Your boss's porygon is shiny right? Do you or him know how shiny porygon "work"? In the sense of if they're just code that can be altered are shiny ones just made with a different color scheme from the start?
Altend's shiny yeh. Tbh tho, good question I have no clue.
OK I saved this to drafts & asked 86 & forgor until I came back to see what drafts I had yikes sorry BUTTT ANSWER TIME!
Ok so basically they're made with code that allows for the “shiny particles” in the physical and digital worlds. The code somehow fucks with some of their other code, so these potentially affected lines of code get changed to accommodate. 86 said it was a good way to see if shiny porygon are legit: analyzing the code to see if only the color is different, if the “shiny particles” code is present, and if other lines are different. He also mentioned that shiny porygon often have a line of code that doesn't actually do anything depending on the year & location of manufacture — it's just a sentence or a face or smth but non-shiny porgs just don't have one of these specific superfluous lines.

Whenever I see the they/them please in your bio I am strongly reminded of the meme where the guy says "he looks very polite", the t-rex arms thing that some people so, or of a sad little teary wet dog. I really hope you know that you absolutely don't have to ask, that you could just say they/them.
.
#ah#on some level I know yes#and it's very nice of you to come and say that to my face because it certainly feels good to hear it ;-;#answered#anonymous#this has nothing to do with anything but I've noticed that do the t-rex arms thing when I'm really tired#at one time I was emptying the dishwasher and thinking to myself 'why is this taking so much time and effort??'#then realized I had been keeping my left arm folded against my chest the whole time and was doing everything with just one hand

Do you have a headcaon of how the TNBC got into the city in Disney heroes battle mode and how they met people who were way different than them.
Huh...it's been a long time since I've played Disney Heroes: Battle Mode! I remember the characters being confused on how they got there. Maybe it's like a Wreck-It-Ralph 2 situation, and TNBC exists as one of many Disney properties, and there just happens to be a digital city that they're moved to currently overrun by viruses, maybe done by Disney itself or its fans....I've no clue!
I haven't played the story in a long, *long* time, so I forget the premises with that. The friendships are pretty strange in that game sometimes, so maybe while they're fighting alongside other people, they just happen to find things they have similar with them? Odd and strange friendships, indeed!
#disney heroes: battle mode#disney heroes#ask#anonymous#headcanons#there is a jack skellington and mickey mouse quest so it cant get any weirder than that#dhbm is really interesting that it makes a friendship between two characters youd NEVER think about!#i love it honestly and i wish i had all of the tnbc friendship missions logged somewhere#maybe someday ill try to collect them all but. huhm. the reason i stopped playing is cause the game got so big#in the sense that they have SOOO many characters and things added to it now#that i feel so far behind and overwhelmed and cluttered when i play#i think i had over 200 chests to open last time i logged in#so not something i think ill pick up again#ive been frequenting disney mirrorverse nowadays#which is also a very fun au in my eyes! strange one but still intriguing to me#ohh also my inbox is empty after this#still says i have one in there but tumblr is so wonky

Below the Mask| simon "ghost" riley
You never understood the hype around Ghost.
He was quiet. Rigid. All black gear and that damn skull mask. The kind of man you nod at in passing and hope doesn’t acknowledge you, because if he does, it’s usually just a grunt or a stare sharp enough to slice skin. And yet—somehow—everyone wanted him.
Soap joked about Ghost having a fan club. Said women slid into his DMs just from hearing his voice on comms. The others called him “enigmatic.” Mysterious. Sexy.
You called him emotionally constipated.
So no—you didn’t get it. You weren’t interested. He wasn’t even your type.
Until the day he saved your life.
Until the day you saw how he moved—fluid and brutal, dropping bodies like a ghost in the dark—and then turned to you like you were the only thing worth looking at. Until the way he grabbed your arm, steady and warm, his voice low in your ear: “Stay behind me.”
That was the first crack.
The second came weeks later. On a stakeout, the two of you crammed in a cold abandoned apartment, watching a warehouse through grimy glass. For hours, he said nothing—until he did.
“You snore,” he muttered, deadpan, eyes still on the window. You turned, blinking. “Excuse me?” He cut you a glance. “Last op. You do this little… choking sound. Like a dying pigeon.” You laughed despite yourself. “I do not.” “Do.” His tone didn’t change, but you could feel the smirk behind the mask.
That was when you started watching him differently. Listening. Noticing how his hands flexed when he was focused. How he only ever stood between you and a potential threat. How that fucking mask made it impossible to read him—and somehow, that made him more dangerous.
Still, you kept your distance. Told yourself it was just curiosity. Boredom. The mind playing tricks.
Until the op in Prague.
Everything went to hell—ambush, tight hallways, blood on your sleeve. You got separated from the team, backed into a stairwell, breath ragged, gun shaking. And then—Ghost. Kicking in the door. Wrapping an arm around your waist and dragging you to safety. The two of you slammed into the wall of an empty room, chest to chest, hearts pounding.
“Fuck,” you breathed, trying to steady yourself.
His hand gripped your waist. Tight. His eyes pinned you like a blade to a throat.
“You alright?” You nodded. He didn’t let go.
The tension crackled. You could hear your own pulse. And then—His hand slid to your throat. Not choking. Not threatening. Just resting there. Dominant. Heavy. Like he was claiming something. And you didn't stop him.
Didn’t stop him when his body pressed harder into yours. When his thigh shoved between yours. When his forehead dropped against yours, masked, but close enough to feel the heat of his breath.
“You sure?” he asked, voice frayed at the edges.
You nodded. Whispered, “Keep the mask on.”
And that’s when everything made sense.
The obsession. The attention. Because from underneath him—from the floor, breathless, back arching as his hips rolled into yours with brutal precision—it wasn’t about seeing his face. It was about the way he fucked like he didn’t need words. Like he could devour you without saying a single thing.
The mask was part of it. The mystery. The anonymity. The intensity.
And you? You crumbled beneath it.
Now, you look at him differently. Now you feel that stare like a brand. Now, when Soap teases you about Ghost’s “charm,” all you do is smirk.
Because you know the truth.
The view from underneath him is enough to ruin you. And some part of you—dark and unrepentant—wants to stay ruined.

“..you sound pretty.”
you froze, the slightly familiar voice sending a shiver down your spine. “who’s this?” you swallowed thickly, already having a gut feeling. “you know who i am.” with a demeaning tone like that, you only had one guess. “so out of all of the usernames you could’ve came up with; ‘country club’ was the one that stuck?” rafe smiled to himself before taking a drink from the liquor in his glass. he was alone on the druthers now with nothing but you on his mind, along with his mystery girl that he never stopped thinking about.
“it’s just a nickname a friend of mine gave me,” he explained, “no one else knows me by it so that’s why i chose it.” you hummed, a hint of curiosity piquing your interest. “really? who?” you asked him in a poor attempt to get something out of him. “ah, you wouldn’t know him. he’s from the cut.” now you were really interested. “the cut? how did you end up being friends with someone from over there?”
rafe was quiet for a few moments.
“it’s a long story. i think you’d find out who i am if i told you about it.” you tried to think about any drama or gossip that chanel may have filled you in about at some point but ultimately came up empty handed. “i see..” deciding to change the subject, you asked him about something that actually had relevance. “so what had you so wrapped up earlier?” rafe sighed, your pictures from earlier flashing in his mind.
“i was on a date— if you could even call it that,” he laughed, “the amount of bitchy attitude this girl throws at me every time i see her is crazy.” you ignored the spark of jealousy that lit up in your core, your eyes narrowing as you thought of all the things he could’ve been doing with someone else that wasn’t you.
rafe had a very specific reason for bringing someone else up and just like he had hoped, you fell right into his trap. “yeah? you should probably call her and talk to her instead.” you were quick with your remark, rolling your eyes before settling underneath your plush comforter.
“i think i already am.”
you bit the inside of your cheek, a sense of panic washing over you as you thought about your earlier encounter with rafe. could you really be the girl that quote unquote ‘throws bitchy attitude at him every time you see him’? it would be hard to tell considering you threw bitchy attitude towards everyone, but still, his words caused your train of thought to come to a screeching halt. “no, that’s impossible.” to be in denial when you two were this far along in your arrangement was simply delusional, but you couldn’t help but deny his theory.
“you think so?” he sat back in his seat overlooking the water. “i know so. cause i went on a date tonight as well.. and i personally find the guy insufferable— hot, definitely, but insufferable nonetheless, and i’d like to think that if me and you have ever talked or interacted in person we’d at least get along in some way.” now it was rafe’s turn to feel jealousy burn through his chest at the mention of you going on a date with someone else other than him.
“you went on a date?” the calm tone in his voice was now replaced by assertiveness, his jaw clenching as he imagined you getting all dolled up for some loser. “yes.” you don’t know why, but you felt like you had did something wrong. “and you said he was hot?” rafe downed the rest of his drink, pouring himself another shortly after. “yes..” you answered again, a hint of a smile playing on your lips, “i’d fuck him even though i told him it would never happen.” if rafe couldn’t understand what was so similar between you and his personal internet slut then, he definitely knew what it was now. you had to be her.
rafe thought about your words from earlier.
“why i don’t like you, or why i won’t let you fuck me?”
you had such a smart mouth on you, the only thing rafe could think about was how he’d shut you up by filling your throat up with his cock. “it’s funny you say that. i could’ve sworn my brat of a ‘date’ said the same thing to me.” suddenly you felt like you were in enemy territory, every single one of your sensible instincts urging you to hang up the phone. “uhm—” you cleared your throat awkwardly, “i wonder if she has any idea that i’d fuck her senseless if only she’d let me.” your mind drifted off to rafe again, and the way he was looking at you before you left; as if he knew you something you didn’t.
“tell her that next time you talk to her.” you shot back, rolling your eyes as he muttered a ‘i will.’
deciding to move into the cabin inside the druthers, rafe slid the door shut behind him before be turned the lights off, a groan leaving his lips as he took a seat on the couch. “so why’d you call me? you know, since you’re obviously interested in someone else.” rafe scoffed, rolling the tension out of his shoulders before blinking up at the ceiling. he was amused by everything that came out of your mouth. “i’m not interested in anyone else. i think i have you figured out, and if i’m right then this couldn’t be anymore perfect.”
rafe imagined you being the one on the phone with him right now, your hand in between your thighs as you got off to the sound of his voice. he imagined you wearing nothing, those pretty tits of yours on full display. “and if you’re wrong?” you teased. “i’m not. i can’t be.” while you had no idea who he could be envisioning, you had no problem waiting for the day to prove him right or otherwise. “i guess we’ll just have to play the waiting game until we can’t anymore..” rafe hummed in agreement. “well that won’t be very long then.”
you hoped not.
there was a beat of silence before rafe’s voice sounded through your receiver. “sooo.. what are you wearing right now?” you groaned, the cliché and overused line making you shake your head. “you have seriously got to come up with something better to initiate this,” you fiddled with the string of your robe, “but i’ll work with you just this once.” if only you could see the look on rafe’s face right now. “sorry i’m not an experienced phone sex expert, i prefer my sexual encounters in person.” he laughed when you cursed under your breath. “ugh, goodnight.”
while rafe thought you were joking, you had really hung up on him, leaving him both turned on and frustrated.
[10:57 PM] brattydiaries: 1 attachment
[10:57 PM] brattydiaries: and to think.. i really wanted to touch myself. oh well, i’ll see you around ‘country club’
rafe was pissed when he opened your message and saw a picture of you completely naked in your silk robe, his cock stirring at the sight. he could’ve had you rubbing your clit by now if only he would’ve went easy with the remarks.
[11:00 PM] countryclub: you’re gonna make me work hard for it aren’t you.
[11:01 PM] brattydiaries: oh, you have no idea.
and that’s exactly what rafe did. he was persistent, making sure to call you every single night after that until you finally approved of his efforts. he knew from the moment he heard you moan on the phone that it was all worth it.
“f-fuckk, i can’t!” you cried out in frustration as rafe denied you another orgasm. you’ve been at this for an hour now, your panties drenched with your arousal as he taunted you on the other line. “yes you fucking can, you don’t cum until i let you, you understand?” you huffed, your clit aching with sensitivity as you shuddered at his words. “you made me wait all this time to get you like this, you can hold out just a little bit more for me.” rafe grunted, his own hand palming himself through his boxers.
you shuddered, your eyes fluttering shut as he told you all about the things he’d do if he had you there with him. “i’d fucking wreck you, baby,” he moaned, thinking about fucking you to tears until you couldn’t handle it, “fuck’ that attitude right out of you and get you all pathetic and desperate. just like you are right now.” you were at the point where you couldn’t even touch yourself anymore, your orgasm being just in arm’s reach. “please!” you whimpered, your thighs trembling with the need to let go, “i’ve come close so many times already.”
as odd as it may sound, rafe hasn’t let himself cum ever since you two started having phone sex. messaging each other and sending pictures was different— but now that he had your voice in his ears, it made everything feel real. he swore to himself that he wouldn’t let himself finish until he had you in the palms of his hands. maybe it was a way for him to torture himself, but he was determined to make it happen. you were going to be his no matter how long it’d take.
“you’ve gotten so good at begging me for it, you don’t even put up a fight with me anymore.” rafe laughed, thinking about all the times that you were the one turning him down, now you found yourself being completely at his mercy. “..fuck you.” you whined, writhing under your sheets. “soon enough.” rafe whispered, still listening to your pleads. “i could make myself cum right now,” you said breathlessly, “..and you wouldn’t even be able to stop me.” rafe’s jaw clenched, his nostrils flaring slightly as he rubbed the back of his neck.
“do that and you won’t hear from me for three weeks straight. thank god for a block button, right?” you scoffed, your chest rising and falling as you rubbed your thighs together. “matter of fact.. just for that poor excuse of a threat, you’re not cumming at all.” you didn’t get to rebuttal before he hung up, your eyes widening before you groaned. asshole.
“okay, i love our little bottomless mimosa dates but i’m still recovering from last night.” chanel laughed, adjusting the sunnies on her nose. you and your group of girlfriends were out on the patio at the country club, your table filled with fruity drinks and half empty glasses. “oh my god, you should’ve been there, y/n! it got so crazy that someone called the cops and the whole thing had to get shut down.”
you were only paying half attention to what was being said, majority of your focus being.. elsewhere. specifically— rafe out on the golf field, his skin glistening with sweat as the blazing outer banks sun beat down on him. “it sounds crazy.” you hummed, nodding even though you only heard the first half of chanel’s sentence. she eyed you, following your line of vision before a smug grin pulled at her lips.
“so.. how come you’ve been m.i.a?” just as rafe looked up to meet your gaze, you snapped out of your reverie, blinking away. “forreal, it’s like you’ve disappeared these past few weeks.” you looked around at your friends, a nervous laugh escaping from you. how do you even explain to anyone— let alone your best friends, that you haven’t been to any parties or hangouts because you’re too busy getting talked through your third, sometimes fourth, orgasm of the night?
it’s simple; you don’t.
“i’ve been doing a lot of stuff for my parents. it just gets so tiring sometimes, you know?” chanel knew you were lying, but that was a conversation for another time. thankfully, no one questioned you any further and you were free to look back at the man who, for some reason unbeknownst to you, has been plaguing your mind. ever since your little awkward debacle on his boat, you two hadn’t really interacted with one another except the weird lingering stares you’d catch each other doing. you’d be lying if you said things didn’t feel a little bland without having him around as much.
“i’ll be right back.” you excused yourself, swinging your purse over your shoulder as you made your way inside. taking a seat at the empty bar, you looked around cautiously before opening your tumblr messages.
[3:08 PM] brattydiaries: i have on a super short skirt today.. maybe you could catch me somewhere
you stared at the screen for a minute, hoping he’d answer right away before you sighed to yourself and rested your chin in your hand. apart of you couldn’t help but feel bad. you should be outside with your friends right now, engaging in the latest island drama and raving about celebrity gossip but instead you’re here at a bar all by yourself feeling pathetic as ever because you couldn’t help but grow semi-attached to this ‘countryclub’ guy.
“can i buy you something to drink?” you looked up at rafe as he took a seat next to you, his large frame still towering over you even while he was sitting down. your heart started beating in your ears at the close proximity, your eyebrows pinching together at the overwhelming feeling currently swimming in your tummy. you never got nervous in front of guys, but all of a sudden rafe’s thigh is brushing against yours and now you’re shy? gross.
“i was just leaving actually.” you cleared your throat, avoiding the burn of his stare on the side of your face as you quickly scooted out from your chair. you didn’t even get to get up before rafe pushed your seat back in. “i wanna talk to you.” he sounded like he wasn’t going to take no for an answer, the firmness in his tone making you swallow thickly. staring at him for a few moments, you obliged, but not before ordering the most expensive thing on the drink menu.
“so what do you want?” you faced him, watching as he downed his scotch. “i, uhm— are you busy this weekend?” arching a brow, you thanked the bartender once he slid your overly dressed up cocktail in front of you. “yes, very.” no, you weren’t, but he didn’t need to know that. “well.. i would really appreciate it if you could make the time to come over to my place, ‘say around seven?” you blinked, not understanding clearly. “what’s the occasion?” you asked confusingly. “no, not a party. just us two.”
that grabbed your attention immediately. you sat there, replaying his words in your head until it finally registered. “just us? at your house this weekend at seven o’clock?” he nodded. “i already told you i’m never having sex with you, rafe.” the man in front of you rolled his eyes before pinching the bridge of his nose. “god, y/n,” he groaned, “as much as you’re breaking my heart right now, that’s not the reason why i’m inviting you over.” you giggled at the annoyed expression on his face, flipping your hair over your shoulder as he glared at you intently.
“so what’s the reason then? why would i ever go over to your place, rafe? enlighten me. please.” while rafe was secretly hoping you’d just agree and go on with your day, he should’ve known you weren’t going to be easy to obtain. sighing, he leaned in closer, his chest brushing the side of your shoulder. “look; last time we were by ourselves you told me that you didn’t like me because i was talking about you first, which by the way— i want to apologize for,” he started, “i feel like we got off on the wrong foot and i wanna start over.” you turned your head, his face just inches away from your own.
“i should’ve never said anything about you without knowing you first.” you two stayed silent for what felt like an eternity before you softly nudged him away. “okay, i get it, you don’t have to get all softie on me, rafe.” the corner of his lips tugged into a smile when he saw how flustered you got. “is that a yes?” you almost lost it when his fingers brushed yours, your stomach bursting with buttetflies at the small action. “fine,” you sighed, “but i still don’t like you.” rafe blinked slowly, restraining himself from jumping out of his chair. “that’s fine, i’m not asking you to.”
just as you were going to smart mouth him, your phone dinged! with a message from chanel. “well thanks for the drink, i’m going back out.” rafe watched you get up, his eyes trailing down your figure until they settled on your bare legs, your heels clicking against the floor as you walked off. “hey, y/n?” you spun around at the sound of his voice, muttering a ‘what?!’ before he winked.
“cute skirt.”

Yunho was starting to realize he had a problem.
A very, very specific problem.
And it started the first time you got on your knees for him without being asked.
It had been a surprise, something spontaneous, playful, but he never quite recovered. After that, he needed it. Craved it. Like some part of him had unlocked and now he couldn’t close the door.
He was never mean about it. He wasn’t rough. If anything, it was worse, he was sweet, doting, grateful in a way that made your stomach twist. And every time your lips touched him, he whispered your name like a secret and held your head like he was praying.
It wasn’t just sex for him. It was worship.
And he wanted it everywhere.
It started that night in the studio. Just the two of you, past midnight, a track looping through the monitors while Yunho adjusted the mic. He had told Hongjoong he had a song he wanted to do himself for the next comeback. His hoodie sleeves were shoved to his elbows, neck flushed from hours of singing. You slipped in quietly, leaned on the wall, and watched him.
“Five minutes,” he muttered. “I just need one more take.” He was easily starting to see why Hongjoong and Mingi got so frustrated in the studio.
You crossed the room and dropped to your knees between his long legs without a word.
He blinked. “Baby…”
You looked up at him, innocent. “Don’t stop. I’ll be quiet.”
“Shit,” he whispered, eyeing the door to the studio. It was late, most were already home.
His hips lifted automatically, letting you pull his sweats down, his dick already half hard from the sight of you kneeling there like you belonged.
You licked slow, tracing the underside of his length and he had to hit pause on the recording mid breath.
“I’m never gonna finish this track,” he groaned, hand sliding into your hair. “Go on, baby. Take me.”
You did, slow, deep, tongue teasing, lips soft. He gripped the armrest with one hand and you with the other, guiding your rhythm like it hurt him not to thrust.
“Fuck, you feel so good…” he whispered. “No one…. no one can take me like you do.”
You moaned around him and his hips jerked, thighs tightening under your palms. His breath hitched, ragged, and then he came with a deep, needy groan, fingers fisted in your hair as he pulsed hot down your throat.
You swallowed everything.
He stared at you, chest heaving. “I’m never finishing that song.”
You just smiled.
═════════ ═════════ ═════════
Then it was the dance practice room.
You knew the rest of the guys had already called it a night when Yeosang dragged into the apartment.
“Where’s Yunho?” You furrowed your brows not seeing your boyfriend.
Yeosang tossed his hoodie onto the couch and started walking to the bathroom for a hot shower to soothe his aching muscles. “You know him. If he doesn’t perfect the choreography, he won’t stop until he does.”
So you went to the studio, the KQ building empty other than a few staff and security. You found him, shirtless, sweaty, sweatpants hanging low on his waist. He gripped a wet towel, wiping at his flushed face.
He noticed you in the mirrors, walking up behind him. And there was something about those mirrors….
“Fuck…” you had ended up on your knees of course, this time moaning and gagging as you let him just fuck out his frustrations with your mouth. He watched the reflection of you taking him through the mirrors and he swore it was the best thing he ever saw.
“So good to me…” his voice was breathless, deep, almost growling at the sight. “You should see how good you look….. mouth so fucking perfect…”
He came with a whimpering growl of your name and you swallowed every drop.
═════════ ═════════ ═════════
Next came the gaming chair.
He was in the middle of a co op game, headset on, talking shit with San when you slid under the desk and tugged his shorts down. His dick was already hard, half from the adrenaline, half from how well he knew you.
“What the fuck…. hold on,” he choked. “I gotta mute….”
San was still talking, but Yunho’s hand was already in your hair, grip tightening, holding your head in place.
“You love doing this to me,” he said, voice low as you licked along the tip. “You wait until I can’t say no.”
You didn’t stop. You couldn’t. He tasted too good, and he looked even better, one hand white knuckled on the keyboard, the other flexing in your hair as he tried to pretend he wasn’t getting the best head of his life mid match.
“You’re insane,” he groaned. He took slight control, his hand that was free, still holding your head, making you gag on him just a little bit, you gasping for breath when he let you go.
He bit his lip, trying not to moan, and failed. You heard the headset disconnect with a frustrated noise before Yunho said, “Fuck it. They can lose without me.”
His hips bucked, and then he was pushing deeper, both hands now holding your head, gentle but insistent, a head pusher in the softest sense. “God….. yes, just like that…”
═════════ ═════════ ═════════
The next morning, he returned the favor.
You were already in the shower, eyes closed under the spray, when he stepped in behind you and wrapped his arms around your waist.
“You spoil me,” he whispered into your neck. “Let me spoil you.”
You barely got the words out before you were pushed gently against the tile, and Yunho was on his knees for you. His hands slid up your thighs, spreading you open, and then he was licking into you like it was his last meal.
“Fucking heaven,” he moaned, voice vibrating against you. Your fingers tangled in his wet hair as he sucked your clit into his mouth, groaning when you gasped his name.
“Stay still,” he murmured, locking his arms around your thighs. “You’re not going anywhere.”
His tongue was merciless. Slow. Deep. He pushed two fingers inside and curled them just right, and when you started to tremble, he grinned.
“Give it to me, baby. Let me taste how good you feel…” his fingers were thrusting fast, curving, hitting that spot that if it weren’t for the shower mixing, the clear arousal squelching and sloshing with every thrust of his fingers would of been very noticeable.
You came against his mouth, loud and aching, and he kept going until you were a shivering mess under the shower, holding his head like he was the only thing keeping you from collapsing.
He made sure to kiss his way all the way up your body, the shower still spraying above you, and then his mouth crashed against your own, messy, wet, tasting you on his tongue.
You moaned into it.

