genuinely insane to me that Torchwood gave Jack a secret evil brother and somehow he is the least interesting character in the entire goddamn show. No character traits allowed. His one outfit is BEIGE??? What if Hayden Christensen like, actually couldn’t act. Sucking black hole of charisma. Jack having a fucking secret evil brother should be the campiest wildest shit imaginable and instead its like watching fucking paint dry. Unreal. (It does not help that John Hart is standing next to him the entire time serving cunt). How did they fuck that one up that badly.

I've been learning about nuclear power plant safety systems and emergency planning, and I'm afraid my brain is going to lure me into watching Exit Wounds again for the purpose if figuring out if Owen's death via nuclear coolant water was even possible. This would be emotionally devastating and I am trying to fend off this plot bunny with a stick.

why is one of the saddest parts about exit wounds the fact that owen didn’t know tosh was dying, too. she convinced him she was fine because she was so focused on trying to save him, to the point of neglecting her own life. i don’t know why it’s so sad to me that even in death owen didn’t know that. maybe it’s for the better, though; i’m sure he would’ve wanted to go out believing she had a bright future ahead of her and he was the one saving her 😭

sorry I'm just thinking about what it would have been like to watch exit wounds not already knowing what was going to happen? like this show is a doctor who spinoff. it's a spinoff from the show where main characters never really die, and jack is immortal. owen already died and came back to life this season. yeah, it's a show where bad things happen, where innocents die, but thus far all our faves have got away pretty scot-free. and yeah, everything looks pretty fucking bad right now, but all the team is downstairs, so it'll be fine, right? there's going to be a last minute hollywood-esque rescue scene, and we'll all cry about what a close shave that was, and it's fine. and then they fucking kill off tosh and owen in the same breath.
