Basic Timeline Post for all the major events in Lu's life

TWs for this post:Death of a parent/parents, Drug abuse, Death of a sibling, Suicidal tendencies/thoughts/attempts, terminal illness

Nov 21st, 2001 — Lu is born

Late 2006 — Lu's sister, Mia, is born

Early 2007 — Lu's mother goes missing/is assumed deceased by murder

Sometime in 2010 — Lu realizes he's trans, though doesn't have the word for it, and comes out to his family

April 17th, 2012 — Lu's brother, Landon, takes his life

Late 2012 — Lu's father is diagnosed with cancer

Late 2013 — Lu's first attempt

Early 2014 — Lu's father becomes unable to work in person, starts working from home

December 2015 — Lu goes to Jurassic World (Camp Cretaceous), meets Ben and the others. Lu loses Ben.

Early 2016 — Ben returns, Lu realizes his feelings for him may be a little more than platonic

Sometime mid 2016 — Daniel Kon uses one of his Brad-Xs on Lu, inflicting an injury on his face that will then scar

Sometime mid-late 2016 — Lu and the others are rescued and make it home

Jan 13th, 2017 — Lu's father dies, Ben's mother taking him and his sister as per his father's wishes

April 4th, 2017 — Lu's second attempt, prompting him to go to rehab after beginning to abuse drugs. He does not tell the others of this, only Ben's mother.

Sometime late 2017 — Lu begins volunteering as a dino vet tech with the konowledge his father taught him, this will then turn into a job, and then turn into him working on the dinosaur saving missions.

June 23rd, 2018 — Lu witnesses the fall of Isla Nublar on one of these missions

Nov 15th, 2018 — Lu comes home

July 16th, 2019 — Ben confesses, Luciben ensues

Sometime around early 2022 — Brooklynn's Death

Mid Sep 2022 — Ben and Lu leave to pick up Darius (Beginning of CT), leads to Ben coming out to the campfam.

I will def update as the last seasons come out, this is what I have for now! These are also based off my headcanons for JP/JW timelines that aren't yet confirmed, so bare with me.

It was the same sickening thought he got every time he was at an event where the Rutherfords circulated, and seeing Isla didn't ease any of those tensions that were coiling in his muscles. His fists balled at his side, while his features remained passive, stoic. His feet were moving, checking over his shoulder to see his immediate surroundings until he reached her.

"Are we going to ignore each other all night?" He asked. Better to get straight to the point with someone like Isla. She wasn't exactly a sweet tooth kinda' woman. He'd learned that the hard way.

Location: The Barbican Centre Conservatory, City of London. Hosts: The Westminster Insider. Date: Friday, February 23rd, 2024. Dress Code: Black tie. Red or black only.

EVENT SUMMARY:

Please read here for general information before proceeding. The Westminster Insider cordially invites all those who are in any way desirable to participate in their Valentine's Day-themed charity auction! Don't be selfish. Risk your happy relationship for the kids. The lucky ladies chosen to be involved will craft the date of their dreams (within reason) before said date is auctioned off, anonymously, to the highest bidder at the event's silent auction. Once the auction is complete, the guests will gather in the Conservatory and find their way to their assigned table to start the opulent five course meal. Whilst the guests dine, the winners of each date will be announced, before it is revealed who the lucky lady joining them will be. (Details regarding how to bid, times to do so, etc., will be released tomorrow night when the event is underway.)

AFTER PARTY:

An unofficial after party will be hosted post-event by Olivia Coppola and Isla Hunt at The Venue. Most people will make their way to the club after the auction wraps up to blow off some steam...particularly if they didn't walk away with the partner they were so sure they were bidding on. Expect things to get messy. Though maybe not too messy. Remember that most of you have travel plans, and will be headed off on your fancy dates the morning after...

Lilah Reddy (Late Mate): Simon met Lilah in college. She was a media communications specialist, while he was studying film. They fell in love, and at the end of school she revealed she was a Dingo shifter. He didn’t believe her at first, and was shocked when she changed for the first time. Simon reacted poorly at first and he took a few days to think about it. He was walking over to her house to tell her, when a dog attacked him. Lilah came rushing out of her house and ripped it off of him. His leg was bleeding badly and he had a hard time focusing. When Lilah began to patch him up, he heard her apologies. Another member of her pack had jumped him, and he was one of them now. It was a rough adjustment and Simon was angry at the situation. But he loved Lilah and decided to make the best of it. It took years, but they found their own happiness and had begun planning their wedding and talking about kids. One day Lilah didn’t come home, and Simon received a call. Lilah had been found dead and skinned, highly unusual for a Nimble shifter. He lost it and blacked out. Finally he awoke to Liz and Percy standing over him, while he was covered with blood. They helped up and into the car to take him home.