Later that day, he was on the couch, man spreading like a damn throne belonged to him, head tilted, hand down his shorts, lazily teasing himself. You had gone out with some friends and he was starting to get needy.
As soon as you made it back, stepping through the front door of the apartment, you didn’t even get a chance to say anything. He just looked at you with that damn puppy look and boba eyes, pleading.
You walked to him, dropping to your knees, pressing kisses to the insides of his thighs exposed from the basketball shorts he had on, before pulling him out. He was already leaking, twitching against your lips.
“Missed this mouth,” he said, eyes fluttering shut as you started to suck. “I live for this mouth…”
His fingers threaded into your hair again, soft but firm, guiding you as your lips stretched around him, tongue swirling, cheeks hollowed.
“Fuck yes,” he whispered. “Take it…. just like that, baby, you’re so good to me…” He groaned, loud and open mouthed, and then the front door once again opened.
Yeosang’s voice froze everything. “I got some kimchi from my…. OH MY GOD!”
You both looked up. Yunho didn’t flinch. You, mortified, froze mid motion over getting caught.
Yeosang was already halfway down the hall, one hand over his eyes. “THIS IS OUR LIVING ROOM…”
“Knock next time,” Yunho called casually, still stroking your jaw. “We’re busy.”
You heard Yeosang swear all the way to his bedroom, the door slamming shut behind him and a few minutes later loud muffled music could be heard.
Yunho just looked down at you, thumb brushing your bottom lip. “You didn’t stop.”
You blinked up at him, dazed.
He smiled, soft and warm and utterly in love.
“That’s my girl.”
Maybe you had been spoiling him a little too much….
Completely spoiled rotten.

What they think - Kim Mingyu

Summary: Mingyu wasn't supposed to fall in love but he did anyways, he fell hard for you; his sugar baby, who waits desperately in his hotel room with open arms and open legs.
Warnings: Idol au, Sugar daddy!Mingyu x sugar baby!reader, dom! Mingyu, sub!reader, heavy degradation, choking, spit kink, cum play, creampie, overstimulation, oral sex (m receiving), fingering, tit play.
Word count: 3.5 k
Minors don't interact , if the tags make you uncomfortable don't interact.
Mingyu loved how submissive and obedient you were for him, his one glance and you are already falling down to your knees, your eyes were always silently begging for him to use you and disregard you as soon as his desire for your body is fulfilled.
Mingyu didn't understand how someone could be like you; a complete pushover, he calls you that in his head. No matter how much he pushes you back, no matter how much he tells you he's just using you for your body, you crawl back to him, you look at him like you have seen the night sky for the first time in your life, you look at Mingyu like you are in love with him.
And it scares Mingyu to death, you weren't supposed to fall for him neither does he, your contract stated it in bold letters no falling in love, still both of you were breaking each layer of indifference everyday. He wasn't supposed to cook breakfast for you, he wasn't even supposed to sleep in same bed as you but he did anyways, he's doing it since months.
Mingyu sometimes remember how you bounced into his life, he wonders how his life would be peaceful if he never listened to his best friend Jeonghan and went on a date he arranged for him, not just any ordinary date; a fucking date with potential sugar baby.
Still he couldn't blame Jeonghan completely, his friend was tired of him finding new girl to take to his room every weekend, having one night stands sometimes without signing the NDAs. He was putting his whole group reputation to risk cause' he wasn't to fill the gap in his chest by one night stands or drugs. Mingyu was exhausted with the monotonous and tiring life he was living, he wasn't the same person he was years ago.
Deep down Jeonghan knew Mingyu was yearning for romantic connection but he also knew his friend has gone fully pessimistic and bitter regarding love, years of empty failed connections turned the hopeless romantic golden retriever to complete walking red flag.
So all Jeonghan could do was visit some sketchy sugar daddy site and register anonymous date for Mingyu. He didn't wanted get his group's reputation tarnish just cause' a member can't keep it to his pants.
When Mingyu saw you for the first time at the restaurant, he felt like his whole body was attacked with tiny needles, his heart thumping rapidly, he didn't knew why the hell he was having such a visceral reaction by simply looking at you he just knew you were the most beautiful women he has ever laid eyes on.
That happened eight months ago, eight months since Mingyu is trying hard to not spill his feelings to you like a stupid highschool boy. Whenever he sees you , he feels the same sensation he felt the first time he saw you but now he was able to name that feeling; it was love. Pure filthy obsessive love . He wanted you in every possible way but he was afraid. He was afraid of what some of his psycho fans would do to you once your relationship became public, just imagining that makes his skin crawl and blood boil.
Mingyu had endless adoration, love and admiration for you, he knew most of your secrets which you spilled unknowingly during druken late night conversations, he knew why you were forced to be in that stupid website and how much of shit you had gone through. He knew you shine so bright cause' you are trying to hide the darkness residing in you.
Mingyu can't make you go through a forever hell just to be with you, just cause' of his own selfish desires. Being with him meant constant jabs thrown on you, having sasengs following you everywhere you go, your privacy and rights getting stripped of you and your life struggles and traumas being talk of world.
Mingyu knew you don't deserve that, you deserve kind, soft and peaceful kind of love which you were made for receiving but at the same time Mingyu was a slave to his feelings, he couldn't let you go, atleast not yet, atleast not until the contract expires and when he does he's gonna make you sign a new one.
You are Kim Mingyu's muse..
Mingyu was rushing to his hotel room after the concert ended thirty minutes ago, usually the concert adrenaline makes him want to party and get wasted at some bar with his members but everything has changed since you came to his life . He couldn't wait to reach his room cause you would be there, welcoming him with open arms and open legs.
Back in hotel room, you were waiting for Mingyu desperately, playing with hem of your short skirt which was there for mere decoration, for Mingyu to rip it off your body. The memories from last night were making you hazy and lightheaded, Mingyu overstimulated you till you were screaming for him to stop, you looked around your hotel room, remembering how he relentlessly fucked you on each furniture even on that damn cold floor. You lightly touch your neck, hissing sharply as your fingers ram across the hickeys Mingyu painted your neck with. You were doing anything to stop yourself by taking the pillow from behind and hump against it like a bitch in heat like Mingyu calls you.
You were a little too deep in your fantasy land when you heard the sound doorknob opening, a smile made it's way on your face as you jumped off the bed and ran to Mingyu hugging him tightly, clinging to him like a koala bear.
"Missed you daddy so fucking much" you whispered against Mingyu's chest, littering the fabric with kisses. Mingyu felt his heart swelling up on your simple adorable action, his hand engulfing you into a tight embrace, your body fiting perfectly with his, like two missing puzzle pieces coming together.
"Daddy missed his little angel too babe" Mingyu said as he held your chin with his index finger and thumb and slowly bringing his lips close to yours and kissing you like he's been away from you since forever, his hand wrapped around neck and cheek as he deepened the kiss, his tongue licking your bottom lip ever so slowly asking for access even he didn't have to, he could take your body, mouth as he pleases , you smiled into the kiss letting his tongue wonder inside your mouth, you could feel Mingyu's desperation as the kiss deepened.
Your lipgloss was smeared all along your face, wads of spit falling down as Mingyu took your mouth hungrily, he pushed your body closer to his, grinding his growing bulge against you.
"So fucking beautiful" Mingyu said as he broke the kiss to get a good look of your face, his eyes carrying passion of madman, lust growing heavily, you felt your knees giving up as he eye-fucked you.
Giving you one final kiss, Mingyu ran his tongue in your left cheek, the mere action making you let out a whiny moan.
"On your knees" Mingyu ordered, his hand gripping your shoulder and softly pushing you down onto the cold floor.
"You look so pretty like this" Mingyu smiled deviously as he rubbed his spit across your face, his cock straining painfully in his trousers, your messed up face was best view of his life. you should have felt disgusted, dirty but you felt incredibly turned out and wet, your panties sticking to your folds as you were clenching your thighs, mind clouded with heavy pleasure.
"Open up" Mingyu tugged your lower lip with his thumb and suddenly a glob of spit hit your cheek, you knew damn well he missed landing spit in your mouth for his own sadistic pleasure.
"I won't miss this time babe, now open up wide for daddy" Mingyu said his voice laced up with fake sympathy. "Say aahh"
"aahh"
Mingyu spit straight into your mouth, you got the urge to swallow it immediately but Mingyu had taught you better than that, wait till he gives you green light.
"swallow" Mingyu groaned, as started undoing his belt, his cock begging him to use your mouth and chase his high .
You swallowed Mingyu's spit and he didn't wait no further, his hand made it's way to your head, gathering your open hair into a ponytail and gripping it tightly while his other hand held his cock and was smearing his precum on your lips before shoving half of his length down your throat in a quick motion, the action making you moan, sending vibrations down his length.
"My little cock slut, always desperate for cock" Mingyu groaned as he bopped your head upon his cock, his pace being cruel, that's what you absolutely loved about Mingyu, the way he fucked you like a toy, you loved how absolutely feral he was for you, you knew only you had this effect on him.
"It's like your throat was made for sucking and gagging on my cock, that's the only purpose you have Y/N being my human fleshlight" Mingyu's tone was ice cold laced up with desperation nevertheless his degrading words made your pussy dripping with arousal, you swear you could cum by his words alone, the way he thrusting into your mouth made your brain hazy with pleasure. Tears and snort running down your face and dripping into curve of your breasts, the sight making Mingyu lose his mind completely.
"I am gonna cum in this slutty mouth, if you waste even one single drop I am gonna make you lick it off the floor, understand?"
You let out a muffled yes, hollowing your cheeks and sucking his cock harder, your grip on Mingyu's thigh tightened as you looked at him desperately, not caring even a bit regarding the burn you felt at back of your throat, jaw sore from accommodating his large length.
"Take it, fucking good girl" Mingyu moaned as he spilled his cum in your arching thorat, white spurs of cum painting your mouth, he let out hiss as he felt you giving his dick a kitten lick, he pulled out, releasing rest of his cum onto your nose and cheeks, you being covered in his essence satisfying the animalistic urge inside him.
You swallowed Mingyu's cum happily like it was something sacred, afterall you indeed worshipped Mingyu, you licked your lips and held your tongue out showing him evidence of your obedience, he smirked looking at you as he scooped the remaining cum which he painted onto your face by his fingers and shoved them inside your mouth, you needed no command to suck them clean.
Mingyu kneeled down, looking at you with insatiable hunger, even though he just had his cock sucked down so good he was hard again, with you it was never enough .
"hands up" Mingyu commands and you obeyed in a blink of second not caring the ache in your muscles.
Mingyu removed your pink crop top and threw it somewhere carelessly, he wasn't surprised to find you braless as your hard nipples were already poking out since the moment he got here. His palm grabbed your left breast pinching the sensitive bud between his fingers, you whimpered, electricity running in your veins.
"So pretty" Mingyu murmured to himself as he started playing with your tits , kneading the soft flesh mercilessly, his lips made it's way to your neck, sucking on to the same hickey he gave you last night, you felt your whole body was burning with pleasure but it wasn't enough, he wasn't giving your cunt any attention.
"Daddy please... touch me" you whimpered helplessly, earning a raised eyebrow from Mingyu.
"But I am touching you angel, aren't I?" Mingyu said in a mocking tone. Fucking pretentious asshole you thought to yourself.
"Touch my pussy daddy.. please it hurts" you said, not giving two fucks about how pathetic you sound , you knew Mingyu loved having you beg like this, he stripped you off any shame and innocence you felt months ago. What Mingyu made you was in simple words his cock hungry whore.
"Aww it hurts? " Mingyu cooed as his palm landed a sharp slap against your pussy, making your whole body jerk up with sudden ecstasy, you were still on your knees and would have fell off on your head if it wasn't for Mingyu holding you tightly against him as he landed another harsh hit to your pussy, his rough palm being covered with your glistening juices.
"Daddyy" you cried out as you felt Mingyu pinching your clit harshly.
"You wanted me to touch your cum hole right, I am doing it so why are you being ungrateful now, you little whore"
You swear you could have cum right then and there, his words sending sharp vibrations to your cunt, you didn't knew which unhealed part of you, yearned to have Mingyu treat you so roughly but whatever it was you loved it, your pleasure was overwhelming your senses. Each of Mingyu's touch making you shudder.
"Daddy please—Make me cum—please" you begged as you grinded your pussy on Mingyu's open palm, feeling desperate for some sort of stimulation. His one finger was enough for you to reach your orgasm.
Your begging might have pleased Mingyu as he got up and wiped his hand onto your boob and gave you muttered quick stand up.
"Get onto the bed, hurry up if you don't want me to take you again on the floor" Mingyu said as he removed his t-shirt and pants, standing before you like a sculpted statue , every part of him screamed perfection, his skin perfect, his abs? You wish you could ride them, his biceps? You wished he headlocks you while taking you from behind.
You laid down on your back, eyeing Mingyu hungrily as he walked towards you, his tall frame engulfing you completely, he crawled on to the bed, sitting between your legs and pulling them apart in swift motion.
"Look at this desperate pussy begging to be filled up with cum" Mingyu said to himself as he ran his middle finger between your folds, parting them ever so slowly and spitting directly onto your clit, the lewd action drawing out a moan from you.
Mingyu shoved two of his fingers into your cunt, the pooling wetness making it easier for him to move and scissor them around easily, his thumb toyed with your clit, as his digits worked relentlessly inside your walls, pressing down your gummy walls.
" Your tiny cunt remains tiny no matter how many times it gets fucked, even if I fist you today it would again tighten up tomorrow like a virgin hole" Mingyu groaned as you clenched furiously around his digits, the prospect of him fucking his entire fist inside you making you spiral. He knew you were close by the way your walls were clenching so tight around his, afraid of him ruining your much awaited orgasm.
But Mingyu wasn't cruel like that , edging didn't interest him slight a bit, he was a giver and making you cum again and again is what he loved. He loved how sensitive you get after each release, afterall he loved spoiling his baby.
"Cum darling, let it out —make a mess for daddy" Mingyu's words were enough for you release the coil in your stomach, Mingyu's gripped your hip, preventing you from squirming away, you begged for it, so he would give it to you.
"Cumming —" you let out high pitched scream, as you felt your pussy spaming onto Mingyu's finger, thick slick gushing out endlessly, the sound your pussy was making was absolutely embarrassing, almost porn worthy.
Mingyu fucked his digits slowly as he felt your high fading away, he removed them and put them inside his own mouth, lapping the digits clean, he let out a satisfactory hum.
"My favourite desert"
You felt your cheeks heating up at the lewd compliment but at this point your whole body was burning up so it didn't matter. You felt Mingyu aligning his cock between your folds, you tried to squirm away but he quickly held you down by your throat as he was preparing to fuck you in missionary.
"I am sensitive daddy — no more please" you whimpered as you felt his tip entering your sensitive walls .
"Shut the fuck up, I own this cunt and I will use it till as I please" His hand tightens around your throat and another hand between your soaked thighs, cupping the sensitive mound. Fingers spreading open, hard cock teasing your entrance. A hissed whined leaving your lips. In swift motion Mingyu thrusts into you and removes his cock entirely before repeating the same action couple of times, streching you out completely, body tired and sprawled out for him to use, break and mend.
" You feel heavenly baby, my baby" Mingyu whispered as he captured your lips into a passionate kiss, hungrily lapping your mouth and sucking onto your tongue as his cock drilled inside you at a deliciously punishing pace. The hand which was resting on your throat searched for your hand, intervening fingers lovingly as if he isn't fucking you without any ounce of mercy.
" Y/N,Who do you belong to?" Mingyu asked breaking the kiss, looking at you like a pirate that found world famous treasure.
"You — I belong to you " you answered voice breaking between each words, Mingyu let out a disapproving grunt as he gave you particularly sharp thrust .
"I belong to —daddy" you cried out, feeling pleasure beyond limits as Mingyu rutted against you.
"My name darling" Mingyu said, pausing his movements all together, you looked at him with confusion, shock then with pure happiness, you weren't allowed to call Mingyu by his name in bedroom ever, it was one of very few clauses you didn't break, your heart strings tugged as you tried spelling out his name.
"Mingyu —" you whispered, voicing out shyly while ignoring the waves of emotions, erupting in your stomach.
"Louder" Mingyu grunted as he continued his movements, brain going fuzzy by your soft voice moaning out his name so beautifully.
"Mingyu — fuck Mingyu, soo good" you screamed out, clenching around his cock desperately, your second orgasm, approaching you like a truck.
The sole reason Mingyu didn't wished to have you call his name was cause' he wanted to forgive his identity whenever he was with you ,he wanted to stay with you as a nobody, not as a Kim Mingyu who was loved and hated by many, he just wanted to be a simple man with you, the one who is loved and one who is in love.
"I am close darling, gonna breed your pussy real good" Mingyu said as his thrusts grew more sloppy, his own orgasm approaching. With few more thrusts, he spilled his cum inside you, as you released too both of you cums mixing up and overflowing uncontrollably.
Mingyu detached his cock from you, admiring the beautiful creampie he just created, your pussy looked absolutely delectable,he shoved three of his fingers inside you, pushing his cum back inside your tight cunt, the action making you squirm uncontrollably.
"Mingyu please —sensitive" you hissed as you felt his delicious touch, the overstimulation clouding your senses.
"We can't let even a single drop waste, right Angel?" Mingyu asked, as he picked you up almost too easily , bringing you to bathtub and making you sit comfortably while taking seat against you.
He ran the warm water onto your body, the temperature making you forget the ache in your muscles.
"I am sleepy" you said as you pressed your body against Mingyu, finding solace in his big strong arms .
"What's your ring size" Mingyu suddenly asked you, bringing you back from the dreamland you were just about to slip in.
"I don't know never measured" you said sleepily, not caring why he even asked that question in the first place.
However Mingyu made up his mind, he won't be letting fear of future events Make you slip away from him, he loved you, he loved you enough to finally not giving fuck about anything, sudden epiphany hitting him, the love you had for him wasn't that weak to get shattered cause of opinions of useless people and your history, he was billionaire he could bury everything and anything he wants, Mingyu was done torturing himself and you.
He loves you and he will spend his whole life loving you.

‧₊˚✧ ❛[ stick with me ]❜
━━━ .°˖✧ requested by anonymous ˚₊ ⊹
ft. kang sae-byeok x f! reader — squid game
╰₊✧ finding out you’re also participating in the games & staying by your side throughout┊1.6k words
contains: mentions of canon-typical violence, open ending, season one spoilers, headcanons mainly, established relationship, sunshine (& kinda naive) x grumpy trope, sae-byeok being protective & the best gf, all of this is a little rambly like word vomit i hope you don’t mind
➤ author's note: squid game felt so empty without her like i adore all of the new women in season two but i missed her so much T-T
╰₊✧ even if she doesn’t show it through her expressions, she’s really upset to find you in this situation— not because she’s mad at you, but because she’s mad at herself. she wonders what kind of awful girlfriend she must be not to have noticed you were struggling through debt like she was. now that she thinks about it, she realizes how painfully obvious it was with your strange behavior when it came to working any freelance job you saw a sign of (you weren’t a pickpocket like her, you would never commit any crime intentionally), and being overall stingy when it came to spending money on yourself. she might unintentionally give you the silent treatment for the first few hours simply because she feels terrible about it all but still doesn’t want you to leave her side despite that.
“are you mad at me because i didn’t tell you?” you whined, sticking by her side like a baby duckling with its mama and gently holding on to her arm because she wasn’t looking at you. “sae-byeok… i just didn’t want you to worry about me when you already had so much on your plate…”
she merely blinked in response, stone-faced like usual, making it impossible to determine what was going through her mind. there was a sinking feeling in her chest, the feeling of failing one of the few people she cared about.
“it’s okay… i get it… i’ll give you some space— just come look for me when you wanna talk, i’m going to talk with some of the other people here…”
she suddenly grabbed you by the hand and dragged you back before you could move away, wrapping her arm around your waist in a protective manner, “no, i’m not mad at you, i promise. just stick with me, okay? i wouldn’t trust anyone here if i were you.” yes, the majority of people here seemed to be middle-aged people who were simply down on their luck. no, she didn’t believe there weren’t any bad ones who would easily take advantage of your kindness in such a large group of people.
you didn’t seem to quite understand what she meant in the last part, but you still cheerfully pulled her in for an embrace once she confirmed she wasn’t upset as you always did when a miscommunication was cleared up. (you didn’t see it, but she cracked a little smile when she hugged you back.)
╰₊✧ pushes you away the second she spots deok-su and quickly tells you to stay away while he confronts her about a past you didn’t know much about, making a scene in front of everyone and progressively getting more aggressive towards her. of course, once he makes his first swing, you immediately run in and start yelling at him to leave her alone when there were clearly more pressing issues at hand. when gi-hun interrupts because he wants to also confront her about something, you had to restrain yourself from pushing him away because you were a pacifist at heart and had been taught to respect your elders no matter what all your life.
╰₊✧ later when you two join the little alliance gi-hun formed, she makes them keep an eye on you if she has to part from you for any reason. she knows that bastard would make a beeline for you the second he sees you alone, and that bastard isn’t above playing dirty by hurting you or holding you hostage to get leverage on her. the guys find this to be so goddamn adorable and frequently tease sae-byeok for her obvious soft spot towards her girlfriend because they can tell she’s flustered despite how indifferent she may look. listening to you talk about her reminds them that she’s just another young woman who is trying to care for her loved ones and not the shady thief who works with gangsters they once thought she was. they also defend you guys from anyone being homophobic and swear that they will attend your wedding once they get out alive, noting they likely won’t have money for gifts after all the reward money goes toward paying off debt, but you tell them you would appreciate their presence anyway!
╰₊✧ after the first game when they vote all go home, she wants to make you swear on your life that you don’t ever go back to that dangerous place, but she knows how unrealistic that is. she now knows about the crippling debt you both have and it wouldn’t be long before the loan sharks will hunt you down to force you to do terrible things to pay it back. so on the last day of staying on the korean mainland, she coughs up the money to pay for a nice last date before the two of you willingly enter what you believe to be the closest thing earth has to hell.
╰₊✧ instead of the dangerous, loner vibe she has in the original, when she has you by her side, she has the aura of a mama bear— which is fitting considering you’re like a little cub. she’s very protective of you and gives everyone a look that says “hurt her and i’ll kill you” to shut down any possible schemes before they start and helps you out during all of the games because she doesn’t want to risk anything happening to you. it might feel a bit infantilizing to you, but she’s just so terrified at the concept of you getting injured or worse.
red light, green light - keeps you behind her at all times, verbally reminding you not to panic even though she can sense you freaking out. might even hold your hand and guide you through it all, telling you to close your eyes and ignore the sound of bullets as she pulls you through the finish line.
sugar honeycombs - tells ali to keep you company while she goes into the bathroom to sneak around the vents (he’s your best friend, by the way, the energy is immaculate) and immediately has you pick the triangle shape when lining up (there isn’t too much she needs to do because it’s one of the easier games for you to do).
special game (night of murder) - wants you to hide under the bunkbeds at first, a good idea until people started tipping them over. it’s difficult to find you with the lights flickering and with deok-su after her, so she has you met up with everyone else at gi-huns bed to protect each other. this battle is also likely the first time you cause bodily harm to someone else in self-defense, which will probably fuck you up especially if they are found dead later on. you’ll have some minor injuries, maybe a fractured rib or some cuts, but you’re still alive and that’s all that matters to sae-byeok.
tug of war - might look annoyed at your optimism to win with all the women and the old man on your team, but trust me, she really appreciates it since she wouldn’t know what to do with herself if you suddenly shut down and because you seem to keep their heads ups with your infectious smile. there’s not much she could do to help you out here as it’s a team effort, but she was half-tempted to bribe you into a team with all men just in case (and also because you looked like you were about to start a fight with sang-woo over him insisting that they needed more men and wanting to kick ji-yeong off the team) yet ultimately decided against it which turned out to be the best decision.
╰₊✧ the games strengthen your relationship through all of the blood and trauma, sticking together through it all and taking care of each other in the lowest moments. you two often share food and sometimes even sleep in the same bed if the other needs comfort, which would be very cute if your hands weren’t constantly trembling from fear and your skin didn’t have little specks of dried blood all over. sae-byeok is tough and has seen her share of violence, but it was all things she was trying to hide from you and keep you safe from ever since she entered this relationship with you. no matter how much you try to assure her that you can handle it, the sinking feeling of failure never leaves her.
“i’m… i’m really scared…” you sighed, cuddling yourself into her side. the barracks were so quiet you could hear a pin drop, yet there was the almost suffocating looming fear of death haunting the place knowing so many souls died within these walls. it always felt so cold even under the blankets with the powerful air-conditioning, but the warmth radiating off of sae-byeok’s body felt like a sanctuary.
“i know, i know,” she assured. there was a part of her that wanted to admit that she was scared too as she rubbed circles into your back to ease you to sleep, she didn’t dare to even think of her biggest fear in case it manifested into reality. she wouldn’t know what to do with herself in case it came true, so she chose to bury the thought of it deep down where she prayed it would never show itself again.
she dreams of winning these games with you, using the money to pay off all your debts, helping her mother escape north korea, to go towards her brother’s future, to helping the both of you start new lives where you both were accepted— all things she thinks of to push back all of the dark thoughts and help her sleep in your arms, forever by your side.

