Ugh... I'm currently PAINFULLY making my way through EoR: Agartha and the only thing keeping me from quitting and bleaching any and all remnants of fgo from my phone is that I'll eventually get to the lostbelts.
...that and the absolute love and obsession I have for about seven to maybe eight characters from other type-moon works...

Simplifying Global Expansion With CXL’s EOR Services
When it comes to global expansion, the ambitious objective tends to present both opportunities and challenges. They range from stories like companies needing to hire across the world only to be hindered by the complexity surrounding domestic labour laws to success stories like scaling up rapidly for niche tech positions and ended up saving US$200,000 through the services of a professional Employer of Record (EOR) service provider.
The term Employer of Record or EOR is used within the HR sector as a vehicle that enables hiring in a foreign country following the requirements set by the domestic labour laws. What this means is that an EOR service provider essentially serves as the legal employer of the workforce employed outside of the business’ home country. An EOR’s responsibilities include managing critical HR functions such as drafting employment contracts, payroll, tax administration, benefits provision, ensuring statutory submissions are made on time and initiating all necessary renewal processes. Shouldering these eases the employment process of the expanding enterprises so they can concentrate on what matters most including ramping up employee performance.
Starting from 2025, instead of just assisting companies employing in Malaysia, we are also looking at helping clients employ overseas. This two-way solutioning process makes us at CXL Group a one-stop EOR solution provider.

Literally max. I wanted to make a character with blue and blonde hair. Then I wanted to add a splash of purple and give her depression. Now she's the second most important character
writers think they’re in control until a side character kicks the door down like “guess what bitch i’m emotionally compelling”

Does your company need HR software or an employer of record?
Depending on your particular company’s requirements, you may need HR software, an Employer of Record (EOR), or a combination of the two.
Using an Employer of Record is an option if you are hiring people from several countries and are unable to manage compliance on your own.
eezi is the modern all-in-one payroll solution made for SMEs. The platform allows you to focus more of your time on people and less on processes, which is particularly beneficial when managing a remote workforce.

“A TPM Reader mentioned to me earlier that he thought people were underestimating how badly that New York Times drug story had damaged Musk. And I think he was right. I think that’s a big part of why Musk has looked weak and hapless in recent days. Everyone knew that Musk took drugs. It’s actually part of his brand, part of the transgressive Bro-culture thing. But there’s drugs and there’s drugs. The Times piece was about a middle aged guy on an out of control tear, one drug to the next, cycling between eating binges and Wegovy, doing so much ketamine he was causing himself possibly permanent bladder damage. That’s not the billionaire smoking a joint live on a podcast. That’s ‘behind the music’, final act of Goodfellas kind of stuff. It doesn’t look strong or in control at all.”