Percival “Percy” McCormick III (Leader): Simon’s never had a bad experience with Percy, but a part of him wonders how Lilah’s death could be ignored. She was hunted, and it’s like no one even cares. When he blacked out after her death Percy and Liz found him. He had gone into a frenzy and changed a few humans; switch he once vowed he would never do. He’s thought about asking if there was any way they could have the human shifters take another look, but he doubts anything would come of it.

Austin Semler (Friendly): Anton has been dragging Austin along with him whenever he’s around Simon. Austin has taken to squeezing his shoulder as a greeting and has asked Simon to join him for lunch whenever he’s free.

Milton Rod Jackman (Coworker): Milton is part of Emmanuel’s investigation team. They work together daily, and Milton is one of the people he is closest to. Milton and his wife have invited him over a few times for dinner after Lilah passed. He thinks they’re both worried that he isn’t eating, since Tara Jackman loads him up with leftovers when he goes. A part hurts when he sees their family, but he appreciates what Milton is doing.

Isla Johns (Friend): Simon initially worked under Isla at her magazine, before he transferred to WJDF. They got along well, and he was touched that she and Lee went out of their way to reach out to him. He has a feeling she was one of the people who has dropped off meals for him since Lilah’s death.

Lee Boaz (Friendly): He was surprised when Lee reached out to him after Lilah’s death. They were never that close before, but it’s left an impression on him.

Emmanuel Flores (Coworker): Simon likes Emmanuel. They both have similar change stories and Simon is his main camera man whether in the studio or out reporting. He goes out of his way to cheer him up, especially on shoots, and he’s grateful.

Anton Kowalski (New Friend): Simon finds Anton very pleasant to be around and can see him becoming a good friend of his. At first, Anton’s constant small touches freaked Simon out but he couldn’t help to find them calming and comforting. Simon was once sure that coywolves, coyotes or dingo do not get touch starved but Anton has changed his thoughts on the matter.

Monty Wilders (Friendly): Monty was the first cop on the scene of Lilah’s death. He broke the news to Simon and has tried to keep him updated on anything they find. He’s surprised a street cop is putting in so much effort, but he appreciates it.

Winston Abioye (Friendly): Winston is the lead homicide investigator on Lilah’s death. He hasn’t found any concrete connections to her killer, but suspects hunters may be involved, due to the skinning. He hasn’t given out any particular family, and Simon thinks the case has gone cold.

Campers, as Spring edges closer and the weather around camp begins to get a bit warmer, we have some news that I hope will excite you! Our first game of Capture the Flag since the beginning of Autumn will take place on 19th of March. Ensure that your teams are prepared, and await further instructions when the time gets closer.

This is intended to test your tactical skills in battle, as I’m sure you know, and we must ensure that both teams will be equally challenged. It is important for all demigods to know how to work as a team, as well as learn how to follow orders. As an added incentive to really ensure that you all work your hardest, the winning team will ensure that they don’t have to do any of their chores, apart from cabin tidying, for the rest of the week.

Finally, ensure that you enjoy the experience!

- Chiron, Activities Director at Camp Half-Blood

To celebrate the opening our RP, we will be holding our first event in a week’s time! This gives people time to “prepare”, and also the opportunity for new people to join before the event. Our first event is going to be something that happens regularly at Camp Half-Blood, and is going to be a regular occurrence in our roleplay.

Our version of Capture the Flag is going to be a bit different to how it goes in the books and films, please see below the cut for rules, and for your teams!

I. This event will take place the week of the 19th of March, starting at 8 am EST/1 pm GMT/9 pm GMT +8/12 am GMT +10. This will go on until the 23rd of March at 8 am EST/1 pm GMT/9 pm GMT +8/12 am GMT +10. This gives you ample time to start threads and give them conclusions. Please ensure that you interact with people both on your team and on the other team, as it makes it a more authentic experience.

II. Each day during the event at 8 am EST/1 pm GMT/9 pm GMT +8/12 am GMT +10, the admins will post a riddle or question based on something to do with Greek mythology. The task for you is to discuss the riddle or question with your team mates and try to find out the answer, without using Google as your first resort. We’d really like you to try and use any existing knowledge of the mythology that you have, as that makes it more fun. The team who answers the question first will win the point, and at the end of the week, the team with the most points will win. We will post a maximum of two riddles during the day, if we feel that the first riddle was answered too quickly and didn’t challenge you enough.