request was [ Please could you do something about saebyeok x gf!reader? where they both went to the games 😪😪]

Letters in Green Ink: Phantom's Footsteps on Gotham's Rooftops
Tim Drake was no stranger to paranoia. It was practically a job requirement in Gotham. But this? This was getting weird.
It started small: the feeling of being watched on rooftops, a shadow a little too close. Harmless, at first. But then the sticky notes began.
Random, anonymous sticky notes. Clues he’d missed. Addresses for gang hideouts. Details on corrupt businessmen.
He found one on his motorcycle seat. Another on the Batcomputer. A bright green note scrawled with:
“Check the docks. Midnight.”
Tim had learned to trust his gut, and his gut was screaming: This is not normal.
---------------
Meanwhile, in another corner of Gotham:
Danny Fenton was hovering invisibly above a warehouse, nervously biting his lip. He was shaking. Not because he was scared of Gotham’s criminals. Nope. The real danger? Red Robin’s eyes.
Danny: internal screaming 'Why did I think this was a good idea?'
Also Danny: hovering invisibly above Tim, whispering to himself: “Okay, Danny. You’re helping. You’re useful. He doesn’t need to know you’re a stalker. A cool stalker. Like a… guardian angel! Yes. Totally fine. Not creepy at all.”
---------------
Tim, mid-stakeout, could feel the eyes. Again. He spun around, batarang ready. Nothing. Just empty shadows. The wind.
He scowled. “Alright, whoever you are. You’re getting annoying.”
---------------
Danny floated a few rooftops away, clutching his chest. “Oh my god, he spoke. And he’s mad. Why is that hot?”
He watched as Red Robin took down three thugs single-handedly. His fighting was brutal, efficient. Danny, invisible and swooning, whispered: “He’s so cool.”
---------------
The next night: a bust gone sideways. Tim found himself cornered by more goons than expected, already calculating the least-bad injury. Then, out of nowhere, a ghostly chill swept through the alley.
Blowtorch thug? Frozen solid.
Gunman? Knocked out cold.
And there, floating in the moonlight, glowing white hair and intense green eyes: Phantom.
Tim’s eyes narrowed. “You. You’re the one who’s been—”
Phantom blinked, stammered, “Uh, gotta go!” and vanished like a startled deer.
---------------
Back in his lair (aka an abandoned Gotham clocktower because aesthetic™️), Danny spiraled. “He saw me. He saw me! Oh god, why did I freeze that guy? Cool guys don’t freeze goons.”
Jazz’s voice in his head: “Danny, you have to stop.”
Danny: “I CAN’T, JAZZ. HE’S TOO PRETTY.”
---------------
Tim was in full detective mode. Batman-level scowling. “Phantom. Ghost powers. Clearly interested in my cases. Why?”
He scanned the city. Ran searches. No results.
But the sticky notes kept coming.
“Check the East End warehouse. 10pm.”
“Watch out for the armored guy. He has backup.”
Tim didn’t know what was more frustrating: the lack of information, or the fact that Phantom was always right.
---------------
Finally, one night, Tim cornered him. Literally. Phantom turned a corner and smacked into Red Robin. Hard.
Tim crossed his arms. “Alright. Talk.”
Danny, blushing so hard his glow flickered. “Uh… hi.”
Tim narrowed his eyes. “Why are you following me?”
Danny, brain short-circuiting: “I LIKE YOUR… uh, CAPE.”
Tim blinked. “My cape.”
Danny nodded furiously. “It’s… cool. Flowy.”
Tim stared. Silence stretched. Then: “You’re helping me.”
Danny swallowed. “Um. Yeah?”
Tim’s voice softened. “Why?”
Danny, panicking, blurted: “Because I like you!”
---------------
Silence.
Tim’s brain: Error 404.
Danny: contemplating phasing into the floor.
Finally, Tim sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. “You… are the most chaotic stalker I’ve ever had.”
Danny, grinning nervously: “So, um. Friends?”
Tim raised an eyebrow. “We’ll start with coworkers.”
---------------
Danny, flying away, fist-pumping in the air: “He didn’t say no!”
Tim, watching him go, muttering: “I need coffee. And maybe an exorcist.”
#tim drake#danny phantom#brain dead#dead tired#danny fenton#dc x dp#Danny has a crush on red robin and the only way he can express it is by taking care of him#this means he stalks red robin on all his patroles and makes sure he's always safe#tim is extremely paranoid at first but then he meets phantom and fuck is he pretty#how could such a pretty boy like him? phantom looks like he was sculpted by the gods and he cares so much for tim and looks out for him and#fuck he's already crushing on the guy isn't he? oh well#can you really blame him?

rafe cameron masterlist
Rafe hadn’t heard from you in three weeks. He completed his important meetings, signed million-dollar contracts, and immediately tried to get in contact with you. You were always on his mind even though he was never on yours. He’d texted you about fifty times. No reply.
He’d gotten you that expensive phone so you could call if you needed help but you’d never used it when it was an actual emergency. You didn’t call him when you needed to be bailed out. You didn’t call him when you needed a ride from the bar. So stubborn. You’d walk the eight miles back to your motel room in heels. He was starting to believe you were doing this to spite him.
You did call him, however, when you needed money for drugs. Rafe went in circles with you. You’d shun him when he didn’t give in. When he offered you shelter and let you get high within the safety of his expensive condo, you stole from him.
It wasn’t always like this. At one point, you actually wanted help. That’s how you and Rafe met. A narcotics anonymous meeting in a church basement that smelled like mildew and cigarettes. It took him two years to actually get clean and that was thanks to the meetings, his sponsors, and his determination to finally fulfill his father’s wishes for his future. He relapsed about three times but now he had been clean for an entire year.
He thrived now. Without the influence of mind-altering substances, he could actually make good business deals. He could make a real future for himself. He grew up lucky but he wouldn’t waste that privilege any longer. He had crawled out of the hole and hoped you would follow behind him.
Except you didn’t grow up as lucky as Rafe. He thought he was good for you. He recognized the sadness in your eyes. He knew what it felt like when the world was against you. Rafe often took what he wanted but he took his time with you. You needed a sponsor but sponsoring someone required a lot of trust. If you were any other girl, he would’ve devoured you whole. Your soft skin. Big, beautiful, tired eyes. Plump and raspberry-colored lips. Long curls that defied gravity, never tamed by a hair tie. Your uniform usually consisted of a pair of jean shorts and a worn hoodie that swallowed your frame.
The first time he actually talked to you was outside of the Marlin Mart, after filling up his truck with gas. He wandered into the store for soda and a pack of gum but walked into a chaotic scene. The gas station owner had you by your wrist, shouting curses at you, while you tried to pull away from him, “Hey, hey, hey,” Rafe intervened quickly, “Let her go, man!”
“She’s a thief!” You twisted in his grip, eyes wild, defiant, like a cornered animal ready to bite. “Let me see what's in your pockets!”
“I don’t have anything, old perv! Let me go!” You shouted back.
“Let her go,” Rafe said again, placing a strong hand on the man’s chest, commanding, pushing him back, “Calm down, I’m paying for her.”
The man argued, of course, but Rafe talked him off the ledge. When Rafe turned back to you, he gave you a warning look. C’mon, I’m helping you not get arrested, he wanted to say. You gave in a moment later. You emptied your pockets. A bag of skittles, potato chips, and a can of Modelo. Rafe took in a breath, taking the items in his hands, and walked over to the gas station counter.
You spoke to him the first time when Rafe found you outside, leaning against a tall ice box, “You didn’t have to do that.”
Rafe gave you your items, wondering you were hungry and this was your sad excuse for a meal, “I’m Rafe, I’ve seen you at a few meetings.”
You didn’t give away whether you really recognized him or not. It didn’t matter, Rafe had already memorized the details of your face. You could brush him off but he’d find a way to talk to you again. He wanted to know you.
“Hmm,” Was all you said.
“If you want a real meal, I could take you to the Wreck. We could talk about the program, and you know, recovery.”
“I don’t put out for gas station food and burgers,” When you rolled your eyes, sticking your hands in your jacket pockets, Rafe’s lips pressed into a thin line.
“I’m not – not trying to be shady. It’s just been awhile since I’ve met someone under the age of thirty who’s in recovery. Just trying to be nice. It’s on me, you don’t have to give me anything in return.”
You used to look at Rafe like he was an alien. Like no one from his side of the island had ever spoken a kind word to you. You didn’t trust him. Rafe wasn’t sure if you knew how to trust anyone. Later, the two of you talked over bowls of hot gumbo. Well, Rafe did most of the talking. He talked about how hard it’s been maintaining his sobriety, how much he’s grateful for the sponsor that practically saved his life, and how much more control he feels over his life.
Rafe always like control. It just took him so long to realize how much chaos all of the alcohol and blow were bringing to his life. He saw something spark in your eyes, a glimmer of something real, but it went away quickly.
At the end of the lunch, you leaned across the table, a wicked smile on your lips, “I bet you know where the Kooks like to party. I’ve never tried any expensive shit. Maybe we could get fucked up tonight.”
You hadn’t been listening. Not really. But he understood why. He would help you get to the other side of your problems. You were too beautiful to leave to your own demons. Rafe could save you.
He should’ve known that you’d disable your location services. It slowed him down but Rafe had prepared for this. He had informats. Other druggies that would keep eyes on you and snitch on the dealers who sold to you. Sheriff deputies that gave him a call whenever you got booked into the county jail.
He tracked you down to a motel, someone had seen you enter a room with some lowlife guy last night. They were lucky to have disappeared before Rafe arrived. Rafe couldn’t even count on two hands how many sleazy guys had to injure to the point of hospilization because he found them on top of you while you were out of it or because they had sold you something.
Rafe knew you were starting to hate him. He could take the hate. As long as you were alive.
Surprisingly, you weren’t passed out when he found you. You opened the door when he knocked. He could smell that you were newly showered, your hair freshly washed, but Rafe quickly spotted the remnants of last nights “fun” sitting on the nightstand. You were wrapped in a robe, a mascara wand in your hand, your makeup half done.
“Who paid for the room? I know it wasn’t you.”
An eye roll, of course, “I have more sugar daddies than you, Rafe.”
“I’m not–” He stopped himself from arguing, “What are you getting ready for?”
“None of your business,” You turned away, marching towards the bathroom, “You worry so much.”
Rafe followed, standing in the doorway. He watched the way your hands trembled as you tried to paint your eyelashes. The tremors were new. Things were getting bad. How were things getting worse when his leash had tightened so much?
“Y/N,” Rafe said, tired, exhausted, “I want to help you.”
“And I never asked for your fucking help,” You said although Rafe knew you didn’t mean it, “I’m going away for a while. Gonna get out of your hair.”
His fingers tightened around the wooden trim of the door frame, “With who?”
“Always with the questions,” Even now, you were beautiful. Even with bloodshot eyes and track marks on your skin, “You can’t stop me.”
“I can. I have before. I’ll tie you down to the bed and stop you from hurting yourself.”
“What if I told you I was going to get help?” You looked at him and Rafe knew you were lying. All you did was lie, “My friend knows about this new treatment program. I’ve done every program this entire state has to offer. She’s gonna drive me there.”
“And you need mascara for rehab?”
“Anyways, it’s in Florida. Gonna make it a little road trip. You should be happy for me. I’m finally listening to you.”
“If you go, you’ll probably get yourself killed in a few weeks.”
“Fuck you, Rafe.” The mascara hit the sink with a clatter. You turned, fists flying at his chest. He let you. When the hits got harder, more frantic, he caught your wrists, then your waist. You weighed less than the last time this happened. You always forgot to eat when you were using.
He sat you on the edge of the bed, pinning your thighs when you tried to kick. It was nothing. Rafe was all muscle, all control. You were all bones and smoke.
“Ugh,” you groaned, still struggling, “What do you want, huh? I can do this on my own.”
“You can’t,” Rafe said, feeling like a broken record, “Come home with me. I’ll take care of you.”
Rafe felt some of the tension in your body melt away, your shoulders sagged, and you let out a breath. You were considering it, he thought. Maybe you’d finally grown exhausted too. He loosened his grip and fixed his blue eyes on yours, “Hey, I’m serious,” He continued, “You need sleep and an actual meal. I promise there will be no hospitals, no doctors, just you and me.”
“Rafe,” You whispered weakly. He saw a glimmer of that innocent side he knew was inside of you. A little girl begging to be taken care of and loved, “I see the way you look at me…”
“What way do I look at you?” Rafe noticed it though he didn’t give it away in his eyes. Your legs parted slightly, your head tilted to the side as you looked him over. Your eyes became playful.
“Like you think I’m pretty …. even like this.”
“I do,” Rafe said, his voice deep and sure, “I think you’re beautiful, Y/N.”
“You can have me. You can have it.”
“Y/N-“
“I know you want to. I’d play nice. I know you wouldn’t hurt me.”
You smiled. Rafe’s heart was breaking in his chest.
“And you’d want something in return,” Rafe spoke knowingly. You parted your lips to argue but Rafe continued. He stood tall, towering over your figure, “You think I couldn’t have already taken that from you if that’s all I wanted? It wouldn’t be hard even if you didn’t play nice. You’re weak. You’re fucked up every time I see you. Sad thing is, you’d probably let me do it over and over again if that meant you could score.”
His voice hardened. The words landed like punches. And still, you didn’t look away.
“Stop,” That was all you managed.
“That’s not all I want, Y/N. I want all of you. I want you safe. Clean. Sober. I want you to fucking listen to me not because you’re looking for your next fix. I want you to listen because I’m the one who gives a shit. Who’s going to give you everything you need. Guidance. Structure. Love. All of it.”
You shook your head. You probably stopped listening in the middle of his rambling, “I don’t deserve that.”
“I’ll tell you what you deserve,” Rafe let out a breath. His rough hands nervously roamed over his shirt, buzzed hair, “Get your shit together. You’re not going to fucking Florida. If you don’t want me to have your friend arrested for possession then you’ll pack your shit and get in my truck.”
You stood, shoulders squared like you wanted to fight, but you were shaking again. You’d burned through whatever energy you have left. You were hollow. Empty. Rafe could see it.
“You want to own me,” you spat, but the words lacked conviction.
“I already have you, angel. That’s what I can’t get you to understand.”
That night, Rafe gave you another chance. Took you home. Let you put yourself together. Fed you until you were sick. It was routine. You relaxed, laughed a little, told him scraps of what you'd been through. You always smiled through the shame. You fell asleep against his chest during some movie neither of you were watching. He carried you upstairs. You probably hadn’t slept in three days.
The banging woke him up just after dawn. You were gone.
He moved downstairs, groggy and shirtless, drawstring pants hanging low on his hips. The banging was frantic. He opened the kitchen drawer and took out the syringe Barry gave him. He’d practiced. He was ready.
Rafe held the full syringe at his side as he approached the front door. There you were, wild and furious. “You locked me in? Open the door, Rafe! I’m serious, I can’t do this. Please,” Your eyes wandered down to his right hand, hanging by his side, “What’s that?”
Rafe slowly closed the distance between you. The rest had given you some of your strength back. Even as you scratched at his arms, Rafe kept you pinned to the door, “Rafe! Don’t! Please!” You screamed, tears in your eyes.
He shushed you as the needle finally pricked the side of your neck. Your eyes were wide and sad, “It’s okay, baby. I got you,” Your eyelids started to droop and you pushed at him weakly. Rafe caught you when your legs finally gave out, “It’s okay, just sleep. I’m gonna take care of you.”
You sat up too quickly. You were going to be sick. Your seatbelt kept you in place. You squeezed at the soft, italian-leather of your seat. You tried to get your bearings. Your lips parted. You thought you were talking but your voice came out in a moan.
You sat back, your body was weak, your head lolled to the side. A window. Clouds. A blue ocean. Your eyes fluttered until they were wide open, “Easy,” A familiar voice said.
“What did you do?” Your voice cracked. You tugged at your seat but your fine motor skills were practically useless. You were so foggy. Not in the way you usually felt when you were coming down or withdrawing. That needle. He’d knocked you out. On purpose. “What the fuck did you do?”
He was calm. Calmer than he’d ever been.
“It was the only way. You were hysterical yesterday. And you haven’t been in your right mind for a long time,” You shook your head, “I made a decision. And you’re gonna hate me for awhile. But this is gonna be good for you. For us, too.”
You’d really done it this time. This was your fault. Why did you have to show the most unhinged side of yourself to him?
You were so angry at him. If you were honest with yourself, it wasn’t because you were sitting on his private jet, going to a foreign place. It wasn’t even because you actually hated him. It was because you knew that Rafe wasn’t going to let your skin touch another heroin needle, let your lips taste another sip of alcohol, or let you smoke another joint to mellow your withdrawal symptoms.
Fuck, you thought. Fuck. Fuck.
Despite the warnings from his business partners about the futility of the tiny island of Isla Brisas, five hundred miles from the Ecuadorian coast, Rafe had proved them all wrong. There was no long-lost treasure, but his plan had not led to Cameron Development's bankruptcy as they had predicted. Not only had his men found gold, but there was a good chance that the parts of the island that had yet to be explored would yield similar findings.
His secret project. No one would ever disturb the two of you. No one would even be looking for you, he knew that. But he wanted you to feel like it was only the two of you in this world. No one on the island would consider helping you. The closest piece of civilization was thirty miles away on the Galapagos islands.
The villa was tucked between a grove of palm trees. The backyard stretched into the soft slope of a green hillside. The front of the house had a winding, stone path that led to an infinity pool before a five-minute walk shaded by tropical trees took you to a private beach. White sand sparkled underneath the sun, kissed by turquoise waves..
There were no fences. No barbed wire. No obvious guards. But inside there were rooms with locks that clicked shut when he pleased. Windows that let in the sun during the day but provided blackout privacy at night. Staff that were local. Silent. Loyal. Bought.
The first two weeks on the island happened in a blur. The bed was massive, the sheets always cool, even though your skin was often on fire. If you weren’t sleeping for hours at a time then you weren’t sleeping at all. You threw up everyday. Rafe was usually there, holding your hair, rubbing circles on your back. You begged him everyday to stop letting you suffer, to help you feel better.
“I am making you better,” He’d always say. The only drugs he gave you helped your sleep and nausea, they didn’t get you high, and a week into the nightmare, he starting giving you something for the depression and anxiety. The depression was probably the worst symptom.
He carried you from the bed, to the bathroom, and to the bathtub. He brushed your teeth, detangled your hair, and changed your clothes. You fought him in the ways that you could. It didn’t matter. Rafe did what he wanted. You kept trying to hate him.
One morning, you finally had the strength to pick yourself off the bed. You looked down at your hands and legs. Some of the bruising on your inner arms had started to fade, some had scarred. You could already tell there was more meat on your bones. Your stomach didn’t ache with hunger. You smoothed your hand down over your dress. The yellow night gown was light-weight, smooth and your fingers traced over the lacy floral designs that decorated it. It barely reached the middle of your thigh. And you were sure you’d never worn anything like this. You’d never worn anything this nice. Nothing so…delicate.
You wobbled towards the master bathroom. It was so big that even your steps seemed to echo. You gasped when you saw your appearance. Tentatively, you touched the skin of your face, unsure that it was really yours. You looked brighter, your eyes were no longer sunken in, the darkness under your eyes had smoothed out.
You looked away and wandered further into the bathroom. You took note of a modern soaking tub and a spacious shower with a rainfall shower head. You found the walk-in closet next, a heavy silence pressing against you. You were walking into someone else’s life, you were sure of that. It was neatly organized, large, and one side, from floor to ceiling, hung all of Rafe’s polished clothing.
On the other side was a stark contrast. Your fingers grazed over the soft fabric of a dress that was hanging at eye level. Silk, just like the one you were wearing, except this one would reach down past your knees. Soft hues of pink blush, pale golds, baby blues, and creamy whites filled the racks. More dresses. Skirts. Delicate. Frilly, even. The only pants you found were shorts and those were all silk as well. Pastel ribbons and lace.
Your fists squeezed at your side. Did he expect you to feel happy? This wasn’t yours. This was the wardrobe of some island princess. Who did he think you were? You closed your eyes tight. God, you just wanted to get high. This would all be easier if you didn’t have to feel. You could handle this. You could pretend to be what he wanted if he just let you get high.
You found Rafe on the balcony connected to the bedroom. Looking through the glass sliding door, you saw him leaning against the balcony’s railing, a phone pressed to his ear. The view behind him was dazzling. The sand was so white it was blinding. He wore board shorts and a cream-colored unbuttoned shirt. The conversation seemed tense.
This was your chance. You weren’t sure if you wanted to step forward or to run. You took a step back but just as you did, his head turned. He said something into the phone that you couldn’t hear. You turned quickly, too fast, you felt a headache coming on. You hurried to the bedroom door anyways, padding over a soft carpet, before you tried to yank at the large, mahogany doors. They didn’t budge. Of course.
You heard the glass doors slide open and the sound of crashing waves flooded your ears.
“You’re out of bed,” He said. You turned, pressing your back against the door, and mentally cursed. Rafe looked different too. He looked happy, hopeful, “Look at you… you look so good–”
“Where is this place?”
“Far, far away.”
You pressed a hand to you forehead, “God, I feel like shit.”
“I know,” Rafe spoke, eyes understanding, “It’s gonna be a process. But you - you look better than you have in so long.”
“I don’t–”
“You really do,” Rafe took a step forward. He was so handsome. Sometimes you forgot. He was tall, commanding, and he seemed to be coming into his own even more as his business became more successful. You hadn’t even seen the rest of the house but you never understood until now how successful he’d become. It made your stomach twist, “I love you like this.”
You shook your head defiantly, “At the detox clinic, they give you stuff to help with the cravings. Helps with the withdrawal. It’s too painful without. Just a small amount would help wean me off.”
“You’re not going to find a bottle of wine in this house. No pills. No stash under the sink. Best I can do is an ibuprofen.”
Your chest heaved and your eyes started to burn, “That’s not enough. You can’t just lock me up and expect me to raw dog my way through withdrawal.”
His expression didn’t change, even as your tears started to fall, “I hate to see you in pain. I’m here to take care of you but I need your cooperation. If you sit down on the bed, I’ll give you some pain medication.”
“I don’t want your fucking medicine!” Rafe’s jaw clenched, “Take me home!”
In a matter of seconds, he had you by your wrists, and was hauling you over to the bed, “You make this easier for yourself by listening. I’m done playing by your rules. I’m in control now. Do you hear me?” Rafe growled, pinning your arms above your head. His knees parted your legs and he pressed his weight onto you, “You are going to be obedient.”
“You can’t do this,” You whined, struggling beneath him, “You can’t fucking do this!”
“I can!” His deep voice rumbled across your skin, and for the first time, you were actually scared of him, “I’ve decided I’m not going to let you kill yourself. I’ve decided you’re going to live and this is the life I’m giving you. You’re going to do what I say, when I say it. You’re going to eat three meals a day, exercise, take your fucking vitamins, breathe fresh air, and you’re going to act like you’re happy until it starts to feel real.”
“Fine, okay – just let go – you’re hurting me–”
He scoffed. “Hurting you? After what you’ve done to yourself? After what you’ve let happen to you? I’m the one hurting you?”
And then his mouth was on yours. Crushing. Possessive. Final.
It felt like love. Even though all his weight was on top of you and he hadn’t asked for your permission. It felt like love because of how gentle and hot his kisses were against your lips, against your neck, and against your jaw. He squeezed you tightly but not to bruise. Not because he was getting off on your pain.
It was a warm embrace. You tried to run from it. It was so overwhelming that he fit against you like a matching puzzle piece. Strong hips rocked against yours and it made you dizzy. It was perfect. Just what you needed. Your headache was gone, all you could feel was him, hard and heavy against you.
He pushed the top of your nightgown to the side, took your nipples into his mouth, and sucked until your back was arching. “Please don’t,” You begged but the more you talked, the less you were able to hear yourself, “Rafe, I can’t.”
He sounded like an animal, a deep rumbling in this throat, vibrated against your skin. Like you’d denied him so long of his primal instincts. This was your fault.
“So fucking beautiful,” It was out of your control. He’d decided that you were ready. He got you there easily. Rocking against your hips, grinding into you, making your juices soak through your lacy yellow panties. You were so ready that when he finally pushed inside of you, he met no resistance at all, “All mine.”
Your head tilted back just as a strong hand wrapped around your throat. You screamed but he didn’t stop. He went faster, thrusted deeper, “Look at you,” He spoke in a low rasp, “You’re gonna come already, aren’t you?”
You gritted your teeth. It was painful. You tried to push the pleasure away. He noticed and became relentless. You screamed again, “Fucking feel it,” he commanded, “Fuck, you’re fucking perfect. Made for me. You can take it. Fucking take it.”
Clenching around him, your body betrayed your mind. Reisting had made it worse. You convulsed around him and he tightened his grip around your throat. You expected a break, some sort of relief, when Rafe finally pulled out of you. Your muscles were still twitching, squeezing, your walls ached. You felt empty.
He flipped your body easily. Your fingers clenched the sheets as he pulled your underwear down to your ankles. A series of spanks against your bare ass made you yelp but you kept still. He pressed his weight down on you again, sliding into your welcoming hole from behind. At this angle, he could go even deeper. He kissed above your ear, “Good girl,” Your lips formed a permanent “o”, “Stay like that. My good girl.”
You came again. This time because of the voice in your ear. It put you in a daze. You didn't know if you wanted to cry or to beg him to stop, but the words didn’t come. Only the sound of his praise, "Good girl," "You're perfect", each word tightening its hold on you, sinking deeper inside. Finally he softly said an, “I love you so much”. You hadn’t ever felt anything like this. Consumed and cared for. Used and loved. It was everything, all at once.
Rafe didn’t sugar-coat his intentions. He was training you. You made the mistake of showing him that he could give you pleasure. That your mind melted when he was fucking you. He could make you chase after the orgasms. It was the only high he provided you.
You ate all three meals provided to you and he’d bury his face between your legs on top of the kitchen table. You went out to the pool and swam with him instead of throwing vases, he fucked you hard against a lounge chair. You went a whole week without asking him for drugs and he’d fingered you until you lost your voice. You wore a bow in your hair, a pink mini dress he picked out, and sat in his lap while he worked in his office and you came for the first time with his finger in your ass.
You’d replaced one addiction with another. You still thought about your old life almost every hour of every day but the pleasure took the edge off.
The first time you’d seen another person other than a cleaning lady was when Barry, Rafe’s business partner, came to visit. He warned you to be on your best behavior. You saw it as a chance to be on Rafe’s good side for a long time. Maybe that meant you would be able to get away with more. Maybe that meant he’d do that thing again where he tied you down to the bed, put a vibrator on your clit, and made you cum over and over.
They were out together, surveying whatever Rafe’s secret project was. He still kept all his business under wraps. All you knew was that there was gold involved. And you’d only heard that when you were eavesdropping on one of his calls.
When they returned at dinnertime, you had dinner and a dessert ready. Grilled mahi-mahi and sweet potatoes for the entree and chocolate cake for dessert. You started early, knowing you might burn your first attempt. Luckily, you perfected the recipe on the second attempt.
You chose a floral, white dress, one that was low-cut and showed off your ever developing breasts. You were slightly insecure about them but Rafe complimented your blossoming figure consisting.
Rafe eyed you cautiously but Barry was more than impressed. You hugged Barry to greet him and you felt the man’s hands linger on your waist for a moment too long.
You made conversation easily. Your tone was light, almost fake, but this was how Rafe wanted you. You smiled until it felt real. Barry thought all of his jokes were funny. You laughed politely.
You served them both chocolate cake, leaning over each of them as you scooped a slice on to each of their plates. Rafe eyed you again, “After dessert, should we all get in the pool?” You asked, your eyes flirty and on Barry. He smiled, gold-tooth flashing.
“That sounds–”
Rafe interrupted him, “You want a beer, Barry?”
Your heart pounded. Your lips parted, “A beer?”
“Uh, yeah, sure,” Barry responded, unaware of the tension between you and Rafe.
“Angel, could you get two beers for me and Barry from the fridge in the pantry? I had some flown in the other day,” You hid your hands behind your back, to hide how bad they’d started shaking.
You hadn’t noticed any beers. Then again, you hadn’t looked in that fridge in awhile. What was he doing? Without another word, you turned on your heels and made your way to the pantry. To your surprise, and likely, your downfall, there was a pack of beers in the fridge.
Shaking you picked up two. Just two. You stared down at them, cold, condensation dripping down the glasses. Fuck. You hadn’t chosen this. Rafe chose this. It was just beer. It wasn’t a hard drug. He didn’t have the right to do this. He was testing you.
It took everything in you to walk back to the table and set them in front of each of the men, “Thanks, sweet thing.”
Still trembling, you sat back down in your seat. You were sweating. You watched both of them. Rafe’s strong hands twisted open his bottle. You sat eerily still as the men enjoyed their dessert and the alcohol. The conversation continued without you.
You tuned back in when you heard Rafe say, “Why don’t you head out there, Barry, and we’ll join you in a second.”
Barry’s eyes flicked between you and Rafe, suspicious, before he said, “Sure.”
When the coast was clear, Rafe asked, “What are you trying to do?”
“What?” You asked though your attention was fixed on his glass.
“You’re trying to get something,” Rafe said. Of course you were. All addicts do is use other people to get what they want.
You didn’t move your eyes from the glass.
“Hey, look at me,” And you did. It had become second nature. Do as your told, “You’re strong. You’ve been doing so good.”
“I’m not,” You disagreed.
Rafe tilted his head back, taking a sip, “You’re my good girl, right?”
“Yes,” You said quickly, “I’m trying. Maybe if I could just have a sip–”
“I know what you really want, Y/N, and you know I can’t give you that,” Rafe continued, voice steady, “You know what I can give you though.”
You nodded, “Okay,” You rubbed your hands nervously over your dress. Your palms were sweaty, “Can I have your cock, please? Can you make me cum?”
“Stand up, lift up your dress and bend over the table,” You did so quickly. You even made sure to pull down your panties. You were already wet. He didn’t need to warm you up. Sometimes you liked it better when he skipped the foreplay and went straight for what he wanted. You liked it. You had a purpose. You had love.
He didn’t move immediately. He watched you. He took his time, finished his beer.
“All this was because you wanted a reward, huh?”
“Yes, Rafe.”
His chair scraped against the marble floor as he stood. God, you were soaked. If he could just touch you –“You trying to manipulate me now? Use my friend to get what you want?”
“N-No–”
He spanked you so hard you screamed, one of your legs kicking up as you tried to fight through the pain, “Y-Yes, I-I’m sorry!”
“I know when you’re lying. I’ve always fucking known. You’re bad at it.”
“I’m sorry,” Another spank. You winced.
“You’re not gonna have a sip of beer. You’re not gonna cum either, okay?”
“Rafe, please, I’ll be–” Five hard spanks.
“Shut up, angel,” Five more spanks, “This is what this has all been about. Discipline. Not giving into temptation. You’re so close to getting it.”
Shame. You used to run from it. You were so ashamed of your life and your decisions that you wanted to feel nothing. With Rafe, you felt everything. Shame. Depression. Happiness. Pleasure. All of it. He didn’t let you run from it.
He kept going until you were sobbing and your thighs were glistening with the need that had dripped down from your aching center.
When he was done, he was out of breath. You were sorry. So sorry. He was right. You just needed more discipline, “Thank you,” You whispered, pulling your body from the table. Your body had grown stronger but you were still so much weaker than him. Part of you liked that, “Thank you, Rafe.”
You got down to you knees, “For what, angel?”
“For caring,” Your voice was so weak. You hugged his leg, rested your head against his knee, “Thank you for caring.”
He bent down, brushing a hand through your hair before trailing his fingers gently along your cheek. You leaned into his touch instinctively, eyes fluttering closed.
“I want you to go upstairs,” he murmured, “put on your swimsuit—the one-piece with the sunflowers. Then grab one of my belts and lay it on the bed and come back down.”
“I’m going to spank you again tonight,” he continued, almost reverent. “And I want you to thank me again. Just like this. Just as perfect as you are right now.”
Your body obeyed before your mind could catch up. Trembling legs brought you up the stairs. You’d never felt like this before. You wanted Rafe to be proud of you.

