lady Kitty Spencer. The Machioness of Bath is the second most popular British royal in the high society circuit after Princess Catherine. She is respectful, she adds value. She is a face of Dolce and Gabanna, Vogue editor etc.
*
Here is a great article how Nigerian Americans like Chinese are one of the most successful ethnic communities in the United States. https://medium.com/@joecarleton/why-nigerian-immigrants-are-the-most-successful-ethnic-group-in-the-u-s-23a7ea5a0832 "Now that I think of it, the Nigerian friends that I made in university, all of them, excepted for one, was on the Dean’s list. Subsequently, many of them won several awards and accolades for their academic achievements." They are ambitious and work the hierarchy up to the top. https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2015-10-13/it-isn-t-just-asian-immigrants-who-excel-in-the-u-s-
*
Work that hierarchy like it’s a runway, it’s your first fashion show and the rent was due yesterday. Work it ladies! This group is great practice for the real world. Don't be a keener who invalidates people with experience saying now that smart you are here, you are going to change the world, change the lives of these old tired people even though you have no experience and turn everything upside down. Don't be obsequious and worship more experienced or richer girls with chasing energy - but like befriending a cat smile, let them come to you and come smell you first.
*
As much as I say add value, in the beginning its not what you know but how you make others feel at ease that gets people to let their guard down and then ask for your input. Don't be a chasing "pick me! pick my smart brain" or a Lookameisha "Look at my smart brain!" These masculina attitudes don't work with gentlemen, of course they aren't going to work with elite. Instead smile, flirt, receive. Compliment people. Appear consistently not causing trouble. Read the room and let people come to you instead of lecturing people you just met how to live because you are so smart.
*
Many of you are brilliant. It's a mix of book smarts, street smarts and social skills that get you to the top, not straight A's. So if you make those there before you feel respected, like you and wait for them to ask you for your opinion instead of aggressively chase them with binders, you will find yourself ahead of most young social climbers these days.
*
"Equality" is a delusion and form of propaganda fed to the western lower classes so ladies think a broke dusty loser is the same as Mike Zuckerberg because they wear hoddies and jeans. This way non-elite ladies get confused and never pose competition to gatekeepers. All elite among mammals have a hierarchy and among human elite its a combination of merit and nepotism. If you find the hidden hierarchy, respect it, work it... it will help you much more than a person with a Harvard degree telling everyone how to live like their boss was their child, because they are going to change the world for climate change as the "last generation". The more you understand social justice - the more you can see it gatekeeping. They teach you to waste your youth disrespecting hierarchy in the name of injustice while their daughters marry up into it!