III. During the event you can post about preparations for it, you can trash talk other players, and even post about different strategies that you may have as ideas. Just make sure that you have fun, and tag all event posts as #ilievent001.

IV. At the end of the event, we will be hosting a mini event, our very first Campfire! At the Campfire, you can discuss the events of the “day”, how you’re feeling, and anything else you may want to! This event will go on from the 23rd of March 8 am EST/1 pm GMT/9 pm GMT +8/12 am GMT +10 to the 27th of March 8 am EST/1 pm GMT/9 pm GMT +8/12 am GMT +10 . Please tag all of these posts #iliminievent001.

V. To celebrate the whole event, we will be launching our RP gossip blog! Aphrodite will be commentating on the events as it goes on, but she’ll also be taking questions to answer on things not related to the event. Her link will be posted at the start of the event.

The murmurs from those both red and silver alike seem to circulate around the same topic — something has changed. Everyone can see by the look of the king that he has been hiding something from them all. The weight that his shoulders bear weakening with each passing day, and it wasn’t until after the sudden display in the form of a cirque-themed ball that the murmurs rose in volume.

“I no longer see King Calore as someone we can trust. We have to push him for what he is keeping from us. Why does he keep leaving suddenly to go to the Choke?” Someone in the shadows whispers to another that then passes the message along until it reaches the ear of Lord Osanos.

There is no hesitation as he soon meets with the king with word of a potential rebellion against him, and it is revealed behind closed doors that he is indeed doing exactly what everyone expected. The picture is painted suddenly for Emory as Orion soon explains the revelation of new bloods. He recites the moments in Isla’s shop and how desperately he wanted to tell him. However, there is the growing tension between them as secrets are something they swore they would never have, but there is no timed for a pained lover as the kingdom is on the verge of collapse.

“It is time for the Calore reign to end. We need someone that respects the silvers and reds. King Calore does no such thing as that.” More whispers within the shadows are enough to shake the foundation of Norta as drums echo from the King’s tower that soon draw everyone in. “Don’t let the words of the king trick you all! He is not to be trusted.” The shadowed figure says again before disappearing back to their place of residence. No one knows the true identity of the person, but that is something to be revealed at a later date as the king is garnering the attention for now.

Everyone pours back into the courtyard with hesitance as blood once stained the cobblestone ground as the ringing of a bomb was left in their ears. Luckily for us all, the courtyard will be at peace when it comes to the destruction of bodies, but the king is surely to cause more than enough chaos with his words to make up for the lack of bloodshed. The formalities go on for what seems like forever until he is finally introduced to his people with a light applause. No one wants to clap for a man that could potentially destroy their kingdom at any moment.

It is the clearing of his throat that is first heard before his normal greeting that seems to be well rehearsed comes next. “Citizens of Norta, it is such a great day to be here in front of you all with news that has been a long time coming. Through the whispers in the streets, I bring you great news to share. News that will change this kingdom forever!” The excitement alone in his voice is already creating a stir of clapping and laughter among those beneath him, but it is soon that the streets mixed with silver and red will surely divide again.

“After deliberation with my council, we have decided to reveal something no one could expect! There is no longer just silver and red within the streets of Norta. The age has come! There is new bloods among us.” Everyone goes from excitement to confusion as they stare up at the king waiting for more to be revealed. Instead of words, he directs his hand to the back of the crowd where two figures wait in the shadows. Soon enough, Alura and Corban Voss step out to have everyone stare at them as if questioning what they have to do with anything.

It was the night before that the King had called in both Voss siblings to discuss their participation in the events that are no unfolding in front of the entire kingdom. Neither of them wanted to be apart of it, but it was after a direct command from the Scarlet Guard that they obliged. Now as they stood with their hands clasped together, there might have been the smallest amount of regret boiling beneath the surface.

“Meet two of the new bloods in our kingdom, citizens! Watch them closely.” Just as the words left his lips, their hands dropped to their sides with a burst of air sending Corban into the sky. He hovered above the crowd as awes and gasp could be heard from all. Some of the silvers even showed a bit of fear as he soon made his way to King Calore, slowly descending to stand beside him. “Watch the girl!” The King echoed again as they quickly turned to barely catch sight of the blurred image of a girl that flashed and disappeared. “Here she is, citizens! Do you see what I am talking about now?” Everyone was redirected to the king as they soon realized where the girl had gone. “There are more than just these two! There are…” At this point, he listed every known new blood to the crowd, potentially signing their death certificates with such news.