❀ ༉ ‧ ₊ ˚ WANNA MAKE YOU MINE²

♯┆ karina pulls y/n deeper into her world, and even though y/n knows she should be careful, it's already too late. she’s falling hard and fast. and honestly? she already did.
part one. part two. part three.
pairing. karina x fem!reader genre. strangers to lovers, fluff, suggestive!!, goodness karina wants you so bad warning(s). making out, (lots of it actually) cursing, underage drinking, scream mentioned 🤓☝️ karina showing her true colors, karina teases you literally like throughout the entire chapter, she’s possessive and obsessive but you like it
word count: 11k
❝baby, don’t be scared, want you everywhere
catch you if i fall, i mean it.❞
── ⟢ ・⸝⸝ katty ᥫ᭡: lawd.🧎♀️
masterlist.
minjeong didn’t look at you. she just stared ahead, eyes blank and teary, like her mind was somewhere else.
you swallowed, chest tight. “i’m sorry. you didn’t deserve this.”
she let out another bitter laugh. “yeah, well. i did it to myself. didn’t i?”
“no. you didn’t. you had a crush. you were in love and you trusted someone with that.”
minjeong’s bottom lip wobbled, and her eyes squeezed shut like she was trying to hold everything in.
“why would jiwon do it?” you muttered.
minjeong’s jaw clenched. “i don’t know.“
you turned toward her, your voice quieter now. “how long were you in love with her?”
minjeong didn’t answer right away. just curled her fingers tighter into her sleeves.
“too long. i was stupid. especially after i saw what she did to yujin.”
your eyebrows furrowed.
“shit—“
“who’s that?”
“i— she’s— i’ll just let karina tell you.“ she sniffled.
you bit your lip nervously before nodding slowly and curiously. “does jiwon know you’re here?”
another long silence.
then minjeong shook her head. “i don’t think she cares.”
it made your heart ache. because whatever happened between them, jiwon had a choice.
“i’m gonna fix this.” you said.
minjeong gave you a tired look. “how?”
you didn’t know yet.
───────── ౨ৎ ─────────
you didn’t know where else to look.
after hearing minjeong crying in the stairway, you needed jiwon. you needed her to look you in the eye and tell you it wasn’t true. that she didn’t hand over minjeong’s secret like it was nothing. so you ended up at the counselor’s office.
you told yourself that maybe jiwon was here. maybe the guilt pushed her into one of the chairs or forced her to ask the counselor for help. but when you opened the door the office was empty.
you sat down on the fake leather couch. it squeaked under you, and you just sat there.
you stared at the wall with that dumb motivational cat poster. the one that said hang in there.
and then the door opened.
you didn’t look up. didn’t need to. you already knew who it was.
karina closed the door behind her. she stood for a second. as if she was debating whether to speak or just look at you.
“i figured you’d be here.” she said eventually.
you didn’t respond. she stepped further inside.
“you shouldn’t have run off like that.”
“sorry, i didn’t realize i needed your permission to walk away.” you scoffed.
“don’t say it like that.”
“can you just… leave me alone? you knew this would happen. and you didn’t stop it.”
karina stayed quiet for a while. “but i didn’t cause it.”
you let out a bitter laugh. “no. you just sat back and let it happen.”
“she told jiwon and jiwon told someone else. that’s not my fault.”
“but you knew, karina. you knew it would blow up like this. and you let it.”
“no i didn’t.” she protested. “how was i supposed to know that she’d anonymously send in a tip on ning’s page? it isn’t my fault that jiwon betrayed her.”
her words stung you.
‘it wasn’t my fault that jiwon betrayed her.’
‘jiwon betrayed her.’
when the words finally settled, karina was standing right in front of you.
“it isn’t my job to clean up someone else’s mistake.” she continued. “you don’t get to stand here and act like i’m the bad guy. i didn’t sell minjeong out. jiwon did.”
“but you could’ve protected her.” you whispered.
“from what? the effect of her best friend’s actions? i told you. that isn’t my job.”
you winced at her tone.
“leave me alone, karina.”
you looked up at her as she stayed silent. then she stepped back.
“stop looking at me like that and maybe i will.”
and there it was.
you locked eyes with her and even though you were upset with her, it was like you were entranced. again.
you didn’t know what to believe.
“i didn’t care about minjeong’s secret. i cared about what it would do to you.”
you stayed silent.
karina stepped closer. “if i had said something, it still would’ve gotten out. and then you would’ve been right in the middle of it. i didn’t want that.”
“so you just let minjeong burn instead?”
“i would’ve let the whole school burn if it meant keeping you out of it.” the words hit you hard.
“you don’t mean that.”
“i do.”
“i care about you. i care when you cry. when you walk away from me. when you disappear without saying anything.”
“that’s not caring, karina. that’s control.” you shook your head.
“maybe. but it’s still real.”
you didn’t know what to say. so you reached out for her.
hell. you didn’t know why you did it.
maybe it was because you were tired of running from the pull she had on you. but you leaned in.
not all the way.
not enough to say i forgive you or this is okay now.
but enough to feel her warmth.
you didn’t look at her.
“i hate that you always make it feel like it’s just us. like the rest of the world doesn’t matter.”
“because it doesn’t. not when it comes to you.” she said instantly.
you winced. not because she said it but because you believed her.
her hand hovered between you two, not touching you. you let your fingers slide toward hers. just enough for them to meet.
when they did, she caught them softly. you looked at her then.
karina’s voice softened. “you’re not like the rest of them. and i… don’t like sharing things that matter.”
you knew what she meant. you knew she was talking about you.
you leaned into her shoulder. it wasn’t because you forgave now, but because you wanted to. and maybe that was worse. she didn’t say anything, she just let it happen. let you rest against her like she was waiting for it.
you couldn’t help but feel like you fell right into her trap.
karina’s house always felt like it was trying too hard not to be a house. it was always too clean. but tonight, there was something different about it.
the low hum of music from ning’s bluetooth speaker and the scent of popcorn filled the air, accompanied by her candy perfume.
you were sitting on the edge of her velvet couch now, tucked into a cushion with a blanket karina tossed over you. your fingers gripped a cold glass of something sparkling and pink, courtesy of ning.
aeri claimed the armchair, legs folded up with her hoodie zipped halfway as she scrolled through her phone. ning was sprawled out on the floor, face down in her phone beside a half empty bowl of popcorn.
karina sat close as she always did. her thigh pressed against yours, arm draped along the arm of the couch behind you. you could feel her fingertips brushing your shoulder every now and then.
“anyway. i still can’t believe jiwon actually cracked. like damn. she really folded under pressure, huh?” ning started, voice casual in a way that meant she was about to say something dangerous. you didn’t say anything. just stared into your drink.
karina shifted beside you. “ning.”
“what? i’m just saying. i expected better. that girl keeps secrets like it’s her job.”
“she made a mistake.” karina said.
“did she?” ning placed a gummy bear into her mouth before chewing lazily.
“kinda seems like she knew exactly what she was doing.”
“okay but that doesn’t mean you needed to go full tmz at lunch. you nuked our table.” aeri chimed in without looking up.
“and yet, no one one got up until y/n did.” ning said, eyes flicking toward you. the silence that followed made your ears ring. your throat tightened.
karina’s thumb found your knee, rubbing slow and soothing circles. “can you not?”
“i’m just observing. she’s here now, isn’t she? you’re welcome, by the way.” ning said. karina tensed next to you.
“maybe now you’ll finally chill out. stop staring at her like you’re crazy.” ning teased.
“shut up.” karina said. it hit like a brick.
you felt it. the shift. the change in karina’s tone when someone crossed a line, even if it was someone she considered a friend.
“relax. you’re so sensitive when she’s around. it’s kinda cute.” ning said.
“i’m tired.” you said.
“you wanna go upstairs?” karina turned to you immediately.
you stared at her.
“we don’t have to stay down here.“
“yeah. upstairs, please?”
she was on her feet before you could even set your glass down. her hand found yours again and you followed her out of the room without a glance behind you.
she didn’t say anything until you reached the stairs. “i didn’t want you to feel like this.” she mumbled.
you looked over and her eyes were already on you. she was concerned. her gaze was protective in a way that felt way too intense for someone you’d only just gotten close to.
“i’m okay.” you lied.
“you’re not.” she said. and her hand squeezed yours. “but you will be.”
her room door opened with a click. you stepped inside first. you hovered near the doorway, unsure of what to do with your hands.
karina crossed the room and sat at the edge of her bed, kicking off her shoes without a word. she pat the space next to her but didn’t look at you.
you sat. not too close. but not too far either. and for a while, neither of you said anything. just sitting in the quiet.
karina turned toward you slightly. “are you mad at me?”
you didn’t look at her. just stared at the soft curve of the candle’s flame. “i don’t know.”
“you have every right to be.” silence again. “i don't care if anyone else leaves. but not you.”
you turned toward her, heart pounding. “why would i leave?” she stayed silent.
karina leaned back on her hands, eyes focused on the ceiling. “because i scared you.”
“what?” she finally looked at you.
“i didn’t want you to think that i was controlling. or obsessive. you’re the only thing i’ve wanted in a long time that actually makes me feel something. and i was scared that if i pushed too hard, you’d run.”
your breath caught. your chest felt full and tight and warm at the same time. “i wouldn’t.” you said.
karina gave you a laugh that was devoid of any humor. “you say that now.”
“i mean it.”
she looked down. her fingers curled slightly as if she was resisting the urge to reach out for you. “then tell me not to hold back.”
“what?”
“if you want me to stop, i’ll stop. but if you don’t…” she finally looked at you again.
“i won’t hold back anymore.” you were suddenly aware of how close you were. you could feel the heat radiating off her skin.
you stayed silent for a moment. “you scare me sometimes.”
karina wasn’t offended. if anything, she was curious. “why?”
“because you always know what you want. and you always get it.”
“that scares you?” a slow smile found it’s way onto her lips.
“no. what scares me is that i think i want to be yours.” you could feel the air change.
karina leaned in, forehead pressed to yours. “you already are.” then she kissed you.
it was slow. her hand slid to your back, pulling you in. your fingers caressed her hair, her cheek, then her jaw. you memorized the way her breath hitched when you parted your lips for her. you pulled away to catch your breath. but only for a bit.
karina’s lips found yours again. it was like she was memorizing the shape of your mouth and the taste of your breath. you didn’t mean to pull her closer. you didn’t mean to sigh against her lips, or let your hands twist in the material of her hoodie. you didn’t mean to pull her down with you as you leaned back.
but she came willingly, moving with you until she was leaning over you, one hand beside your head and the other still at your back. she kissed you like she was starving. like she was holding back for weeks and finally let herself go. and god, you let her.
you leaned into her, melted into her. you let her kiss you like she owned the moment. because she did. her lips parted just enough to whisper. “you have no idea what you do to me.” your breath caught.
and then—
“HELLO?!?” you both froze.
“okay, wow. i knew it! i told aeri it was happening! pay up, bitch!” ning’s voice echoed from the doorway. karina groaned into your shoulder as you jumped back like you were caught committing a crime.
“ning— what the hell?!”
“oh, don’t ning me. i knocked. twice.” she leaned against the doorframe with zero shame.
“anyway. aeri’s making some strawberry lemonade cocktails and i came to get you before she mixes them with that expired peach vodka again.”
again?
you looked at karina, who looked more annoyed than embarrassed. and then ning disappeared. karina sighed, dragging a hand through her hair.
you were still catching your breath, staring at the door that ning had just came through. “should we go down?” you asked eventually.
karina leaned in one last time, brushing her lips against your cheek. “in a minute.”
“hurry up! i want to toast to the sexual tension finally bursting!” you heard ning yell.
karina groaned.
───────── ౨ৎ ─────────
karina’s grip on you didn’t even loosen up once on the walk down. you stepped into the kitchen and were immediately hit by the scent of strawberries, citrus, and something that smelled dangerous.
“okay. i don’t know what to call this one yet, but it’s mostly lemonade and like, strawberry puree… and then like, a splash of evil.” aeri said while standing at the counter. “define ‘splash.’” karina said, eyeing the bottle of vodka on the counter that looked more than half empty.
“i’m not a math prodigy. want some?” aeri shrugged.
“absolutely not.” karina said, but ning was already pouring some into plastic cups for you. one of them was immediately put into your hand.
“cheers to tension relief! and karina’s face when i walked in.” ning said dramatically.
“i will murder you.” karina mumbled.
“i’m not judging! karina’s been like, clinically obsessed with you since day one. it’s honestly a relief that she finally acted on it.” you took a sip.
it was surprisingly good. it had just enough burn at the end to remind you that this was probably a very bad idea. “so are we gonna pretend that i didn’t clock the way karina was looking at y/n two weeks ago?” aeri said, sitting on the barstool.
“are we finally past the mutual pining stage?” you nearly choked on your drink.
“we’re not past anything. we’re right in the middle of it.” karina said. that shut everyone up for a second.
“that was kinda hot.” ning giggled for you. you tried to hide your face behind your cup but karina pulled it down, locking eyes with you.
“none of that.” she said in a voice that only you could hear. you swallowed hard. something that you did a lot around her.
“okay. this is where we toast, guys. you left me hanging.” ning rolled her eyes. you all raised your cups and for a moment it felt weirdly… normal. the tension turned into laughter, sarcasm, and increasingly dangerous drinks. karina stayed close the whole time.
you let her. you weren’t scared anymore. you were curious how much deeper this could go. and somehow, you ended up on karina’s balcony.
one of them, at least.
it was quieter out here. the sliding door clicked shut behind you and karina stepped onto the balcony right after you. the breeze was cool against your skin, courtesy of the ocean not too far away.
your head was light and everything felt slower. it was quiet if you ignored the faint noise of playboi carti playing through ning’s bluetooth speaker.
she finally spoke. “i hated that ning walked in.”
“yeah. i noticed.”
“i’m serious. i waited so long to kiss you like that. i wasn’t done.” she said in a lower voice than usual. her words were a little less accurate. you turned to meet her gaze.
“i think you made your point.” you said quietly.
“did i?” she mumbled, tilting her head.
“because i don’t want there to be any confusion. not with you.” her fingers brushed against yours on the railing as a reminder.
“i like you. in the i can’t stop thinking about you kinda way. maybe i’ve done it all in the wrong order or came on too strong, but i’m not pretending.” your heart did something weird at her words.
“i don’t want to pretend either.” you said. karina’s arm brushed against yours again. you could feel her sigh before you heard it.
“i don’t usually say shit like that. like, i never say shit like that. but with you, i can’t not.” she admit in a slurred voice. you turned your face toward her, and she was already looking at you.
“stay tonight.”
you nodded. maybe it was the drinks. or honestly just karina. but staying felt like the only right answer.
the first thing you felt was warmth of a blanket. then the consequences of last night. karina’s scent still lingered on your skin. it was expensive and addictive.
you stirred, stretching slightly before rolling onto your back. the spot beside you was empty, but it was still warm. you blinked slowly so that your eyes could adjust to the light slipping in from the slightly cracked bathroom door. that shit was huge.
but when you looked inside, you nearly forgot how to breathe.
karina stood in front of the mirror, pulling her damp hair into a high, effortless ponytail. her outfit made you sit up.
it was a black cropped tank top paired with a skirt. just tight enough to show off the slope of her waist. she had on the silver rings she always wore with her sunglasses pushed in her hair. and her back was to you. that was when you saw it.
the spine tattoo.
black ink ran straight down her back. you couldn’t read it from here, but it looked like something elegant and sharp. just like her.
it curved perfectly with the shape of her body, disappearing under the hem of her top. it was hot. unfair.
she bent slightly to grab her lip balm off the sink and you caught yourself staring so hard you forgot how to blink. karina caught your reflection in the mirror.
“you’re awake. did you sleep okay?” you cleared your throat, dragging your eyes away from her back like you weren’t just hypnotized.
“didn’t think your bed would be so soft.”
“you drooled on me. that’s how soft it was.” karina smirked and turned slightly toward you. you groaned and dragged a pillow over your face.
“don’t say that to me right now.” she laughed quietly.
“i made you tea. it’s probably not warm anymore now but it’s the thought.” she spoke. you peeked over the pillow to admire her.
“thanks.” karina walked over to you and sat on the edge of the bed, reaching to caress your cheek with her thumb.
“you looked so peaceful. i didn’t want to wake you.”
“you could’ve.” you mumbled.
“next time.” she responded. there would be a next time. you continued to stare at her.
“what?” she asked, lips curving at your attention.
“you have a spine tattoo.” you said.
“yeah.”
“for how long?”
“for a while.”
“you never said anything.”
“you never asked.” she said, slipping her jacket on slowly and hiding the ink from your view. it was a simple line, but it held so much weight. what else was she hiding from you? you sat up slowly, pulling the blanket up with you. “where’s aeri and ning?”
“alive.” karina smiled.
“that’s good.” you replied.
“i guess.” she stood again and grabbed her lip balm from the organizer, applying it in the mirror. “they’re texting like they’re stranded in the sahara.”
“we’re going out by the way.”
“out?”
“yeah. brunch. or lunch. something along the lines. ning just wants to eat.”
“and you? what do you want?” you smiled, pulling your knees up to your chest. karina tilted her head, giving you that look. the one that always made you forget how to breathe. “i want you with me.” she said simply.
it was crazy how one sentence from her could make your whole body feel like a firework. “okay.” you whispered.
she walked back over and leaned down, pressing a kiss to your temple. “take your time. i’ll wait.”
but all you could think about was that tattoo. and how bad you wanted to trace it with your fingers. you were going to ask about it again later. when it was just the two of you and no jacket in the way.
───────── ౨ৎ─────────
the doors of karina’s car swung open like a reveal scene in a drama. it was the kind of car that made people look twice. karina stepped out first with her sunglasses on. then aeri, stretching a little with an eye roll. then ning, dramatically fluffing her hair like she was getting her picture taken.
then finally, you.
karina was there in time to help you out, her fingers wrapping around your hand before you could even close the door behind you. “keep holding my hand. i like when people see it.” she said under her breath, lips brushing your ear.
“see what?”
“that you’re mine.”
you walked past a group of college guys who clearly noticed her, then did a double take when they saw your hand in hers. karina didn’t react. she just tilted her chin slightly and pulled you closer. “i don’t like how he looked at you.” she said flatly.
“i think he was looking at you, karina.”
“exactly. and then he looked at you like he thought he had a chance.”
you laughed. “you’re insane.”
she just smiled like it was a compliment.
and the second you stepped into the store, it was like something changed.
it was all because karina had entered.
it was like everyone noticed her at once. the store wasn’t even that packed, but heads still turned. people’s eyes drifted from clothes to the tall, sharp featured girl who walked like she didn’t need to try. the world just shaped itself around her.
karina wore that black cropped tank top that was still tight and unfair. the silver belt made it look like it was made to show off her waist.
you didn’t notice the way you fell in step beside her until aeri leaned in.
“everyone’s staring. it’s like walking next to an off duty model.”
“off duty? karina hasn’t clocked out since birth.”
karina didn’t care about the compliments. she was too busy scanning the racks like she had a mission. and that mission, apparently, was you.
you didn’t even get to touch a single hanger.
“oh— welcome back miss yu.” a worker said, already straightening up.
“we’ll bring you both something to sip on.”
your eyes widened. “we get drinks?”
“it’s karina. you could get a couch in here if you asked nicely.” ning said from behind you.
karina turned around with a red dress dangling from her finger.
“try this on. she said, it wasn’t up for debate.
“you didn’t even check the size—”
“i looked at you.” karina tilted her head.
“what if it doesn’t even fit?” you said, cheeks warming up already.
“then we buy you the size that does.” she replied as if it was obvious.
“karina—”
“baby. i already made up my mind. this one’s yours.” she said and you swore your soul left your body for a moment.
“fine. but if i try something, you do too.” you mumbled.
“me?” karina raised a brow.
“yeah. fair’s fair.”
she stepped closer. “you just wanna see me undress.”
you choked. “no— i mean—”
“then say that, sweetheart.” karina smirked, taking a corset top and black skirt from the rack like she was humoring you.
you were in the dressing room, staring at yourself in the mirror with a dress so tight it was almost suffocating. it was red, strapless, and it clung to every curve you didn’t know you had.
your thoughts were a mess.
“karina, this is insane.” you called through the curtain.
“does it fit?” she replied.
“that’s not the issue!”
“then it’s perfect.”
you cracked the door open. “your turn.”
karina took the corset top and matching skirt from aeri. she disappeared into the stall next to you without even glancing back.
you tried not to listen. you really did.
but you could hear the rustle of fabric. and the sharp slide of the curtain.
and then—
“y/n.” her voice called.
“i need help with the zipper.”
you froze.
aeri and ning had wandered off somewhere to look at outfits.
so it was just you.
you stepped out of your stall, heart pounding in your chest. “you’re serious?”
“wouldn’t ask if i wasn’t.”
you pulled her curtain aside.
and your brain? it stopped working.
karina stood in front of the mirror in a black corset top that hugged her waist and the skirt hugged low on her hips. she was too hot for you. and your heart.
just beneath one of the ribs in her top you saw something peeking out.
it was a another tattoo.
not the spine one. not the collarbone one.
this one sat just under her chest, printed in fine black ink. it was unreadable but unfair.
your breath hitched.
“zip?” she asked half turned, watching you through the mirror.
you nodded stupidly, stepping in.
your fingers brushed the bare skin of her back as you carefully zipped her up.
“how many tattoos do you have?” your voice was barely above a whisper.
“three so far.”
your eyes glanced at the ink again. “this one’s older?”
“mhm. older than them all.”
your gaze met hers in the mirror.
your body temperature was suddenly too warm.
“your hands are shaking.” she said in a teasing tone.
“because you’re hot!” you blurted.
karina laughed before biting her lip. like she wasn’t currently ruining your ability to form a coherent thought.
she turned to face you fully with that teasing gaze still in her eyes. her voice was low. “so you admit it.”
“karina—”
“i’m buying this. and yours.”
“i haven’t even decided if i’m getting mine—”
karina stepped in until your space was hers. her hand came up, tilting your chin up until your eyes met hers.
“if you won’t wear it for you, then wear it for me.” she murmured.
“i like seeing you in things i picked out. is that so bad?”
you were helpless. and breathless.
it didn’t feel like just spoiling.
it felt like claiming.
“that’s not fair.” you whispered.
she smiled. like she already won.
“you didn’t answer.” she added.
“answer what?”
“do i look good?”
you didn’t even pretend to play it cool.
“you look… insane.” you said in a dazed tone.
karina smirked.
her hand dropped to your shoulder, fingers brushing lightly as she fixed the strap of your dress. it was so gentle that it made your stomach flip.
“you two better not be making out in there!” ning’s voice rang out from somewhere near the jewelry.
karina smiled.
“not yet.” she replied, eyes never leaving yours.
your knees genuinely almost buckled.
karina stepped back, finally giving you room to breathe. but the heat she left behind lingered on you. your hands were still trembling as you retreated to your own stall, trying to steady your pulse and ignore the flush creeping on your skin.
you somehow managed to change back into your clothes, and the red dress draped carefully over your arm like it was made of glass.
when you stepped out karina was already waiting. she was back in her black tank top and skirt, with her phone in one hand. she looked like she owned the store. she probably did.
you opened your mouth to say something just when ning came skipping around the corner with a glass of champagne in her hand and a pair of sunglasses that were definitely not hers.
“are you two done eye fucking in the fitting rooms or should i grab another drink?” she asked, taking a sip.
“it was one sided.” karina was unphased. as usual.
“it was not.” you hissed.
“awh! i love mutual delusion!” ning cooed.
aeri was behind her, holding three bags and a pair of stilettos that looked legally dangerous. “i’m ready.”
karina took both your dress and her outfit, slinging them over her arm.
the four of you strolled toward the register and the moment the cashier saw karina, her expression shifted from professional to terrified to mess up. like she already knew who she was.
“put it on my account,” karina said before the girl could even speak.
“you have an account here?” ning asked.
karina raised a brow. “don’t you?”
“no!”
you stood there, trying not to look out of place in a store where a single price tag could probably pay your rent. meanwhile, karina was taking black card out like it was nothing.
“did you want the jewelry as well?” the cashier asked politely, gesturing to a small tray of necklaces and rings karina had set down.
karina didn’t even glance at it. “all of it.”
your eyes widened. “wait—”
“let me.” karina said without looking at you.
you went quiet. you were stunned. and maybe just a little bit turned on.
the cashier handed karina the shopping bags with both of your outfits folded neatly inside, along with the jewelry in a smaller velvet pouch.
karina handed the pouch straight to you.
you stared.
“they’ll look better on you.” she said.
and then she walked off, sunglasses finally down over her eyes like she didn’t just buy you an outfit and jewelry without blinking.
───────── ౨ৎ ─────────
“this is the last one,” ning groaned dragging her feet.
“i’m begging. starving. withering away.”
“you had champagne in the last three stores.” aeri reminded her, adjusting the stack of bags in her arms.
“champagne isn’t food. it’s a coping mechanism.” ning snapped.
“you had two glasses. in every store.”
“you’re not helping, babe.”
the four of you stepped into the final store. it was so clean and so quiet that it felt like even breathing too loud would cost money.
the employees were all beautiful and you were pretty sure you saw someone famous just casually browsing.
karina’s hand was already on the small of your back, steering you toward a rack of dresses.
“you’ll like these.” she mumbled, and she was right.
you glanced over your shoulder. ning had already zeroed in on the drink tray being passed around and grabbed a flute without even asking. aeri followed with no hesitation, sipping something sparkling while fully making eye contact with the most anxious employee nearby.
you, on the other hand, were kind of overwhelmed.
“karina. this is… insane.” you whispered.
“mm. try it on.” she said, grabbing a dress off the rack and holding it against you like she could already picture it.
you hesitated. “you’re not trying anything?”
“i’m not the one getting spoiled today.”
your face heated up. she said it so casually like you weren’t already fighting for your life every time she looked at you.
you disappeared into the dressing room before your knees gave out. and you didn’t notice her grab another dress.
the one she picked was black and silky. you’d barely finished zipping it when she called out softly.
“let me see.”
you cracked the door and peeked out.
karina was leaning against the wall across from you with her hands in her pockets, and it made your stomach do a thing. the look she gave you could’ve killed a victorian child.
“turn.” she said.
you did. slowly.
she tilted her head, biting back a smile.
“walk.”
“karina—”
“please?”
god.
you did. a few steps back and forth, pretending you weren’t walking straight into your downfall.
“what do you think?” you asked, trying to sound unaffected.
karina stepped forward. “it’s not the dress that i’m looking at.”
you were already flushed, ducking back inside. you were halfway into the second dress when you heard the voice behind you.
“need help zipping?” she asked lowly.
you almost died.
you turned to look at her just as karina slipped inside your dressing room like it was nothing.
“you—” you started, clearly panicked.
but she was already behind you, fingers brushing your spine carefully.
her voice was soft. “relax.”
you didn’t.
her hands ghosted up your back before adjusting the fabric with a precision that made you shiver. she wasn’t just zipping you up. she was watching. your every breath, your every twitch, and every timesucked in too sharply.
“you really like watching me suffer, don’t you?” you whispered.
“no. i like watching you fall.” she leaned in.
“fall for what?”
her smile curved against your skin. “you’ll see.”
the door creaked open suddenly.
“okay, i know you’re in there again—“ ning’s voice called out.
you jumped.
karina, who was unbothered, responded.
“we’re almost done.”
“you said that at the last store.”
aeri was sipping again, arms full of designer bags. “ning’s gonna start eating the mannequins.”
“i am!” ning shouted.
you stepped out finally, still struggling.
you watched karina’s expression shift from relaxed to focused. then focused to something darker and hungrier.
she was just staring. “you’re gonna kill me.” she said quietly.
your throat tightened. “it’s the dress, right?”
“no. it’s you in the dress.” she said.
you swallowed.
“you… can’t wear that around people.” she said, voice low.
“why not?”
“because i’m not trying to go to jail.”
“oh my god.” ning said.
karina looked at the nearest employee. “we’ll take this one.” the employee practically bowed. “we’ll wrap it for you.”
when you made it to the counter the cashier smiled, probably thinking you were just another couple with money to burn. but karina didn’t smile back.
she handed over her black card like it meant nothing again, eyes lazily looking between you and the total on the screen.
ning leaned over from behind and stage whispered loud enough for the whole line to hear.
