　　在港口、中轉站和貨場等場所從事集裝箱搬運作業的部堆高機分操作和管理人員，未能充分了解集裝箱正面吊運起重機(Container Reach Stacker，以下簡稱正面吊)與集裝箱空箱堆高機(EmptyContainer Handler， 以下簡稱堆高機)的結構和性���特點，經常將二者等同對待。為此，，對正面吊與堆高機的主要區別進行闡述。 　　設備類別 　　依據國家質檢總局發布的《特種設備目錄》，正面吊和堆高機劃分的設備類別完全不同。正面吊屬於特種設備中起重機械類別下的流動式起重機，正面吊操作人員應持有流動式起重機類別的特種設備作業人員證。 　　堆高機屬於場(廠)內專用機動車輛類別下的機動工業車輛，是一種配備有集裝箱專用屬具的內燃平衡重式叉車，堆高機操作人員應持有叉車司機類別的特種設備作業人員證。 　　堆高機起升作業 　　起升裝置 　　正面吊的起升裝置主要由起重臂、變幅缸、集裝箱專用屬具等組成，如圖1 所示。具有與汽車起重機相類中古堆高機似的伸縮式起重臂是正面吊的顯著特征。正面吊通過控制起重臂內的伸縮缸，使起重臂伸長或縮短；通過變幅缸的動作使起重臂帶載變幅，可在一定幅度範圍內調整所吊集裝箱的碼放位置。 　　堆高機的起升裝置主要由內門架、外門架、升降缸、傾斜缸、集裝箱專用屬具等部件組成，如圖2 所示。具有與叉車相似的內、外門架是堆高機的一個顯著特征。堆高機通堆高機過控制內、外門架之間的升降缸使內門架升降，利用傾斜缸的動作使門架在一定角度範圍內前傾或後仰，以完成集裝箱對接及碼放。 　　專用屬具 　　正面吊吊運集裝箱的專用屬具主要由主框架和伸縮梁組成，。吊運時專用屬具位於集裝箱上部，伸縮梁在伸縮缸的驅動下沿主框架空心梁內腔伸縮。該專用屬具的4 個角上對應集裝箱的4 個角孔位置處，設置有4 個旋鎖裝置。 　　當專用屬具通過導向角板與集裝箱對齊時，旋鎖裝置即插入集裝箱角孔內中古堆高機，旋轉90°後就可以鎖緊集裝箱進行吊運。專用屬具通過旋轉鉸接裝置懸掛在起重臂前端，利用轉位缸推動專用屬具沿旋轉鉸接裝置芯軸左、右轉動一定角度，從而提高了正面吊作業時的工作效率。 　　堆高機裝運集裝箱的專用屬具由承載橫梁和伸縮梁構成，。裝運時專用屬具位於集裝箱側面，伸縮梁可在伸縮缸的驅動下橫向伸縮。該專用屬具通常只有2 個旋鎖裝置，分別位於伸縮梁的兩端。專用屬具的承載橫梁不具備旋轉調整功能，無法進行水平面內的旋轉定位，只能依靠堆高機整機進退和轉向調整集裝箱位置、完成集裝箱對接及堆高作業中古堆高機。 　　特征參數 　　正面吊的吊運對像一般為重載集裝箱，額定起重質量通常在40 ～ 50t 之間堆高機。因為起重臂架同時具有伸縮和變幅功能，所以正面吊具備跨箱作業的能力。受起重臂架長度和傾覆力矩的限制，正面吊作業時的堆垛層數一般最高為5 層，只有個別少數品牌正面吊的堆垛層數可以達到6層。 　　堆高機的裝運對像通常為空集裝箱，額定起重質量通常在8 ～ 10t 之間，一般只用於空集裝箱的堆垛、碼放作業。因為其專用屬具沿門架垂直升降，因此堆高機只能對外側的集裝箱進行堆垛，無法實現跨箱作業。堆高機門架的高度通常較高，在內門架上升到極限位置時，其堆垛層數可達到9 層。 　　隨著集裝箱物流行業的快速發展，正面吊和堆高機的數量也在不斷增加。但與此同時，正面吊和堆高機的事故數也在不斷上升。因此，無論是操作人員還是安全管理人員均應充分了解正面吊和堆高機的結構、性能、用途，堆高機掌握這兩類機械的異同點，以期最大限度的減少和預防事故的發生，實現正面吊和堆高機的安全作業。

Wait sans canonically has an accent??

He does! Now, it’s a pretty subtle thing because UTDR characters usually have very little in the way of phonetic accents (like, the knight chess piece NPC from Deltarune has a southern accent but you can mostly only tell it because they don’t say their final ‘g’s and call Kris “horsie”) but if you pay attention to his speech, you’ll be able to pinpoint some little hints Sans has a few speech habits going on. For one, he tends to shorten the word “you” to “ya” and other similar forms of it:

He also refers to the player character as variations of “buddy” and “pal” a lot.

But what gives it away as being (what I, with my limited knowledge of American accents think it is, at least!) a cartoon Brooklyn accent is his usage of “capiche” and “forgeddaboudit”, heh.

Iyami would be incredibly mad about “not being credited for the greatest invention in the history of physical gags” and he’d rant to anyone who would listen for weeks on end about how his intellectual property was stolen and he didn’t see a single cent for it. There’s like… zero canon suggestion that Spamton would have a New York accent (unlike Sans who canonically has one) but he’s the one who pops in my my mind every time I see someone mimicking the accent in text. Maybe because of the whole “sleazy salesman” thing? Like… it’s a big city that probably has its fair share of dudes that’ll try to sell stuff you don’t need.

Anyway I think he’d sound like Big Time Tommy, only a bit higher pitched to match the vocal samples from his theme songs.