Everyone still questioned why this was such a big deal until a knife was presented to the king and a slice was soon given to Corban’s hand. As red blood poured from the wound, it was finally then that the crowd began to split into two at the silvers discretion as they backed away from those of red blood, fearing who out of the crowd also exhibited such skills.

“There is nothing to fear citizens! There is nothing to worry about as this is just another moment in history happening. We have been given the chance to be apart of something new. We have already started the healing between silvers and reds alike! This is what we needed to fully come together. As your king, I hereby state a new ruling among the kingdom. There are no longer just reds and silvers. There will no longer be exclusive ruling by silver houses. We must show that we have the ability for equality. It is apparent that there is more to reds than they have been given credit for. Therefore, all reds are of equal standing to all silvers alike from this point forward.”

He waited for some type of reaction, but all he received was the shocked expressions from everyone within the crowd. Everyone seemed to be comprehending what had just been spoken to them all. It was as he stepped forward with his hands clasped tightly together that more news was still to come.

“As you all know, my beloved sister will be vowing herself to Calder Gliacon at the week’s end as their marriage is one for the ages. I am pleased to finally announce that at the reception that not only will the kingdom cheer and celebrate such love — My Queen or King will be announced as well. This is a week for the history books. This week will be unforgettable.”

PART I — APRIL 23RD — King Calore’s Speech / New Blood Reveal

This part of the event was written above. It can be expanded upon within self-paras to reveal your character’s thought process during the king’s speech. This is not necessary, but it would be good for character development. There is also a good chunk of time after the speech to have your character process what just happened.

PART I — APRIL 24TH — Free Day to Process the King’s Speech

This day will be for those that want to interact outside of the heavy plot week and have their character react to the king’s speech. As King Calore did reveal the list of currently known new bloods, a lot of current new bloods taken will have a lot of opportunity for interesting interactions this week.

PART II — APRIL 25TH — Ballet Recital in Dedication of Princess Calore — Chatstep optional.

Since we are transitioning back to canon, I wanted to give the most structured event for everyone as I know that it can be hard to find your muse again in their actual canon. Therefore, I created different mini events within the big one. The first of these will be the ballet recital. This would be a semi-formal event that would allow your character to enjoy cocktails before and after the performance along with face-to-face conversations with the princess herself.

PART III — APRIL 26TH — Red Votes Revealed to the Public — Chatstep optional.

After a night of celebrating the princess, the votes that have been collected over the last few weeks will be revealed to the public, which will give the smallest bit of insight into who might be the next ruler alongside the king. This event will take place in the Garden of the palace and will mimic a picnic of sorts.

PART IV — APRIL 27TH — Special Feats in Dedication of Calder Gliacon — Chatstep optional.

The night before the wedding of the year we will have a special feats for Calder Gliacon. This will be the time where the king gives new bloods the option of joining in. This will be a very vital moment into how the silvers accept this new revelation of others with powers. We will potentially host Crownstrial-esche rounds of fighting if multiple people are interested in doing this.

PART V — APRIL 28TH — Calore-Gliacon Wedding — Chatstep event.

There is no need for a description here as there will be a bigger event posted in regards to the details of this. I am looking forward to getting to this point of the event, so I hope you guys are ready for it!

PART V — APRIL 29TH — Wedding Reception / Next Ruler Announced

Along with the day/night above, this will also have an additional event posted for it. We are not sure how long it will take to reach this point of the event, but we promise that we will get there!

— OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION —

As you can see from above, this is an entire week of in-game things that will be happening in parts. This will potentially take a week or two to write out fully, so this is where activity will come in. We will be doing our first activity check since things went a bit hectic for the admins today. At which point, we are hoping that this event will increase everyone’s activity and give some direction. We have also listed a few Chatzy options for the above events to even speed the event up more. This is super heavy plot stuff going on, but it is exactly what was voted for with the Calore-Gliacon Wedding / Kingdom Attack coming behind at a close tied-second place. I opted for the happier option between the two tied events to mash these into one!