“she was moaning over the price tag earlier but not when karina was practically eating her in the dressing room.”
your soul left your body.
the cashier stared. aeri choked on her gum. karina just smirked.
“oh my god. ning.” you hissed.
“what? i’m just saying. karina spends and y/n bends.”
“stop talking.” you begged, face already ten shades of red.
karina grabbed the bagged clothes with one hand then handed it to aeri.
“let her talk. she’s not wrong.” she murmured near your ear.
you nearly died on the spot.
───────── ౨ৎ ─────────
the brunch spot was the kind of place you only visited to take pictures in.
aeri ordered like she’d been here before.
ning ordered like she owned the place.
“and three mimosas. just to start.”
two were for her.
karina didn’t even look at the menu. she looked at you.
“get whatever you want.” she said softly, making you fold instantly.
you were still recovering from the dressing room.
and the walk here. where she held your waist the whole time and dared anyone to look at you too long.
you were just starting to feel normal again, laughing at aeri complaining about her mimosa and taking a bite of ning’s food without asking when your phone buzzed.
jiwon
hey. you should know something before school tomorrow.
your stomach dropped.
there no context. no follow-up.
just that.
your fingers hovered over your screen for a second before you typed fast.
you
what are you talking about?
you stared at your phone.
you didn’t realize your expression shifted until karina nudged you with her foot under the table.
“you okay?” she asked.
you nodded too quickly. “yeah. just— just got a weird text.”
karina didn’t press. she already knew that something was off.
you opened up your text with minjeong.
you
minjeong
jiwon texted me
[one attachment]
your appetite disappeared.
“you sure you’re good?” aeri asked.
“yeah.” you lied, setting your phone face down.
they continued to talk and laugh.
but your chest felt tight.
you tried to stay present.
you really did.
but the second you flipped your phone down, the energy shifted for you. your mind kept spinning. what did jiwon mean? why now? and why send that kind of text without explaining?
karina didn’t take her eyes off you once since you read it.
“you sure?” she asked again, quieter this time.
you nodded, managing a weak smile.
“mhm. promise.”
but your knee was bouncing under the table and karina clocked it immediately.
she leaned back just, draping along the back of the booth behind you. her thumb grazed the top of your shoulder.
it was subtle and protective.
she didn’t touched her food much. she was too busy watching you.
your phone buzzed again.
you didn’t dare to look. not with karina watching. not with her sitting so close.
but she was mid sentence. anxiety was eating you out from the inside and it made you hopeful.
so you flipped your phone over. subtly.
jiwon
i never sent anything in anonymously. that wasn’t me.
your heart dropped.
karina was still mid-sentence, but her eyes cut to your screen for a second.
just one second.
you angled it away instinctively.
but it was too late.
“everything okay?” she asked in a soft voice. but there was something sharper under it now. you couldn’t name what it was.
you forced a smile.
“yeah. just… texting minjeong.”
she tilted her head and the corner of her mouth twitched upward. “minjeong?”
you nodded, thumbs already typing out a quick message before you could stop yourself.
you
minjeonggggg
i need you
the moment it delivered, karina leaned over and gently kissed your temple.
“be right back.” she murmured.
“where are you going?” you asked, trying to keep your tone even.
“bathroom.” she didn’t wait for you to respond. just turned and walked off with the same effortless grace that made everyone stop and stare.
you stared down at your screen. it was still unread.
“she’s gonna find out, you know.” ning said suddenly.
your head snapped up. “what?”
“whatever it is. karina’s not stupid. if anything, i’d say she knows everything.” aeri sipped her mimosa.
“you’re acting like i’m hiding something.”
“we’re just saying. karina doesn’t miss much.” ning sang.
“plus she already saw your screen.” aeri added.
“you might as well just tell her before she finds out on her own. she’ll like it better.”
you weren’t sure if it was a warning or advice.
maybe it was both.
but then you remembered the message.
jiwon’s message.
“i never sent anything in anonymously.”
that meant someone else had. someone who knew.
your stomach twisted.
and before you could talk yourself out of it, you typed to jiwon.
you
who is yujin?
you barely had time to process the weight of what you just sent when you saw the text wasn’t delivered.
blocked.
you stared with cold blooming in your chest.
karina returned a few seconds later, sliding back into her seat like nothing happened. her hand brushed your thigh beneath the table.
“you okay?” she asked, smiling.
and you smiled back.
but you had no idea if it reached your eyes.
the car ride back was thick with silence.
it was too quiet.
aeri and ning had stayed behind for dessert. it was something about a mochi place that was trending on instagram, but ning reassured the two of you that her ‘lil shit’ would pick them up.
karina drove with one hand on the wheel and the other resting idly on the center console like nothing was wrong.
like she hadn’t seen the name yujin flicker across your screen.
you haven’t said anything since. but it was eating at you. the silence. the question. the fact that jiwon blocked you the second you texted.
you looked over at karina, voice lower than you meant. “who’s yujin?”
she didn’t even blink.
her mouth curved, but it wasn’t a smile. it was something quieter.
a knowing kind of tilt.
“i figured you’d get there eventually.” she said softly.
your throat tightened. “so?”
karina turned to look at you briefly. her tone was gentle.
“don’t worry about it, princess.”
the car hummed.
you stared at her, but she didn’t elaborate.
it felt like a promise.
when she pulled up in front of your place, she didn’t say goodbye. she just looked at you.
“i’ll see you soon.” she murmured.
you stepped out with a shaky breath and the door shut behind you quietly.
you bit your lip.
first period felt off from the beginning. karina’s seat was still empty.
you weren’t used to that.
she was usually early on time. but today? the silence she left behind felt heavier than usual. and you were already on edge.
minjeong was two rows ahead, slouched low in her chair. but when the teacher turned to write something on the board, she moved in her seat just enough to glance back at you. then she passed a folded note along the edge of the desk.
you opened it under your book.
"didn’t see jiwon on the bus. she hasn’t answered me either."
your fingers tightened around the paper.
your eyes flicked up toward the door again as if somehow she’d be there now.
no one came.
you pulled out your phone under the desk and quickly typed out a message to minjeong.
you don’t think… karina—
before you could hit send—
the door creaked open.
your head snapped up.
karina walked in with an unreadable expression. her jaw was tight and she handed a late pass to the teacher without a word.
she didn’t even look at you until she was sitting.
she leaned in slightly, voice low.
“you didn’t get much sleep last night.”
your blood chilled.
your stomach dropped.
no one knew that. you didn’t text it to anyone. you just laid there in bed, tossing and turning while your brain tried to put together jiwon’s text, her disappearance, and yujin.
“how do you know that?” you asked.
karina smiled, the corners of her mouth curving.
her thumb reached out, brushing underneath your eye gently.
“the eyebags. they’re kind of cute.” she murmured.
you should’ve laughed.
but your heart was beating a little too fast and your skin felt a little too hot.
she turned her gaze forward like nothing happened.
you stared at her, the memory of her hand against your cheek still tingling.
───────── ౨ৎ ─────────
lunch rolled around, but it didn’t feel like a break.
your head was still spinning from history class. jiwon’s name wasn’t called on the roster. at first, you thought maybe she was just late, but the teacher didn’t even pause. like she wasn’t supposed to be there in the first place.
you were walking with minjeong toward the courtyard when you heard someone whisper behind you.
“she moved schools. out of nowhere.”
“i heard her parents pulled her. like, literally overnight.”
you didn’t even realize you’d stopped walking until minjeong tugged lightly on your sleeve.
“y/n?” she asked. her voice was quiet.
your mouth felt dry. “did you hear that?”
minjeong nodded slowly. “something’s wrong. i just… i know she wouldn’t leave like that without saying anything.”
your heart twisted. you knew how close they were, or they used to be. and now jiwon was gone. just like that.
“she didn’t even say goodbye. not even a text.” minjeong whispered.
before you could respond, a familiar warmth grazed your wrist.
karina.
she appeared beside you like she had always been there, her fingers brushing.
there was a small silver chain around her neck that you’d never seen before.
“you weren’t at the table.” she said softly, her smile unreadable.
“we were just— um— walking.”
her gaze moved briefly to minjeong, then back to you.
“come with me.” she said, her tone not exactly a request.
you looked at minjeong, hesitant.
she shook her head before you could speak. “it’s fine. i’ve got somewhere to be.”
you nodded, swallowing your guilt and letting karina guide you by the hand to her table.
“you missed first period.” aeri said to ning.
“i’m in my delinquent era.”
karina rolled her eyes then reached into her bag and pulled something out. a small, velvet box.
your brows lifted. “what’s this?”
she opened it. inside was a delicate silver bracelet with multiple diamonds.
she was still spoiling you.
“i had it made.” she said softly like it wasn’t a big deal.
she was still spoiling you.
you blinked. “karina— ”
“don’t.” she took your wrist before you could react and fastened the clasp herself. her fingers were steady.
“it looks good on you.”
your brain stopped.
“you really didn’t have to—”
“i wanted to.”
ning made a gagging noise.
“you guys are disgusting. in a cute way, but still. disgusting.”
aeri smirked. “she’s just mad she hasn’t gotten her matching bracelet yet.”
“i want a matching necklace, actually.” ning said.
you tried to hide your flustered face behind your hand but karina caught your wrist again, turning it to admire the bracelet on your wrist.
then ning spoke again.
“sooo. did you hear about jiwon?”
karina just tilted her head, her thumb still brushing your pulse.
“what about her?”
“she left. like, gone gone. moved schools outta nowhere. no warning. it’s kinda sus, right?”
aeri raised a brow. “i thought she was besties with that other girl.”
karina gave a light laugh.
“i guess she won’t be getting that rain check.” she said, voice dripping with something too smooth to be innocent.
you tensed.
her words were so casual. her fingers didn’t leave your wrist.
and when you looked at her she was already smiling.
like she didn’t just say something that sent chills down your spine.
“one day she’s here, the next she’s just… poof. there was no goodbye, no story, not even a last-minute rumor. that’s not how people leave this school. not without someone knowing.”
karina let out a small hum beside you, like she was interested but already had the ending to the story.
“she probably had her reasons.” aeri offered.
ning leaned in across the table with a conspiratorial voice. “okay but what if she didn’t leave voluntarily?”
you tensed.
karina’s eyes cut to yours. she was amused.
“why so tense, baby?” she asked.
you glanced away too quickly and caught it.
sunghoon, a couple tables over, was laughing with his friends when his eyes briefly focused on you. and then he smiled.
it was enough to make your stomach flip. it was the type that would’ve felt sweet if you weren’t sitting next to karina.
because she noticed.
of course she noticed.
her hand that was resting casually on your thigh under the table tensed slightly.
you looked back at her, startled by how unreadable her expression was.
“i’m not tense.” you said.
“you are.” she murmured, thumb brushing over your leg.
“it’s okay. i’d be nervous too if someone disappeared right after betraying me.”
you froze.
“i didn’t— she didn’t betray me.” you started, voice catching.
karina tilted her head. “didn’t she?”
her stare was magnetic. she was smiling but something behind her eyes sparkled with knowing.
she was still tracking sunghoon’s glance like it was carved into her eyelids.
aeri was unaware. ning, unfortunately, was not.
“you two weren’t that close, right?” ning asked
“i mean, i thought she was tight with minjeong, but…”
“she was. they were.”
ning’s brows raised like she just realizing something. “wait. minjeong didn’t mention anything, did she?”
you didn’t answer.
which was all ning needed.
“oh. damn.”
“let it go. we’re talking about someone who left. let her stay gone.”
ning smiled, slow and shark like.
“right, right. my bad. guess i just love a good mystery.”
“you would be terrible in a whodunit. you would expose the killer just for fun.” aeri said, sipping her drink.
“only if the killer’s hot.”
karina laughed.
then she leaned toward you again, her voice barely above a whisper.
“you’re thinking too hard.”
“i’m not.”
“you are. relax. you’re safe.”
you turned to face her, heart pounding.
“are you saying that because you want me to feel safe, or because you know i am?”
her smile widened, lazy and slow, like she knew something you didn’t. her hand moved up your thigh subtly.
“both.”
then she leaned back like nothing happened.
across the table, ning raised her eyebrows. “damn, i still want whatever weird love potion she used on you.”
karina smiled.
“no potion. just luck.”
and maybe a little bit of control.
───────── ౨ৎ ─────────
you didn’t mean to hang out with them after school. really.
but one minute you were walking out with every intention of hanging with minjeong and the next, aeri had her arm around your shoulder while dragging you towards karina’s black car.
you sat on the edge of the couch, guilt tugging at your chest. minjeong had only sent a “k” when you texted about changing plans and it stung more than it should’ve. you felt like you owed her something. but karina was sitting beside you now, watching you like she already knew every thought.
“tell me what’s on your mind.” she said softly.
you tried to shrug it off. “nothing.”
“you can’t lie to me.” she murmured.
you turned to look at her, and she was already closer than you realized.
“i’ll say it again. you don’t have to pretend around me. i don’t like it when you pretend.” she added.
maybe it was the way she said it. or the way her voice was grounding you.
“i’m starting to think you might be insane.”
karina smiled.
it was a soft one this time.
“but you like it.”
you didn’t answer. you didn’t need to.
she reached out and brushed a strand of hair behind your ear. “i’ve never let anyone get this close.”
you swallowed. “that’s not true.”
“it is. not since—”
she stopped herself. and then, instead of finishing, she leaned forward and kissed you.
your eyes fluttered closed on instinct.
it started like a question. gentle, like she was waiting for you to push her away.
you didn’t.
you kissed her back. and when she moved a little closer with a hand curling at the back of your neck, you let her.
the couch creaked under you. her thumb grazed your jaw and she kissed you again, deeper this time. and then her lips trailed to the corner of your mouth, then to your cheek, and then lower.
your breath caught when she kissed beneath your ear.
then under the edge of your jaw.
“karina—“ escaped your lips before you could stop it.
she paused there. lips against your skin, with a ghosting smile.
and then she whispered. “it’s jimin.”
you stared.
“what?”
she pulled back just enough to meet your gaze. “my real name. i thought you should know.”
yoh stared at her, heart still pounding in your chest.
“why now?” you asked quietly.
“because you say my name like it means something. and i want it to be the right one.”
you were still trying to process it.
jimin, jimin, jimin.
then her phone buzzed on the coffee table beside you.
she glanced at the screen.
then declined the call. too fast.
you didn’t get to see the contact.
“everything okay?” you asked, breathless from more than just the kiss.
she gave you a soft smile. “yeah. just my mom. i’ll be right back.”
you watched her disappear down the hallway and past the kitchen. ning was arguing with aeri about “borrowing” a bracelet from karina’s jewelry drawer but it all faded into the background as you slowly stood up.
then you heard her voice again from an almost closed door.
“no. i told you. i’m handling it.”
silence. then softer, almost broken.
“i can’t lose her like i lost yujin.”
your body went still.
you didn’t even realize you were holding your breath until your lungs started to ache.
yujin.
there it was again. that name. that secret.
and now, suddenly, it wasn’t just curiosity
it was dread.
you heard her footsteps before you saw her.
soft and steady.
you didn’t move when she stepped back into the room, but your body tensed. like it knew she was near before your mind caught up.
karina was quiet as she sat beside you again, her perfume infesting the air and claiming the space all over again. her thigh brushed yours, fingers reaching for your hand.
“sorry about that. my mom needed something.” she said softly.
you nodded too quickly. “no worries.”
and that was your first mistake.
because karina turned her head slightly toward you and her voice dropped. velvet and sharp.
“what did you hear?”
your stomach dropped.
“i— what?”
karina didn’t push. she only tilted her head like she was looking through you, not at you.
“it’s not a bad thing.” she said softly.
“you’re just a little quiet now.”
you swallowed. “just thinking.”
that was your second mistake.
her hand lifted and brushed the side of your neck. then her thumb caught the edge of your jaw.
“i know who you’re thinking about.”
your breath caught.
she said it like a dare.
you didn’t nod or speak. but your silence was a yes.
her thumb traced under your eye and you swore she could feel your pulse under her fingers.
“you’re a terrible liar, baby.” she whispered.
“i didn’t mean to— i just overheard—” your voice broke.
“i know.” she hushed you instantly, forehead brushing against yours.
“but now you know how much you matter to me.”
her hand curved around your jaw and tilted your face just so your eyes met hers again.
“i lost someone before. it won’t happen again.” she said, voice barely audible.
you felt her words more than you heard them. you felt it everywhere in your body.
she leaned in and kissed your cheek softly.
then your temple.
then the corner of your mouth.
“i won’t lose you.” she murmured, and this time it felt like a promise with weight to it.
like a vow.
you were still trying to breathe when her lips grazed your ear.
“you’re mine, right?”
your lips parted. “karina—”
“say yes.”
and when you didn’t answer, she kissed you.
it wasn’t urgent.
it was slow.
like she had all the time in the world to unravel you.
when she pulled back, your whole body felt light.
ning’s voice rang out from the living room.
“if no one’s picking a movie, i’m making us watch the notebook again!”
you were still in a daze, heart thudding from the way karina had kissed you like she already owned the part of you you were still trying to understand.
aeri groaned. “i swear to god, ning—”
you stood, slow and little unsteady, your skin still tingled. you didn’t even make it a full step before—
her hand wrapped around your wrist.
“wait.”
you turned.
karina sat there on the couch, legs pulled up and hoodie sleeves too long past her wrists. for once, she didn’t look like the girl who had the entire school wrapped around her finger. she didn’t look like the untouchable center of the universe, or the beautiful girl who whispered your name like a secret. she just looked…
soft?
her hair was a little messy from your hands and her lips were pink and slightly swollen from the kisses you just shared.
and when she looked up at you, there was no teasing glint in her eyes.
it was something she’d never let anyone else see.
“can’t we stay in a little longer?” she asked, quieter this time.
and it wasn’t about the others. it wasn’t about the movie.
it was about you. about the fact that something in her unraveled when it was just the two of you. something she didn’t let anyone else close enough to see.
your heart broke a little in the best way.
she looked down for a second, fingers curled around your wrist. “just for a minute. just you and me.” she added.
you sat back down.
her hand was still on you.
“i can’t say no to you even if i wanted to.”
“you’re not supposed to.”
you didn’t know how to look at her. you didn’t know how to not look at her.
and then she leaned in again, forehead resting gently against yours. her eyes fluttered like this was the only place she could breathe.
you swallowed, barely holding it together.
“you okay?”
she nodded after a while, but it was slow. like she didn’t trust her voice yet. “i just… i don’t get this feeling with anyone else.” her voice broke a little.
you folded. completely.
your chest ached and your hands moved on their own, sliding up to cup her face.
“you make me insane.” you whispered.
karina laughed under her breath. she opened her eyes.
“i win.” she said, quieter this time.
you smiled helplessly. “win what?”
she leaned forward until her nose brushed yours. “whatever game you think we’re playing.”
there was that again.
you didn’t answer.
you couldn’t.
because you knew that she wasn’t playing.
and for once, neither were you.
karina sighed, already standing. but she reached for your hand like it was instinct.
then fingers laced with yours.
“come on.” she said.
you followed her out.
───────── ౨ৎ ─────────
ning had already claimed the comfiest spot on the couch, mystery drink in one hand and the tv remote in the other. she was wearing fuzzy socks, phone lighting up every few seconds.
aeri was stretched out across the floor with a pillow under her head, scrolling through tiktok and arguing with ning about everything.
“we’re not watching a movie where the guy literally dies in the rain, ning.”
“he dies in the bedroom, aeri. after loving her for like sixty years.”
you stepped in with karina still holding your hand, and they both looked up for one second.
aeri smirked. “took you long enough.”
karina cut in before you could say anything.
“y/n needed help with something. zippers are hard.” she said, so sweet it made your pulse stutter.
ning choked on her drink. “excuse me?!”
you turned, ready to hit karina with a you did not just say that, but she was already plopping down onto and crossing her legs like nothing happened. she tugged you down next to her, hand still warm around yours. her arm brushed your shoulder like a secret no one else was allowed to know.
ning leaned closer with a wicked gaze.
“you two are freaks.”
“romantic freaks.” aeri corrected.
“lovers.” ning said.
karina smiled, resting her chin on your shoulder like it belonged there.
aeri finally tossed her phone down. “listen! movie time. i’m not sitting through another failed vote.”
“i already said the notebook—” ning started.
“and we said no. too soft. we need violence. blood. screaming.”
“that’s… a shift.”
“i want to see people running for their lives, babes. scream. classic. camp. a cultural reset.”
“i agree. the notebook is too straight.” karina said.
ning groaned. “you are so gay.”
aeri sat up, suddenly way too enthusiastic.
“uh uh. you cannot tell me ghostface isn’t hilarious. and iconic. and hot. scream is literally a comfort movie.”
“comfort?? people die.” you asked.
“exactly. makes my problems feel small.”
“i don’t mind. i’ve seen worse things before.” karina hummed.
ning turned to you with a dramatic gasp.
“is she talking about you?”
you shoved a pillow at her.
karina just laughed, pulling you in. her arm slipped behind you on the couch, fingers lightly brushing against your shoulder.
“let her pick it. it’s her first group movie night.” karina said.
“wait— me?”
three pairs of eyes turned on you. karina tilted her head, curious.
you swallowed. “uhh… something scary is fine?”
aeri smiled.
“this is why i fuck with you.”
“i’d hate to have to hold you if you get scared.” karina laughed.
“you would love to hold me.” you gave her a look.
“guilty.”
ning clicked the remote, scrolling. “okay, whatever, scream it is.”
the movie started and the room dimmed.
you leaned into karina and her thumb was now lazily brushing your arm. she didn’t flinch at anything. of course she didn’t.
halfway through the first kill, you felt her lean in.
“you’re blushing again.” she whispered, lips barely brushing your ear.
you couldn’t help it.
because even while ghostface chased teenagers around in a suburban house, all you could focus on was her.
───────── ౨ৎ ─────────
the movie ended in a mess of blood with the credits rolling. ning was laid out across the couch dramatically, half sleeping.
aeri was halfway into her phone, texting with one hand. “that was not scary.” she mumbled.
but karina hadn’t moved.
she was still beside you, elbow resting on the back of the couch behind you. her fingers grazed the edge of your shoulder.
you turned to look at her.
“be honest. you hated it.”
she smiled without looking at you, her eyes still on the credits. “i didn’t hate it.”
you raised a brow.
“i liked watching you more. you get all quiet when you’re scared.” she added, turning to meet your gaze.
“that’s because i’m trying not to scream.” you scoffed.
karina tilted her head while smirking. “you can scream around me.”
your heart was stuttering.
“karina—”
“you always say my name like it’s a question. like you’re not sure i’m real.” she murmured, brushing a strand of your hair behind your ear.
“sometimes i’m not.” you admitted.
that made her pause.
she studied you, eyes unreadable, then sat back a little to really look at you.
and then her hand, the one resting near your shoulder, moved with her fingertips trailing gently across your collarbone like she was drawing a shape only she could see. her thumb brushed the strap of your top.
“you don’t show this side to anyone else, do you?” you asked, half whisper.
karina smiled. “no.”
and there was something about the way she said it. it was honest. and maybe a little scared.
you didn’t even realize you were leaning in until your nose brushed hers.
“i like you like this.” you murmured.
her breath hitched and then her lips were on yours, gentler than you expected.
you could never get enough of her lips.
she didn’t pull away, mouth moving to your jaw, then your neck, leaving soft, slow kisses down to your collarbone like she wasn’t in a rush.
like she was memorizing you.
your fingers found the hem of her shirt, anchoring yourself.
she kissed your shoulder once more then pulled back just enough to meet your eyes.
“you’re dangerous.” you whispered.
karina smiled “i know.”
then ning called out from the kitchen, “if you’re making out again, at least wait until i’m asleep!”
you jumped. karina didn’t react.
she just looked up at you with a gaze that made your heart stop and reached for your wrist.
you stood first, dizzy with affection, and she gently tugged you back.
and of course you obeyed.
you rode with karina to school the next morning.
“you’re staring.” she said, tone light.
“i wasn’t.” you lied. obviously.
she smirked, one hand drifting from the wheel to rest on your knee.
“you were.”
you didn’t deny it this time. you were still a little dizzy from last night. from the way she said ‘can’t we stay a little longer.’ from the way she kissed you. from the way her voice dropped when she called you baby.
karina slowed the car, parking into her usual spot out front because of course she parked like she owned the school. a few students glanced over, taking mental notes who was in the car with her this morning. you weren’t imagining the change in attention.
and then— sunghoon.
he looked up as karina changed the gearshift into park, expression freezing the moment your eyes met. the moment he saw her.
he straightened instantly. paled even.
then bowed.
like a full ninety-degree ‘i fear for my life’ type of bow.
karina smiled slowly with her sunglasses still on. one hand draped casually over the steering wheel. “cute.”
you didn’t even have time to ask what that was about before she was opening your door for you like a chauffeur.
“come on.” she said smoothly, eyes falling to your lips for just a second.
she always made it feel like walking beside her was a privilege.
like being with her meant something dangerous.
and judging by the way people stared as you walked into school with her, they knew it too.
───────── ౨ৎ ─────────
you spotted minjeong near the lockers with her hoodie half zipped and earbuds tucked into her collar.
she looked up right as you stepped away from karina’s side.
“i’ll be right back.” you said, already moving.
karina caught your wrist.
her thumb brushed the inside of your pulse as if she was memorizing the rhythm. “where are you going?” she asked, head tilting like a puppy.
except a puppy wouldn’t be wearing tinted dior lenses and a diamond studded earring.
you glanced at minjeong again. “to talk to her.”
“…now?”
you tried not to smile. “yeah. now.”
karina didn’t let go just yet. her pout was so slight and so subtle that you almost missed it. “i was gonna walk you to class.”
“i’ll only be a minute.”
she let your wrist go with a sigh that was a little too dramatic to be serious.
“fine. one minute. sixty seconds. that’s it.” she said.
you shot her a look. “are you gonna time me?”
“i’ve already started.” she said. “fifty nine.”
you rolled your eyes and turned toward minjeong who had absolutely seen all of that.
she didn’t say anything right away. her jaw was tight like she had been holding something in too long.
you leaned against the locker beside hers.
“hey.”
“hey. you still haven’t seen her real side, huh?” she said.
“what do you mean?”
minjeong didn’t look at you.
“you know what i mean.” she mumbled.
“karina doesn’t just let people in. she chooses. and when she does it’s not always a good thing.”
you shifted uncomfortably. “she’s been sweet, actually.”
minjeong looked at you now, finally. and her eyes were tired.
“she’s been obsessive. that’s how it starts.” she said.
you tried to speak but her next question caught you off guard.
“have you heard from jiwon?”
you shook your head, guilt creeping in.
“she blocked me.”
minjeong furrowed her eyebrows.
“she what?”
“she blocked me after i asked her about yujin. i haven’t heard anything since.” you admit.
minjeong looked like she was doing math in her head.
your throat felt tight. “you think karina—?”
minjeong shut her eyes for a moment. “i think you need to be careful. that’s all i’m saying.”
you were about to respond when karina appeared with a smile on her face.
“time’s up.”
you groaned.
“unbelievable.” minjeong mumbled.
the smile told you that she heard all of it.
“ready?” karina asked, already matching your stride without waiting for an answer.
you nodded. and she didn’t take your hand this time. just brushed her fingers against yours.
you glanced up at her, trying to read her face. but she was unreadable in the way that made your chest flutter. calm, composed, and a little too quiet.
“you’re distracted.” she said after a few steps.
“she asked about jiwon.”
karina didn’t answer. not right away. but you could see the smile tug at the corner of her mouth, like she knew you would bring it up. like she was waiting for it.
“i’m gonna stop by the counselor’s office.” she said instead.
“why?”
“finishing something up.”
you stopped walking. she took one more step before turning back toward you.
there was something in her eyes now. the kind of look that made your breath catch even when she wasn’t saying anything.
she leaned in close with a low voice.
“you should tell minjeong to be careful, too.”
your heart thudded once, hard.
“…karina?”
but she just smiled like she didn’t just say something vaguely threatening.
“don’t look at me like that. i’m being good.” she said, brushing your hair behind your ear gently.
“you’re being cryptic.”
“i’m being considerate.” she corrected.
then she leaned in. "you don’t want me to show you what not being good looks like.”
you knew she was teasing. mostly. but it still made your knees weak.
and then, like nothing had happened, she stepped back.
“i’ll see you at lunch. don’t miss me too much.” she said with a soft little smirk as she turned. you stood there for a bit too long, dizzy with affection and dread equally. and the worst part? you already missed her.

and they called it puppy love
aka tim drakes lovesick obsession with you
———
tim drake didn’t really notice anyone when he went to uni. he was there to learn, not make friends. he was too busy for friends, anyways, so he never really tried. that was until he laid eyes on you.
you were in his advanced quantum physics class, loudly debating with some meathead about the correct answer to a question. he was tuned in, entirely unable to focus on his own work. you politely argued with the dumbass who tried to correct you that your answer was right (it was), and he couldn’t think about anything other than how perfect your voice sounded against his ears.
he nearly failed that class— not because he found it particularly difficult, because he couldn’t stop staring at you. he tried not to be creepy, looking away the moment your eyes even dared to meet his. he was memorizing everything about you, the way you played with your hair while you spoke, the way you smiled to yourself whenever you got a correct answer on the homework, how you were too quiet to raise your hand but always offering the answers to the people around you.
he couldn’t get you out of his head, and as much as he tried to deny himself of you, he was obsessed. he switched to the empty seat behind you, close enough to smell your shampoo, and watch the tabs you scrolled through mindlessly on your computer while the professor lectured. he took note of everything. if you bought a book, he’d read it overnight on the off chance you spoke to him. played an album on your spotify? he’s listening to the artist’s entire discography. he even bought a blind box of sonny angels when he watched you debate buying them for thirty minutes.
you’re the one who talks to him first, and god, did it make his year. “hey,” you said, smiling up at him. he hopes you didn’t notice the red that spread from his cheeks to his chest, burning the tips of his ears. “i think you dropped your water bottle.” you say, handing a transparent blue bottle back to him. it’s not his. he’s eternally grateful. he babbles some nonsense back to you, memorizing the way your eyes look when they’re focused on his. you give a kind smile and turn back to your work, completely unbothered while he can feel his heartbeat in his ears.
you opened the gates with that comment— now he finds any excuse to talk to you. yes, he needs help understanding the material. yes, he wants to know what the office hours are for the professor. obviously he’s obsessed with the band on your shirt, and he can’t believe you like it too.
he’s very left-brained. he wants to know everything thing about you, what makes you smile and what makes you mad. he wants to know what makes every neuron fire, what makes you tick. he wishes he could crack open your skull and dig around in your brain to better understand you, to know every aspect of why you are the way that you are. but, since he can’t do that, he does the second best thing and hacks into your phone.
it isn’t invasive, or weird. he just wants to know more about you— you’d understand. he goes through your texts, social medias, gradebook, notes app, bank statements, everything. when he realizes you’re broke, he anonymously pays your tuition under the guise of a scholarship. he’ll show up at your work (a coincidence, of course) and shove a hundred dollar bill in the tip jar when your back is turned. he just wants to take care of you. he slips your favorite snacks into your backpack when you go to the bathroom, doordashes your favorite foods to your dorm when you forget to eat— anything he can do for you, he will.
he broke into your dorm, not to do anything malicious, he just wanted to see how you live. he’s sickened by how easy it was to break the lock, and sent a work order immediately to update security. around your room, he took little things, stuff you wouldn’t miss, sticky note doodles and hair ties. he took note of all of the pieces of you around him, the soap you use, the games stacked on your desk, the makeup piled on the sink. he just likes knowing the intimate, little things about you.
don’t get him started on the pictures. he’s got hundreds— you in class, walking on the courtyard, at work, out with friends, driving around, whatever. he flips through them every night, studying every detail like a textbook and looking for new ones. he loves learning you, focusing in on every detail, putting together every piece of every puzzle.
he gets enraged when he sees any man talking to you, bothering you. he hates the way they can make you laugh where he can’t, that they’re bolder than he is around someone as delicate as you. he needs to be gentle, careful. he shoots death glares at any man who takes your attention for too long, making sure to block them on all of your social medias preemptively in case they try to annoy you again.
he practically has an aneurysm when he catches you walking home from work alone at night. it’s gotham, you can’t possibly think it’s safe, even on campus. lucky you, red robin is there to watch from the shadows, making sure you get home safe and sound. he slips a pepper spray bottle in your bag the next day.
you two become something of friends when he asks you to help him study. suddenly, all of his classes are on the way to yours, so obviously it makes sense to walk with you. listening to you talk— it’s the sweetest sound he could imagine. you tell him things (most of which he already knows) about your life, and constantly invite him to share his. you’re so kind, you never roll your eyes or get annoyed at his awkwardness around you, you only smile and nod until he finds his point. you’re filled with endless empathy, you find a reason to sympathize with anyone, regardless of how rude they may have been. your roommates boyfriend with a staring problem? he must just be nervous around someone so close to his girlfriend. the guy who grabbed your shoulder in class (who got a lesson taught to him by red robin that night)? probably had just been trying to get your attention for awhile.
he’s absolutely infatuated. he has your entire schedule memorized, he knows the hospital you were born in and your high school gpa. he fantasizes about a future with you, one where you love him a fraction as much as he loves you. one where he can spoil you and protect you and have you all to himself.
he spends hours in front of the mirror, practicing what he’ll say to you in the hallway when he finally asks you out. he needs to be casual, like you’re not the only thing he thinks about, but not nonchalant, because he cares more than you know.
he fails spectacularly.
“would you, uh, y’know, i was wanting to, uh… i have movie tickets, and i’d buy you dinner, uh… like a date?”
your little giggle kills him. you should refuse him, turn away and never speak to him again, he deserves it.
“i’d like that. saturday?”
once you start dating, it’s over, he’s over the moon every day. he doesn’t need an excuse to walk you to and from class, or home from work, or pick you up after a night out (where he totally wasn’t watching, lurking in the corner to make sure nobody bothered you), because that was his job. it’s not weird that he sits in the cafe you work at throughout your entire shift; acting like a personal bodyguard. nights when you’re too exhausted to see him, he watches from your window, just observing the way your chest rises and falls.
he kisses you over and over, memorizing how good you taste against his lips. he’d constantly press himself into you, or warm your hands in between his, or tuck his arm neatly against yours. anything to stay close to you. even the slightest shiver and his jacket is over your shoulders, and god forbid you’re out shopping, because he refuses to let you pay a thing, or hold a single bag. he’ll randomly send you money to get your nails done, or buy a book you want. multiple times he’s told you he’d take care of you if you quit your job, but you always refuse. he loves that about you, but wishes you’d let him do more.
he doesn’t even think about the possibility of you leaving him. because truly, it’s impossible. he won’t allow it, he’ll be attentive, caring, and the absolute perfect boyfriend, so the thought won’t even cross your mind. he knows everything about you, exactly what you want and exactly what you need. he loves you more than anything, and his only job is to take care of you, keep you safe and warm and happy for as long as you live.
he adores you, practically worships you. this isn’t puppy love, it’s pure and true and he intends for it to last forever.