This is the part where a bit of instructions will be given out. Since we have structured the events with parts, we will be doing small event posts in regards to each part. The first of which is simply reacting to the king’s speech and trying to figure out your thoughts on the matter. Everything at this time is simply conversations reacting to that and potentially reaching out the new bloods. There will be no additional post for PART I of this event, but we will be doing so for the ones that follow. We hope you enjoy this first event of many to come!

it seemed as if every square foot of the sprawling dubois property was filled with people, and isla wouldn't have had it any other way. her birthday was always an event; her parents made sure that their youngest and only daughter was nothing short of doted on on her day. though, as she hit adulthood, that 'doting' turned into all out event planning (complete with catering, live music, and buckets of expensive champagne).

the new necklace the dubois had given her shone like a beacon amongst the sea of people as she made her way through. as she walked past, a few of her friends shot off some confetti poppers, pulling out a squeal of surprise from her glitter-flecked lips.

a perfectly manicured hand rested on the person she almost ran into, steadying herself the best she could with the liquor flowing through her. "I'm so sorry!" her voice a little horse from the endless hours of talking. "are you okay? can I get you another drink?" her eyes glancing down at the small puddle of his drink that had spilled during the collision.

Equinox Treasure hunt

On 23rd September, 55 people in 15 cars left La Proa restaurant on an exciting adventure. Over the next three hours and covering over 50 kilometres, they were challenged to solve over a hundred clues and recognise ten special features from photos. The course climbed the mountain at Valdelentisco and down into Las Palas then on to La Pinilla and up to Cuevas de Reyllo. Then in Fuente Alamo some considerable confusion was caused by a temporary diversion barrier across the planned route! Just a few stragglers, determined to solve every single clue, kept the hunters waiting a little while but most had arrived at the destination in time to start the lunch in Las Palas About half of the participants were already members of the humanist group and at the end of the day, many of the visitors expressed interest in the group’s beliefs and activities. Darwinian Gardeners On October 6th a group of 30 Darwinian gardeners joined a tourist boat in Águilas for a cruise along the coast. We motored eastwards, into the Hornillo bay, where the history of the iron loading jetry was explained to us, then on to the Isla del Fraile where we had a close up look at the rock formations. After that, we went to a chinese restaurant. Next outing: November 3rd, we'll go by coach to the Palm Gardens in Elche and the Moorish Tea Gardens near Crevillente. We met at 5pm at the Hotel Playa Grande in Puerto. Games played were Mexican train, Triominos, Nomination Whist, Rummikubs and Jenga. Ten people came and were still going strong at 7:30pm. Everyone, no matter of what religious persuasion (or none) is welcome. The next one will be on Wednesday 21st November, 5 pm at the Hotel Playa Grande. Sailing Champions League & Sailing Association

The environmental sustainability initiative promoted by the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda in its 50th anniversary year in the form of the One Ocean Forum and presentation of the Charta Smeralda in Milan on third and October 4th, has garnered the support of the Sailing Champions League (SCL) and the International Sailing Association (ISLA).

On 23rd September, during the Audi Sailing Champions League event in Porto Cervo, both associations signed an agreement undertaking to promote the principles of the Charta Smeralda to an audience of more than 150,000 members of international yacht clubs.

The Sailing Champions League launched a new type of sail racing competition in 2013 which would revolutionise the sport. The League sees individual yacht clubs competing in national leagues within a dedicated circuit. The ISLA was created successively and encompasses each of the individual national leagues.

‘I am pleased that two associations such as the SCL and ISLA, which oversee all of the national leagues and their respective members, have given their support to our environmental sustainability initiative, undertaking to promote the Charta Smeralda to a wide audience that is closely linked to the sea.’ commented Riccardo Bonadeo, YCCS Commodore and Vice President of the One Ocean Forum.

Oliver Schwall, Managing Director of the SCL declared: ‘Behind the Sailing Champions League and the International Sailing League Association (ISLA), are up to 300 sailing clubs from 15 countries involved with more than one hundred and fifty thousand members. This gives us a great opportunity to make the ideas of the Charta Smeralda known throughout Europe. We are thrilled to integrate the One Ocean Initiative into our communication activities and I am convinced that many of the clubs will follow the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda and will adopt the ideas of the Charta Smeralda to protect the sea.’

The signing of this agreement underlines one of the primary objectives set by the One Ocean Forum: raising awareness of an environmentally sustainable culture. Awareness is being promoted principally towards realities close to YCCS, such as yacht clubs and associations like the SCL and ISLA which are intrinsically linked to the sea; the element that plays host to their activities.

The Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, promotor of the One Ocean Forum, will be the first organisation to sign and adopt the principles of the Charta Smeralda which is to be presented on October 4th in Milan.