obsession | aegon targaryen x reader
summary: anonymous requested: aegon being obsessed with his new wife, but stuck in council meetings all day. when he finally sees you at night he's always trying to impregnate you and give you as many babies as possible.
warnings: established relationship, smut. (oral, handjob, piv, creampie, impreg.)
a. note: link to the original request.
You and Aegon have only been married a week, and already even a day away from him feels dull and empty, like a world stripped of all color and joy.
Though you didn't know him well before your betrothal, you've found your new husband to be doting and sweet and quite handsome to boot. To be married to a Targaryen - much less the king - is any highborn girl's dream. They are the rulers, the protectors, of the realm.
But that's hardly what matters to you, when it comes to Aegon.
He may be king, and you now queen, but you find yourself believing you would love your husband even if he were a lowly pauper from Flea Bottom.
And that's why you're now hurrying up to your bedchamber after a long day of entertaining the keep's guests from the riverlands. You've taken tea and other small meals with the visiting lords and ladies all godsdamned day.
All you want now is to see your husband after many long hours away from him.
On his part, Aegon himself has been busy with small council meetings and petitions throughout the day and has been eagerly awaiting your return since he got back to your shared bedchamber and found you still absent.
He's right behind the door when you push it open, stumbling back in pleasant surprise, a flushed grin on his face. "There you are, my sweet," he mutters, taking your hand and drawing you close to him. "I heard your footsteps in the hall...."
You grin, falling against him with a sigh and kicking the door shut behind you. "Did you now? And you were so sure it was me?"
You slot your fingers with his and squeeze, gazing lovingly up at him.
"I would know your footsteps anywhere." He pulls you flush against his chest, arms wrapping you in a tight embrace. He buries his face in the crook of your neck, inhaling deeply, relishing in the scent of your hair, your skin, the day's exertion still clinging to you in a damp, cloying sweat.
He mumbles against you, words ushered against your skin, "I missed you."
"I've missed you too, my king." Finally, wrapped in his arms, everything is right with the world. "And how was your day? Meetings went well?"
Aegon is already half undressed, his tunic laying loosely over his unlaced trousers; you take the opportunity to slip a hand underneath his top and trail your nails lightly over his back.
His eyes slip closed in obvious pleasure at the feeling of your fingers on his spine and he shivers under your touch, a soft moan escaping him. It takes him a moment to respond.
"Mmm, my day was long and tiresome. I spent the entire day in the small council chamber, then moved along to the throne room to listen to petitions and resolve asinine disputes. I couldn't wait to come back here to you.... to have you in my arms, finally." His lips are seeking your neck again, his favorite place, laying soft kisses along the skin there.
"I'm sorry, love," you sigh contentedly. "You know I feel much the same - all this droll highborn talk puts me to sleep, it always has."
You roll your eyes, intensifying the scrape of your nails over Aegon's back. "But at least there was tea."
A full body shudder rolls through him this time, back arching under your hand as he groans and grabs wantonly for your hips.
"Tea?" He murmurs, lips brushing your ear. "You and your damned tea. Sometimes I think you might love your tea even more than you love me...."
"Oh, how could I?" You gasp, aghast, as you pull back to look at Aegon. Both hands now planted on his shoulders, you give your husband a studying look. "I love nothing more than you, my king."
A gentle hand comes to stroke at his soft cheek, thumb brushing back and forth beneath the dark circle ringing his eye. "You look exhausted, Aegon. Shall we to bed?"
Aegon leans into your touch, closing his eyes again only briefly, savoring the feel of your sweet touch against his skin. He draws a deep, steadying breath before meeting your gaze with a weary smile.
"You're right," he concedes, hushed, "I am exhausted.... but I don't think I could sleep just now.... "
The timber of his voice dips lower, and his bright blue eyes darken as he takes hold of your waist again. "Do you know what's been on my mind all day?"
You press against him, loving when he gets like this. So desperate and needy and all for you, secreted away from everyone who have had him all to themselves all day. Now meant only for your eyes.
"I'm sure I could guess, but.... Why don't you tell me?" Taking his hand, you lead him slowly toward the big bed in the middle of the room.
Aegon follows your lead, willingly, letting you guide him to bed. His gaze devours your figure, watching the way your hips sway with each step. Such nice, child-bearing hips, he thinks. He can't help but admire the way your silken gown clings to you as you move.
As you reach the bed, Aegon is there behind you, arms around your waist, holding you back against him. "All day, I've been thinking about holding you just like this," he murmurs, his lips at your ear. "Your body pressed to mine.... the sound of your labored breathing as I make you mine.... as I breed you...."
With your back pressed to his chest, you can feel him through his trousers - already deliciously hard for you. His hands prowl over your body atop your gown, and you turn in his embrace to start plucking at the already half unlaced top of his tunic. "Aegon.... I need that. I need you. Please."
His breath hitches. The desperate tone in your voice, the way your body responds instantly to his touch.... it makes his head spin.
"I know," he growls, his hands never relinquishing their hold on your hips as he kisses your neck. "You don't know how much I've wanted you, darling.... how hard I've been all day." He grinds himself into you, his erection straining at his trousers.
Wanting to see more of him, to have more of him bared against you, you urge him to raise his arms, ripping his top off over his head.
Your small hands travel his chest, brushing his pretty pink nipples, palming at his belly. "I think I have something of an idea. Because I've been wet all day at the thought of retiring here, to do this very thing."
His eyes flutter shut and he whimpers wantonly at the feeling of your hands on his body. No one had ever touched him this way before you.... He is completely at your mercy, putty in your hands to do with as you wish.
"Is that so?" He gasps, voice trembling, abdomen tensing under your touch. "Did you spend the whole day thinking about this.... thinking about me?"
He sounds surprised.
You tilt your head. "Of course, my sweet. I spend every day thinking of you. When I'm taking tea or practicing my Valyrian, you're always in the back of my mind. And I do mean always."
While he's preoccupied with this thought, you let your hands stray to his trousers, undoing those the rest of the way as well.
You slip your hands past the waistband and he gasps, his body shivering against yours.
"And what thoughts do you have of me, my darling?" He murmurs huskily, the timbre of his voice dropping an octave. "Tell me. I must hear them."
Aegon is already half mad with desire, with the way your body fits so easily against his.
With one of your hands seeking his hardness, the other brushes a lock of fine hair lovingly away from his face. "I think of your lips, the sweet kisses they give. I think of your hands, and what pleasure they bring me. Of your tongue...." Here, your fingers brush over his plump lips. "But mostly I think of your cock, and how one day soon it will give us an heir...."
Upon saying this, you grab it, and start to stroke slowly.
Aegon groans aloud, a guttural sound of need and desire that reverberates through his chest. He buries his face again in the crook of your neck, laboured breathing hot against your skin.
"Oh gods, yes...." He gasps, hips jerking reflexively into your hand. "Keep talking.... don't stop.... I know.... I know I'm not worthy, of any of this. But gods, when you say I am I actually fucking believe you...."
You welcome him against you with your hand cupped behind his neck, holding him close as you continue to stroke him inside his trousers. You soothe his little shakes and trembles with a kiss to his shoulder as you mutter softly, "Think of how many times you've given me your seed in just the past week. How many times more you're going to in the coming years. You're going to give us such a big, beautiful family. I love you, Aegon...."
You know your king likes hearing this, and that his favorite thing in this world is finishing inside of you. As such, your words have the desired effect - Aegon is now throbbing against the palm of your hand.
Close to your ear, his breath stutters. His body follows shortly after with a tremor, and he clings onto you, fingers grappling at the back of your gown. Your words, your touch, your presence - it's all he needs. And he's completely at your mercy, a mess of desperate desire and need.
"I'm yours.... I'm all yours...." He sobs into your neck. "You're the only one who makes me feel like this. The only one who makes me feel even remotely alive."
His hips buck his cock into your hand, the friction driving him mad. "Please don't stop.... I need you."
"Shh, Aegon...." You soothe him further, more kisses pressed to his warm skin. And though he's asked you not to stop, you do, only temporarily.
Doing your best to ignore his whimpers at the loss of your hand, you turn and offer your back to him. "Undo my dress, my love. Or shall I call my handmaids in to assist instead?"
Behind you, Aegon stumbles forward. "No," he growls. "No, I'll do it."
You know he hates the thought of anyone else seeing you in any state of undress, which is why you'd said it in the first place.
His hands are clumsy and shaking, but he manages to undo the buttons of your dress, revealing more and more of your skin. Every inch he exposes is like a revelation, a small taste of what's to come.
He pushes the dress from your shoulders, letting it fall to the floor in a pool of fabric at your feet.
Clad now in only the sheer, white shift worn under your gown, you step out of the folds of your dress heaped on the floor and back toward the bed. You offer a hand to Aegon. "Come, my king. Join me. Or haven't you been thinking about this all day?"
His eyes rake over you, the thin material of your shift leaving little to the imagination. Aegon swallows hard, his throat suddenly very dry.
"Gods, yes," he rasps, taking your hand and letting you lead him to the bed. "It's been maddening to be apart from you all day. To think of you, only a few corridors away, while I was trapped in ridiculous meetings and listening to petitioners...."
"Petitions are important," you sigh, sinking back against the veritable mountain of pillows adorning the head of the bed. "Meetings less so, I'm sure. But.... nothing more important than doing your husbandly duty to your wife."
You laugh softly, spreading your legs as your shift rides up around your thighs, letting Aegon settle between. "My dear Aegon.... you know you do deserve this, don't you? All of this.... all of me?"
He admires your splayed legs, gaze dark and intense. Then he reaches out, letting his hands travel over the soft flesh of your inner thighs.
"I think you give me far too much credit, my love," he begins, pausing to press a gentle kiss to your leg, lips skimming over your sensitive skin. He moons adoringly up at you, raw desire written plain over his face. "But when you say it.... I almost believe you."
It's so hot these days, you typically decide to forego any smallclothes under your shift. Tonight, you're especially glad for that - Aegon's mouth is dangerously near your thighs. No doubt he can see your sex glistening beneath the shadow of gauzy material stretched between your legs.
"It's true, my king. All the love you have for me.... I want to return it tenfold."
With that, you start to pull the shift up further, so that slowly, your bare lower half is made plain to Aegon in the dim light of the bedchamber.
His mouth goes dry at the sight of you, bare and exposed to him. His breathing quickens, and he takes you in like a man thirsting for water.
"Gods, you're beautiful," he breathes, his voice barely above a whisper. His hands twitch with restrained need, aching to touch you, to feel you. "If I could, I would spend the rest of my life worshiping this body, and never go even a second without stopping.... "
The shift slips up even further, over your breasts and off, as you shake your hair loose. "You look like a man who wants a taste, Aegon.... Why don't you indulge?"
You encourage him with a hand at his shoulder, pulling him down.
He can't resist you, not that he'd ever dream of trying. He leans in, hands grasping your thighs, gentle kisses laid in their wake, his lips a mere preview of what's to come.
"You're so wicked," he murmurs, his breath coming in scorching pants against your thighs. "Always so eager to drive me to such desperation...."
Painstakingly slow, he inches higher, his lovely mouth trailing up toward the center of your heat, lips pressing soft kisses over the sensitive flesh.
You hook a leg over his shoulder, keeping him close with that hand now in his hair.
"You were already hard when I was still wearing my gown," you giggle, pressing your thumb to the corner of his plush lips. "Don't act like you need any tempting.... "
"Gods, not when it comes to you," he mutters, his lips now hovering just above the most intimate part of you, the anticipation driving both of you mad. "You're like a drug, my love - so very addicting. Once I have a taste, I can't get enough...."
His tongue darts out, tasting you delicately, barely enough to even feel, and he positively howls. "You taste so sweet.... my favorite meal."
The second lap of Aegon's tongue over you is also gentle, almost innocent. "Please, Aegon.... I need you."
You press that thumb harder, parting his lips and making him suck on your thumb.
He takes it eagerly, tongue swirling around it, long lashes fluttering against his cheeks as he tastes you.
"You know I can never resist you, my love," he mutters around your finger. "I'll give you whatever you want, whenever you want it."
He kisses your thigh, your hip, your stomach, working his way back to the place he wants to be most.
Once he's released it, you smooth your wet thumb over his cheek, leaving a streak of spit. Then leaning back, you grin. "I think you know what I want."
He smirks up at you, a mischievous glint in his eye.
"You know I do," he murmurs, tongue delving between your slick folds. He grunts against you, the taste of you sending his mind spinning. "Heavenly.... I could spend all night right here, just like this."
Your thighs tremble beside his ears, and Aegon pets his hands soothingly over them.
"A-Aegon, gods.... your tongue always feels so good. It's not too late, we can keep at this for a while before we have to sleep, don't you think?"
His words are muffled, but the meaning clear; "I have no intention of stopping any time soon, my queen.... I plan on having you scream my name before the night is through."
Aegon's tongue swirls in lazy circles against your clit, hands gripping your trembling thighs to anchor you to him.
Aegon loves to tease, you know this. And yet, it still takes you by surprise and leaves you breathless how slow and lethargic those sweeps of his tongue really are.
"Aegon," you moan loudly, head thrashing, fingers plucking at your stiff nipples. "Aegon, I love you...."
"I love you," he says, pausing to flick his tongue against your clit, teasing it relentlessly. "Gods... I love you so much... so much... "
His mind is hazy with desire, lost in the taste and scent of you, the feel of your body under his touch. He can't get enough of you, craving more and more until he's completely satisfied, which he knows will take hours at the very least.
Aegon is gazing up at you with a mix of desperate desire and heartfelt love. The fire blazing in his bright blue eyes is intoxicating, drawing you in.
"I know.... I know you said you want to do this all night, but.... don't you want to put a baby inside of me instead?"
His breath stutters, eyes flashing with heat at your words. He presses another kiss to your hip, his hands roaming over your skin.
"A baby...." he muses, the thought sending a thrill through him. "You'd give me an heir, my love? Our child.... growing inside you...."
"Of course," you chuckle, carding a hand through his hair. "Isn't that what we've been trying for every night - and some afternoons - this past week....?"
He chokes on a laugh, his hands moving to rest on your stomach. "Every night and afternoon.... and some mornings." He looks up at you with a cheeky smile. "I've been a very.... thorough husband, haven't I?"
You nod, grinning down at your handsome husband. "Some might say too thorough. We've both been neglecting our royal duties, somewhat, to try and conceive. Tonight could be the night...."
He chuckles, hands moving over you, palming gently. "And if not tonight.... then we try again and again and again. Until we're successful."
He trails kisses over your stomach, his mouth wandering over the soft skin. "I'm not going to stop until I get you pregnant, love."
"We should start now, then...." Your cunt is dripping onto the bedclothes, all Aegon would need do is take those confounded trousers off and slide right in.... "Get me pregnant, my king. Give us an heir."
Aegon needs no more prompting; he kneels up just long enough to kick his pants off the end of the bed, then crawls over you.
"As you wish, my dear." His body presses close against yours, the heat between you searing hot. He bends to press a kiss to your neck, hands gently caressing your body. "You'll give me heirs and spares?"
You brace yourself with your hands on his arms, running over his heated flesh. "We'll have so many princes and princesses running around, we won't know what to do with ourselves," you reply quietly.
Aegon's cock is red and leaking, bobbing between his legs. "I want it," you mutter, staring hungrily down at it.
"That's the plan," he mutters, eyes darkening as he follows your gaze down between his legs.
"You're just as wicked as I am, aren't you?" His voice is strained with need. "I want to tease you more.... make you beg and squirm.... but you're making it so hard for me to hold back now."
You swipe a hand between your own legs, gathering slick from your folds to bring to Aegon's length, easing the way as you stroke him.
"Am I making it hard? Am I making it so hard, my king?"
Your touch sends a jolt of pleasure through him, a grating cry falling from his lips. He nods desperately, his hips bucking into your hand.
"So... gods, so hard... you're going to drive me mad, woman," he groans, his breath coming in ragged gasps. "If you keep this up, I'm going to lose all control..."
"Lose it, then. Fuck me, Aegon. Fuck me so hard the entire keep can hear me scream your name." You're trying to pull him forward by his cock, but the slippery grip of your fingers is making it hard.
Aegon growls, grabbing your hips and pulling you towards him roughly. His cock slips from your grasp, pressing against your entrance as he stares into your eyes.
"Is that what you want, my love?" he croaks, voice breaking with longing. "Do you want me to take you like a savage…. make you mine completely…. until there's nothing left of us but the echoes of our screams along these stone walls?"
He doesn't wait for your answer, pushing into you in one swift motion. You're tight, so godsdamn tight, and it's all Aegon can do to keep himself from losing control entirely. He begins to move, slowly at first, relishing the sensation of your body gripping him selfishly.
Gods, he makes you feel like some lowborn whore when he talks like that, and you love it. "T-Take me, Aegon," you stutter, a moment too late. He's already inside, moving, pushing past that tight ring of muscle that is always so hells bent on keeping him out.
One hand comes down to rub hard at that little button, the one that sends such shocks of pleasure through you. The other braces itself on Aegon's hip, where you can feel his muscles moving beautifully beneath the skin, driving him on.
Aegon growls, feeling your body react to his touch. Your tight walls pulse around him with each stroke, driving him ever closer to completion.
"By the gods, you feel so good," he pants, his fingers digging into your hips as he quickens his pace. "So fucking perfect…. just for me…."
He can feel himself getting close, a fire building inside him that he knows will consume him entirely. But he can't stop now, not when you're writhing beneath him, begging for more. He moves harder, deeper, angling his hips just so to hit that sweet spot inside you.
You find yourself digging your heels into the mattress, helping him to change that angle to the one that makes you see stars.
You truly are screaming his name now, your voice echoing off the walls. Surely those in neighboring chambers have no trouble hearing you now.
"That's it," Aegon grunts, his hold on your hips bruising. "Let them hear you, love. Let them all hear their king getting their queen pregnant."
Your body tenses, pleasure building inside you to a fever pitch. You can feel yourself teetering on the edge, ready to topple over into ecstasy at any moment.
"Gods, Aegon!" You cry out, gripping the sheets beneath you as he pounds into you with abandon.
"Yes, yes…. let them hear it…. let them know you're mine…."
And then it's there, that rush that consumes you entirely. You shatter around him, every muscle in your body clenching as you scream his name. It's enough to push him over the edge too, and he follows you with a hoarse cry, spilling into your depths.
Your entire body feels overheated, the candles on the bedside tables guttering as you cry out with abandon. There's a soft layer of sweat over your entire body as you lie panting underneath your husband.
His cock is still spasming and twitching inside of you. You have just enough energy to wrap your trembling arms around his shoulders and pull him in for a kiss. "Do you feel that, my king? Do you feel your queen's cunt milking all of your strong seed out? It's going to take this time, I just know it."
Aegon whines, his body shuddering with the aftershocks of his release. He collapses onto you, panting and sweaty as he pulls you into his arms.
"Gods, yes," he gasps, his voice ragged with pleasure. "I can feel it…. you're so tight…. so perfect…. I've filled you completely…. you're pregnant with my child…"
He says this like the saying makes it so, and you love him for it.
He nuzzles your neck, kissing you feverishly as he continues to thrust weakly into you. The thought of making you carry his child ignites a fire in him that refuses to be quenched.
The feeling of Aegon still trying to fuck his softening cock into you warms your heart. Your king wants so badly to always be inside of you….
Letting him rest his fair head on your chest, you take a steadying breath. "Aegon …"
He looks up at you, eyes softening as he takes you in. "Yes, my love?" He asks, still panting heavily.
You run a gentle hand through his hair, feeling the damp strands sticking to your fingers. "Do you really believe that I'm pregnant with your child now?"
Aegon nods firmly, pressing a kiss to your collarbone. "Of course I do. My seed has filled you completely, my queen. And soon enough, our child will be growing inside you…. a true heir to the Targaryen name."
He pauses, taking a moment to adore you. "And when that day comes, my love, we'll be unstoppable. Together, we'll conquer all of Westeros and make the world bow to our will."

Tyler Owens x Reader: Too Easy
Request: Anonymous asked: "okay i have a tyler owens request!! him and reader are both tornado wranglers and they’ve always had a somewhat flirty relationship, but at one point they’re out chasing and the motel they stay at that night doesn’t have enough rooms for all of them so Tyler and the reader decide to share and reader has a nightmare? or just some kind of angst or hurt/comfort with a happy ending? love ur work!"
Word count: 3.9k
Warnings: PTSD, trauma, tornado mention
A/N: I changed it from flirty to an enemies to lovers-type relationship, just because i've been craving to write that type of banter. as always, comments & replies are super appreciated!!! thanks for reading :)

As soon as you saw the familiar red Dodge truck parked outside the motel you groaned.
“Is this guy everywhere, all the time?” Halle, one of your crew members, mumbled from the driver’s seat. She pulled your SUV into the only empty spot in the parking lot.
She was referencing Tyler– another local storm chaser and absolute pain in your ass. His Ram truck was like a symbol all around Oklahoma. Everyone in the midwest knew his name– and what he did. You, on the other hand, knew him as a self-absorbed jerk that constantly put his and his team’s lives in danger for a few hundred thousand views on YouTube. He was cocky and obnoxious and arrogant. And you couldn’t stand him.
Unfortunately for you though, Tyler Owens and his entire team went where the storms went. Which meant that you were stuck dealing with him– especially during tornado season.
“Let’s just get a room, maybe we missed him,” you mumbled before turning to the backseat. “Anna, could you pass me my bag?”
“Sure thing,” she replied, grunting as she handed your duffel over.
“How about two rooms tonight?” you suggested. “I feel like I haven’t actually slept since we were in Austin.”
“God, I’ve been waiting for you to suggest that,” Halle mumbled. The bags around her eyes suggested she was just as eager for a good night’s sleep as you were.
Together, the three of you dragged yourselves towards the motel lobby, exhausted and desperate for both a shower and a bed.
“Why don’t you guys wait with all the gear? I’ll go in and book the rooms,” you offered.
“Two of them,” Halle said with a relieved smile.
“Two rooms coming up,” you promised.
They nodded in agreement and settled in on the curb while you wandered inside. The bell above the door rang loudly as you stepped inside. As soon as you did, you realized that, to your absolute dismay, a familiar someone had already beat you to the front desk. You’d recognize those stupid, broad shoulders any day, even if you were sleep deprived.
“Evenin’ m’lady,” Tyler’s little sidekick said teasingly. He tipped his baseball cap towards you.
“Hey Boone,” you greeted back curtly.
“What’d ya think of that beaut earlier, huh? Not too often we get two storm cells like that.”
“Yeah it was somethin’,” you replied absentmindedly. Honestly, you didn’t dislike Boone. He was friendly– maybe a little overzealous for your liking, but overall a nice guy. It was a shame he was always around Tyler– otherwise you might not always be so annoyed with him, too.
“There she is,” Tyler beamed. He approached you and Boone while he tucked a few room keys in his wallet. “Were you fillin’ Boone in on why you picked the wrong storm to chase today? Because that’s a story I want to hear–”
Your gaze fell to the floor, chest tightening the same way it did in the field earlier. “The winds changed last minute– I didn’t catch it,” you muttered, although you shouldn’t even have to explain yourself to this hillbilly.
“Ah, I see. Man, you’re off your game, sweetheart. Usually it’s me missin’ those signs. What do you got cloudin’ up that pretty little mind of yours?”
Anger began seeping into the corners of your mind. “Why do you even care?” you asked icily. “Thought you’d be happy to have that storm all to yourself.”
“Oh, I was sweetheart,” Tyler winked. “But I don’t mind sharin’ with you.”
Rolling your eyes, you pushed past him towards the front desk. A younger girl with short, red hair offered you a smile. “How can I help you?”
“I need two rooms please,” you requested, it took about all the energy you had left to smile back.
The girl sucked in a breath of air. “Oh, I’m so sorry– this gentleman here just rented three rooms. All we have left is one.”
“One?” you asked in disbelief, mouth falling open.
She nodded. “There’s two beds, though, if that helps.”
“Shit,” you grumbled. Your team was exhausted– and you knew that you couldn’t just take back your promise for them to have their own beds.
“I’m sorry–” the girl repeated, but you shook your head.
“No, it’s okay. Not your fault,” you said quickly, trying to remember your manners..
“Somethin’ wrong over there sweetheart?” Tyler asked teasingly.
“Yeah, you took all but one of the rooms. Now my team doesn’t have enough.”
“C’mon, I’ve seen you guys cram into one room before.”
“Yeah, but they’re exhausted. We haven’t had our own beds in weeks and I promised them…” your voice trailed off. Why the hell were you even explaining any of this to him? “You know what? Just forget it–” you turned back towards the receptionist. “I’ll take the one room, please.”
After passing your card over and paying, you turned and pushed back past Tyler and Boone. But before you could reach the door, Tyler’s voice stopped you in your tracks.
“What are you just gonna go back on your promise? That’s really gonna disappoint your team–”
“I’ll sleep in the damn truck,” you snapped, zero patience for any of his sarcasm or feeble attempts at a joke. “Happy?”
“Hey–” he said, voice softening instantly. “I was just kiddin’ around.”
“Really funny,” you said, sarcasm dripping off your tongue, now more than usual, Tyler was getting on your nerves. “Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to go and disappoint my team.”
Without waiting for whatever retort Tyler could come up with next, you finally pushed your way through the door without looking back.
You found Halle and Anna in the same place you left them– still sitting on the curb, slouched over and exhausted-looking.
“Hey guys, bad news–” you began, guilt already spreading through your stomach. But before you could, the bell to the lobby door rang out, causing you to groan.
You took a deep, steadying breath to calm your nerves, just in time for Tyler to speak. “Now I have an idea– how about we share? I got three rooms for my team, but that’s six beds… we only need five.”
You spun around so fast, you were surprised you didn’t get whiplash. “Look Tyler, as much as you know I love your antics, can we not do this right now? Please?”
“Who said anythin’ about antics?” he pressed. “I’m bein’ serious here. Your two can have their beds and you can take one of ours.”
“No way,” you spat quickly. “I’m sleeping in the car.”
By now, Halle and Anna had seemingly picked up on the situation. They stood up and crossed their arms disapprovingly in unison.
“You can’t sleep in the car, that’s ridiculous,” Anna said.
“Yeah, why don’t you and Anna take the room and I’ll share with Tyler’s crew,” Halle offered.
“No,” you shook your head. “I promised you guys a good night’s sleep tonight– I’m not letting you crash with them.”
“Well we’re not letting you sleep in the car,” Halle argued back. “It’s like… eighty-five degrees out here.”
You let your eyes fall shut for a moment, trying to think. But the truth was, you really were just so, so tired. You wanted everything about today– the storm cells you got wrong from earlier, the endless hours of driving, and lack of sleep, over with. And if bunking with someone from Tyler’s crew was the only way to make that happen, well then, so be it, you finally decided. Better you than Halle or Anna.
“See– even your team isn’t as scared of us as you are,” Tyler chuckled.
“Fine,” you snapped, shaking your head in disbelief. You couldn’t believe this was actually happening. “Who am I sharing with?”
Maybe you’d get lucky and get to room with Dani or Lilly–
“That would be me,” Tyler chirped, eyes glistening under the streetlamp.
Well fuck me, you thought.
…
You curled up in the double bed closest to the wall. By the time you got up to the room, Tyler had already claimed the one closest to the door.
You heard the water snap off in the bathroom, followed by the sound of Tyler peeling back the shower curtain. That was your cue to feign sleep, if only to avoid any further conversation with him for the night. You rolled over and pulled the blankets up to your chin.
After a few minutes, he emerged from the bathroom– the noise from the fan growing louder and a sudden whiff of his shampoo washing over you. You’d never admit it– but the way he smelled was actually one of the few things you liked about Tyler.
“I know you’re not sleepin’,” he said as he began rummaging through his bag.
“How the hell would you know that?” you groaned.
You heard him chuckle softly. “Because you wouldn’t have answered if you were.”
This fucking cowboy.
“Well I’d like to be sleeping,” you said, still not rolling over to face him.
“And here I was hopin’ we’d use our little sleepover to get to know each other a little better.”
“You can lay off the act,” you said suddenly, all of your anger and exhaustion just melting into a pool of unfiltered irritation.
There was a brief pause before Tyler replied, “What do you mean?”
“I mean there’s no audience in here– no team members watching, no YouTube subscribers viewing us. You don’t have to pretend to be all sweet and charming.”
“I wasn’t aware I was pretending–”
“Oh cut the shit, Tyler. You love to drive me crazy me– just admit it. And it's probably my fault for letting you get to me so easily. But I mean, c'mon, was it your plan all along to just get me to share a room with you so you could keep me up all night getting to know me better?”
He let out a huff of air that sounded frustrated, as opposed to his usual amusement. “You’re something else, Y/N, you know that?”
You were caught off guard by Tyler’s use of your actual name. He always resorted to nicknames– either sweetheart or the town he knew you were from. In fact, in the few years you’d known him, the only time he’d ever repeated your name was the first time you told it to him.
You sat up in bed and finally turned to face him– trying to gauge his demeanor.
“I offer you a room– I didn’t have to do that, you know? And believe it or not, I didn’t offer it to you just to make your life miserable. I did it because I didn’t like the idea of you sleepin’ in your car alone–” he shook his head. “Forget it. It doesn’t matter. Goodnight.”
Before you could even think of a reply, Tyler was peeling back the covers of his own bed and crawling in. He laid on his left side, back facing you.
You stayed in place for a moment, too stunned to move or speak or do much of anything.
Eventually, you laid back down, trying your best to deny the pool of guilt spreading through your stomach.
…
With one arm you held on to your sister's hand as hard as you could– feeling the muscles in your shoulder strain and pop as you did.
“Hold on!” you shouted, pleading with her not to let go.
With your other hand, you were clinging to the handle on the storm shelter door. Somehow it had managed to pop open after the two of you had escaped inside.
She looked down at you, her body suspended in the air– nothing but sheer, unfiltered terror reflecting in her round-rimmed glasses.
“C’mon!” you screamed.
“Please–” she gasped. “Please don’t let me go!”
“I got you!” you screamed, but you could feel that your grip on her clammy hand wasn’t as tight as it needed to be. “No–” you yelled.
“Don’t let me go–” she repeated, nails digging into your skin desperately.
But you didn’t even have time to adjust your grip before she was slipping away– in the end, the winds won.
In the blink of an eye, her body was being sucked away from you– further and further into the dark storm clouds barreling your way.
“No!” you screamed, reaching for the spot her body was moments before. “No!”
But then you felt your own grip slipping on the door handle and you knew you needed both hands to hold on if you wanted to survive. So, using all your strength– you dragged yourself to the bottom of the storm shelter. You found the safest corner– next to some old piping to curl up.
The whole time the storm raged on above you– you couldn’t stop screaming. So, you squeezed your eyes shut and pressed your forehead against your knees, making yourself as small as possible. And then, with everything you had left, you wound your arms around the piping and held on like your life depended on it… because it did.
…
Your name sounded so distant when you heard someone calling it– like it was miles away. Then, vaguely, it came more into focus as it was called again.
The third time, it was right next to you– and it was familiar… but you didn’t dare to look up. What if the storm was still raging outside? What if it took you next?
Hands gripped your shoulders– causing you to jolt awake.
Your eyes shot open as you pulled yourself from your nightmare. Tyler was sitting on the edge of your bed, his mouth hung open, like he was out of breath.
“Tyler?” you croaked, attempting to sit up from the mattress.
“You’re okay,” he said instantly. “You’re okay– you’re safe.”
Once you had managed to sit up, you studied Tyler’s face for a moment, trying desperately to gauge if any of this was real. Despite the darkness around you, you could still make out every feature– every crease, every freckle, every single piece of stubble that made up his shaved beard. And as much as you’d admired Tyler’s face in the last few years, even you knew that you couldn’t have been that detailed in your imagination.
You wanted to ask what the hell he was doing there– how he had gotten in her room, when all of a sudden, the same memories that had plagued you in your dream resurfaced in your mind.
The sight of the EF4 tornado that destroyed every inch of your childhood home. The image of your sister’s terrified face– right before she was ripped from your grasp. The sound of her scream, dissipating with the raging winds.
“Easy, sweetheart,” Tyler soothed.
You turned to face him– Tyler was here because he’d let you share his room… because he was way kinder than you ever gave him credit for. And now he was here– witnessing you completely falling apart.
Tyler’s lips began moving– he was talking. But despite the vague comfort from his tone of voice, you couldn’t really make out what he was saying. It was like the winds were still raging around you– muffling everything.
You felt like your heart might just beat out of your chest– maybe that was the tornado working to rip it from your skin.
“Hey–” a voice… no, not a voice. Tyler’s voice, said. “You gotta breathe.”
What was he talking about? You were breathing– of course you were breathing. Unless... unless the tornado ripped out your lungs instead of your heart. And now that you thought about it, no, actually, you weren’t breathing. You tried to inhale in, but the air wouldn’t come. You gasped, chest tightening while you began to tremble.
Your lungs weren’t in your chest– your lungs flew away– just like your sister.
Firm, rough hands cupped both of your cheeks, forcing you to look forward. You were met by Tyler’s green eyes, currently blown open and wide with worry.
“Breathe, baby,” he instructed. “With me– look.”
Baby, you thought. That was a new one. You didn’t hate it nearly as much as you hated sweetheart.
You watched desperately as Tyler inhaled and exhaled exaggeratedly, like he was hoping you’d follow along.
You tried. Really, you did.
Your wide, desperate eyes met his. But instead of following along, all you could do was imagine what your sister’s body had looked like after being struck by debris and tossed halfway across town–
“With me,” Tyler repeated firmly, his thumb stroking across the surface of your cheek gently. You leaned into his touch, craving comfort.
Tyler continued producing loud and deliberate, slow and calming breaths. After a few seconds, you latched onto the sound, mimicking it, and following along the best that you could.
Your shoulders relaxed slightly when you realized that you could actually breathe– which meant that EF5 hadn’t actually ripped them out of your chest.
Tyler’s brushed a loose strand of hair from your face. “There you go,” he whispered.
“Did I wake you up?” you asked quietly, feeling even guiltier than you had for snapping at him all night.
He hesitated– like he was actually debating on lying to you or not.
“Was I screaming?”
“I mean, a little bit–”
You nodded before letting your gaze fall to your lap, where you began picking harshly at an old hangnail, a feeble attempt to distract yourself.
“Do you–” Tyler began. “Do you have those nightmares often?”
Now it was your turn to contemplate lying. But then you remembered what an absolute jerk you’d been to Tyler all night, and figured you at least owed him the truth.
“Yeah,” you said. “That’s partially why I wanted to sleep in the truck.”
Tyler smiled softly. “And here I was thinking it was because you hated me so much.”
“I’m sorry–” you began, voice shaking slightly. “I know I can be a jerk.”
One of Tyler’s eyebrows shot up like he was surprised.
“What?” you asked.
“No it’s just… that’s the first time I’ve ever heard you apologize.”
“What can I say?” you mumbled, trying to make light of things. “You seem to always see the worst versions of myself.”
Tyler’s gaze softened, like he knew you were talking about more than your lack of apologies. After a moment he sighed. “Do you want to talk about it?”
Glancing up, you hesitated. Your heart had just stopped pounding in your chest, but the thought of talking about what had happened in your home just a few short years ago made it speed up again.
“You don’t have to–” Tyler said quickly.
“No– it’s just…” your voice faltered. “I just haven’t really talked about it.”
Tyler was patient. He stayed still on the edge of your bed and waited for you to be ready. After you sorted through some of the thoughts in your head you whispered, “You know I’ve been chasing in Oklahoma since I was a teenager?”
Tyler’s face lit up in surprise.
“It’s true. I took a few years off… and when I came back, I was upset to see Oklahoma had a new storm chaser. One that everyone seemed to like more than me,” you admitted. You weren’t sure why this was all flowing out so freely, but even you had to admit that it felt nice to be honest. “That’s why I’ve been so mean to you, I think. It felt like you were encroaching on my turf. And then you showed up with your fancy truck– and all your gear, and I suppose I just felt a little jealous.”
Tyler nodded in understanding. “Why’d you take a few years off?”
Your voice caught in your throat. Only when you hung your head did you feel confident enough to answer. “Remember that EF5 that hit Logan County a few years back?”
Tyler nodded.
“My family’s farm was in Logan County. My parents were away– on a weekend trip to Colorado to see family. But I’d convinced my sister to stay home with me, because I didn’t want to go,” the words that were your mouth suddenly didn’t feel like yours. And the trembling hands in your lap didn’t feel like yours either.
“The storm turned last minute. We barely had any warning. But I grabbed my sister– and we ran to the storm shelter. We made it, too– but then the door ripped open. When she went to shut it…” your voice trailed off. “Well you can use your imagination for the rest.”
You finally gathered up enough courage to glance up at Tyler. His eyes were fixated on you– sadness and sympathy plastered all over his face. “I’m so sorry,” he said genuinely.
“Yeah, well…” you said weakly. “The worst part is– I think I remember locking the storm shelter door– but I wonder every single day of my life if I accidentally forgot. Which… I mean, convincing her to stay home already makes it partially my fault. But I can write that one off– and remind myself I didn’t know what was going to happen. But forgetting to lock the storm shelter?” you sighed. “That would be a harder one to forgive myself for.”
Tyler scooted closer towards you on the bed. He raised his hand– he was reaching out to comfort you. But then he pulled back, like he thought better. You were surprised by how disappointed that made you.
“It’s not your fault–” Tyler assured you.
It was the same thing your parents had said your whole life– so why couldn’t you believe it?
“I guess it doesn't really matter whose fault it was,” you said. “She’s gone and I’m not. I took a few years off from chasing because I just couldn’t… I couldn’t get myself in the right headspace for it. Every time I saw a cell forming, I’d panic– and I’d want to run from it, not chase it. Things are better now… but every once and a while, I still run. Like today,” you admitted. “I knew the winds changed. I knew the one to the east was gonna die out. That’s why I chose it.”
Tyler sighed. “And then I gave you shit for it,” he said, remorse in his tone. “I’m sorry.”
“I’m sorry, too,” you admitted. “And I’m really grateful you let me crash in your room. I think if I’d been screamin’ like that in my car, it would’ve caused quite the scene.”
Tyler’s lips tugged into a gentle smile. “I told you I didn’t mind sharing when it came to you. Plus, I learned more about you during our little sleepover than I have in the last few years chasin’ next to you.”
“Yeah, well…” you mumbled. “Don’t get used to it.”
Tyler smirked. “Does that mean you’re going to go back to hating me tomorrow, when we’re no longer roommates? Or have I finally cracked through that tough ole shell of yours?”
“You keep offerin’ me motel rooms for free and I’ll be an open book,” you laughed.
Tyler nodded, like he was storing that offer for later.
“Hey, I don’t know about you,” he said, suddenly clapping his thighs before standing up. “But all that screaming got me wide awake. You hungry? I’m buying.”
He held out his hand– waiting for you to take it.
“Are you offering me a room and dinner in one night?” you teased.
“And all you had to do was reveal your deepest, darkest secrets and traumas to me,” Tyler smirked.
“Tyler Owens, you’re too easy,” you said, gladly taking his outstretched hand.

Reader loves Invincible but hates Mark┃Mark/Invincible x Fangirl! Reader ┃#1
Hi, I haven’t written fanfiction for a hot minute so I’m terribly rusty. So, if this isn’t coherent oops. Also, if Mark is OOC just close one eye and keep reading hehe.
Inspired by @/tiramissyoucake and the anonymous asker who requested a short story of Reader hating Mark but loving Invincible!!! I like that idea very much so I’m stealing it for a moment >:)
#1, #2
WC: 1.6k
He should probably feel annoyed about the fact that this girl in his biology class seems to hate him with each fiber of her being for no reason—her eyes always hard with disdain and her mouth quick to shoot an insult whenever he did an action or said something she didn't like (which was basically anything, even breathing) but oddly enough, he didn’t.
She had transferred to his school before his powers kicked in and before his superhero alter ego, Invincible, was born. She was in a couple of his classes besides biology. On some occasion his eyes couldn’t help drifting to her, noting one or two things about her.
From what Mark could tell, she was quiet and kept to herself. You’d think that she was a hard-working student who was diligently taking notes with how she would pretend to type something important on her laptop, but he always quietly chuckled at the sight of her on some shady website reading an obscure comic.
He would quite literally watch her browse through comics with long titles and choose the most outrageous plot then shift her laptop away from the direction of other students as if people (aka him) behind her couldn’t clearly see what she was doing.
Oh, and in English class she would tuck her air pods in her ears and try to cover them with her hair—playing some sort of audio book or a YouTube video. Even though she would try and hide her reactions, Mark could tell whenever something amusing happened. The small quirk of her lips, how fast she would twirl her hair, and the slight sway of her body as she stared blanky at empty air while listening intently.
Also, you were a fan of shopping for clothes and accessories. Nearly every day he would notice a brand-new item or piece of clothing on her. It could be a new, shiny necklace that fits perfectly on her chest or a new jacket that was too neat to be old. She also shopped for cosmetics like perfume that smelled differently from the last and a new subtle shade of lipstick that was applied perfectly on her lips.
Though her spending habits didn’t go well with her checking account. Mark caught the girl pouting multiple times looking at her bank account that was a little bit too low for anyone’s liking, refreshing the screen as if the number would change.
...
Okay, maybe he took note of a little bit more than one or two things. Whatever, sue him.
But for some unexplained reason, this girl had serious hatred toward him. The type of hatred you’d think Mark did something absolutely horrible. Like, shooting her childhood pet or punching her elderly grandmother.
He never did any of those things or anything else. However, he must've done something to piss her off at some point to declare him public enemy #1.
“I’m going to throw acid at your face and make you blind if you don’t stop staring at me.”
“Nerds are usually smart, thanks for going against the stereotype.”
“I went to Loserville and the residents told me you were the mayor.”
“Wow, you killed that, Mark! … Next time make it yourself.”
It was insult after insult every time he interacted with her.
“Dude, why do you keep trying to talk to her? It ends the same way every time.” William deadpanned after he witnessed yet another verbal attack on Mark, you walking away without sparing a single glance back. “Don’t tell me your one of those guys who get off on that sort of thing.”
“No! No! Why would you suggest that?”
“You’re seriously asking me that?” He flatly replied, raising his brow. “That girl clearly hates your guts! Yet everyday you try to talk to her as if she didn’t tell you to kill yourself the other day.”
“Eh, more like every day.”
“See! Hates you!”
“Your right, William. I’ll stop trying to be friends with her…”
“Atta boy!”
“… soon.”
“Come on, man!”
Then, when Mark’s powers kicked in and he became Invincible—he got busy and stopped trying to talk to you. Not that he lost interest didn't want to get to know you, but so much things were happening.
His eyes still wandered to you in class, noticing that your hair looked different so that must mean you went to another shopping spree and got a new shampoo or conditioner and other things—but Mark was busy trying to be the best he could be so interactions with you stopped.
That was until he saved your life during an attack as Invincible.
Holding the civilian in his arms tightly as he landed down, small bits of debris on his shoulders as he let out a small huff, he shifted his gaze around to see if any other civilians needed his attention. “It was a good thing I caught you in time.” Mark smiled, his eyes blinking behind his goggles as he looked down at the person he was holding in his arms.
His eyes widened in shock (though you couldn’t tell because of the goggles) when he realized who he had just saved.
Holy shit, it’s you.
And fuck, why were you staring at him so cute? Your eyes that would stare at him with hatred were instead filled with adoration and admiration as your hands were basically trembling holding your phone to your chest.
“I—uh—wow—um,” His voice was caught in his throat, his breath hitching as he wasn’t used to this type of look on you. You stared at him like he was the only thing that mattered in the whole world, and Mark could feel his stomach flip flop as he averted his gaze. “Are, are you hurt?” He squeezed the words out his throat, looking back at your wide eyes that were still filled with that adoration.
“Yes! Yes! I’m perfectly fine now, Invincible! Thank you so much!” You happily yelped, suddenly wrapping your arms around his neck. You squeezed tight, practically burying your face as if he was oxygen and you were trying to fill your lungs.
The scent of your shampoo filled his nose, and he recognized that it was the same one you used on Tuesday. It smelled good.
Play it cool, play it cool.
“N-No problem, citizen!”
“You’re the best Invincible, thank you so much! Thank you!’ You pulled away from the grip you had on his neck, “I’m going to follow you home!”
“What?”
“I-I mean, I’m so indebted to you!” You squealed like a fangirl. Your cheeks were flushed a pretty pink, your whole body shaking from not the adrenaline of almost being killed but instead because of the excitement of Invincible holding you. “Ever since you made your debut as a hero, I’ve been such a huge fan of yours! And now you’re here and y-you saved me!”
… You’re a fan?
He carefully let you down on the floor, your legs catching yourself as he turned around to hide the fact that his cheeks were burning a deep shade of red. “Please, uh, evacuate! It’s not safe in this area—I have to go, s-sorry."
“Anything for you! Stay safe Invincible!”
And anything for him indeed because after that day, you were always decked out in school with some sort of Invincible merchandise attached to you. Keychains, stickers, shirts, nails themed after his suit, and more. Jesus, you even changed the wallpaper on your phone and laptop to pictures of him!
“Wow, you really like that Invincible guy.” Will whistled, pointing out the chibi Invincible phone charm that was attached to your phone case.
“Of course I do! He’s the best hero ever. The coolest guy and the most handsomest!” You whipped around, bursting in happiness at the mention of Invincible. “You would be an idiot not to like him.” You eyed Mark at the ‘idiot’ part, before turning back to Will. “I always liked him when he first appeared on the news, but oh my fucking God after he saved my life, I had to make my love for him public!”
“W-What does that mean?” Mark asked, intrigued.
“What it fucking means, dipshit. It’s obvious.” You hissed, turning to him, “What fan doesn’t have a shrine to their idol? Their one and only? Are you stupid?”
That was not obvious—wait shrine?
“I have photographs of him, official and fan made merch, posters—everything! He’s basically my husband at this point.” You swayed in your seat, your cheeks turning pink with how you were shamelessly gushing about him. You continued to ramble as Mark Grayson stared in disbelief, the girl who hates him loves him at the same time.
You love Invincible but hate Mark.
That made Mark feel… weird. There were butterflies in his stomach as he continued to stare at you and his chest felt a little heavy. He was upset, but not at you—which is odd because it should be towards you—but instead toward himself? Towards Invincible that you were so excited at the thought of his superhero alter ego instead of him.
Was he jealous... of himself?
"How much do you like him?" Mark asked quietly, tilting his head.
"I'll let him crack me open." You sighed dreamily without a second of hesitation, and Mark choked on his spit as soon as he heard that. "Also, correct yourself—I don't just like him, I love him. Now, go away and stop bothering me, loser." You turned around in your seat before he could say that Will was the one to bother you first, not him.
He continued to stare at the back of your head, dumbfounded at how you were a big Invincible fan. A big fan of him.
The urge to turn you around and tell you that he was Invincible was strong. Not because he wanted to rub it in your face that the guy you actively hate on was actually your favorite superhero but because he wanted you to stare at him with those big eyes of adoration toward Mark Grayson, not Invincible.
...
Jesus, what was wrong with him?
This is kinda bad but uh, I tried :P Goodnight I have to wake up at 6 am dfjndfnsj
